I'm interested in learning about anything related to religion and spirituality, however, I'm easily turned away by negative concepts such as judgement, hell, and holy war. I choose not to focus on those kind of negative ideas because if I were to do so, I might accidentally give them the power to manifest into something real. I choose not to live in fear. There's nothing to be afraid of because GOD IS LOVE. ---- Now, about myself.... I could list the mundane facts and details that define my life as a human being, but that wouldn't do any good. As Pierre Teilhard de Chardin wrote in his book, The Phenomenon of Man, "We are not human beings having a spiritual experience; we are spiritual beings having a human experience." My primary goal in life is spiritual ENLIGHTENMENT. Nothing is more important to me than returning to SOURCE/GOD. I think I've known the path all along, but I've only just begun to WALK it. I have a long way to go, but I'm going to continue to improve as I move forward.
Your Teachers and/or Spiritual Sources of Inspiration
Everyone I've ever met has taught me something of value. It's not always easy to notice at first, and it's not always pretty, but it always serves a purpose because it helps me in the end. I've also learned from each of the religious deities--some more than others. A great deal of the knowledge and inspiration I find comes from the movies I watch and music I listen to--thought provoking pieces of self-expression that reach inside my soul and remind me that I am not alone. I've also had a number of psychedelic experiences. Some trips carried my thoughts beyond the stars, and others brought me to my knees. I've seen beautiful rainbow prisms shining on everything that exists, and I've seen the worst parts of me manifest before my eyes in this holographic "reality." I had some wild experiences, but I learned from all of them.
