After recently visiting a Castle to pray for stuck energies,I have taken the journey to another setting,this time to an Abbey,where the Archangel and angel orbs shine through.
I wondered why the Monks needed help,but it turned out to be a different matter.
They were inspirational in coming through for me.
The second part of this journey took me to some woods,where not only can you see lights,but tiny faces in the orbs.
Also,elementals in abundance.

Who is Bob Lazar and how does he know about UFO’s you ask? Lazar has degrees in Physics and Electronics Technology and says that he has attended Cal Tech and MIT. In the 1980’s he worked at Los Alamos Labs in New Mexico. Then in 1989 he was employed at a desert test area called Area S4. Area S4 is about 15 to 18 miles South West of Area 51. It is 125 miles North of Las Vegas. Area 51 has become notorious for the secret tests of military craft such as the U-2 and Stealth Fighter.
Bob Lazar believes that there are no alien craft being tested at Area 51, but instead are at Area S4. His job at Area S4 was to assist in the back engineering of the propulsion system of the alien saucers. Back engineering is to analyze something that already exists and figure out how its works, essentially by taking it apart or close study. One of the Area S4 briefings that taught Lazar about the alien ships and other
technology, also revealed a startling thing to him he didn’t know, that humans were products of genetic manipulation by the aliens themselves.
Lazars saucer that he worked on has to be one of the most researched and well-known UFOs in the world of UFOlogy. It is called the Sports Model, and Bob Lazar worked frequently on it at the S4 sector, near Area 51. The dimensions of the sports model UFO are approximately 16 feet tall and 52 feet nine inches in diameter. The outer covering of the disc is made of a metal and its color is similar to unpolished stainless steel. When the saucer is not energized the craft will rest on its belly. The entrance to the craft is found on the upper half of the disc with the bottom portion of the door wrapping around the center lip of the discs edge. This was just one of nine discs kept at the S4 site. The saucer itself was actually capable of not just space flight but traveling forwards and backwards in time. He says when you create any artificial gravitational field, you technically move in your own time. So you do slip forward when you create your own intense gravitational field, but that has yet been tested at his site.
Lazar describes the disc as being divided into three different sections. The lower level is the location of the three powerful gravity amplifies and their wave-guides. These components are the main part of the propulsion system that are used to amplify and focus the gravity A waves.
He states that the Reactor is found above the three gravity amplifiers on the center level. The reactor is centered between all three amplifiers. The reactor is powered by an element that up to today, was only found in meteorites, element 115. This element has never been found on earth, but was once found in a meteorite that fell in South Africa. The element 115 is the source of the gravity A wave which is amplified for space-time distortion and travel.
The center level of the disc has the control panels and seats, but Lazar said they were both too low to the floor and too small to be functional for the average adult human. The walls were divided into archways. A unique thing happens when the disc becomes energized, one of these archways becomes transparent and you can actually see the area outside the ship. The outer wall of the disc between the archways became a window of sorts. When Lazar was observing a demonstration of the interior of the disc as it was energized, he noticed something incredible, which is only similar to our LED technology of today. A form of writing began to appear on the right side of the clear window, which was unlike any alphabetic, scientific, or mathematical symbols that he had ever seen. The screen with the alien words and the clear window had a thin white bar that had a function much as our scroll up or down key works in our word perfect or web browser programs, allowing us to move it up or down to view more details. He was never allowed to view the third level, so Lazar was unable to give any specifics as to what the porthole areas at the top of the disc actually were, but one thing is for sure, they were not portholes (possibly a weapons area, which would explain the window like openings at the top that would allow a particle beam to shoot out). All three seats in the craft face the same screen. The words on the screen were composed of small circles, and ellipses, much how cursive writing curves beautifully, but not connected like cursive words. Lazar was not told what the writing meant or where it came from, so his only moment of seeing it was when the technicians switched it on from a hole in the floor of the center of level, where a hole was located, made when one of the gravity amplifiers was cut out for analyzing. From the moment the technician started the mechanism, to the moment Lazar viewed the words on the clear screen took about thirty seconds (a delay of 30 seconds before the screen started). The ship had only a single weapon on it. It was a direct energy weapon. Unlike a laser beam this weapon was probably a particle weapon or neutron weapon. Lazar said that the EMP generator in the system of the craft could possibly cause approaching jets or systems to malfunction. The craft themselves make a slight hiss when taking off and can be heard up to a certain altitude, and it sounds like a high voltage hiss. He said that the interior and exterior of the craft appeared as one piece, as if it came from a wax mold. There were not nuts or bolts or wires connecting anything. There were no lights on the control console.
