Celebrating Miriam de Vera…

Stephen Cook: For those of us who’ve read any of Sheldan Nidle’s books, seen his DVDs or attended his webinars, then the creative work of Miriam de Vera will be familiar. Her artistic talents and wonderful graphics have long brought to life Sheldan’s messages, concepts and theories.

Sad news, however, came today from Sheldan Nidle’s normally effervescent partner, Colleen Marshall, that Miriam (also Sheldan’s former wife and  he and Colleen’s longtime great friend and fellow Galactic) transitioned into her next role last week.

Having spent time with Sheldan and Colleen at their home last November, I know what a large and loving role Miriam played in both their lives for many years and how much they will miss her.

Our beloved friend and colleague, Miriam de Vera, passed on March 5, 2013. She’s been struggling with her health for the past 18 months.

We will be celebrating her life on Saturday, March 16. Since we are attending to so many details regarding her affairs, we will not be answering emails until next week. All other PAO business will be handled as usual.

A Little About Miriam

Miriam was a core member of the Planetary Activation Organization (PAO).  She had the most amazing ability to translate what Sheldan described to her into wonderful illustrations that we used in PAO’s books, dvds and webinars. She will be missed beyond mere words.

More than our mission together, we considered each other as our Galactic family. We joked and lovingly called ourselves the “Galactic Misfits” because we didn’t feel that we were from this planet.

She was a presence in our daily lives so our hearts ache as we feel the emptiness. She touched so many people’s hearts in so many ways. She was an extraordinary and talented woman.

We were blessed to have her in our lives and treasure knowing that she is always with us in Spirit.

Steve Beckow: Taka sends along a channeling from Paul the Venetian. Paul the Venetian, or Paolo Cagliari,  was a master who ascended in 1588 and is reputedly Lord of the Third or Pink Ray of Divine Love.

Paul is primarily known as having been instrumental, along with St. Germaine, Serapis Bey, and Hilarion, in starting the World Trust Fund many centuries ago. It was slated to come to maturity during this era and is one of the streams of NESARA.

This is Paul the Venetian. I am the one behind the deeper meaning of art. I am head of the department that is writing the codes and inspiring artists to deliver them.

You may ask “what are these codes and the art you are talking about?” Well, let me put it like this.

Picture yourself walking by a certain painting every day and the painting looks the same every day. And there comes a day you walk by and suddenly you see or realize something in this painting you’ve never seen before.

Most likely,  you’ve just encountered a code. It has been there all along but you were not ready to see or comprehend it; you were simply  not ready for it.  At a certain point in your life, however,  you suddenly can see, feel, or sense this code.

And the code will reveal a message to you.

Automatically, you know exactly how to respond to this message and what to do—it’s a Life Changer.  It’s this kind of thing that I am referring to.  I am the one who writes these codes and I select the artist who will attach them or imbed  them in a particular piece of art.

This occurs in most of your transformational art medias. It is the single most important Game Changer since the beginning of time when art was invented.  And art has been invented partly for this purpose.

Art, with all its different expressions,  has changed your societies and your ways of living so many times– and it will again. Evolution requires a balanced  combination of heart and mind and art is delivering just that. The Ascension Codes have been embedded in art, so be aware of that. It cannot be any other way.

So let this be my basic introduction. There is more to come, but I do have to speak about another topic first because this topic has a deadline attached to it.  The message must be delivered immediately.

This message is about setting intentions for the year and being proactive in doing so. Since 2013 is such a unique year– the beginning of a new paradigm– it is critical for individual and group entities to set their intentions.

Intentions are essentially your job application to the Universe. In your intention,  you state who you are, what you would like to do, and what you would like to share in terms of  ideas, visions, and dreams with the greater collective.  If you missed announcing your intentions on the March Pisces New Moon, do not worry. There is still an opening between the New Moon in March and the end of the Spring Equinox (March 22) to do so.

Make sure to use this window in time for last-minute requests and intention-setting for the year 2013. Metaphorically speaking, put your seeds (intentions, ideas, visions) into the fertile soil. Make your intention about you, the individual– things you can do or create, ideas that may be beneficial for you, concepts that may just work,  challenges you want to explore, connections and partnerships you want to establish.

Make yourself available by speaking your intention clearly and out loud. In doing so, the frequencies of your voice and the topic of your intention begin to resonate in the ethers, telling divine creation that you are available and ready for the task and that you are ready to follow-up to manifest your projected intention.  In essence,  you are applying for a job.

You can assist the collective the most by being “selfish“ and making your intention about yourself.  You will then become the refection or the representation of your intention which inspires all who experience your energy and witness your manifestations.

March is planting season; this is what Spring is all about. Some Intention-Plants will grow faster than others. This means there can be amazing growth and harvesting which continues all the way to Fall.

Your conscious intentions will grow, your garden of intentions will flourish and you are the designer and co-creator. Every day you can see your creation grow and this in and of itself will be a rewarding and fun experience.

