Waking Times

The season of peace, the solstice, the inward time, the feeling of the womb; there we know that night is equally as beautiful as day. When it is quiet, and dark, and we are together and trusting, heart-centered exchange of energy is ours to enjoy… if we make it so. Higher understanding comes from this: communication from the place where love and truth dwell.

A few weeks ago I started an article that I called “In the Groove”. I was trying to get a grip on that moment in live music where the mind drops away and the musicians are not only in sync but are communicating instantaneously and intuitively. That’s such a cool feeling… when the mind drops away.

And we can experience it not just in music, but in so many ways. One of my favorites is in the kitchen, with a partner, cooking a meal… delicious.

I never finished the groove article, but the subject stayed on my mind, especially the instantaneous, intuitive communication part. Now I know we humans are constantly bombarding each other with thoughts… negative or positive. In the consciousness movement we know enough to watch what we’re projecting, and we do what we can to protect against negative incoming. But ego-based thoughts are not what I’m talking about.

I’m talking about back and forth, heart-centered, nearby or at-a-distance conversations. It happens to me frequently with my down-syndrome granddaughter. She has no barriers to it, it seems. I just shine in on her, from miles away, and if I can catch her attention she shines right back. There is only one thing in our communication… love. It seems the rule is: heart communication doesn’t convey the ego’s need or desire or concern because it doesn’t have an ego. It’s just light shining back and forth…a safe place.

I wonder sometimes what we can grow into with this, especially collectively. I get emails from the readers of my blog, strangers from halfway around the world, and it seems like the barriers are down already. We can laugh and joke as if we’re neighbors having lunch. This leads me to wonder about our ever expanding consciousness community… what will we eventually be able to create? It seems to me a possibility, that one day we’ll be masterful enough with our instruments to slip ‘in the groove’.

Moving back to the solstice… I know there will be a number of quiet, sacred, heart-centered gatherings, perhaps for no other reason than to honor the experience of ‘vast and beautiful night’ from which light is born. It is a time for reverence, and many will gather in that spirit. There will also be global group meditations, and these meditations have meaning… they can hold space and create peace. I suspect the numbers of people involved nowadays is becoming quite large.

It hasn’t always been so, and I haven’t always trusted in our collective intent. My thoughts at an outdoor reggae concert some 30 years ago reveal much about personal growth. Toward the end of the concert I watched a few members of the audience slip away to gather in a separate area. When I asked what was going on, I was told, “It’s a Nyabinghi. We will be drumming and chanting for peace, probably all night.” Inside, I kind of scoffed at the idea, thinking that a few people in a field aren’t going to bring peace. That was a jaded opinion of course, but at the same time, other musical influences were incoming.

During the 1980s we received a song written by Foreigner. It was a big hit: I Want to Know What Love Is. I was absolutely taken with the song, and so were millions of others. What do humans want… well, millions, at that time, wanted to know what love is. I believe millions still do… it’s what we yearn for at the deepest level: to change this heart of mine… to end this loneliness.

We are a feeling – the feeling of us that we used to call a ‘vibe’. It’s our energy/information. We are crammed full of thoughts; magnets helping to create our circumstances. We experience emotional states, ever changing. Sometimes they arise from ego getting or not getting what it wants, or in a very deep sense, they can arise from the soul’s yearning. We are physical body… a seasonal existence, just like all things in nature. And we are eternal spirit wherein all is forever, and nothing is erased.

Gradually realizing the power of our intent, and having come this far, we know that heart-based communication is possible… we know because we’re doing it. We’re exiting that traumatized space full of memories of failure and hurt and abandonment and struggle; full of manipulation and competition and opinions and fears. Everyone is disarmed in the heart space… we can’t hurt each other, and we can’t misunderstand. It’s just a flow… a dropping into the groove.

Surely during the solstice we will be influencing the global possibilities, not only for ourselves but for the millions of people who want to know what love is. But we don’t do this for a purpose of changing the world… for then the mind would come back in. We do it for Being… our soul’s yearning… be love, and it is.

The Intelligence Hub for the Victory of Light

There are drastic changes happening behind the scenes.

