The root causes of all disease except for a few types of cancer are pre-radicals.
What are they? They are just like any other molecules that are found in the body, except for that they have one extra electron or are missing one. Complex measuring devices have told us this. These are created when the body performs a function. Ex. Breathing, Digestion, flexing a muscle… The problem with them is that they pass their electron to the closest molecule in one of our cells in a millisecond and on and on it goes. This renders the molecule useless now, as it will never perform its’ function for that cell anymore.
How do they do this? Well… first of all the body is made of organs and this is called your system. Organs are made up of cells, cells are made up of molecules and the next there are just atoms.
The pieces of cells stripped down little at a time, due to pre-radical damage until they affect an organ too much and then when one shuts down it breaks down the system and this means death for the organism! This is the ultimate epitome of bad health. Disease can then set in damage is done.
How do we stop them? Anti-Oxidants are what we use to virtually eliminate these molecules from affecting our system. An anti-oxidant is a molecule just like any other molecule but it’s like a “lazy molecule” and will hold on to an electron from a pre-radical and not pass it on for 24 hours, virtually eliminating it!
Where do they come from? Mainly, green leafy vegetables are where anti-oxidants are found.
