President Barack Obama handily defeated Gov. Mitt Romney and won himself a second term Tuesday after a bitter and historically expensive race that was primarily fought in just a handful of battleground states. Networks project that Obama beat Romney after nabbing the crucial state of Ohio.

The Romney campaign's last-ditch attempt to put blue-leaning Midwestern swing states in play failed as Obama's Midwestern firewall sent the president back to the White House for four more years. Obama picked up the swing states of New Hampshire, Michigan, New Mexico, Iowa, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, and Ohio. Florida and Virginia are still too close to call, but even if he won them, they would not give Romney enough Electoral College votes to put him over the top. The popular vote will most likely be much narrower than the president's Electoral College victory.

The Obama victory marks an end to a years-long campaign that saw historic advertisement spending levels, countless rallies and speeches, and three much-watched debates.

The Romney campaign cast the election as a referendum on Obama's economic policies, frequently comparing him to former President Jimmy Carter and asking voters the Reagan-esque question of whether they are better off than they were four years ago. But the Obama campaign pushed back on the referendum framing, blanketing key states such as Ohio early on with ads painting him as a multimillionaire more concerned with profits than people. The Obama campaign also aggressively attacked Romney on reproductive rights issues, tying Romney to a handful of Republican candidates who made controversial comments about rape and abortion.

These ads were one reason Romney faced a steep likeability problem for most of the race, until his expert performance at the first presidential debate in Denver in October. After that debate, and a near universal panning of Obama's performance, Romney caught up with Obama in national polls, and almost closed his favoribility gap with the president. In polls, voters consistently gave him an edge over Obama on who would handle the economy better and create more jobs, even as they rated Obama higher on caring about the middle class.

But the president's Midwestern firewall--and the campaign's impressive grassroots operation--carried him through. Ohio tends to vote a bit more Republican than the nation as a whole, but Obama was able to stave off that trend and hold an edge there over Romney, perhaps due to the president's support of the auto bailout three years ago. Romney and his running mate Paul Ryan all but moved to Ohio in the last weeks of the campaign, trying and ultimately failing to erase Obama's lead there.

A shrinking electoral battleground this year meant that only 14 states were really seen as in play, and both candidates spent most of their time and money there. Though national polls showed the two candidates in a dead heat, Obama consistently held a lead in the states that mattered. That, and his campaign's much-touted get out the vote efforts and overall ground game, may be what pushed Obama over the finish line.

Now, Obama heads back to office facing what will most likely be bitterly partisan negotiations over whether the Bush tax cuts should expire. The House will still be majority Republican, with Democrats maintaining their majority in the Senate.

The loss may provoke some soul searching in the Republican Party. This election was seen as a prime opportunity to unseat Obama, as polls showed Americans were unhappy with a sluggish economy, sky-high unemployment, and a health care reform bill that remained widely unpopular. Romney took hardline positions on immigration, federal spending, and taxes during the long Republican primary when he faced multiple challenges from the right. He later shifted to the center in tone on many of those issues, but it's possible the primary painted him into a too-conservative corner to appeal to moderates during the general election. The candidate also at times seemed unable to effectively counter Democratic attacks on his business experience and personal wealth.

Residual Karma will be Cleared by the Law of Grace

We’ve been told that the Law of Grace will be used to forgive the remnants of our karma that are not cleared up before Ascension. I’m not aware of many detailed discussions of the Law of Grace itself. Our sources cite it but don’t explain it in very great detail.

The Law of Grace appears to mean a divine dispensation of mercy and forgiveness in just such an unusual circumstance as a mass Ascension.

SaLuSa uses the phrase in this context when he explains that we shall be forgiven our outstanding karma upon Ascension by invocation of the Law of Grace.

“Through the Law of Grace you can be allowed to forego karma, providing you have turned to the Light. God is not unreasonable and fully understands your intent, and it is by evolving and proving that your progress has taken place in living your truth.

“The soul that has transgressed and found the path of Light and Love is greeted back as a long lost son. So do not be too concerned about your earlier life style, as it the now that is important and whether you have truly set your sights on evolving to a higher level of consciousness.” (1)

Ascended masters like St. Germain can be heard to associate the end times with the application of the Law of Grace: “By the Laws of Grace you shall complete your experiences and rise up without a blemish upon your record.” (2)

On one occasion SaLuSa characterizes the use of the Law of Grace as being “to wipe your slate clean.” (3) On another he says it “will ensure that no karmic residue will travel with you.” (4) And on a third he says it will be used “to release you from Karma, and it will come into being more so as you approach the end time.” (5)

On this last occasion, he added this cautionary note: “In fact out of all your lives your present one will see more instant Karma, as you will not carry it forward with you to Ascension. So, Dear Ones, pay heed to your experiences and if they are for your evolution learn what they have to tell you.” (6)

Atmos of Sirius says that it’s the Creator who mandates the use of the Law of Grace.

“However, with the closing of the cycle the Law of Grace comes into operation, and the Creator has decreed that those who are of the Light shall be released from their remaining karma.” (7)

We’re asked to clear as much karma as we’re capable of before the Law of Grace is invoked, Atmos adds.

“Many a life at this time has been planned as a final thrust to clear karma and that is why they have been full of challenges. However, as hard and trying that they may be, you would not be expected to take on more than you were capable of handling.” (8)

SaLuSa tells us that, after our karma is written off and we ascend, there will be very little that would cause us to incur karma again.

“When you ascend karma will have been cleared by you or ‘written off’ through the Law of Grace. Because you will be in a much higher vibrational level where there is balance and harmony, there is virtually nothing that will cause you to incur karma again.

“At that level, your thoughts and actions will naturally flow with the higher vibrations, and the lesser thought forms will have been cleared from your consciousness. It is a return to your normal state of being, as you were before dropping into the 3rd. Dimension.” (9)

However a time of mass Ascension is not the only circumstance in which the Law of Grace is appropriately used. SaLuSa points to at lest one other circumstance: when we take another’s life to save our own or those of our loved ones.

“Think for a moment if you supported hanging for some crimes, would you not conversely attract violence to yourself? To take the life of another soul in any circumstances is a violation of spiritual laws that clearly state ‘thou shalt not kill.’

“You will of course come up with situations where it happens in the defense of yours or another one’s life, and we would say that the Law of Grace can be exercised in some such circumstances.” (10)

Matthew Ward goes into as much detail as any of our sources in describing the situations in which divine grace operate during the end times.

“It is true that billions are living in fearful conditions that are harsher or of longer duration than they need to be to complete those aspects of their soul contracts. It is in these instances that contracts are amended at soul level so those persons can leave Earth lifetimes before finishing other karmic provisions, and by divine grace, they are credited with full completion of third density karma.

“In other instances, the original contract calls for a short lifetime in those dire circumstances—that is enough to balance other lifetimes, and the souls move forward in spiritual evolvement. In both cases, the dual benefits are that the fear energy formerly on the planet is gone and those souls are beaming their light from Nirvana to Earth.

“During this unprecedented time in the universe, still another means of divine grace is being offered. Evolved souls are volunteering to take on part of weaker souls’ hardest karmic experiencing, thereby letting them complete other contract provisions; at soul level they move in concert so the weaker ones become strengthened and can evolve out of third density.” (11)

So therefore, as we wrap up our experiencing in this third-dimensional realm and reclaim our higher dimensionality that we left eons ago, the Law of Grace becomes a tool that the Creator uses to wipe the slate clean, relieve us of leftover karma, and ensure that no residue accompanies us.

The fact that the Creator can forgive our karma is yet another indication that this life is a created circumstance and that the same Creator who makes the laws can suspend the laws when He, She or It decides. No other factor that I’m aware of better demonstrates that God is omnipotent in all the circumstances of our lives.

What Is The Violet Flame and How Can It Help You?

Have you heard about the Violet Flame? This is a frequency of energy, vibration, and consciousness that is flowing into the mental and emotional strata of Earth through the all-encompassing Divine Matrix of our Father-Mother God. This Gift of Sacred Fire is flowing in, through, and around every particle of Life on Earth and it has the amazing ability to transmute into Light the negativity that is being pushed to the surface in our individual lives and in the lives of people who are suffering all over the world.

