33 year old male who's become interested in the more spiritual side of life during the last 3 years or so. I feel more & more every day like I'm living a lie and just putting on the same mask every day and fulfilling my role on this planet. The urge to break free is at an all time high.

Not sure I can say I've had any formal teachers/teaching. I've read plenty of books by Tolle, Chopra, Kaiku, Hall, etc. I guess the every day life teachings are about all anyone would really need.