The element 115 fuel sits on top of the conical shaped fuel housing. The element 115 was machined into long isosceles triangle shaped wedges with a conical point at the angle adjacent to the two equal length sides of the wedge for fitting into the reactor. A Los Alamos facility machined the 115 into these triangle shapes and then shipped them to Area S4. Lazar says that he had a contact in Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico that took part in the machining of the element and gave Lazar one of them. At Los Alamos they believed it was for some futuristic armor, they had no idea what it was really meant for use as. The wedge that they created was about the size of a 50 cent coin, but was suppose to last the flying saucer for at least the next twenty to thirty years, depending on how the amount of use the craft got. This tiny mineral called element 115 is not only the key to starting and running the many different types of alien craft that Area S4 has, but it is also the key to unlocking free energy, freeing vehicles from their dependence on fossil fuels, allowing the planet to heal the ozone naturally. Imagine not just cars and aircraft, but everything everywhere running off this tiny coin size mineral that lasts for decades before it’s used up. Sounds like the future to me.
Overall I feel that Bob Lazar is telling the truth about himself and the work he has done at area S4. Lazar also said that the three anti gravity generators also created a field around the saucer that made it appear fuzzy or unclear to some degree. He also mentioned that this field around the saucer also may appear illuminated at night due to its high intensity of micro-like waves. This would explain a lot of photographs in the past that have had UFOs that appeared slightly fuzzy. If Lazars statements on the field around the ship are correct, it makes all those past blurred photographs now appear real. The fact that in 1995, the Department of Interior took 3,972 more acres (around Area 51 & Area S4) of Bureau of Land Management land, from public access, creating a extreme security buffer zone to prevent any civilian from observing military activities at Groom Lake, or in other words, in 1995 they started teaching pilots to fly these alien crafts both in and outside the atmosphere and needed a buffer zone to prevent the crafts from being seen when at high altitudes. No, this is not frantic guessing, but tying in the facts. One fact that backs this up is the UFO crash in Needles, California of 2008, where two Janet planes (exclusively used in Area-51 to transport non-military personnel to work.) came in the middle of the night to transport scientists to examine the crash. Strange the planes landed hours before the crash took place, indicating it may have been an Area S4 pilot that crash-landed a blue glowing ship or an expected alien visitor. Check out the 2008 Needles UFO crash chapter that was 178.6 miles Southeast of Area-51, home of the Janet Planes, and home of Area S4, the area to study and back engineer alien technology.

The Hollow Earth _ its Inhabitants
The Arcturians teach that the most fundamental ingredient for living in the fifth dimension is love. That negativity, fear and guilt must be overcome and be exchanged for love and light. Arcturus is the brightest star in the Bootes constellation, which is approximately 36 light years from earth.
The Arcturians work in very close connection with the Ascended Masters whom they refer to as the brotherhood of the all. They also work very closely with what they refer to as The Galactic Command. The Arcturians travel the universe in their starships, which are some of the most advanced in the entire universe.
One of the reasons that Earth has not been attacked by more warlike negative extraterrestrials has been these civilizations' fear of these advanced starships of the Arcturians. These ships are the state of the art technology, which is far beyond anything I have mentioned so far in this chapter. One of the starships circling the earth is called the Starship Athena, named after one of the Greek Gods.
The Arcturian society is governed by what they call the elders. These beings are fevered by the people of Arcturus for the advanced knowledge, wisdom, and extremely high vibrational frequencies. The higher the vibrational frequency, the close one is to light, or spirit or God.
The Arcturians are very short in physical stature, about three to four feet tall. They are also very slender. They also all look very much alike in appearance. The Arcturians pride themselves in this because this erases the pettiness of comparison of looks which is so predominant in our society.
The Arcturians are the most loving and non-judgmental beings you can possibly imagine. Their skin is a greenish color. They have very large almond shaped eyes. They only have three fingers. They have the ability to move objects with their minds, and are totally telepathic. The source of food is an effervescent type of liquid that is highly vitalizing to their entire being.
Their eyes are a dark brown or black color. Their main source of seeing is actually through their telepathic nature, not their physical eyes. Their sense of hearing even transcends their telepathic nature. They also have an ability to sense with the back of their heads.
The average life span is from 350 to 400 of our earth years. Their highly developed spiritual nature has allowed them to never age, since they have the ability to transcend time and space. They terminate the life when the contract that has been arranged for their existence is up. There is also no sickness on Arcturus, it was eliminated centuries ago.