The catch is, that in order for this powerful Gift of Light to accomplish this mission the Sons and Daughters of God abiding on Earth must give it permission to do so. We have the gift of free will, and through the misuse of our thoughts, words, actions, feelings, and beliefs we have either deliberately or inadvertently created the maladies existing on Earth. This means that you and I and every other person on Earth are responsible for transmuting the pain and suffering we have created throughout our various Earthly sojourns.

The Universal Law is, “The Call for assistance must come from the realm where the assistance is needed.” Our God Parents and the Company of Heaven cannot just wave a wand and transmute our human miscreations back into Light. However, if the Sons and Daughters of God abiding on Earth invoke the Violet Flame and ask that Sacred Fire to transmute into Light every thought, word, action, feeling, or belief we have ever expressed, in any time frame or dimension that has contributed to the pain and suffering on Earth, the Floodgates of Heaven will open in response to our heartfelt pleas.

The Beings of Light in the Realms of Illumined Truth have revealed that in this year of 2012, through the unified efforts of awakening Humanity and the Company of Heaven, we have reached a critical mass of collective consciousness that is allowing the Earth to receive higher and infinitely more powerful frequencies of the Violet Flame than we have ever been able to withstand. This Sacred Fire is known in the Realms of Cause as the 5th-Dimensional Solar Violet Flame of God’s Infinite Perfection.

The Company of Heaven said this frequency of the Violet Flame has the ability to transmute lifetimes worth of our misqualified energy in “the twinkling of an eye.” That is wonderful, because we are in the midst of the greatest purging and cleansing process the world has ever known. All you have to do is think of it as a possibility, then ask your I AM Presence to utilize the 5th-Dimensional Solar Violet Flame of God’s Infinite Perfection to transmute everything that is causing pain and suffering in your life, in the lives of Humanity, or in the experience of any other facet of Life on Earth. The Violet Flame is scientific to the letter, and it will respond instantly to the invocation of every person’s I AM Presence. When we invoke the Violet Flame through our I AM Presence, we give permission for this Sacred Fire to enter our lives. The Violet Flame then flows through our Silver Cord into our Crown Chakra, then it descends into the Immortal Victorious Threefold Flame in our heart. When the Violet Fire enters our Heart Flame, it is stamped with our unique, individual electronic Light pattern. After that is accomplished, it awaits direction from our I AM Presence.

For example, if we are interested in transmuting the obsolete patterns of poverty consciousness that we developed over many lifetimes through our belief in lack and limitation, we simply ask the Violet Flame to accomplish that goal. This can be done through a simple invocation. For example:

“I AM my Beloved I AM Presence, invoking the full power of the 5th-Dimensional Solar Violet Flame to transmute cause, core, effect, record, and memory every thought, feeling, word, action, or belief I have ever expressed in any time frame or dimension, both known and unknown, that reflects poverty consciousness or lack and limitation of any kind.”

With that invocation, the 5th-Dimensional Solar Violet Flame immediately goes into action. It blazes forth from our Heart Flame, stamped with our own electronic Light pattern. It travels through the atmosphere of Earth and expands out into the Universe. On its journey, it seeks out and magnetizes to itself every electron of energy vibrating with a frequency of poverty, lack, or limitation that is stamped with the same electronic Light pattern.

No matter how dense the frequency of poverty is that cloaks the energy we misqualified during our many lifetimes, there is still a core of purity in every electron that contains its original Divine Potential. This means that within every electron manifesting as poverty there is still, pulsating within its core, the Divine Potential of God’s Infinite Abundance. Within every electron manifesting as hatred there is still the Divine Potential of God’s Infinite Love. Within every electron of war there is still the Divine Potential of Eternal Peace. Within every electron of disease there is still the Divine Potential of Vibrant Health.

Once the Violet Flame engulfs the misqualified energy that is stamped with our electronic Light pattern, it penetrates into the core of purity in each electron and activates the Divine Potential that is encoded there. As the Divine Potential of God’s Infinite Abundance is activated within every electron of our poverty consciousness, the atomic and subatomic particles and waves within the electrons begin to spin more rapidly on their axis. The centrifugal force of this acceleration casts the dark frequencies of poverty, lack, and limitation into the Violet Flame. The Violet Fire instantly consumes the frequencies of poverty and transmutes them back into the frequency of God’s Infinite Abundance.

When the transmuting process feels complete, we must then ask our I AM Presence to fill the void where the frequencies of poverty existed with the patterns of perfection from our new Planetary Cause of Divine Love and our newly birthed Renaissance of Divine Love.

The Violet Flame can transmute anything we want to heal or transform in our individual lives or on the planet. It can transmute back into Light anything that is not reflecting the love, harmony, and balance of Heaven on Earth. All we have to do is invoke the Violet Flame into action through our I AM Presence.

When invoking the Violet Flame, we can work on specific issues in our lives, tackle global problems, or create an invocation that covers the gamut of problems manifesting on Earth. In that case, we can use the invocation as a mantra and be an instrument of the 5th-Dimensional Solar Violet Flame any time and any place. For example, a simple invocation might be:

“I AM my Beloved I AM Presence, invoking the full power of the 5th-Dimensional Solar Violet Flame to transmute cause, core, effect, record, and memory every thought, feeling, word, action, or belief Humanity and I have ever expressed in any time frame or dimension, both known and unknown, that reflects anything less than the infinite perfection of God’s Divine Love.”

By memorizing a simple affirmation like this, we can say it frequently throughout the day. Then we will be a constant force of the Violet Flame wherever we are and whatever we are doing.

Occasionally, people invoke the Violet Flame without seeing the results in the outer world as quickly as they would like to see them. This gives them the erroneous impression that the Violet Flame is not working. That is never the case! The Violet Flame is a gift of Divine Light that works scientifically to the letter each and every time it is invoked by the I AM Presence. The moment you reach a critical mass of the Violet Flame in your Life there will be an unstoppable shift and whatever you are invoking will manifest in your life. The Key is to “Keep on keeping on!” The Violet Flame is infinitely more powerful than the fragmented, fear-based miscreations of your past. Remember, you have the ability to transmute hundreds of lifetimes worth of negativity “in the twinkling of an eye.” Know that the Light of God is ALWAYS Victorious, and YOU are that Light.

On the Edge of Ascension

Greetings, I am Juliano. We are the Arcturians. We are entering this period which can be considered the last quarter of 2012. We are entering a period of acceleration, and we are coming closer to the 12-21 alignment with the Central Sun. There are many guidelines and there are many pointers that shall be made regarding this time.

I want to first look at this as a much-accelerated time and a period in which you are closer to the fifth dimension. The actual possibilities of the intersection of the fifth dimension and the third dimension are increasing in probability. This means that there are certain preparations and that there are certain ideas that need to be reviewed with you. I will be reviewing these in much detail during this lecture and in the days and weeks to come.

The first point that I would like to make has to do with the 12-21 alignment with the Central Sun. We have compared this concept and this phenomenon with the idea of an eclipse. When an eclipse happens, then there are direct alignments with stellar bodies. These alignments have significance. The first significance is that they represent metaphorically or figuratively an energy that is coming or is being manifested onto the Earth.

Astrologically this means that a huge influx of light and energy is coming to the Earth, but these energies have the potential for creating upheavals, disruptions, but the energy also has the ability to create new paradigms. That is to say that the paradigm or the modus operandi for the operation of global systems can and will change. In fact, from even a technological standpoint, you will see some huge shifts that are coming. These shifts are comparable to the microchip revolution that has fostered and fueled the computer revolution in your society. Your third dimension has created an electronic or digital paradigm that has permeated so many aspects of third-dimensional operations. A higher form of technology is coming to this planet. This technology is going to be creating many shifts on this planet.

Let me say again that an eclipse is a powerful alignment, but an eclipse also creates a period of darkness. You probably have seen pictures of eclipses, and some of you have even directly experienced an eclipse. When the alignment of 2012 comes, and I describe this as an eclipse, then there are two aspects of the phenomena. The first aspect is that the planet will experience a heightened energy and an excitement energy from the electrification of the aura of the Earth. An electromagnetic charge, an electromagnetic shift in frequencies accompanies an eclipse.

