I am married with two children. I'm a stay at home mum who enjoys tennis, birds and walking. I have a huge interest in new age spirituality. I have recently had my faith tested as for the past 6 months I have been suffering from anxiety and depression. I am on the mend and I am back on track with my spiritual search again.
Your Teachers and/or Spiritual Sources of Inspiration
Their have been so many teachers in my life. I feel that I learn so much from all the people I meet. When I was in my darkest moments it was a bird that taught me the most. All my relationships, when reflected upon, have held many lessons for me. You know the saying, "When the student is ready, the teacher appears".

hard and terrible my kids were quite little 2 and 4 and they are now 1 and 10 and i have not suffered that in some years if you wish for me to share with you the nutritionals that I take that I believe that have helped me with anxiety let me know