On Arcturus they do not have extreme temperatures. Their civilization is one that has transcended duality and lives in oneness. The different professions on Arcturus are determined by a person's vibrational frequency and the colors in their aura. For example, those that are in charge of taking care of their children must have violet as the predominate color in their aura for only the wisest souls are allowed to associate with the young.
The same is true for those that are allowed to give birth. They are screened and tested in terms of their auric and vibrational frequencies, and when chosen by the elders to give birth to an Arcturian child, an amazing process occurs. The vibration of both individuals involved is raised to a seventh dimensional frequency for the birthing process to insure only bringing in the most highly evolved soul. Reproduction is an honor on Arcturus and one of the highest professions.
This seventh dimensional frequency is that of an Ascended Master. The actual act of reproduction is not done in a physical sense as we understand it on earth. On Arcturus it is done through a type of mind link, where the male and female energies are perfectly balanced. Through this procreation process, some kind of electron force flows through the two beings, which creates another being that is a replica of the light.
The new life form is then taken to a special room that emanates the proper vibrational frequencies until they are ready for integration into a family unit on Arcturus. Many beings from our Arcturus are seeded onto other planets, because the high council has ordered this as a great act.
On Arcturus there is no competition. Every thought, word, deed, and product created is judged by its ability to raise the vibration closer to God or it does not exist on Arcturus. A person's frequency of vibration is directly related to the mastery they have over their body, emotions, thoughts, actions, and creations. Arcturians have total mastery over these aspects of self.
They have developed, as individuals, and as a society of transcending the ego or separative lower fear based self. Success is only judged in terms of the measure of their light frequency. On Arcturus they have untold numbers of machines that are constantly checking the vibrational frequencies each individual on the planet is manifesting. If one particular Arcturian gets feedback that they are not meeting their own goals for their evolution, then immediately the elders send fellow teachers to help that individual.
There is never any comparison with others, only comparison with one's own goals. All scores of these frequency measuring machines are kept private, except for the elders and Ascended Masters. The only way to evolve on Arcturus or anywhere in the universe, for that matter, is to be of service, so other fellow Arcturians are happy to help in any way they can.
Arcturians live very much in a group consciousness since they recognize all are one. If one individual is having problems meeting their goals, then that affects everyone. On Arcturus, everyone truly is their brother's keeper. Each person grows at the level and speed they feel comfortable with. These machines that I mentioned, might measure the frequency level of the amount of love, patience, tolerance, and non judgmentalness.. Wouldn't that be great in our society, for people to receive this kind of feedback constantly.
Another interesting thing on Arcturus is that they do not have liquids on their planet like rivers, lakes, oceans. Given this fact, they are fascinated by our use of water on our planet for recreation and power usage. They also remark that they have many ingredients on their planet that we don't have on earth. The basic energy form that they use is one of liquid light. By studying Arcturus, we are able to get a glimpse of what our future holds for us on planet Earth.
The Arcturian Starships
The Arcturian star ships are the finest in the entire universe. They are operated by a power source of crystals that do not come from their planet. The crystals come from a planet in the Milky Way that has not been discovered by our earthly scientists. These crystals have a way of conducting light energy from the Great Central Sun.
The Arcturians say that they no longer use computers because they have long ago outgrown the use for them. They have other systems that are far more advanced. They also have a section of the star ship which is like a replication of the planet Arcturus. It somehow has the ability to take any crew member back to Arcturus in their etheric body. This helps to strengthen and rejuvenate crew members who are away from home for long periods of time as they traverse the universe and universes. Earth's frequency is very harsh for Arcturians because of their fifth dimensional frequency.
Arcturians don't eat in the same way that we do. In some way they are able to ingest energy I guess kind of like a breathairian would in our society. The Arcturians only sleep for a short time once a week. Sleep, for the Arcturians is a time to travel in soul and connect to higher spiritual realms of consciousness. This activity is given the highest priority in the Arcturian society.
Another room in the Arcturian starship has a complete data bank of every aspect of Earth life, and life on other planets as well. Arcturians are able to ingest information through their telepathic abilities and through their nervous system. This process is similar to ingesting food, but on a more energetic level. They are able to assimilate information at a rate of one hundred times faster than the average human being on earth.
Another section of their ship is a room that strengthens the vibration of all who enter it so they will not be overwhelmed by the strongest vibrations on planet Earth. The Arcturians are also able to travel through time. They also have shuttle craft that are actually global in shape. These global shuttle craft, they use for activating energy points and grids on Earth that have been lying dormant on Earth for many centuries. The Arcturians have been working with Earth since life first started on this planet.