Certainly there is going to be an electromagnetic shift of frequencies on the planet. In fact, there is going to be an electromagnetic shift in this sector of the galaxy. This electromagnetic shift has great meaning. It means that the shift electromagnetically is going to open certain portals in hyperspace. These portals sometimes are called rips in the fabric of the space-time continuum. They are going to be made visible and are going to be made accessible.

So you see, the alignment with the Central Sun and the Earth affects the Earth, but it also will be affecting this entire sector or section of the solar system. Now, the sector or section you are in within the galaxy is comprised of the outer arm of the spiral arm of your galaxy known as the Milky Way. Your section of the galaxy includes the stars you see at night. This includes the perhaps 6,000 stars that are available to be seen in the night sky. These nighttime stars include nearby planetary and stellar systems such as the Pleiades, Arcturus, Sirius, and the star systems known as Antares. Many of these star systems are up to 5,000 light years away from the Earth and are all considered part of this sector of the galaxy.

There still is not total agreement about this galactic alignment on December 21, 2012. It will be a powerful shift, but it is still not known exactly how wide a shift this electromagnetic activation will be experienced. The effects may be even longer or larger than the 5,000 light years that I am referring to.

What is clear in our perception is that the electromagnetic energy known as the alignment of the Central Sun is going to create a new wave of electromagnetic field waves. These new electromagnetic field waves will be experienced in this sector of the galaxy. These new electromagnetic field waves will include thought particle systems and new strands of light field energy. These new strands will be activating and stimulating the space-time portals or the space-time rips in the fabric of the galaxy in this section. These can be called space-time rips; however, we prefer to call them openings rather than rips, because when you use the word rips, it sounds like there is an error or that there is something bad that is happening. Actually, a "rip" is more of an opening. These space-time openings in the fabric are going to allow more visitations from other parts of the galaxy to the Earth. It is going to allow a greater influx of light and energies from other
sections of the galaxy. This means that a huge energetic influx is going to occur. This influx will not just come from the Central Sun. The activation energies from the wave of electromagnetic light are going to open up new corridors of the space-time continuum that will directly result in more Earth sightings of higher dimensional beings. There will be more sightings of UFOs, more visitations, more direct interactions with these higher beings. This galactic alignment could be a turning point in the dimensional history and experiences of the Earth.

An eclipse creates a period of darkness where no light comes to a space where the eclipse is directly experienced. The galactic eclipse is directly experienced for a period of time in your solar system and particularly on the Earth. This period of darkness can be characterized by increased difficulty in connecting with spiritual energy and spiritual light. It could also mean that the fabric of your dimension can become more precarious.

Remember, your third dimension now is based on a model or paradigm that is digital. It is based on the microchip. It is based on computer technology and the Internet. The Internet is based on the use of certain electromagnetic energies and is also based on and integrated by satellites. It is well known that this whole Internet system is fragile. It is well known that it would take only a disruptive major solar event to knock out the satellites which could knock out the Internet and could knock out the electromagnetic systems that have become the foundation of this reality.

The way to counteract a potential electromagnetic disruption is to explore and to work with this new paradigm. We, the Arcturians, have been preparing you for the new paradigm. I will explain some more about the new paradigm. I also want to say to you that there is a new discovery, there is a new invention, there is a new tool for this planet that is going to surpass the microchip, which is going to revolutionize the way the planet interacts energetically. I am not permitted to give you the name or the details of this discovery. I do want to say though that this discovery is an innovation that is going to revolutionize this planet. Part of the reason why this new invention, an invention which surpasses the microchip, is able to come to this planet is because of the vibrational openings that are created from the Central Sun alignment. The vibrational openings create the space-time corridor openings. These space-time corridor openings will allow many
different forms of energy to be downloaded into the Earth. These forms of energy include the higher dimensional beings appearing. The openings will also allow new thought patterns, through new thought field energies, that will be received because of the new openings coming.

Some of these openings are already being directed to expand. Some of these openings are already allowing the sending of new information to those starseeds like you. This means that there is a great opening for prophetic visioning during the next three months in particular. To increase your receptivity, there is a great need to do the special spiritual exercises that we have talked about, including the shimmering. The shimmering will be more powerful, more direct and will take you immediately into the fifth dimension.

The openings in the space-time continuum, the opening of the corridors, the rip in the fabric are indications that the intersection of the dimensions is closer and more powerful. Imagine that the dimensions are each spheres. You have the third-dimensional sphere and you have a fifth-dimensional sphere. Imagine that these spheres intersect. In order for them to intersect, they put a tremendous strain on the fabric of the dimension. In particular, the strain on the fabric of the third dimension creates bulges and also more rips in the third-dimensional energy field.

The third-dimensional energy field then has to expand, and it has to repair itself in order to deal with this expansion. This expansion of the third-dimensional energy field on the Earth is coming right at the time of the 12-12-12 and the 12-21 alignment. It is coming right at the time when there is a huge contraction occurring on this planet. This contraction is being experienced on a multisystem level. That is to say that this huge contraction is affecting the economic climate, the political climate, the religious climate, the social climate and, of course, the ecological climate. This contraction includes the discussions we've had about mass extinctions and possible collapses in the biosphere. It also includes an interesting observation that we would like to make regarding the multiple systems and the leaders of this world.

Amazingly, you are going to see that the leaders themselves will not know what to do. The leaders of this planet, including many of the heads of state and many of the heads of countries, will be confused. They will reach a point of saying, "Well, I don't really know what the answer is." This type of answer will also come from the religious leaders because of the upheaval. The 12-21-12 alignment will also create an upheaval. That is what the Mayans had in mind when they looked into the future. The predictions that have come down to this society from the Mayans have been interpreted in several different ways. The major interpretation has included the End Times. But, it is not really the End Times, but it is the end of an era. It is the end of using the old paradigm. That means that those people who stick to the old paradigm will not know what the answer is.

You know how hard it is to step out of a paradigm. A paradigm is a system of beliefs, but a paradigm is also a thought energy field. A paradigm then creates and works with your belief structure and gives you the model and gives you the tools to make decisions about how to proceed. The paradigm that is operational on this planet now is that the Earth has an infinite amount of resources, and people can continue to use these resources based on who has control of everything. Those people who have control will then be able to continue to master and dominate the planet.

That is the old paradigm. The new paradigm is based on a whole other system of thinking. The domination and exploitation of the Earth's resources is not going to work. In fact, it is going to create more catastrophes. Some of these catastrophes are closer than you and I would like to admit.

I will mention again the nuclear catastrophes that are close because this consumption of energy using nuclear power is creating a major energetic imbalance on the planet. It continues at a very fast pace. I know that, for example, people have in some countries in particular made decisions to stop their nuclear productions. But, as I had previously said, these intentions, as good as they are, have not resulted in any major shift. It has resulted in some plans, but it hasn't resulted in major shifts.

The reason why we, the Arcturians, are so concerned about this is because the nuclear energy and the release of radiation directly damage the space-time corridors and the space-time continuum around the planet. It damages the Earth's energy field. It damages the Earth's aura, and it also creates the holes that lead to draining of the life force energy sometimes known as the chi.

The good news is that this paradigm is going to be resolved, and there is going to be a new energetic formula, a revolutionary formula, for the integration of energy and power that will revolutionize how the Earth functions. The new paradigm has many aspects. The first aspect that we always speak of is the Sacred Triangle. The Sacred Triangle is the integration of the concepts known as Galactic Spirituality and Native Peoples' Spirituality and the Mystical Spirituality that is the source and driving energy behind all of the major world religions.

This paradigm now is going to be focusing on bringing forth a particularly strong energy for the Galactic Spirituality. The Galactic Spirituality is bringing new concepts including new concepts in relationships, new concepts in religion, new concepts in how we see our incarnations and how we see this star family. The star family is the brothers and sisters from the space brotherhood and sisterhood that is directly connected to you. You have a relationship bond with the galactic brotherhood and sisterhood. This bond is part of the new spiritual technology. This bond allows you to experience prophetic visions that are far beyond what you can do by yourself. This bond allows you to regain a greater understanding of the concepts of Cosmic Justice and Cosmic Karma. This bond will help you to understand that you, like many of the souls on this planet, have been on other planets, and have incarnated on other planets. Most importantly, your true nature is
multidimensional.