A battle continues for the control of the new financial system, which is being created now with full speed. The Eastern Alliance is building the new financial system to support the coming Event:

On the other hand, the Jesuits have infiltrated many agents inside the Eastern Alliance to hijack the process, hoping to create a global centralized financial system after the dollar collapses as a world reserve currency and the Illuminazi faction is removed:

They are entertaining an idea of including Bitcoin in the new centralized system as well.

The Jesuits are hoping to somehow survive the Event untouched by putting the friendly face of master manipulator Pope Francis as their frontman and portraying themselves as the good guys.

The Rothschilds are doing whatever they can to be as silent and invisible as possible in hopes that people will not remember them when the Event comes. They will try to portray themselves as people who collect art and love good wines and have an investment fund or two by the way.

Meanwhile, the world is preparing for the financial reset. The fact that dollar will lose world reserve currency status and that a new financial system is coming is becoming common knowledge, although interpretations having the Cabal as their intel source might not always be correct:

The collapse of the current financial system is inevitable after the Resistance removed the vast majority of physical gold from the Cabal in early 2012. That gold was underwriting the financial system and after it was gone, a countdown clock for the complete system meltdown was triggered and its collapse is expected soon. Some people expect this to happen as late as 2015:

It am not at liberty yet to disclose any timeline for those events. The only thing I can say is that the moment of total meltdown of the current financial system is the last possible moment for the Event to occur, regardless of everything.

There have been some drastic developments regarding the Event during the last weekend. Special task force of the Resistance, codenamed RM2m, was within 45 minutes of triggering the Event on Saturday after the Archons (physical and non-physical) went a little bit too far with some of their actions. The Archons backed off at the last moment to prevent the Event from being triggered and were forced to negotiate their own safety and survival. In order to survive a little bit longer, they were forced to deconstruct Dom33, their plan of retaliation when the Event happens.

They were also forced to surrender full protection of the top level people within the Cabal, who were until now able to conduct their deeds with physical Archons covering their backs. As the physical Archons are now more concerned with their own safety than with safety of the Cabal, the Cabal might find out that if they do something negative, strange things might begin happening to them. The old order that worked in their favor for thousands of years has been severely disrupted.

There is a significant number of agents of the Resistance on the surface of the planet now, doing »various things«.

The Archons did not handle those changes easily. An unconfirmed source stated that one senior member of the Orsini family committed suicide in his apartment in Rome this Saturday, while the Farnese are seriously considering their surrender. Also the Eastern Alliance has allegedly made a trading attack on Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena, disrupting Jesuit financial machinations. That bank is one of the most important banks in the current Jesuit-controlled banking system. It is owned by the Chigi family, a main black nobility family from Siena.

Most importantly, the RM2m special task force has proposed a plan to trigger the Event before the non-physical planes are totally cleared. They feel that this wait is simply taking too long to be tolerated and that some risks need to be taken. They are now aligning their plan with the non-terrestrial Light forces.

However, for this plan to be successful, they need our cooperation.

Triggering the Event before the non-physical planes are cleared may result in some additional loss of human lives as some people will become dysfunctional, unable to handle the Event and resort to violence. The Cabal is not so much of a problem as they will be either arrested or stardusted in the first few hours and even initially they will not be able to do that much damage now that their Doom33 plan has been compromised. The Illuminazi faction is now hastily devising their own retaliation plan after they lost support of the Archons for Doom33, but that plan would pose far lesser threat than former Doom33. Here I might need to add that all Jesuit and Illuminazi agents which have infiltrated various militias in the last few decades will be stardusted also if the try anything nasty.

The problem lies within the general population. Some people might get violent in their home situations and their families, old resentments suddenly being triggered and coming out to the surface. Also, violent street gangs might be formed briefly in the initial hours and maybe even days after the Event in some more remote areas without proper law enforcement being present. So I would suggest everybody to avoid violent confrontations in the first hours and days after the Event, regardless of the situation.

The RM2m special task force has asked if we can conduct a poll to determine what the opinion of the surface population is about their plan. The results of that poll will not determine the course of their actions, but will give them priceless feedback for them to be able to adjust their plan to accommodate the needs of the surface population more.

The first option is to trigger the Event as soon as possible, although this might pose a remote but potentially grave risk to life / physical safety of yourself and your loved ones.

The second option is to wait for the safest moment for the Event to occur, even if that means a significantly longer wait.