The Arcturians have many bases on Earth, and also three bases on the Moon. Many of their bases on Earth are inside mountains. Arcturians can manifest physically, but also exist in the etheric type state, so physical matter is not an obstacle to them.
They also have a vaporizing section of the star ship that can instantly make any person or object disappear. They would only use this on a person if the crew member had died. The amazing thing about this machine is that whatever is vaporized can be re solidified at any time in the future by just checking the ships records. The more I learn about Arcturus, the more and more the TV show, Star Trek is becoming a living reality.
Many souls are brought to the Arcturian starships during dream state where they are worked on and helped. The Arcturians never invade a person's free choice as the greys are doing. The Arcturians are here to assist the Earth to enter the fourth and fifth dimensions of reality. They are here to help us raise our vibrational frequencies. They stand as the guardians and protectors of higher consciousness in the universe.
They are based in every country on the planet, and in reality, have bases all over the universe. They are here to educate us. Two of the groups that they have had the most difficult time dealing with out our planet are the government and the military. They have met with them, however, all the politicians and military is interested in is military technology, not spiritual enlightenment.
The Arcturians could help in even a greater and more open capacity than they are now, but the people who govern the United States and our world are totally and completely materialistically and egotistically centered, and hence rebuke the help of these incredibly advanced beings. So instead, the government makes a deal with the greys who are very selfish beings only interested in taking over the world for their own selfish purposes.
This is a sad commentary on how the people of the United States have allowed themselves to lose control over their government. The government has sold us out to the dark forces for the purpose of greed and power, which has totally backfired on them and unfortunately on us. If it were not for the Ascended Masters, and selfless beings such as the Arcturians and the Ashtar Command, we would really be in deep trouble.
Other Arcturian Technology
These vaporizing machines and machines to transfer a person into another dimensional frequency are also used to decode a person's entire genetic structure and physical body. The Arcturians have said that there is not a being in any galaxy or universe they have visited, that they could not heal by using these machines to diagnose the problem and then make the minutest corrections. These machines can also be used like in Star Trek to transfer beings from one location to another.
Another mission of the Arcturians is to transfer gigantic crystalline beds of crystals to certain locations on the Earth's crust. This usually results in much activity around these areas, and an energization of the planet Earth, herself.
There are countless numbers of machines throughout the star ship that are constantly monitoring each crew member's vibrational frequency to make sure there is no depletion taking place, and each person is growing and emanating love and light as their soul's purpose has designed. This information is, again, kept private except for the elders who will then design programs to help that individual make the needed corrections so they and the group may realize God more fully. Arcturians see no separation between themselves and others. To help another is to help oneself, and vice versa.
The Arcturians have met with many Presidents and Premiers of many different countries and have exchanged some information on an equal basis. The Arcturians have made an interesting observation in that every time they make contact with the governmental leaders, they are always immediately turned over to the military commands, which makes the Arcturians wonder who is really in charge.
The Arcturians have also stated that they have made contact with the beings of the hollow Earth, which I have written extensively about in this book. The Arcturians are currently working with thirty three different countries.
The basic curriculum of teaching of the Arcturians is to teach each person to know their Godself. This is done through education, medicine, healing, arts, and entertainment. One of the ways they have communicated is to write letters which are then teleported where they want them to be placed. In other cases they have appeared physically.
Other ways they have made contact is through telepathy or channeling, and also bringing soul extensions aboard their ship. This is only done if the person has given its permission in the etheric state.
One last method of communication is through a person's dream state. The Arcturians follow a code which is much like the prime directive in the Star Trek show. This code prohibits them from interfering with a civilization unless they are specifically requested to come. Our prayers on Earth and the request from the Ascended Masters, Angels, and Celestial Beings, has brought them to us during this most critical turning point in Earth's history, as we move to the golden age.

We would not say the dimensions are changing mirrors, but there are similarities from one dimension to another.You can shift your focus at will. That sounds easy, and it is. Throughout your life you have shifted from one reality to another and had no awareness of the shifts. You were guided by your higher consciousness which is your higher self, the energy that is you and is not in your body. But once you know that you can do this shifting, your human mind is involved. This can make things more difficult. Your mind wants everything to make perfect sense from a logical perspective. You’ve been taught throughout your life that there is only one reality, the one that you see.