The paradigm of the existence of multi-dimensions and multi-realms is revolutionary. The idea that you can experience these multidimensional realms in a way that will help you to function on this planet is remarkable.

All this leads me to the discussion of the Ascension. Everybody senses that the Ascension is closer. Everybody senses that when I am speaking of the openings in the space-time fabric and when I am speaking about this alignment and this new energy, that this naturally leads to the correct conclusion that the Ascension is close. Many of you want to leave the planet. Many of you are ready to leave. Many of you have reached what I call "the end of your rope"! This means that you have no further desires to deal with this craziness on this dimension because the craziness on this dimension is accelerating. The confusion is accelerating. The older ways of doing things are becoming so much more illogical.

There are two points that I want to say about you and your ascension. The first point is that preparation is paramount. The Ascension is a magical moment. The Ascension is an immediate experience that is like lightning. It strikes dramatically, emphatically and immediately. That means that it happens in a nanosecond, but the nanosecond that you experience is based on the Earth time continuum. The actual ascension experience and process in the dimensional worlds really has a whole other time frame that is difficult to describe.

You have come to the Earth to participate in the Ascension. You understand that part of the reality of the Ascension is the preparation, and part of the reality of the Ascension is that a core group of starseeds need to work with the Earth and work with the energy field of the Earth. The idea is that the Earth has to be prepared for the Ascension. There needs to be a foundation and a structural integrity or a structural thought field form that can support the interaction of the dimensions. This interaction of the dimensions is part of the ascension experience.

The intersection of the dimensions will be dramatic. Some people have compared it to the interaction of matter with antimatter. That is a good comparison because when the matter and antimatter interact, then there is an immediate explosion. The interaction of the dimensions and the moment of ascension is like an explosion. It is like a huge downloading of energy. The point is that this huge downloading of energy has to have a structural basis on this planet. It has to have a receptacle to hold the energy.

If there is not a receptacle, if there is not a structure or basis, then the ascension energy cannot be integrated. Part of the idea of the Ascension is that a certain high level of light and energy is going to come into the Earth. That level of energy is going to stay. Even though you will depart, even though you will ascend, the major input of light and energy that is going to come to this planet because of the Ascension will be integrated into the Earth's energy field.

That is good news. Your soul mission includes being here at this special time. Your soul mission includes experiencing being right on the edge of ascension. That's where we are right now. We are on right on the edge of ascension. Therefore, when you are on the edge of ascension as we now are, you have the unique ability to bring down and interact with this special light and energy that is part of the opening of the space-time fabric. You have the special ability and heightened ability to work with the fifth-dimensional energy.

This is actually a big paradox. The contradiction is that you are tired, and you don't want to be on the Earth anymore, and you want to leave. Some of you at least have this experience. The other side is that this moment before the Ascension is the exact experience that gives you the greatest ability to do the most work. It gives you the greatest opportunity to connect with the fifth dimension and to complete a lot of your soul mission.

This is an interesting contradiction that you can appreciate that this is a time of great spiritual activity. This is a time of great commitment and great ability to fulfill the reason why you came here. The reasons why you came here are several. One is to experience the Ascension, but the second reason is to be part of the downloading of the ascension energy on the planet. Now you are right at the moment where you can be the most effective lightworkers. Please, keep this in mind.

I do want to explain that the power of shimmering is going to be more valuable than ever. Shimmering is a spiritual exercise in which you accelerate through thought. The vibrational field or the vibrational pulse of your aura increases. By increasing the vibrational pulse of your aura, you are able to send your astral body, or your etheric body, directly into a corridor, and through that corridor you can then send yourself to a fifth-dimensional place.

The idea of accelerating your energy field is important because the Ascension is going to create an acceleration of your energy field just like you do in shimmering. The ascension energy creates a mechanism whereby your energy field accelerates and begins to vibrate at speeds that are far beyond what you are normally used to.

To prepare for the Ascension, you want to get used to accelerating your energy field. You want to get used to increasing the pulse of your energy field. The Ascension will cause such an increase. If you have never experienced an increase, then you might have difficulty. Some of you might say, "Well, Juliano, I cannot do these exercises. I try, but all I have is just the thought. I don't feel the acceleration. " My recommendation is that you do the exercises just in thought. Thought exercise is useful and will prepare you.

Just think now of your energy field, and see your aura and place your aura into the Cosmic Egg shape. Just think of that. That is an important step. Visualize around the outer edge of your aura a line. Visualize that line is pulsing. The line pulses faster. The outer edge of your aura goes into a higher vibrational energy that you can experience. As you experience higher vibrational energy, then you become more aware of your chakras. You open yourself up to more of your psychic abilities. Some of your psychic abilities include telepathy and receiving. If you want to channel, or if you want to receive messages and work with prophetic vision, then doing this shimmering exercise is helpful for that.

When I have talked to you about shimmering, I always said you are going to project yourself to another dimension. I want you to also understand that you can shimmer in place and just stay in the third dimension. But, because you are accelerating your energy field, this begins to open up many of the pathways towards the fifth dimension. Shimmering will open up many of the chakras, and it will also activate some exciting healing and psychic experiences which include teleportation, bilocation and psychic healing.

In this moment, I am just going to lead you in a brief exercise for accelerating your aura as the foundational work for shimmering. Just think that you are shimmering. Your energy field shimmers because it is vibrating quickly. When it is vibrating, then it begins to flicker. Again, command your energy field to go into the shape of the Cosmic Egg. The Cosmic Egg shape is a beautiful egg. See the outer line; see the pulse of the line. Then, with my tones, allow your aura to pulse with the rate of the tone I make. Taa, taa, taaaa, taaaaa. Ta, ta, ta, ta, taaa. Tatatatatatatata. .....tatataa. ..tatataaa.

We will go into silence as you experience the natural shimmering and acceleration of your aura.

There is a concept in energy work known as the explosion of light, the explosion of high-level energy. That means that in the spiritual terminology, you can accelerate your energy field from a very slow pace to a very high pace immediately. Immediately! That is what the Ascension is. It is an instantaneous, immediate acceleration of your energy field. Therefore, practice the shimmering in preparation so that you are used to what it is like to go to a higher place instantaneously.

Now, there are many other guides that want to work with you today. I am going to turn the next part of the lecture over to Archangel Michael. This is Juliano. We are the Arcturians.

Kadosh, kadosh, kadosh, Adonai tzevaoth. Let the words of this great mantra, these sacred tones and sounds, open up the Codes of Ascension within you. The Codes of Ascension are based on the concept that you have in place locks on your spiritual abilities. You have a lock on how fast your aura can vibrate. The collective cultural energies dictate and train you to vibrate within a certain range. That range is part of what you know as the collective reality on the third dimension.

Unlocking the Codes of Ascension means that you are breaking through that lock and thereby allowing yourself the ability to vibrate at much higher levels. The words, kadosh, kadosh, kadosh, Adonai tzevaoth, are special code words that affect the DNA in your neural transmitter system. It affects the pineal gland. It affects the reticular activating system. It affects, neurologically, the ability of your neurons to transmit a higher frequency of light, a higher frequency of energy.

Remember that the basic idea is that you only use 20% to 25% of your brain in your lifetime and the abilities of your brain. That means that part of the abilities of your brain are locked. Part of the abilities of your brain are multidimensional. Your mind can transcend this third-dimensional reality. Your mind is far beyond what you would even conceive. So, unlocking the Codes of Ascension is like giving instructions to your DNA to open.

Kadoooooooosh, kadoooooosh, kadoooooosh, Adonaiiiiiiii, tzevaaaaaooooth. (tones) Let the Keys of Ascension be unlocked in each of you.

Now I want to speak briefly about the prophetic vision. I want to speak briefly about this time period that Juliano mentioned because when the fabric of the space-time continuum becomes open, as it is during this period of alignment, then the opportunity for you to receive prophetic vision is increased. That means that you will receive a new influx of ideas. You can receive new energies on how to be more effective as a healer, as a person and as a carrier of light and as a star family member on this planet.

I call on each of you to receive this activation because increasing the ability to shimmer will also increase your prophetic vision. You will need your prophetic vision in these coming weeks. You will need to have the most heightened psychic abilities.

