It takes no effort...Just allow and relax into it...Don't try too hard...Just BE...No thoughts...Empty your mind and allow for the connection of your consciousness to sink deep within your heart...Meditation helps to see things from another higher perspective of Love, no fear, Oneness and Humbleness also of Simplicity...Blessings and I know you will excel...All of us went through the exact same experience of allowing and believing then we can begin to more clearly "see" truth from the seat of our souls...

I am finding you meditations that are simple and very easy to follow...Mooji is a Master at it...I find him to be a good guidance for those at the beginning of their journeys...Enjoy!

Blessings Nico and thank you for your friendship...All is in Divine Perfect Order...even as this chaos seems to be all there is this is far from the truth...This chaos is the way to freedom...For all that is of the old energy is obsolete and is coming out to be exposed, and as we are moving in space through the Photon Belt...meaning closer to the Central Sun, the vibration is getting higher and higher, we have been inundated with more Light (vibrating higher and faster more and more to the speed of Love), and therefore all of the old energy (darkness) will have to go (pass on) or wake up and accept this new Higher way of the 5th dimensional world where Love is all there is...You are in the right place at the right time...There are no coincidences...for they do not exist, only synchronicities abound...