So, to make this shift with awareness, you must do it through your heart center. Your heart center is your one true mind, the mind that is connected to your true self/higher consciousness. You must allow your physical mind to get out of the way (laughter). We know that is easier said than done. Over time we will guide you in exercises to expand your heart energy to allow your mind to let go. This is when true expansion happens. So, to answer your question, it is just a simple process of setting an intention to move your awareness and your energy somewhere else without the involvement of your human mind.
Have you ever experienced a day when you noticed things around you more than before? The sky looks clearer or bluer, the air smells fresh and clean, colors look brighter. Basically things around you look different, but yet they look the same. It feels like something has changed, but you can not pinpoint what it is. These are the signs that you’ve made a dimensional shift. What is really exciting about this is that most of the people that are very close to you also notice this shift, or at least the sensitive ones do. When you make a shift like this, you usually do it with your loved ones. It is a collective decision.
We would also point out that dimensional shifts happen only when you’ve let go. If you are struggling with something difficult in your own reality and you are very engaged with this struggle, a dimensional shift can not happen. When you are engaged in a situation or energy, you are holding on to it. It is like an anchor, and it is hard to move on when you are grounded firmly with an anchor. You first must accept that you are where you are, stop fighting it, stop pushing against it, allow everything to flow freely and just give in or let go of the situation. Usually this means that you’ve accepted where you are, you are thankful for where you are and you just let go. You say to the Universe, OK I give up, I let go. You stop thinking about how much you don’t like the situation you are in, and you are thankful and grateful for where you are. Once you let go, you release the anchor, and you are ready to be transported to your next creation. Dimensional shifts happen when you are happy. So, remember that there are many different types of anchors, and you could be holding on to more than one. So, let them go! Let them all go!!

Dimensions, Reality and Time Lines
Let us explain a subtle nuance here. We would like to use the terminology dimension, reality and time line. They are all very similar but also are very different. Let us say that a dimension is a physical place where many souls and planets exist, and a reality is a place within a dimension that is created by a being. In addition a time line exists within a dimension (most third and fourth dimensions) but encompasses many realities and beings (being represents people, animals and all living beings). We make this distinction to answer your question. Dimensions are not changing mirrors of each other. They are a progression and are comprised of different levels of energy. Think of this as a process of progression or ascension. Here’s a very simple way of understanding. Let’s say that the third dimension has energy levels three, four and five. Well then, the fourth dimension would have energy levels six, seven and eight. There is a little bit of crossover from one dimension to another, but we would not consider them mirrors of each other.
Now, you are creator beings, and you create your reality within a dimension. You can easily create realities that are mirrors of each other. When it is time for you to move on or you want a new reality, then you just create a new one and move into it. We are all in the process of moving from one dimension into another. It is a process of progression and ascension. You cannot move from the dimension you are in to another dimension until you are energetically ready to do so. If your physical and energy body is not vibrating at a rate that matches the new dimension, you cannot exist in it for a long time, if at all.
There are beings within your planet that have the ability to travel with their physical bodies to multiple dimensions, usually two or three. These same individuals also have the ability to travel energetically to multiple dimensions. There are a few beings on your planet that can span multiple dimensions at any one time and have the ability to merge dimensions.
And lastly, let us talk about time lines. Multiple time lines or possible realities exist at once. You and your soul group can move from one reality to another based on your collective consciousness and desire to do so. This happens at microcosmic levels and macrocosmic levels. The consciousness of your planet can choose a new time line if the collective consciousness agrees to do so.

The Divine Plan is more vast than any of us could ever fully explain. I can give a partial description for us and this planet. In the beginnings of consciousness all of us felt our Oneness with All That Is. We felt the Love, Joy, Perfection, Peace and all of the other divine qualities of our Creators and then of our beautiful selves: our essences. As we began to move through the many aspects and realms of Creation, and as we interacted with many types of other Beings, we began slowly to step out of our essence and take on an ego personality. This ego personality sometimes experienced events and other beings through misinterpretation. We took on fear, judgement, blame, hurt, betrayal, abandonment, hopelessness, separation and other illusions. We began to forget that all is in perfection and in our separation got locked in this illusion.
As we downstepped through the dimensions and finally became human, parts of us, our ego personalities, had become very fixed on these illusions and limited ideas. So we carried them into our human lives in order to learn and heal them in a sequential manner in time and space reality. There was a turning point in reality in which the thought, "I want to experience every possibility of myself and Creation," moved through all Beings in existence. And with this universal thought that permeated us all we entered into a long period of learning and experiencing every possibility. Within this aspect of Divine Plan it was naturally built in that when each individual became weary of this endless exploration, he or she would begin to long for Truth. To realize, "There must be more to life than this. Who am I really?" When this longing began for each person, the Higher Dimensional Beings of Light would begin to respond to our longing and help us begin to awaken. As we clear our illusions and return to our True Selves and become enlightened and Christ conscious we can choose to end our human existence and move into Higher Dimensions and work in service to the human race from there.