Let the light of the prophet Eliyahu ha Navi, Eliyahu ha Naviiiiiiiii, let the light of Elijah reach each of your auras now so that you can access your own prophetic abilities, so you can access your prophetic vision, so that you can access connections with the newer dimensional openings. By opening up your prophetic vision, remember that Eliyahu, Elijah, did ascend. He unlocked the Codes of Ascension, and also he was able to be focused on connecting with his prophetic vision.

Connecting with your prophetic vision means also that you can connect with your higher self, and you can connect with your multidimensional self. It also means that you will be able to shimmer more effectively and bring yourself into the fifth dimension.

The Ascension is two parts. One part is the energy that is coming to you. The other part is what you are doing with the energy.

The Ascension is an interaction with the light that is coming down to you and how you can interact with it and what you do with it. Eliyahu did great preparation. He did great service. He did great soul work on this planet. He did great prayers, great meditations, and then he ascended. Remember this when you are thinking about your ascension. Remember Elijah. Wednesday morning, I could feel some old emotional toxins come up and then
clear. During the session itself, I felt first some 'kriya' spasms, then
very strong images of gushing blue water, and then felt the energy working
to open up my entire cranium and rebalance me at a deeper level in that
area. I am well aware that the more 'open' our system, the more energy we
can both receive and transmit, and your work felt truly profound. I also
found the work very 'instructive' in the sense of guiding me to where I need
to work within myself to receive at deeper levels, and a higher energy for

You can print this out and mail it to friends who don't have email to join
the session. You can also read this to people over the phone if they don't
have email and they'll get the energy when they use their intention to join.

For those in foreign countries you can translate this into your native
language and send it to your friends to include them. Just try and stay as
close and true as you can to the meaning of this email. This could be a
great service to your countrymen. You can leave out the testimonials in your
translation and just copy and paste the first sentence of this newsletter to
the bottom of your translation.

How to Include Others

If you want to include other family members living at home in the session
then just write their names on a piece of paper and put "Energy Healing" at
the top of the page. Leave the paper out in the open on a counter or desk.
Please don't send me their names in an additional email. You should get
other adult's permission to be included (don't tell me). You don't need to
get your children's permission. Anyone else outside your home will have to
join by reading this email and using their intention to join. You can also
include your pets by putting their names on the paper. Animals love the
energy and respond very positively.

This is not a phone session. You can be anywhere and receive the energy.
Your intent to join is the connection. You could be in your car or on a
plane and still receive the energy. It's best to try and be quiet during the
session on SAT. NOV. 3 and just notice what is happening in your body. You
can sit or lie down. You can still be active and get good results during the
session but optimal results are obtained by being quiet during the session.
It is ok to sleep during the session. It's helpful to not bathe right after
the session, wait until the next morning. Try to avoid cold drinks the night
of the main session & the next day. It is also good to take it easy the next
day after the session and if you exercise do it very moderately. It is best
to use the energy for healing and not for a lot of activity. The energy can
continue to work in your body several days or more after the session and
some people can continue to see changes weeks after the session.

There is no set time for the unscheduled adjustments before the main session
on NOVEMBER 3 and you can receive this energy at any time. The unscheduled
adjustments before the session can be a very powerful time. You may notice
many things before, during and after the session. Some people may feel
peaceful, energized, centered, balanced and sleep better. Others may be
more emotional, restless and lethargic as they detoxify, which is very good.
There can be a lot of purification happening on many levels during this
time, emotional, mental and physical.

Before and during the session people can feel different energy sensations
working in their body. Some of these feelings can be tingling, electrical,
vibrating, heat, coolness, cold, pressure, lightness and other things. If
you feel very cold then this is a sign that old negative energy is leaving
your system. Try to stay warm if you feel very cold.

It is ok if you have to be active during the session. Many people have to
work or take care of their families during this time. It can still be very
beneficial if you aren't able to be quiet. It reduces the effects some but
it can still be very effective. You can also sleep during the session.
Sleeping is good way to receive the energy because you are very relaxed.

Try not to work on anything during the session, just be receptive and let
the energy do its work. The energy knows where to work where it is most
needed in your system. Thousands of people have done this and I get many
reports from surprised people when the energy often finds their blockages
even though they haven't told me their symptoms.

Usually a great majority of people have very positive results. Some people
are more sensitive and can feel a lot of energy moving in their body. Others
may not feel the energy but will notice good effects. After the sessions
people can feel calm, centered, energized and balanced. They can also feel
their pain greatly reduced or eliminated. Like any modality this won't work
for everyone but most people see significant results.

Don't worry if you feel odd pains come and go leading up to the main
session. This is good. As the energy clears the blockage in an area it can
result in temporary pain. Also people can feel extra emotional during this
time, which is also very good. From a Qigong and Traditional Chinese Medical
perspective much dis-ease is caused by emotional repression. The energy
from these repressed emotions get stored in the organs and tissues of the
body. The energy from the sessions can help to release these stored
emotions. When we release repressed emotions then we can bring about deep
healing. It takes a lot of energy to hold down the emotions and when they
are released we can have much more energy available to us.

Sometimes people can have very beautiful and peaceful dreams during the
sessions. Others can have some strange dreams. This is also beneficial. The
sessions can help people to release old negative energy. The energy works
like a virus detection program on a computer and can remove and cancel
negative energy patterns, beliefs and programming. Some people will notice
some of their old negative ways of thinking will simply be gone and
sometimes addictions fall away. Don't worry if you have scary dreams during
the sessions. As one releases old repressed fear out of their energy field
then the mind can give it a symbol. The symbols and fear are coming from
your own mind. The energy work isn't causing anything, only helping to
release old energy and emotions.

The energy helps to purify, cleanse and detoxify the body and mind. As the
energy works through the energy blockages it can cause toxins to be released
that are stored in the area. Some people may feel achy or tired at times
leading up to the session. This is good and very, very helpful in the
healing process. Feeling unusually tired is a sign that the body is using a
lot of energy for healing. Many modalities recognize the positive effects
from detoxification. You may also find that you have to go to the bathroom
more as you release toxins. During the purification process your organs of
elimination will be energetically supported to help them release the toxins.
I have done this process with thousands of people and the energy always
works for people's highest good. If you don't feel good some of the time,
try and hold the thought that you are healing.

The time leading up to and a little while after the main energy session can
be a little bit like a roller coaster ride. You can feel very energized one
day and then tired the next day as you release more toxins. Just realize
that every time you don't feel good that it is a powerful time for healing
and that you are raising the vibration of your energy system. It is good to
stay hydrated and drink extra water (warm not cold) during this time.

Dear friends, if you could only see your courage and your love for one another from above. Much of you are unsuspecting of the immense sea of treasures hidden inside the human heart. Many of you are only beginning to awake to the possibilities of the heart.

The heart never stops loving and growing. It never stops believing and hoping in a better world. It does not do so foolishly, but in full knowledge of the human potential as well as the obstacles in the path to love and truth.

A few of you have noticed their chest tightening up when they are going through difficult times. The grip is tightening more and more until you stop, and learn to let go.

True letting go comes from within, but also with understanding. Understanding and being able to see what is in the way.

“How can we see what our eyes cannot see? How can we hear what our ears cannot hear?” many of you ask.

The answer is to go within. Go within your body, find your heart, and find your sacred place. When you are able to do this, you can be one with life itself. You can be one with all that is. Your Higher Senses can hear, see everything that you need to be aware of. Even though you will not experience this as the normal hearing and sight of the physical world, your Higher Self also has the ability to hear and see. It takes years of practice before one can develop these skills at will and consciously. Initially while the actual sight and hearing will be blocked off from your normal awareness, you will experience however and inner knowing.

This inner knowing can be confusing indeed, because it can be mixed up with your own memory, desires and imagination. However learning to distinguish between all these levels will lead you to more awakening, to more discernment and more growth.

You will find many obstacles in your way, many storms but also adventures and rewards. It is a journey well worth taking into the unknown territory of the human consciousness and mind.

In order to do this, one has to see ones’ own attachments, and by doing this, one can slowly let go of them throughout multiple gifts of inner seeing.

Ascension Technique Number One - The Ascension Seats

One of the most extraordinary pieces of information I have come across in my continuing research is the existence of actual ascension seats on planet Earth and throughout the universe. The following are the ones I have uncovered so far.

