I have been interested in vibrational healing for over ten years studying reiki and crystal healing for a numbers of years. I have an interest in colour and sound healing too and am exploring with the merkaba and the flower of life teachings by Drunvalo Melchizedek. I love reading works by David Wilcocks too and want to read more books by Michael Tsarion who makes the connections between atlantis, avalon and the druids.

Many acredited reiki teacher in Cardiff, Kim Dowdell has been my crystal teacher for 5 years, she is based in Llantwit major in Wales. Many friends and family have been my teachers and i consider authors such as Drunvalo and soon to read Michael tsarion too to be my teachers...