Many of us completed this cycle in other lifetimes but chose to return as humans in order to take on more issues, transcend them and deepen the teaching to other humans. The Divine Plan is that now 144,000 humans on Earth are to become Christ conscious. When this occurs a wave of Christ consciousness will move through every human on Earth. Via this experience they will have a choice to pursue their own Christ consciousness permanently or resist and stay in ego identity. When this time comes. Those who choose to become Christ consciousness will remain on a new Higher Dimensional version of the Earth and the 2000 years of peace will begin. The others will experience a death and wake up on another planet. They will forget everything and start from ground zero again.
This Earth ascension we are moving toward in the Divine Plan at this time does not mean we will cease to exist on this Earth necessarily. Some of us will choose to stay as teachers and healers for those who are awakening. Some will cease to be physical. Those who stay will be helping both spiritually and physically. One of the things that is necessary for final healing is to change the way we treat the Earth. All pollution must cease. All gardening must become organic. And everyone will live in Unity in Diversity which means we see everyone with eyes of Love and Equality. Regardless of whether they agree with us, or follow a different spiritual path than us, or are of a different race. Equality of male and female is another thing that will need to be absolute. In this Unity in Diversity no one can ever harm another Being.

Understanding Ascension

When ascension occurs the individual experiences going through different higher dimensional realms. I relived a past life ascension a few years ago. I walked into the ocean as my body became lighter and lighter until I experienced myself in a dolphin body. After that I became a lotus. Following this I was a sparkling and brilliant spiral of Light moving up and up until I eventually came into Oneness different realms of higher-dimensional Beings of Light and finally with All That Is.
If a person is holding onto attachment at any level , that person cannot ascend. If a person is holding onto rigid ideas about what will happen, that person cannot ascend. Ascension happens in a spirit of total surrender. And each individual's ascension experience will be different from other people's. many may be very similar but not all. For example, in another lifetime in which I ascended I just started becoming pure Light moving through higher and higher dimensions until the Light exploded like fireworks and i experienced becoming One with the Universe.
Ascension is not meant to be the immediate goal, however. When an individual reaches Christ consciousness that person will know what is right for the next step. It may be going into total seclusion. It could be becoming a teacher and healer. It could be writing. It could be living an ordinary life and holding the energy of Christ consciousness as a living example to others. It could be ascending either physically or through conscious death. And after ascension, the individual will be given many choices about what to do in the higher dimensions. He or she may choose to work as a guide for others still on Earth; or go to Sirius and direct beautiful Light and energy to Earth; or cease direct connection to Earth and work in higher dimensions in service or for just personal higher experiences. What is true is that at that point the individual will know what is right and choose it.
To move in the direction of Christ consciousness and ascension a person must learn to live each moment of each day and night in total Truth. You must always speak your Truth, learn to love and be compassionate with all people, and have a sincere intention to live as a sovereign being of Light, and in impeccability where you always choose what is right. We can all do this. It is simply a matter of choice from one moment to the next. Sometimes it requires us to speak or do something that we have held fear about. But some Native American tribes had a belief that when they felt fear it was the first thing to be faced and dealt with directly. They knew what the fear stole their Divine Power otherwise. And after awhile of living this way, the individual know longer needs courage to face anything. Because doing what is right will be their greatest desire and motivation. Until then, it is step by step while remembering to be compassionate with yourself as well as others.

An interplanetary spacecraft from Venus descended over the scientific laboratory, the Tesla detection alarm sounded, and the landing occurred.
Arthur Matthews went outside to gaze at this incredible spaceship. Two beings stepped outside the craft, and walked toward the scientist. He noted they were about six feet tall and could discern their golden hair and bright blue eyes in the brilliant starlight. They emanated an aura of perfect health and happiness.
He could feel an overwhelming vibration of good will from the Venusians. The spacemen then told: Matthews that they had come to check on Tesla's cosmic ray machine, which he was continuing the development of. Since we know that all creation is manifest from Divine energy, we also know that the smallest component exist as pure energy. The density of an object is governs how fast that energy can physically vibrate. HOW TO RESPOND TO THE VIBRATIONAL STATE
There are several theories about the cause and nature of the vibrations associated with out-of-body experiences. This seems to be a direct result of the higher frequency, non-physical body moving out of phase with the physical body. Often the intensity of the vibrations diminishes immediately after complete separation is achieved. The response to these initial sensations determines whether an effective separate from the physical body can be achieved. The following is a basic guideline for responding to the vibrational state.