A. The golden chamber of Melchizadek in the Universal Core.

B. Lenduce's ashram ascension seat at the Galactic Level.

C. Ascension seat in Melchior's ashram in the Galactic Core.

D. Ascension seat in the Solar Core in the Chamber of Helios.

E. Ascension seat in Shamballa, the home of Sanat Kumara.

F. Ascension seat on the Arcturian space craft called the "Light Synthesis Chamber".

G. Ascension seat in the Great Pyramid of Giza in the King's Chamber.

H. Ascension seat in Table Mountain Wyoming, called the "Atomic Accelerator".

I. Ascension seat in Mt. Shasta.

J. Ascension seat in Telos, the underground city one mile below Mt. Shasta.

K. Ascension seat on Commander Ashtar's ship.

L. Ascension seat in Africa in an underground UFO space craft.

M. Ascension seat in the center of the Middle Earth in Melchizadek's Golden Chamber

These fourteen ascension seats, in my opinion, are truly one of the golden keys to achieving and completing your ascension. Use them as much as possible. All you have to do is ask very simply in meditation to be taken to the ascension seat of your choosing and you are instantly there in your spiritual body. You will immediately feel a subtle and sometimes not so subtle spiritual current running through your entire four body system. The ascension seats will help strengthen your grid system, revitalize your molecules, build light quotient, and accelerate your ascension. The Ascended Masters have given us a variety of seats to prevent boredom and to spice up our spiritual exploration. I would recommend using the first three ascension seats on the list more after you ascend. Working with ascension seats on the Galactic and Universal level before you have even ascended is getting a little ahead of oneself. You are certainly welcome to experiment with them a little bit, however. Use the other ascension seats for your regular serious ongoing meditation work, I would also recommend using some of the other meditations I have provided in my books while sitting in the ascension seats. The only ascension seat in this list that I have ever seen in any book is the one called the "Atomic Accelerator", which Saint Germain spoke of in His wonderful books called the "I Am Discourses". The rest have all been channeled from spirit and are truly a Divine dispensation for humanity at this most wondrous time in which we are now living.

Ascension Technique Number Two

Call forth from Sanat Kumara, Vywamus, and your own Mighty I Am Presence for a firing of all your fire letters key codes, and sacred geometries from the twelve dimensions of reality. Upon doing this infinitesimally small fire letters, key codes and sacred geometric shapes will come pouring through your crown chakra and begin flowing through your entire meridian system. The higher you go in spiritual evolution, the more key codes and fire letters are available for activation and anchoring.

Ascension Technique Number Three

Call forth the Microtron by Metatron. The Microtron is a type of microchip and energy lattice work that is laid in that allows for the availability of the highest level of ascension energy one can potentially receive!

Ascension Technique Number Four

Call forth, directly and specifically, the ascension energies to come forth, down through the crown chakra. Djwhal Khul has told us that this can be seen as a golden white light. It is a good idea to start every meditation invoking this energy to make the ascension connection .

Ascension Technique Number Five

Call forth a light shower from Archangel Metatron, the Mahatma, and Melchizadek. Begin a dedicated focus on intent to build your light quotient every day, ultimately to the 80% to 83% needed to ascend.

Ascension Technique Number Six

Call forth from Vywamus and Djwhal Khul, the matrix removal program. This is a most wonderful, divine dispensation recently received by humanity from Sanat Kumara and the Spiritual Hierarchy. I first learned about it from my dear friend and fellow compatriot in Djwhal Khul's ashram, Marcia Dale Lopez. My knowledge was then increased much further by recent channeling of my wife, Terri, during a recent workshop which we held at our home. The basic concept here is that the Spiritual Hierarchy has now been given permission to actually pull the fear based programs right out of our subconscious minds and four body system. This is done much like a gardener pulls weeds out of the Earth. The fear based programs actually look like dark black weeds with many roots when you look at them clairvoyantly. This matrix removal program has never been available to humanity before this time. It is brand new. Ask Djwhal Khul and Vywamus to be set up in this program on the inner plane. Also just request, in your meditation, for all your fear based programs to be removed. It helps if you can be more specific. This work can be done when you are in an emotional crisis or when you are feeling good and just want to do more refining work. In a recent workshop which Terri and I put on concerning this topic, Djwhal Khul told us that in one weekend 45% of our core fear was actually removed, pulled out, and completely erased from the soul records, This is quite extraordinary, as I am sure you will agree. It is available to you, for the asking. For an in-depth understanding of this whole process I would recommend reading my sixth book, "A Spiritual Autobiography of My Actual Ascension", soon to be available, in which I lay the ground work. I have dedicated an entire chapter to explaining how this process works. If you have not already read it, I also suggest my second book called "Soul Psychology", to prepare the way for this more advanced material. There is also a new book by Marcia Dale Lopez entitled "A Call to Serve". Marcia and I work so closely together that I am sure you will enjoy reading her book as much as you have enjoyed mine. While this work is going on you will feel subtle energy work going on in your crown chakra. For those who are not clairvoyant, and cannot see it actually happening, just trust that it is going on. Ask that it be done while you are sleeping, as well.

Ascension Technique number Seven

Call to Archangel Metatron for a one hundred percent light quotient increase. This is one of my favorite ascension techniques and I use it all the time. I use it not only in meditation, but also while watching television with my wife late at night. Believe it or not, some of my best light quotient building has occurred during these times. I am a firm believer in time management. Some of my best ascension work is while standing in line at the bank, grocery store, and running errands. Metatron is a most glorious Being and has great abilities in the area of light technology.

Ascension Technique Number Eight

Go to the golden chamber of Melchizadek and request to be initiated into the Order of Melchizadek by the Universal Logos, Melchizadek Himself. Whatever level of initiation you are at does not matter. Just ask to begin this process and ask for His blessing. Melchizadek is the Being that ensouls our entire Universe and it is the Order of Melchizadek which is the core, essence and antecedent of all spiritual teachings on planet Earth. Who better to be initiated into this order by than Melchizadek Himself!

Ascension Technique Number Nine

Call forth to your own Mighty I Am Presence for the spinning of all your electrons at the Ascended Master frequency.

Ascension Technique Number Ten Every day, go for what I refer to as an "Ascension Walk". This is also one of my most favorite spiritual practices of all and is actually one of my favorite parts of the day. Begin your walk invoking one of the ascension seats or a light shower from Metatron, Mahatma, Melchizadek or all three. Then just walk and try to remain a little more receptive than normal. If you get too masculine or active in your thinking you can disconnect the energies a bit. No harm done, you can just call Them in again, if this begins to happen.

Ascension Technique Number Eleven

For this technique, you are simultaneously sitting in an ascension seat & going for an Ascension Walk. This particular ascension technique is also good practice for "bilocating" when you are using the ascension seats. By this, I mean part of you will be in the ascension seat and part walking. It is good to begin practicing doing two things at once or simultaneously even prior to your ascension. I do want to say here that it is possible to do too much ascension seat activity. The physical body needs some time during the day to run its own natural current. Practice a lot but do take a break. The energies will usually stop on their own during meals, driving and more masculine (yang) activities.

Ascension Technique Number Twelve

Call forth from Melchior, Lenduce, Vywamus, and Sanat Kumara for an anchoring of the light packets of information from the higher university on Sirius. These are actually like metaphysical light envelope packets that are programmed into our computer banks and four body system. Every night before sleep ask to travel to Sirius to attend classes in the higher university.

Ascension Technique Number Thirteen

Do these meditations I am giving you here and in my books, especially on the full moon each month. Special astrological configurations, Wesak, Christmas, December 31st, on special spiritual occasions such as the 11:11 or the 12:12, comets hitting Jupiter, Saints birthdays, and so on. These special days allow for special openings, gateways, and downpourings of spiritual energies. They can provide a quantum leap of energy that sometimes many weeks of meditating, alone, cannot provide.

