I am a California spiritual type....lived 13 years in an ashram....been a vegetarian for 35 years....and practised yoga almost every day for the last 32 years....I have a small consulting business in N. California......Now and then I have wonderful and useful contacts with the Ashtar Command.....recently in the Sinai Peninsula in Egypt.
