I am Mikaya Halima Raphael , Jocelyne if you prefer. Before that frequency I was Illukia, she is always there I am a walk-in My keepership is : Keeper of The Temple of Love, oversoul by Mother Mary and The Elohims Temple of Love and Wisdom Ashtar is one of my lineage and I support the energy as Mother Ashtar like others do on this Earth and in the same time Ashtar is my father. When it is urgent they are always there to heal me and protect me . I am the emanation of Lady of Arcturus, she gaved me her name Arctura , the Arcturians are another of my lineage I am an Angelic Mother Healing Channel with Divine Mother and with Councils of All Mothers A Seer I started to be conscious awake very late after I took my retirement from Bell Canada as a manager. They just gave me 3 months to rest and after all was so fast. My guides always talked to me before , I thought it was intuition or natural.