Don’t forget to plant some flowers in your Garden of Intentions. Your intentions should be filled with beauty and nourish you at the deepest levels of your being.  Flowers have no nutritional value in the form of food, but their beauty nourishes our souls and fills us with inspiration. Make sure your intentions carry this energy.

All your intentions must be  completed before March 22, 2013. At this time, as we move from Pisces into Aries, Aries will add life-force for the seeds to sprout and grow. At this point you can kick back. Now comes the time for you to  observe and nurture all that you have planted.

In the new paradigm, all intentions, ideas, and concepts are needed and welcome.  Set aside  60 minutes of your time and set the stage for calling forth your intentions. Meditate on these creations of yours. As they are manifesting in your minds and heart, express them by their name–speak the names loud and clear. It is advisable to  repeat the sounds several times.

Also write the intentions on a piece of paper or record it in another way, both to anchor these ideas in your psyche and to do additional work with this subject matter at a latter time, if you so choose.

Again, this is a perfect time to do this and  should be everybody’s priority to do so. It is your life and it is your opportunity to create what you wish.  You have nothing to lose–just imagine what you can possibly win.

The power is yours, the opportunity has been  provided. The outcome now depends on your input.

Bank Fee Lawsuit Unveiled – 1m Kiwis Eligible

The big four Australian-owned banks – BNZ, ANZ, Westpac and ASB, along with state-owned Kiwibank – are being sued for a collective $1b in a massive class action lawsuit announced today.

Auckland-based lawyer Andrew Hooker, Australian consumer law firm Slater & Gordon and Litigation Lending Services, a litigation funding firm, are seeking plaintiffs to join a class suit against New Zealand’s registered banks to reclaim fees charged when customers overdraw their accounts, pay credit card bills too late, or bounce a cheque.

“The reason for this class action is the unlawful overcharging of kiwis for many many years,” Hooker told media in Auckland. “Under contract law in New Zealand, default fees must reflect actual costs to the party charging those default fees.”

Hooker claims the banks have breached contract law by charging a fee that is higher than what it costs them when the payment defaults. The action will go back over six years.

The group says bank customers are being charged around $15 every time they overdraw their accounts when they estimate it only costs the banks a few cents when the transaction occurs.

Up to one million Kiwis may be eligible to sign up for a slice of the overcharged fees, it said.

Hooker said Kiwis could be paying up to $1500 more a year than they should be.

“After they have taken the money it is up to the customer to fight them.”

But few people would take their bank to court for $15, he said. “The banks rely on this.”

The New Zealand action comes after a similar suit across the Tasman, where ANZ is being treated as test case.

Hooker said the market share of the local banks would probably be representative of their share of the suit, with the Australian-owned banks and state-owned KiwiBank the biggest offenders.

Michelle Silver, managing director of Litigation Lending Services, said the action has a minimum threshold of 10,000 people to proceed and she expects at least 50,000.

The funding firm stands to gain a 25 per cent commission if successful on a no-win no-fee basis, while Hooker expects his legal costs and disbursements to be $3.5 million.

The proceeding comes as Justice Minister Judith Collins works on legislation to enable faster, better and cheaper class suit actions. That policy work was expected to be done last year.

Shares in Australia & New Zealand Banking Group edged up 0.03 per cent to $36.21 on the NZX, while Westpac Banking slipped 0.1 per cent $38.77.

A website has been launched for people who want to be part of the lawsuit to register.

The website – “Fair Play on Fees” describes that action being taken like this:

“When your account balance runs low or you are late with a credit card payment, the last thing you need are extra fees; yet for years that’s exactly what the banks have been hitting you with.

They’re called ‘exception fees’, and you’re charged them when your account goes into unexpected overdraft, you exceed your credit card limit or make a late payment. Even if the bank doesn’t allow a payment to go through, they’ll still charge you a ‘dishonour fee’ for the so-called service. We estimate that New Zealanders have paid the banks around $1 billion in these fees over the past six years.

We think that these fees are unfair and should be challenged in court. Although the amounts ($15 to $35) sting you, because litigation is expensive it has not been worth taking the banks on by yourself. In Australia, lawyers have launched class actions valued at about $280 million to recover these fees. We think it’s time for New Zealanders to band together and stand up to the banks.

Claimants are being told that “there is nothing to lose, and no upfront cost.”

The lawyers involved said that if anyone had been “hit by one or more of these fees over the past six years, all you need to do is sign up.”

“Unlike the banks, we’re not about to charge you fees for no obvious gain. Instead, Litigation Lending Services (NZ) will fund all the legal costs, in exchange for a right for them to be reimbursed if the claim succeeds along with 25 per cent of the compensation.”

Ashtar Speaks – “Rodon, the Agarthan and the Reunification of Gaia`s Outer and inner Realms ” – March 6, 2013

Dear Philipp,

I am grateful to speak through you again. This time is a very special event, because I would like to make a gift to Humanity. The gift is the truth about your background and your connection to your brothers and sisters inside of Gaia. When we have spoken so far of Disclosure, we have by majority mentioned the star brothers and sisters and informed you, that they are your family. We have always pointed out, that sisters and brothers of you are living inside of Gaia, that are much closer to you, quasi “living under your feet”.