- Remain calm. The vibrations, sounds, numbness, and catalepsy are a normal experience.
- Relax and enjoy the vibrations as they spread throughout your entire body. Remember not to move or think about your physical body (Any physical movement will shut down the vibrational process).
- Allow the vibrations, sounds, numbness, or catalepsy to expand and envelop you. Don't analyze or judge the experience, simply allow it to spread through every level of your being.
- Visualize yourself moving away from your physical body and toward another area in your home. This can be enhanced by mentally directing yourself by a repeated thought. "Now I move to the door, etc." (Any location away from your body.) Be open to all various forms of motion, floating, sinking, spinning, lifting and flying, etc. Flow with the motion.
- After complete separation is obtained, the vibrations will immediately diminish. At this point it's critical to focus and maintain your complete attention away from your physical body.
- Electrical sensations in the back of the neck, spine or shoulders accompanies a rise in vibration. The physical body in each case reacts to shifts in vibrations and a corresponding shift in the autonomic and sympathetic system ensues. Electrically, an increase in vibration may be measured through bio-feedback -- alpha and theta states increase correspondingly. Increasing one's vibration may be described as tuning the body, through the mind, to achieve higher states of consciousness or awareness.
SYMPTOMS OF ENERGY SHIFTS
HEADACHES:
When the crown chakra opens or expands it can be an intense and painful experience. It might feel like a spike or rod is being inserted. Headaches are common and they can range from migraines, to cluster headaches. Women seem to experience them more than men. They can be caused by too much energy flowing through the crown chakra, and by hormonal changes which occurs when the chakras are stimulated. Sometimes the pain can be eased by asking Spirit and your Higher Self to make an adjustment in the energy flow. When you ask for aid to ease the pain and it is part of the process that is opening and expanding your pineal or pituitary gland, the pain will only lessen. As your vibrational rate increases, the pineal and the pituitary glands expand to accommodate the higher energy frequencies. Other glands change also, but these two are the major ones that contribute to headaches. This can last a few months, or a few years depending on what level of spiritual development that you are at and your rate of growth.
FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS:
This is quite common and part of the process. Just ride it out and don’t take antibiotics which will only prolong the process. These symptoms are caused by the physical body reaction to the toxins that are released when the chakras begin to expand. What ever was constricting or congesting the chakras is flushed through the blood. Also new beliefs and paradigms are enacted the imprinted consciousness in the blood becomes toxic to the physical system because it does not support the new thoughts and contributes to confusion. It is helpful to supplement the body with blood fortifying enzymes, herbs and essential oils to ease the symptoms. Hot lemon drinks will also help cleanse the body. Don't work too much during this time, because you are going through a major shift in vibration. Try and take it easy, and it will pass.
NAUSEA, LOOSE BOWEL MOVEMENTS, DIARRHEA:This is a common reaction when the solar plexus chakra opens and releases the stored fear, anger and resentment held in the area. Karmic and family issues will produce gas and farting. The Bach Flower Rescue Remedy can ease these symptoms. Don't be afraid to take it every 30 minutes if necessary.
MUSCLE ACHES AND JOINT PAIN:
Increasing your vibration forces the energy through the body. When there are blockages impeding the energy flow this raised and forced energy slams into them causing these symptoms and ails. Often this is alleviated by asking for assistance from the Higher Self to adjust the flow to ease the pain. The body can quickly adjust to the higher vibration in a few moments, hours, or days.
DEPRESSION:
A very common symptom caused by an increased rate of vibration. This higher frequency forces any illnesses, viruses, or infections hiding in the body to surface. To discover the root-cause contributing to this state examine your beliefs and decisions that are creating your reality. It is also important to monitor your internal dialogue to learn what you are creating for yourself. Observing and realizing the state you are experiencing is not cause by the present allows it to quickly pass. The herb "St. Johns Wart" eases depression and is anti-viral too.
CRYING FOR NO REASON, FEELING EMOTIONALLY VULNERABLE:
When blockages from this lifetime, and other lifetimes began to release the emotional body will react in this manner. The Photon Belt energy stimulates and contributes to the spontaneous release of these burdens. Trying to control or resists these urges further represses and blocks the energy making things more difficult. Crying, moaning, sobbing or toning becomes a cleansing release. Use a Bach flower remedy, or an essential oil to help with the emotional body.