Every soul on every lower-dimensional planet who begins to understand spirit and their inner-realms aptly works to awaken those around them to the reality of these things, and we can feel the willingness in many of you to begin acting as wayshowers and helpers for the rest of your planet to begin consciously absorbing your ascension energies.
Holding the Energetic Space

The incoming energies will help many souls who were previously lost in the mucky unawareness of lower-dimensional existence to open up to concepts they wouldn’t of opened up to before, and you can actively hold the space for this to come about as many of you have already been doing.

You can hold the space for the rest of your populace to awaken, and doing so can entail letting pain and difficulty melt away when it could be easier to engage them or react to them emotionally.

Of course, your ascension process requires you to “get down in the trenches” to borrow that phrase from our scribe’s mind, and we’re confident that those of you who feel as if you’re lost in the dense energy of the Earth will find your way back out of it and back into the peaceful and harmonious Light you’ve come to the Earth from.

The terms “starseed”, “wanderer” and a few others have been used to describe those of you who’ve willingly come to the Earth from the higher dimensions for the purpose of awakening and uplifting your collective, and a wave of higher-dimensional souls has and continues to incarnate on your planet with no desire of stopping.

This is because we’re all gearing ourselves for the monumental event that will be (and already is) the collective awakening into a new frame of understanding and comprehension.

When your populace can grasp the reality of spirit and the need to begin working toward a better paradigm than your current, we can anticipate the collective energy level rising exponentially. We can also anticipate humanity being tested initially in the way of coming together and expressing harmony toward one another.

It’s been mentioned that humanity could have initial trouble establishing unity because of your perceived differences that have been played upon by aspects of the ego-self that enjoy the separation that fuels your current paradigm, but these differences are illusory and your oneness with each other lies in the fact that you’re all Created from the same Source and comprised of and connected via the same energy of Love that sustains your reality.

As more people are beginning to learn, Love as an energy forms the building blocks of your reality and when making the choice to consciously attune to a deeper state of being, you deepen your perception of the higher realms.

The result is myriad positive health effects on the body, mind and spirit, and likewise, the effects of keeping oneself blocked from the higher realms can be hurtful to the body. This is because you’ve always been meant to feel and express your spiritual links, and there truly is no difference between spirituality and the physical reality you find yourselves in.

Humanity has convinced yourselves that spirit can’t possibly exist, and as a result, many have Created this reality for themselves and have effectively blocked themselves from the realms of spirit, possessing little more within than the everlasting spark of knowledge and understanding that can never be put out.
Expressing Your Unique Perspective

Though a growing number of you are now turning that spark into the burning flame of enlightenment and resulting inspiration, many on your planet still don’t understand the spiritual realms or the fact that spirit has forever and always been a pervasive part of your reality.

Everyone on your Earth will come to understand this in due time, and we’re confident that those of you who are willing and excited to show the way will be able to do just that, now and in the time ahead. As many of you find your role and mission expanding as much as your perception of the higher realms, we can anticipate that the volume of “work” you’ll give from here on out will be incredible and beneficial to the collective.

Recognizing that everyone’s path is different, we encourage channels for our communications to begin writing and expressing your unique perspective if you feel drawn to doing so, because we Love speaking to and through humanity but we also Love when anyone’s able to express themselves.

You’re all much more valuable to the Earth’s ascension (and in general) than you’ve let yourselves believe, and your ability to see your value lies in how much you’re willing to accept it. What we mean is that if you can’t see yourselves as valuable, then you won’t be able to make efforts that reflect that understanding.

From our perspective, it isn’t necessarily “vain” (as humans love to label such things) to understand that you possess incredible power and ability and are very valuable to the Earth’s ascension, because the value you possess doesn’t put you above any other soul.

You all possess an incredible wealth of value to the Earth’s ascension, and when every person on your planet can recognize their value and their incredible ability, the resulting “work” that can be produced can vastly benefit your society.

You are Love incarnate, dear souls, and more people are beginning to understand this as your populace awakens to the Love of your existence.

