THE LEFT CORTEX BRAIN, HOME OF THE RATIONAL EGO MIND, AND ITS DESTRUCTIVE NATURE

Both the HEART FELT MIND together with the right brain cortex, as well as the RATIONAL EGO MIND together with the left brain cortex are constantly searching for the TRUTH.

The main difference between both is that the rational mind is CONTAMINATED with judgments, false social beliefs and religious dogmas, fear and anger, destructive habits and tendencies such as grasping, rejection and self centered attitudes, all of which are skillfully orchestrated by the EGO to ensure it continues self perpetuating  itself with ignorance and suffering, as it has done for millions of years and will continue to do so in future generations.

The good news is that we can shift our relationship with ourselves and others away away from this rational egotistical mind and towards the heart felt mind, by simply RESTING our "mind in our heart".

If one can achieve to do this simple visualization meditation technique several during the daytime, especially before getting up or before going to sleep, slowly we will begin to relate to our internal and external worlds more through our heart felt mind and love, and less with fear and all the other negative aspects embedded in the rational mind.

This very simple suggestion has the power to TRANSFORM your life!

RETURNING TO THE SOURCE OR BECOMING ENLIGHTENED

The source preceded the big bang!

The source was composed of unconscious / non illuminated vibrational energy forces that needed a process to express itself and become conscious of itself. This mass of vibrational energy compacted itself to such a magnitude culminating in the big bang, from which was created the time space dimension with the laws of physics and quantum physics well understood by modern scientists.

As described by scientists, from this super condensed vibrational energy that was then released or the big bang, sound followed as the next stage in this self awareness process, followed by light and matter. But behind the sound, light and matter in this universe, is the same source vibration energy from which all emerged. Like oil inside the olive seed. It is well know that nothing can arise from nothing, and that vibrational energy cannot be destroyed, only transformed.

So everything in the universe ( sound, light and matter) is vibrating at different frequencies. Same with our bodies, emotions, thoughts and level of consciousness that we are all experiencing today with our existing bodies and minds, all vibrating in different frequencies.

The true spiritual path is to recognize this process and realize that ultimately our responsibility is to raise our vibrational frequencies in our bodies and minds to the same level as the source vibration frequency, so we can return to the source as conscious vibrational energy. Like reverse osmosis from the unconscious to the conscious.

Illuminated beings such as Jesus, Buddha to name a few, have experienced this higher vibrational energy process. The good news is that can we follow the same path. It takes an inspired soul searching to elevate this vibrational energy to be able to finally return to the source as a spirit so tired of the same repeated self diluted past life experiences with all the suffering that this entails. It also requires tons of courage, will power, an open heart, cultivated wisdom and ability to access our primordial insight to follow the instructions that these past illuminated left behind for us to return to the source as conscious vibrational souls. Why re invent the wheel? but the secret  here is to find the right path for oneself that resonates with our primordial vibrational energy field.

There are so many spiritual guidelines and well intended guru's out there, so finding the right path or paths can lead us back to our source in this life time, or take you astray for the next hundred or millions of rebirths. So best to use your inner wisdom and shop for the self illuminating software that works best for you, and we aware of false prophets as well!

Meditation is the art of quieting the mind. When the mind is quiet, concentration is increased and we begin to experience inner peace in the midst of our hectic lives. This inner peace is what attracts so many people to meditation and is a quality everyone can benefit from.

The most common benefits are reducing anxiety and improving one's health, making the mind more focused and becoming more connected with the inner workings of our body and mind.

This process of exploring to reach subtler levels of the mind and consciousness, eventually connects us to our primordial mind or our essence like nature, like a mother and daughter being reunited after so many years.

Following birth, we interact with reality as a non dual or all inclusive experience, as the rational ego mind and psyche are still being developed. A new born baby does not experience any separation of their inner and outer worlds as we do. Look into the eyes of a new born and see how they experience their waking hours wrapped by a secure non dual heart and an open spirit free from the chains of the ego mind.

Look into the eyes of the same infant several years later and you will see major changes as they will now be interacting with reality from a dualistic mind, as a solid, permanent person separated from the outside world. This feeling of being a separate individual or "I AM" therefore "YOU ARE", is what perpetuates ignorance and suffering. It is only through a spiritual journey with the aid of tools like meditation, that we are able to awaken and see that the reality created by the ego and rational mind is a mere illusion. Without a spiritual path, we remain oblivious to the fact that the relative reality of the universe with its planets and living beings is more like a hologram.

The ultimate goal of any spiritual path is to unveil this distorted sense of reality by cutting through the illusionary nature of material objects, despite the fact that matter will always appear so real and solid to both the eye and touch. Scientists have recently discovered, as did the Buddha over 2,500 years ago, that nothing in this universe is solid, permanent and existing inherently from it's own side. It is not surprising that the quote from the Heart Sutra "form is empty, emptiness is form, emptiness is not other than form, form is not other than emptiness. In the same way feelings, discrimination, compositional factors and consciousness are also empty ", is so central to Buddhist philosophy
