I'm sorry my reaction is a bit late, but i'm very busy at the moment... To regain your own strength and power is very easy, you just have to want it and it's all done by your intention...
Just allow the healing energys of the universe to heal you. And protect yourself from any low forms of energy just by your own intention, you just have to believe in your own words...
It's so easy that most people don't believe it;)
Let your energy flow, love yourself and it will work for you!
For healing in the fysical body you can call upon the emerald green light! And to heal your spiritual bodys you can call upon the rainbow light...