When it’s understood that you can transcend physical limitation and find yourselves completely limitless and infinite in what you’re able to do, be and perceive, the oppressed manner in which much of your society goes about daily Life will be replaced with invigoration and unprecedented excitement to be a part of the building of a paradigm far away from your current.
The Importance of Unity

Your society has made considerable progress, technologically and in other avenues, and as you’ll learn, much of the technology you enjoy to this day has originated on other planets and been given to the Earth for purposes both benevolent and malevolent.

You’ve certainly benefitted from the technology you’ve been given, and we note that the internet in particular has been a wonderful way for the growing number of conscious individuals flooding it to express their unique perspective.

However, despite your technological progress there’s still much progress to be made in the way of collective compassion and unity. By now, we can understand if the word “unity” is beginning to sound repetitive, but its importance couldn’t be expressed enough.

Unity amongst your populace provides the foundation upon which you can build your future, and unity is an essential component to the building of your new paradigm because a divided humanity will have little interest in building anything different from the current manner in which your society operates.

We’ll make our final impressions for this communication and say that the Love making up the fabric of your existence is and will continue to flow through your expanding minds and hearts in incredible, and for many of you, surprising ways.

The effects for the better this can have in your Lives will be monumental if you can open up to this brimming, overflowing Love and allow it to be expressed through you as often as possible, and we’ll forever encourage maintaining an active connection with the higher realms as you go about the Earthly experience.

A study in the August edition of The Journal of School Health finds that the generations old theory of a “gateway drug” effect is in fact accurate for some drug users, but shifts the blame for those addicts’ escalating substance abuse away from marijuana and onto the most pervasive and socially accepted drug in American life: alcohol.

Using a nationally representative sample from the University of Michigan’s annual Monitoring the Future survey, the study blasts holes in drug war orthodoxy wide enough to drive a truck through, definitively proving that marijuana use is not the primary indicator of whether a person will move on to more dangerous substances.

“By delaying the onset of alcohol initiation, rates of both licit substance abuse like tobacco and illicit substance use like marijuana and other drugs will be positively affected, and they’ll hopefully go down,” study co-author Adam E. Barry, an assistant professor at the University of Florida’s Department of Health Education & Behavior, told Raw Story in an exclusive interview.

While Barry’s study shows evidence that substance abuse behaviors can be predicted with a high degree of accuracy by examining a subject’s drug history, he believes that the persistent and misguided notion of marijuana as the primary gateway to more harmful substances went awry because its creators — who called it the “Stepping Stone Hypothesis” in the “Reefer Madness” era of the 1930s – fundamentally misread the data and failed to conduct an adequate follow-up.

“Some of these earlier iterations needed to be fleshed out,” Barry said. “That’s why we wanted to study this. The latest form of the gateway theory is that it begins with [marijuana] and moves on finally to what laypeople often call ‘harder drugs.’ As you can see from the findings of our study, it confirmed this gateway hypothesis, but it follows progression from licit substances, specifically alcohol, and moves on to illicit substances.”

“So, basically, if we know what someone says with regards to their alcohol use, then we should be able to predict what they respond to with other [drugs],” he explained. “Another way to say it is, if we know someone has done [the least prevalent drug] heroin, then we can assume they have tried all the others.”

And while that standardized progression certainly doesn’t fit every single drug user, the study took that into account too. “There were a low enough number of errors that you are able to accurately predict [future substance abuse behavior]… with about 92 percent accuracy,” Barry said.

By comparing substance abuse rates between drinkers and non-drinkers, they ultimately found that seniors in high school who had consumed alcohol at least once in their lives “were 13 times more likely to use cigarettes, 16 times more likely to use marijuana and other narcotics, and 13 times more likely to use cocaine.”

Barry also noted that the rates of tobacco and marijuana use among all 12th grade high school students were virtually the same, confirming a report the Centers for Disease Control published in June, and an analysis Raw Story published in May.

The study should give pause to anyone involved in youth drug awareness programs, as its findings suggest that making science-based alcohol education a top priority could actually turn the tide of the drug war — but only if lawmakers and leading educators decide to use that same science as a foundation for public policy and school curriculum.

“I think [these results] have to do with level of access children have to alcohol, and that alcohol is viewed as less harmful than some of these other substances,” Barry added.