Ascension Technique Number Fourteen

Call forth from Vywamus, Sanat Kumara and Djwhal Khul and your own Mighty I Am Presence for the anchoring of your monadic blueprint body. Ask that this now replace the previous tainted blueprint you have been working off of through all of your past lives. This will provide you with a perfect blueprint for your physical vehicle to work with. Many people never recover from chronic physical health problems because of this . Also call in the MAP (Medical Assistance Program) healing team and the etheric healing team to repair any damage in the etheric vehicle that needs repairing from all your past lives and present life. The value of this simple ascension technique cannot be over estimated! Call to the Arcturians and ask to be taken to the "Mechanism Chamber" any time you need physical healing.

Ascension Technique Number Fifteen

Call to your Mighty I Am Presence, Vywamus, and Djwhal Khul and ask that your monad (spirit or Mighty I Am Presence) be permanently anchored into your physical vehicle. This can be done for you upon request. This will greatly accelerate the merger of your personality, soul and monad which is, in truth, what ascension really is.

Ascension Technique Number Sixteen

Before bed every night ask to be enrolled in teleportation classes on the inner plane. Your spiritual body will receive all necessary information which will be stored up until that time when you are ready to really do it. Djwhal Khul has told us that one realistically needs to almost complete their seventh initiation and be up to the 96% to 98% light quotient to actually do this. Teleportation is, of course, the actual moving of the physical body from one location to the other. Teleportation is not a requirement for completing the seventh initiation, however. It is optional.

Ascension Technique Number Seventeen

Request to be enrolled, either in meditation or before bed in Djwhal Khul's second ray light quotient building program on the inner plane. This program is orchestrated by Djwhal Khul and is much like an intravenous needle giving nutrients to a hospital patient. While sleeping, the light quotient is dripped in at a gradual and safe rate to those who are enrolled in the program. Regardless if you are personally connected to Djwhal Khul's ashram, all are welcome. The Chohans of the Seven Rays send most of their students for training to Djwhal's ashram. It is good to work and take advantage of the different programs going on in all seven ashrams of El Morya, Kuthumi and Djwhal Khul, Serapis Bey, Paul the Venetian, Hilarion, Jesus, and Saint Germain.

Ascension Technique Number Eighteen

Call for the permanent anchoring of the Cosmic Heart from Vywamus and Djwhal Khul. This invocation speaks for itself as to its intent and purpose.

Ascension Technique Number Nineteen

Call forth to Vywamus, Archangel Michael, and Djwhal Khul to place a golden dome of protection around you at all times, Request that Vywamus bring forth His Golden Hands like a net, through your fields and remove all alien implants, elementals, negative entities, imbalanced energie, and etheric mucous.

scension Technique Number Twenty

Call forth in your home where you meditate or hold classes, a permanent ascension column to be set up by the Ascended Masters. If needed, set up two of them, one in your meditation room and one in your living room where meetings are held. As you evolve, your ascension column will evolve. All who enter it will be helped and accelerated.

Ascension Technique Number Twenty One

At the end of your meditation call forth what I am calling here the "mini-tornadoes" to help blend your higher bodies with your four body system (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies) on Earth. The mini-tormadoes are, again, infinitesimally small tornadoes that blend and merge the higher bodies with lower bodies. These tornadoes are almost like sewing the two bodies together. The mini-tornadoes can clearly be seen by those who are clairvoyant. For those of you who are not clairvoyant, just trust that they are there and will anchor at your slightest invocation.

Ascension Technique Number Twenty Two

Call forth from Helios for the anchoring and activation of your Ascension Healing Module. This Module is a specific type of merkabah that upon request can be programmed for ascension activation. It can also be extremely helpful in facilitating the achoring and firing of all the fire ketters, key codes and sacted geometries I spoke of earlier.

Ascension Technique Number Twenty Three

Call forth from the Mahatma and your own Mighty I Am Presence for a widening of your antakharana and rainbow bridge both on a personal and cosmic level so a greater amount of God current can flow into your field.

Ascension Technique Number Twenty Four

Call forth from your own Mighty I Am Presence and monad for an achoring and activation of your unified chakra. When you ascend, the seven chakras become one elongated chakra. This can be invoked and set into place before you ascend, for the asking.

Ascension Technique Number Twenty Five

Call forth from the Earth Mother and Archangel Sandalphon and Khamel for an alignment of your personal kundalini with the planetary kundalini. This will facilitate a greater influx of energy through your feet chakra, root chakra and grounding cord.

Ascension Technique Number Twenty Six

Call forth to Vywamus, Djwhal Khul and the Earth Mother that your personal energies be integrated and aligned with the twelve Elohim computers in the Earth that are in the process of firing and activating over the next five years. As these Elohim computers fire, there will be a corresponding activation within your own being.

Ascension Technique Number Twenty Seven

Call forth to Melchizadek to purify your intire being with His golden flame and sacred ash, to remove all impurities in your four body system, and remove all blemishes of negative ego, separativeness, and fear based reactions.

Ascension Technique Number Twenty Eight

Call to the seven Ray Masters to shine through the third eye center and connect the force of the rainbow bridge and antakharana, into the light of the ascension column. Request that this be done through the entire chakra column, through the soul all the way back to the monad.

There are 7 major initiations that all who travel the spiritual path must traverse. These seven major initiations were delineated quite clearly in the Theosophical Society, headed by Madame Blavatsky, and in the Alice Bailey books written by the Ascended Master Djwhal Khul. This information was expanded again by The Tibetan Foundation that was headed up by a most phenomenal channel by the name of Janet McLure. My wife, Terri and I, and my dear friend and spiritual sister Marcia Dale Lopez, have connections in all three movements. Our current work is to bring forth a part of the next dispensation of information of Djwhal Khul and the Spiritual Hierarchy, as we mutually anchor Djwhal's ashram on the East and West coast. Of the five thousand Ascended Masters predicted for Wesak (May 1995), approximately 2500 will be completing their sixth and the other 2500 of the kindergarten variety, which means again just taking the beginning of the sixth. Melchizadek told us that there would be approximately 30 000 Ascended Masters on the planet by the year 2000 of both the completed and kindergarten variety. After the year 2000, there is the potential for this number to jump at a much larger rate. By the year 2000, Melchizadek said there could be 5000 to 10 000 completed seventh degree initiates on the planet I use to be confused why the Masters called ascension the sixth initiation rather than the seventh. The reason for this is that one achieves ascension at the sixth initiation, however does not complete one's ascension until taking the seventh sublevel between the sixth and seventh initiations. In other words there are seven sublevels between each of the seven major initiations. A kindergarten Ascended Master has just taken the sixth initiation. This signifies complete freedom from the wheel of rebirth, and in the past meant death of the physical vehicle. In more recent times most kindergarten Ascended Masters usually remain on earth for service purpose. Upon evolving through the seven sublevels of the sixth initiation they officially complete their ascension. Shortly thereafter they take their seventh initiation, which marks total completion of the ascension or the sixth initiation. The seventh initiation is the final and last initiation that can be taken on the physical plane. When one first takes the seventh initiation they are again considered a kindergarten seventh degree initiate. There are seven sublevels that must be evolved through to complete this initiation. Upon reaching the seventh sublevel of the seventh initiation all initiations stop until one leaves the physical plane. One cannot take the eighth initiation without losing the physical vehicle. The seventh initiation is full merger with the Logoic or seventh plane of relity. I use the term plane here, rather than dimension, for the seventh initiation is merger with the sixth dimension of reality. Ascension is merging with the 5th dimension of reality. It is the seventh initiation where the advanced ascension skills such as teleportation, walking on water, and materialization are a potentiality, however not automatically acquired. Djwhal Khul has also guided us that the highest light quotient that a person can hold without losing the physical vehicle is 98%. At the completion of the seventh initiation one retains this level of light quotient until leaving the earthly plane. The seventh degree initiate is usually a teacher on a more global scale, which is not necessarily true of a sixth degree initiate. The Earth is also in this same type of initiation process, and when she completes her seventh initiation she will actually disappear and ascend also, and take her eighth initiation on the inner plane. This building one's light quoutient is one of the most important factors in attaining these advanced initiations. For the sake of review for those who have not read my books, the third initiation requires a minimem of 56% light quotient. The fourth initiation requires 62% light quotient. The fifth initiation requires 75% light quotient. The sixth initiation and/or ascension, requires 80% to 83% light quotient. The seventh initiation requires a minimum of 92% light quotient. In finishing up our discussion here on the process of how to complete one's ascension and move on to the seventh initiation, there are a few other most interesting pieces of information I would like to share with you in my continuing research. There has been almost no information on the 7th initiation available on this plane. The little we do have is from Djwhal Khul through Alice Bailey, however Djwhal wrote most of those books as a fifth degree initiate and an inner plane sixth degree initiate. The information fifty years ago was very sketchty. The seventh initiation is merger with the Planetary Logos and Shamballa, the will aspect of the creator for planet Earth. It is full merger with the monad. Ascension is only 80 to 83% merger. It is the initiation that begins the process of transcending the physical laws. There is a core group of people in Djwhal's ashram that are now preparing to take this initiation. The seventh initiation creates a complete implosion of energy in the heart chakra. It creates a whole new unified chakra system, which is metaphorically like the creation of a new star system. The seventh initiation is a complete commitment to service, group consciousness, and relinquishment of negative ego and separateness. One becomes a concentrated point of living light. It gives the initiate the right to come and go in the courts of Shamballa. It has been referred to, esoterically, as the initiation of "Resurrection". Lord Maitreya took His seventh on the cross at the death of the Master Jesus. The initiate has found his way back to his originating Source, or that state of existence known as Shamballa. One has officially become a seventh degree Melchizadek. At the taking of the seventh initiation an even higher electrical force is transmitted by Sanat Kumara through his "Rod of Initiation", which signifies full completion. One does not complete their seventh initiation until they stabilize their light quotient at the 97% to 98% light quotient level. Djwhal told us that one is not really in the seventh until they are at the 94% light quotient level. One touches the very edges of it as early as the 89% level of light quotient, however really is not in the seventh fully until the 94% level. I also want to make it clear here that these higher initiations occur in groups or waves. It can be likened to a sports team. Even though there may be star players on any sports team who score more points than the others, all get the same championship ring if the team wins. The gains of one are shared by all. This removes all sense of competition or comparing. The process can also be likened to a puzzle. All have a part to play even though some may have a bigger puzzle piece than others. The puzzle cannot be complete if all do not play their part. Another example Djwhal has used is an emergency room. The ambulance driver, receptionist, orderlies, nurses, doctors all must do their part in perfect cooperation. Relating this to the initiation process, all will take the same initiation even though one job may be more glamorous than another. The Masters are not looking for glamour, but rather that each initiate does his or her job for the good of the greater ashramic work and fulfillment of the Divine Plan! My job, for example is to write books and teach. My wife, Terri's job is to voice channel. Marcia's job is to run Djwhal Khul's ashram in New York. We each have our part to play and there are many others who are a part of our larger puzzle upon whom we rely as much as they rely on our doing our parts. 5 Easy Steps To Self-Healing in 5 Minutes

