About Yourself

Michael Marlowe is a,spiritual teacher messenger, writer, messenger and executive management consultant. He blends deep spiritual work with his knowledge of people and the business world. At the age of nineteen Michael had a spiritual awakening and discovered his gift for channeling. He was told by spirit that his purpose and function on the earth was to help bring about unity. For the next decade several teachers came into his life to help him to develop his gift and to learn to hear spirit clearly. During this time he would both write and offer public sessions and readings for others. In his late twenties he set his gift aside and was guided to move into the world of business to “develop his credentials.” This began a journey of thirty years of corporate ex¬perience, primarily in Fortune 50 companies. From 1987 to 1995, Michael was the Director of the AT&T Organization Effectiveness Center. The Center supported the Chairman and senior executives in implementing corporate-wide growth and performance improvement efforts on globalization, alignment around AT&T’s Business Strategy and Values, Total Quality Management (TQM), mergers and acquisitions, and executive coaching of the Chairman and senior leaders. During this time he met Peter Senge, author of the global best seller The Fifth Discipline. Together they worked on a series of projects at AT&T to create learning organizations designed to increase flexibility, and adaptability to changing business conditions. After leaving AT&T he co-founded the Center For Shared Leadership and his clients included: DirecTV, ExxonMobil, American Express, Intel, Detroit Edison, Northern Telcom, Digital Equipment Corporation, Lucent Technologies, and the National Security Agency (NSA). In 2005, Michael had a waking dream in which he was told that it was time to resume channeling. His role as a messenger is to bring forward and disseminate seventeen messages over the coming years. He began scribing the master text called Messages on Growth: How to Heal Ourselves and The Planet We Live On. The channeled writing came in the form of essays, parables, stories, inspirations, reflections, questions and practices for learning. In 2006, he took a sabbatical from his consulting business to be a full time student of this work. To date there are over 2000 hand written pages, which organize around a core of learnings about Growth, Healing, and Experiencing Possibilities. The work focuses on the first ten of the promised seventeen energetic messages: You Are Not Alone, Do No Harm, You Are Responsible for Everything, You Are All Creators, Be With Your Children, Be Awake, Walk Into The Light, Wait For No One, Share and Take Care. These transformative messages capable of infinite application are explored around a person’s growth, relationships, families, teams, communities, and organizations. New channeled material is received regularly, deepening the work and application of the messages. The channeled material originates from an entity which Michael simply calls “the voice.” This being refuses to name itself. On the question of its nature the voices says “If I were to name myself in that very instant I would become more to some and less to others. Who do I need to be for you to simply turn the pages, read my words and explore my offering? I will let you name me. As to my nature would it be enough to say I have been here from the beginning?” Today Michael’s focus is on bringing the messages forward in different forms to reach a wide variety of audiences.
