Crystals, Pleiades, Sirius, Mother Gaia, The art of Feng Shui. I grew up and lived for 30 years in the San Francisco and East Bay Area (Berkeley). I have always been known in my family as the 'rebel', the 'different' one, the 'strange one'. I knew I was different and fought my way through my childhood and teen years, being ostracized and avoided by many relatives. I stood my ground and by the time I was 30 had freed myself and did as I pleased with my life. Now I am really 'free to be me'. I am happy to be at this time of life and knew I was here for something 'important' and now I realize what it is: ascension into the fifth dimension and meeting our cousins from Agartha. I can't wait...It is so exciting, and I refuse to be dragged down by any negativity. I am a lightworker to assist souls in the ascension! I am also an Earth Angel on a mission to assist those who are sad, ill, disalusioned or lonely. I have had much practice in that, believe me. I am waiting to receive my invitation to Agartha! I have always had a vision of Paradise and I believe that Agartha is my Paradise here on Mother Earth. Of course Telos and the connection to Mu. I am a descendent of the Feline Race

I persoanally have not,Just read of Lamurians and their move to west coast where many are still here.If you could vivst James Gillians Ranch you may have experiences as many have,It's Not nessecsary to go but to focus
enough to make contact as they are open to all ,Have heard that some have been invited and have had amazing experiences while being in their presents.
This is why it is so important to learn to get quiet inside so they may make contact,to be calm inside is something we all need to do to be able to make contact.Then we will not need channelers any more ,we can make it first hand knowledge.
I have only done a pref on your site so I don;t know if I'm telling you something you already know but the breathe is a starting point to calm the mind and is why they say to take deep breathes ,to help the conscentration nessescary for contact.
Of course if we go deep enough in a relaxed manner we can even start controlling the Kundalini energy and go visit them.
If we learn to ride the Kundalini energy ,we can ride it out of the body through the mandualoblongata,At the base of the skull and consciuosly visit any place in the Universe.This point is also the point between the eyes called the spiritual eye.
Their are spiritual-physical techniques thru Yoga [many different kinds] that one can learn to exit the body and commun with other levels or demensions while still living in the phsyical body.We are not bound to the earth except thru our own thoughts. Love Bob
