FOOD FOR THOUGHT  *I*

A huge lesson I've learned, over the years, is that thinking can actually 'do my head in'!

Analyse this....consider that, ponder, ruminate, cogitate, wonder, look up, investigate, oh how the list goes on...& on...& on. It's no wonder, that as a human BE-ing, my head becomes a DO-er & all kinds of chaos & confusion has arisen. This has also been known to create disruption to my space suit (body) as well !

NOW, as I think about this, I'm having a little light bulb moment. I'm also, at the same time, looking through video clips on a certain website.

If water is a powerful medium for transmitting energy, electricity etc....my thought is, that in posting this Youtube video, there is a POWERFUL POTENTIAL for the request of the message to actually magnify the WHOLE... BE IN LOVE expression of our true selves. Who WE REALLY ARE....Pure Divine Unconditional LOVE & LIGHT. We ARE ANGELS who have forgotten how to fly.

I'm in no hurry to ascend - it will happen exactly when it is supposed to, in accordance with divine will. I'm trusting this process completely :-)

So, with that in mind.......

I'll BE taking myself along the road tomorrow to sit beside the ocean for a while, with the intent that my LOVE, LIGHT & the greatest healing available - can raise/increase the vibration frequency through the power of water. Maybe meet a dolphin or two. Might even see a rainbow. Yay.....

May My ETERNAL LOVE be sent to you ALL, to this glorious universe & beyond, & to ALL BE-ings EVERYWHERE....amplified :-), for a sooopa boost.

:-D

Akashic Records September 2011 Message

Channeler:

What energy and experiences can we expect in September 2011?

There is a sense of heaviness this month. It is a heaviness that is
similar to the feeling of being drowsy or falling asleep. It is not a dark
or evil heaviness but it is a slow, sometimes difficult feeling. There
is a sense that the collective energy for all of humanity is moving
downward this month.

It is an important time for you to be grounded. It is an important
time for you to take good care of your physical bodies and to take life
one breath at a time, one step at a time. There is a second energy
along with this in September, which is that it is an important time for
the collective consciousness and it is an important time for working
together as a collective. There is a sense that people have been
struggling for a long time and the only way that humanity will continue
to evolve and move forward is if you work together.

There has never been a more important time than now to really
remember and act according to the idea that you are one. That what
affects you, affects everyone else -- that the things you do make a
difference in how life goes for everyone else in the world. It is so
important that you really act as if that is true, because it is true.
Even though you cannot always comprehend the magnitude of that
connection that you have with the human family, it exists and how
you live your life has a profound impact on what happens to the world
around you.

So this month, do what you can in each moment to bring more
light to the world around you. Do what you can this month to take
accountability for how your actions affect the world around you.
This is true about physical choices such as the decisions to throw
away or recycle a water bottle and it is also true about emotional
choices. When you choose to repress your anger, you are creating
more tension for all of humanity. When you choose to find a healthy
way to release your anger and heal yourself, you lighten the load
for all of humanity. This is also true energetically. When you carry
a sense of love and compassion for yourself, in your own mind and
heart, you make the world a lighter and brighter place. This month,
it is important to practice that, just in each moment. Do not look for
overarching evidence. Do not try to grasp the concept, just act as if
you are connected to the world.

How can we find the greatest benefit from this energy?

The greatest benefit from the energy this month will really come
through tenderness and the act of surrender. It is important this
month that you cultivate the ability to let go of the things that are no
longer serving you. Especially, let go of those things you hold in your
heart that do not serve you. This is an important time to investigate
your resentments and to find a way to let them go.

Some of the practices that will serve you this month include prayer
and any practices that facilitate forgiveness or release. It is a great
time to cry. It is a great time to pour your heart out in your journal or
talking to your friend or talking to your dog. Wherever you can find a
place to let things go, do it this month. The greatest benefit available
this month is that many of you can come to a deeper sense of love
and compassion that will feed the joy in your life for months and years
to come. But it is only possible if you practice this art of surrendering.
Let go of the fights that are no longer serving you. It is important
that you find courage and continue to act toward the goals that are
important to you. We are not telling you to stop doing everything; we
are telling you to investigate what are the fights you are in that are no
longer serving you and let those go.

Remember the energy of this month. It feels heavy and drowsy, so
you are not going to get a lot accomplished. The way to find more
energy this month is not to try to build more energy that you can
use, but instead, to let go of the things that are wasting your energy.
The feeling this month, the heaviness is a lot like a raindrop. If you
imagine a raindrop and that sense of gravity pulling water down
toward the earth, there is surrender in that and there is a sense of
healing. If you have ever experienced a rainstorm after a long dry
spell, there is a sense of healing and release and surrender in the air
around you. That is the sensation you can experience in September
if you will let go of those things that no longer serve you and do
everything you can to release your resentments.

Hopi Elders Guidance

         A Hopi Elder Speaks

You have been telling the people that this is the Eleventh Hour, now you must go back and tell the people that this is the Hour. And there are things to be considered . . .

