Dear Ezraka,
Before sleep seems to be the best time for me to meditate. It is my desire to do more with this process as I feel it is important for me to lift my energies. Besides it was such an enjoyable experience ... I look forward to it.
There have been a couple of shining lights in my life, I had wondered even till recently how they found their buoyancy and positive outlook. Quite a challenge in itself living in this world of ours!!! The power is in the good energy ... that is what we need to create our future.
It is my intention to try and have more censorship on my mind during the waking hours. I would like less weeds and more flowers.
Thank you for your help it is greatly appreciated.