That social misconception, largely driven by the sheer popularity of alcohol and the profits it generates for private industry, is diametrically opposed to the most current science available on drug harms. A study published in 2010 in the medical journal Lancet ranked alcohol as the most harmful drug of all, above heroin, crack, meth, cocaine and tobacco. Even more striking: The Lancet study found that harms to others near the user were more than double those of the second most harmful drug, heroin.

In its last Youth Risk Behavior Survey, the CDC found (PDF) that about 71 percent of American students have had at least one alcoholic beverage in their lifetime, and almost 39 percent reported having at least one drink within the last 30 days.

“This is a time of budget tightening,” Barry concluded. “Many social services are being cut. If you take [our findings] and apply them to a school health setting, we believe that you are going to get the best bang for your buck by focusing on alcohol.”

Updated from a prior version to add CDC’s Youth Risk Behavior Survey and clarify that the study’s confirmed ‘gateway drug’ effect only pertains to students who reported abusing substances other than alcohol.

The human energetic body, also referred to as the pranic sheath or astral body, is an intricate network of 72,000 nadis that facilitate the movement of prana, the vital energy of the human body. Tapping into the healing abilities of your chakras can be achieved through various means, such as changing your lifestyle and diet, establishing a meditation practice, taking time for personal exploration, and integrating physical practices such as yoga into your daily life. Below are some specific healing techniques to balance each chakra and help you establish equilibirum.

Root Chakra – Muladhara – I am

Location: The base of the spine in the tailbone area.

Purpose: Keeps you grounded and centered.

When imbalanced: Feeling unfocused; maneuvering through life without purpose; sense of drifting along; fear and uncertainty; frustration with life direction; lack of emotional and life independence.

When nurtured: Increased sense of security, confidence and satisfaction; increased sense of self-worth; strengthened connection with your intuition; ability to move forth to the creative nature of life; ability to fully love and enjoy life.

Healing techniques: Practice visualization of walking barefoot and growing roots to the Earth’s center; visualize molten lava or other objects that are bright red; perform walking meditation, if possible barefoot; resolve issues with family and close friends; re-establish your understanding of what you really need versus what you want in life.

What to eat: Root vegetables such as carrots, parsnips, beets, garlic, onion, etc; protein-rich foods such as nuts, eggs, beans and tofu; spices such as horseradish, cayenne pepper, hot paprika and chives.

Mantra: Lam

Sacral Chakra – Swadhishtana – I feel

Location: Along the spine in the genital area of the lower abdomen, about 2 inches below navel and 2 inches in.

Purpose: The dwelling place of the Self that affords us the ability to change and accept others.

When imbalanced: Resistance to change; emotional imbalance; becoming manipulative; sexual dysfunction; laziness and lack of motivation; hormonal imbalance.

When nurtured: Overall sense of feeling balanced; increased flow of creativity; ability to be easy going; easily getting along with others.

Healing techniques: Looks for a creative outlet that you enjoy and that allows you to align with who you really are; face any buried emotions from your childhood; become accepting of relationships versus trying to influence them.

What to eat: Water and mineral water; seafood, fish and other foods from the sea; sweet fruits such as melons, mangos, strawberries, passion fruit and coconut; honey; nuts such as almonds and walnuts; sweet spices such as cinnamon, vanilla, sesame seeds and sweet paprika.

Mantra: Vam

Solar Plexus Chakra – Manipura – I do

Location: In the upper abdomen at the naval, corresponding to the solar plexus in the physical body.

Purpose: The seat of intellect that is the center of our personal power.

When imbalanced: Low self-esteem or self-worth; being withdrawn; depression; lack of confidence in daily responsibilities; emotional issues are often coupled with weakness or illness of digestive system.

When nurtured: Clear sense of optimism; high self-respect; ability to fully express yourself; ability to confidently face challenges; strong sense of personal power; general satisfaction with daily life.

Healing techniques: Reassess personal choices and life path; meditate on uncovering and accepting the true Self; take the emotional steps to “grow up” and take responsibility for your own life path; take steps to make your dreams and aspirations real.

What to eat: Starches and grains such as granola, oatmeal, cereals, flax seed and sunflower seeds; dairy such as goat cheese and yogurt; spices such as ginger, mint, chamomile, turmeric, cumin and fennel.

Mantra: Ram

Heart Chakra – Anahata – I love

Location: Center of the chest, slightly above the heart.