Where are you living?
What are you doing?
What are your relationships?
Are you in right relation?
Where is your water?
Know your garden.
It is time to speak your Truth.
Create your community.
Be good to each other.
And do not look outside yourself for the leader.”
Then he clasped his hands together, smiled, and said, “This could be a good time!”
There is a river flowing now very fast. It is so great and swift that there are those who will be afraid. They will try to hold on to the shore. They will feel they are torn apart and will suffer greatly.
Know the river has its destination. The elders say we must let go of the shore, push off into the middle of the river, keep our eyes open, and our heads above water. And I say, see who is in there with you and celebrate. At this time in history, we are to take nothing personally, Least of all ourselves. For the moment that we do, our spiritual growth and journey comes to a halt.
The time for the lone wolf is over. Gather yourselves! Banish the word struggle from you attitude and your vocabulary. All that we do now must be done in a sacred manner and in celebration.
We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.”

Living Like Water

A GREAT TEACHER

Water is a great teacher that shows us how to move through the world with grace, ease, determination, and humility.

The journey of water as it flows upon the earth can be a mirror of our own paths through life. Water begins its residence on earth as it falls from the sky or melts from ice and streams down a mountain into a tributary or stream. In the same way, we come into the world and begin our lives on earth. Like a river that flows within the confines of its banks, we are born with certain defining characteristics that govern our identity. We are born in a specific time and place, within a specific family, and with certain gifts and challenges. Within these parameters, we move through life, encountering many twists, turns, and obstacles along the way just as a river flows.

Water is a great teacher that shows us how to move through the world with grace, ease, determination, and humility. When a river breaks at a waterfall, it gains energy and moves on, as we encounter our own waterfalls, we may fall hard but we always keep moving on. Water can inspire us to not become rigid with fear or cling to what’s familiar. Water is brave and does not waste time clinging to its past, but flows onward without looking back. At the same time, when there is a hole to be filled, water does not run away from it in fear of the dark; instead, water humbly and bravely fills the empty space. In the same way, we can face the dark moments of our life rather than run away from them.

Eventually, a river will empty into the sea. Water does not hold back from joining with a larger body, nor does it fear a loss of identity or control. It gracefully and humbly tumbles into the vastness by contributing its energy and merging without resistance. Each time we move beyond our individual egos to become part of something bigger, we can try our best to follow the lead of the river.

Self Love

Love Yourself Teachings By Buddha

YOU, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, DESERVE YOUR LOVE AND AFFECTION.” – Buddha

An important core teaching in Buddhism is self-love. Buddha teaches that you love the self before extending the love to others. In other words, before you are able to be a love luminary, you must have the capacity to embrace yourself fully. Buddha observes, “you can travel around the world to search for someone more lovable than yourself, and yet that person is never to be found.” In other words, the search is not external but internal. You first find it from within. To love the self is to be in continuous connection with your true essence. You learn to accept, appreciate and affirm who you are.
Unconditional love and compassion are divine qualities of your intrinsic nature. When you connect from the inside, you experience the unfolding of wisdom. An inability to experience true self-love leads to love as something conditional. You love yourself if and only if you fulfill a certain expectation of the self. Your love for others also becomes conditional. Clouded by filters and perceptions, the ability for true knowing of the self and others become lacking.
Self-realization is key. This means that you are to awaken into love on an experiential basis. You are to actualize it with your own experiencing. As it has been often pointed out, “the finger pointing to the moon is not the moon”. All in, Buddha’s teachings involve an existential approach, rather than through fuzzy understanding via a religious abstraction.
From self love, you lay the ground for the expression of compassion for others. You tune into the sense of shared humanity. You recognize that others are no different from yourself. Everyone is going through essentially the same pain and sorrow – regardless of the specific packagings of external circumstances. You extend to others what you would extend to the self. By opening your heart, you gain a gentle-yet-powerful connection with all others.
Loving the self enhances your ability to send metta, generating energy that is real, pure and transformative. Many Buddhists practice the sending of metta in their prayers. The Buddha shares insightfully, “”Hatred can never be ceased by hatred; it is ceased by love alone.”
Metta is the radiation of loving kindness towards all beings. The wish is this: may all beings be well and happy. True metta is a warm feeling of generosity, compassion, abundance and love that extends beyond all human-imposed boundaries (such as political, racial, social and gender barriers and the divide between human and all other things).
Love is a practice. It is something that can be worked upon. The more you practice, the greater your ability to love and be compassionate. Buddha encourages you to share your light, “Thousands of candles can be lighted from a single candle, and the life of the candle will not be shortened. Happiness never decreases by being shared.”

May all beings be peaceful.
May all beings be happy.
May all beings be safe.
May all beings awaken to the light of their true nature.
May all beings be free.
Namaste: the divinity in me bows to the divinity in you. :-)))

On Self-Knowledge by Kahlil Gibran

Your hearts know in silence the secrets of the days and the nights.

But your ears thirst for the sound of your heart's knowledge.

You would know in words that which you have always known in thought.

You would touch with your fingers the naked body of your dreams.

And it is well you should.The hidden well-spring of your soul must needs rise and run murmuring to the sea;

And the treasure of your infinite depths would be revealed to your eyes.

But let there be no scales to weigh your unknown treasure;

And seek not the depths of your knowledge with staff or sounding line.

For self is a sea boundless and measureless.

Say not, "I have found the truth," but rather, "I have found a truth."

Say not, "I have found the path of the soul."

Say rather, "I have met the soul walking upon my path."

For the soul walks upon all paths.

The soul walks not upon a line, neither does it grow

The soul unfolds itself like a lotus of countless petals.