FLUTTERING, PAIN IN THE HEART AREA, OR BREATHING PROBLEMS:
This is a symptom experienced when the heart chakra begins to open or enlarge to receive more energy. Pain sensations in the heart and not being able to breath can be very frightening because you may think you are having a heart attack. The above symptoms are caused by the expansion of energy running through your solar plexus and heart chakra (heart and stomach area). The best solution is to relax which will adjust the energy flow. Anxiety and fear only constricts the energy thus, causing a more severe reaction. This is a normal experience when undergoing a frequency increase.
HOT FLASHES AND NIGHT AND DAY SWEATS:
These are commonly experienced by both men and women. This is due to energy flowing too quickly through the body, hormonal changes, which men have too, and the body learning to adjust to the higher vibratory rate. Some men might experience fat being stored in this area which might feel like they are growing breasts. If you are a man don’t be concerned about this, because this puffiness in the chest area will only last for a short while.
EXTREME TIREDNESS:
Waking in the morning and struggle to get out of bed after a full night of sleep, or falling asleep in the middle of the afternoon is common. This is caused when the energy is shifting throughout the whole spiritual body. This will pass in time, each person has a different time frame for some it can be weeks, for others months, for others years. If you can create a pyramid structure to sit under this will give you wonderful boosts of energy when you are lacking it. Drink lots of pure water to hydrate the cells, add crystals to energize the water. Eat light meals with organic veggies. Doing light physical exercise will stimulate the energy flow through the body. Bach remedies, flower essences and essential oils will also help the transition.
EXCESSIVE ENERGY:
You go early to bed, exhausted, but in a couple of hours you are wide. This is caused by the Photon Belt energy accumulating around you, because the body’s inability to store the energy because it is blocked and congested. It is important not to get up and be active because the energy is for healing all the subtle bodies spiritual, mental, emotional and physical, the best way to assimilate the energy is to quietly sit and read, watch TV, or listen to meditation tapes to help you go back to sleep. This might seem to occur nightly for some time.
WEIGHT GAIN:
This is a very common complaint. The body feels like it is being invaded so it adds a layer of protection. If you are a Lightworker than additional water is needed to create energy. If you don’t have enough water the body will store water, which ultimately leads to stagnation. Another major factor is that with the activation of new DNA fat is needed to hold the vibration. Body fat holds a higher vibration which is necessary to generate healing and channeling energy. Many of you also have agreed to anchor grids of light in the areas surrounding where you live. Anchoring these grids require body fat to help hold the energy. Body fat serves a very loving purpose as it allows embodiments to assist mother earth in holding her vibration. In becoming crystalline, the body fat is evenly distributed around every cell within the embodiment. This allows the entire body to act as a tuning fork to hold a new vibration.
LOSING YOUR MEMORY OR FEELING SPACEY:This can be a frightening experience because you cannot remember what you had for dinner, and dinner was only an hour away. YOU ARE NOT LOSING YOUR MEMORY. You are changing over from left brain function to more of a right brain function. Areas of the brain are being activated to cope with the higher energy coming in. Sometimes it is hard to speak, words come out jumbled or garbled, this situation will pass, there is no time limit on this.
EXTREME SENSITIVITY:
As you open up to the higher vibration, you will find yourself becoming extremely sensitive to people, noises, light, smells, tastes, all sorts of things. This can affect the central nervous system and can be quite a difficult thing to cope with. You do need to take B vitamins and a multi vitamin if this is happening to you. If you are allergic to these vitamins then look for a homeopathic remedy or a Bach flower remedy for extreme sensitivity.
BLOWING LIGHT BULBS AND ELECTRONICS:
If this is happening to you, then you are really reaching a very high vibratory rate and will probably be a profound healer or channel for spirit. It is due to extremely high energy coming into the physical form. It could be described as 50,000 volts of electricity coming in at once, not only can the body not cope, but it goes through the body and out again and as it does so it affects all electronic equipment.
ANIMAL REACTIONS:You will find that dogs and cats and other animals will become aware of your energy and be frightened of it or want to be around it all the time. Many animals can't get enough of the energy. Others are somewhat frightened because they do not understand it.
FOOD CHANGES:
As you vibrate higher, you will find that you no longer want the things that you used to. Coffee, tea and meat are just three of the dietary changes that people make as they begin to vibrate faster. Meat is especially dense and can really affect the body's energy, especially if it has hormones in it. You may develop cravings for certain foods, or go off your favorite foods. This is normal and a part of the change to the higher vibration. If you find this happening, then let it happen and explore the new possibilities.
