Kathy, How are you doing these days, My Lovely Sister! I had quite a down time last week feeling ill and got behind in my correspondence.

Kathy, It's been quite a few days since your surgery. Please tell me the positive outcome. I have just had a health issue myself. Yesterday, my heart started racing and It wouldn't slow down. My Son called the ambulance and they gave me adenosene to slow the heart rythem down. I stayed in the 'ER for the day as my feet had also swollen tremendously. I am going to the cardiologist ( this is the third time in l8 months I had had this arrythmia. I don'''t know where to turn for the swollen feet. Do you think that the health issues we are facing now have to do with ascension? I need to read more blog posts here to find out. Looking forward to you coming back and sharing with you.

Kathy, my apologies Dear for taking so long to write to you. I think of you often and wonder how you are doing. Well I have had to become really strong against the noise level here.I was on the brink of a nervous break down and just had to decide what I could do to keep my mind occupied. I still keep the windows closed but I find that if I use the computer a lot it keeps my mind off of all happening outside. I still don't sleep so much at night as I like the silence and try to sleep and lock off the noise in the day. Well Dear, write to me anytime you feel the need and I will try to get back to you as soon as possible. Love you much! Yvonne