The inner realms of Gaia are so fascinating and encompassing and yet you know so little of your inside-Earth-family. We have already pointed out, that disclosure especially includes the truth about your connection to these realms inside of Gaia. Still too much you are looking to the sky and pray that we, your star brothers and sisters should come to you. Thereby you forget that merging with your family from inside the Earth is almost more important, because they, this family inside of Gaia, is such an important part of you and these parts must be first reunited before the further development of Gaia can go ahead. Disclosure also includes just that: the reunification and consolidation of families on the surface with those inside the Earth.

For this reason, I use the opportunity today, and it is my great honor introducing Rodon to you, your brother of Agartha. He is the representative of the people of Agartha, which was entrusted with the task of representing all realms within the Earth, and there are plenty (more on that later), to establish contact with the family on the ground. I now ask Rodon in my stead to continue this message to Humanity:

Dear Family. I am Rodon. I am thanking Ashtar that I am allowed to assume and talk to you. Like Ashtar stated, I am the representative of my people, which lives inside the Earth. Our kingdom is called Agartha and we are the Agarthans. We are a nation who has fully integrated 5th dimension and is about ascending into 6th Dimension. Please understand that your ascension and that of Gaia are inextricably linked to our ascension, for we are of mutually “dependent”. We can only rise, if you do as well. As outside so inside, you see?

Such a long time we are by your side, we have tracked the sinking of Atlantis and taken a long time to get over this painful experience. All of you, who are here on Gaia and have agreed to assist in the transformation that is taking place now, are in some way connected to this destruction of Atlantis. This experience has accompanied you through all your incarnations and causing you pain, sorrow and inexplicable dreams. This will now be resolved in your present incarnation, and if we can add this, most of you have successfully put this behind.

We crave so much for unify with you again. We have moved to the inner realms of Gaia, because we knew that the outer Earth would develop into the darkness. We fled from this development, in order to be able to assist our brothers and sister in the outer Earth with our high level of awareness.

We descended into the inner realm of Gaia and found a new home. We tried again and again to show you the path of love and happiness. It was painful for us having to watch as your path led into a deeper and deeper darkness.

Your self-chosen path led to large, destructive consequences for Gaia. You’ve been so successful in your created reality, that you did separate from All That Is and forget any relationship with your ancestry, to your brothers and sisters. Your action became a serious and menacing threat to Gaia.

Our beloved mother Earth has supported you and patiently allowed your development, even if great harm was done to her. However, as your evolution would have led to her destruction, she asked for help and this was heard.

Together with our star family we intervened. We have been authorized to maneuver the ship, which you have so persistently navigated towards the iceberg, into calmer and safer waters. We should make sure that your actions cannot lead to the destruction of Gaia. Therefore, we also have often intervened when you with your technologies were near to destroy Gaia. Not to mention your nuclear weapons technology. These successful interventions happened in close cooperation with your stars brothers and sisters.

In parallel to our efforts, you have been vibrationally raised so much by the incoming cosmic light that you could depart more and more from your initial course. Your development is phenomenal. You made it, and we congratulate you from heart! If we say that we have helped you, then this should in no way detract from your development, for our help could only be accepted because you have developed vibrationally. You see, everything is connected to everything.

You’ve developed so far, that you are ready now, not only to know your past, but deal with it calmly and lovingly. Now, if you’ll soon learn more truths, and by that we do not mean only the truth about ourselves, then there is a great potential, that you do not drift off in fear. We, of the inner Earth are looking forward to a reunion with the populations of the outer Earth.

The story about your ancestry will be revealed to you. It is you, dear lightworkers, who will help your brothers and sisters, to deal with the truth in an open, honest and loving way. Please do not judge on what you experience. Life on Gaia is a game. Everyone plays this game the way he sees his best. Accept other opinions, accepts that there are different points of view and do not try to change the views of others. You remember, free will?

Be available to your brothers and sisters on the outer Earth with a helping hand. It will be  a great test for Humanity and you will be challenged a lot. We see that you will be able to accept this truth. Understand that so much depends on dealing with the truth. Understand that the acceptance of the truth is essential for your progression and your reunion with your star families inside of Gaia.

This channeling contains a wealth of information for you and an energy that will evoke memories with you. Deal with it lovingly and know that you are capable enough to deal with these awakened emotions, thoughts and memories. We miss you so much and if you believe that you are homesick, then you cannot imagine how much we long for the reunion with you.

One more thing, regarding homesickness: Many of you lightworkers have just recently an inexplicable feeling of homesickness that makes you sad. Even if you have not yet reached the necessary energy to be able to enter our realm with your body, so you visit us often in your dreams, and with your energy bodies. Every time you are visiting us, we celebrate this in a way that is full of joy, love and happiness. You are so happy when you’re with us, and so sad when you have to go back. In many cases, therefore, where this feeling of homesickness arises in you and you cannot explain where this feeling comes from, this homesickness comes from the subconscious memory of these visits and the associated happiness.

I leave you now, without ever hover over you. We will compare notes with one another and we are looking forward to that.