Purpose: Governs love, compassion and spirituality.

When imbalanced: Feeling of self-pity; overwhelming feelings of sorrow for yourself; indecisiveness; anger; paranoia; fear of getting hurt; fear of close relationships; holding onto feelings or possessions that do not serve you; emotional issues can manifest themselves into cardiac problems.

When nurtured : ability to express love and compassion; ability to see good in other people; it is easy to forgive others and yourself; ability to show self love.

Healing techniques: Visualize a bright light at the heart center and imagine it expanding slowly; practice breath meditation focused on inhaling into the heart center and observing sensations at heart center on exhale; write in a journal; open up to and talk with a trusted friend.

What to eat: Leafy greens such as celery, cabbage, spinach, kale and dandelion greens. Air vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, squash and pumpkin; brown and white rice; green teas; leafy spices such as basil, sage, thyme, cilantro and parsley.

Mantra: Yam

Throat Chakra – Vishuddha – I speak

Location: At the base of the throat.

Purpose: Governs our ability to communicate and our aptitude for faith and understanding.

When imbalanced: Difficulty communicating thoughts either verbally or in writing; inability for, frustration with or fear of self expression; apprehension and anxiety; hypothyroid.

When nurtured: Ability to find an opinion or voice in previously uncomfortable situations; experiences of inspiration; faith and trust in the Universe/Divine/God; ability to observe life from a higher vibration; ability to separate yourself from everyday problems and obstacles; establish understanding of our inner truth.

Healing techniques: Practice emotional detachment from trivial everyday drama; sing and dance; speak and yell; stand up for your personal beliefs and ideologies; express yourself; practice certain yoga postures such as fish, bridge and headstand.

What to eat: Fruit liquids such as coco water, juices and herbal teas; tart and tangy fruits such as lemons, limes, kiwi and grapefruit; tree growing fruits such as pears, plums, peaches, and apples; spices such as salt and lemongrass.

Mantra: Ham

Third Eye Chakra – Ajna – I see

Location: The forehead between the eye brows (it is also called the crown chakra).

Purpose: Helps us stay focused and clear minded and allows us to receive inner guidance from the Higher Self.

When imbalanced: Lack of insight and intuitiveness; inability to make decisions; feeling lost, discouraged or egotistical; fearful of success; inability to acknowledge necessity to learn or ask for help.

When nurtured: Ability to connect to our intuitive nature; ability to see in our mind’s eye and envision our future; ability to look beyond the obvious and consider the mystical; facing truth without fear; life obstacles become new possibilities; trust is established that all things happen for a reason and are part of a bigger Divine plan.

Healing techniques: Visualize the third eye in the middle of the forehead looking around making keen observations; do not over-think or dwell on situations; take time to calm thoughts throughout the day; meditate on being present in the moment; learn new things; remain open-minded to unfamiliar ideas

What to eat: Raw green veggie juices; foods rich in chlorophyll such as spirulina; eat ligther foods and less food; dark colored fruits such as blueberries, red grapes, black berries and raspberries; spices such as lavender, poppy seed and mugwort.

Mantra: Om

Crown Chakra – Sahasrara – I understand

Location: At the very top of the head.

Purpose: Represents our ability to connect spiritually and allows the inward flow of wisdom.

When imbalanced: Feeling disconnected from life or life’s purpose; becoming destructive; lacking trust, faith and hope; experiencing headaches and “brain fog”.

When nurtured: General sense of satisfaction with life; productive attitude towards all actions and tasks; ability to acknowledge and even feel the connection to the world; unlocking the doorways to the subconscious and unconscious minds; ability to let go of attachments; judgments diminish in thoughts, words and deeds; enlightenment and Divine Wisdom become possible.

Healing techniques: Visualize bright light glowing at the crown and enveloping the top of the head; ask your Higher Self for guidance and healing; stop judging yourself and others in your words, deeds and thoughts; work on balancing the preceding six chakras; meditate consistently.

What to eat: fasting and detoxing; smudging with herbs such as sage, copal, myrth and juniper.

Mantra: Aum

This unfathomable Divine Love is flowing into the mental and emotional strata of Earth from the Divine Matrix of our omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent Father-Mother God, the Cosmic I AM, ALL That Is.