Self-healingWe are all made of energy and we are all self-healing. Eastern and ancient medical models have been based on energy for thousands of years. We witness our body’s ability to heal itself when small cuts heal, and with our expectation “this will heal”.

Tuning into our energy body is easy, quick and can switch our emotions and health in a few moments. When we tune into our energy bodies with our intention we can truly change our lives physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Self-healing is not at all complicated. In a few simple steps you can bring a feeling of peace into your body. You can tune into your energy body and use your thoughts and emotions to change the frequency and flow of your energy.

It is a simple as changing the channel from a negative reporting news channel to your favorite comedy show and feeling yourself relax with that change. Your day can move in a new direction that will guarantee you are inviting ease, flow and even “miracles” into your life.

So here’s five easy steps you can do in five minutes. Please read through all steps and then take the next five minutes to put the wheels in motion and practice!

1) Sit in a comfortable position and become aware of your breath. No need to change it – just pay attention to the flow – in and out, in and out. No judging it, no changing it – just noticing. This is simply to become “present” and to stop some of the never-ending thoughts from interfering for the next few minutes.

2) Take your hands (palms together) in front of you and rub them together quickly for 30 – 60 seconds. Let them become warm from the friction and feel that warmth. Invite a slight smile in as you are rubbing your hands and taking this time. Smiling itself is healing and has the ability to switch our moods in a few seconds.

3) Hold your hands six-eight inches away from each other, facing each other and feel the energy flowing through them. This energy is always here – you are feeling it now because of the intention and the awakening your awareness to it. As you feel this energy tune into it. Know this is part of you. Keep on smiling – doesn’t this feel cool?

4) Close your eyes. See if you can move the energy up your arms, through your body. There is no “wrong way” to do this. You are awakening your energy body with your intent and your intent is to feel and to heal.

See if you can move that energy to whatever part of your body you may have some stress or disease in. Keep it there knowing you are sending it love and positive “healing energy”. If you feel like you are losing touch with feeling the energy – rub your hands together again. There is no judgment and no way to do this wrong. You can picture the energy however feels right for you. Perhaps you just want to feel it; maybe you want to picture it as a white light – it is whatever way feels the easiest for you. Let yourself play with this step and smile while doing it.

5) Continue to work with this flow of energy. Call it to different parts of your body. Notice how it feels as it reaches different spaces. Know that this energy can help those areas that usually bring you pain and feel the gratitude for finally recognizing this inherent ability in you.

Notice the energy relaxing the parts of the body it flows into. Thank your body for being able to awaken to this awareness and healing. Playing with this energy flow for even five minutes can bring a state of joy and peace that you felt was impossible even minutes earlier.

How did that feel? I know when I first felt energy I was pretty amazed that it was always present in my body yet I had not been in tune to it.

In five minutes you can change your energy flow and state of being. You can offer your body, mind and spirit some healing. Your intention along with you dedicating the five-ten minutes to yourself to do so is a great gift your body, mind and soul will thank you for!

The angels do their best to get our attention and to communicate with us. In this way, they help us heal our own lives. However, we often discount the signs they give us, writing them off as mere coincidences or our imagination. The angels say: "We can't write our messages to you in the sky. You've got to pay attention and believe when you see any patterns forming in your life especially in response to any questions or prayers you've posed. When you hear the same song repeatedly or see the same number sequence, who do you
think is behind this? Your angels, of course!"

Number Sequences

Your angels often communicate messages to you by showing you sequences of numbers. They do this in two ways. First, they subtly whisper in your ear so you'll look up in time to notice the clock's time or a phone number on a billboard. The angels hope you'll be aware that you're seeing this same number sequence repeatedly. For instance, you may frequently see the number sequence 111, and it seems every time you look at a clock the time reads 1:11 or 11:11.

The second way in which angels show you meaningful number sequences is by physically arranging for, say, a car to drive in front of you that has a specific license plate number they want you to see. Those who are aware of this phenomenon become adept at reading the meaning of various license plates. In this way, the angels will actually give you detailed messages. Here are the basic meanings of various number
sequences. However, your own angels will tell you if your situation holds a different meaning for you. Ask your angels, "What are you trying to tell me?" and they'll happily give you additional information to help decode their numeric meanings.

111 - Monitor your thoughts carefully, and be sure to only think about what you want, not what you don't want. This sequence is a sign that there is a gate of opportunity opening up, and your thoughts are manifesting into form at record speeds. The 111 is like the bright light of a flash bulb. It means the universe has just taken a snapshot of your thoughts and is manifesting them into form. Are you pleased with what thoughts the universe has captured? If not, correct your thoughts (ask your angels to help you with this if you have difficulty controlling or monitoring your thoughts).

222 - Our newly planted ideas are beginning to grow into reality. Keep watering and nurturing them, and soon they
will push through the soil so you can see evidence of your manifestation. In other words, don't quit five minutes before the miracle. Your manifestation is soon going to be evident to you, so keep up the good work! Keep holding positive thoughts, keep affirming, and continue visualizing.

333 - The Ascended Masters are near you, desiring you to know that you have their help, love, and companionship. Call upon the Ascended Masters often, especially when you see the number 3 patterns around you. Some of the more famous Ascended Masters include: Jesus, Moses, Mary, Quan Yin, and Yogananda.

444 - The angels are surrounding you now, reassuring you of their love and help. Don't worry because the angels' help is nearby.

555 - Buckle your seatbelts. A major life change is upon you. This change should not be viewed as being "positive" or "negative," since all change is but a natural part of life's flow. Perhaps this change is an answer to
your prayers, so continue seeing and feeling yourself being at peace.

666 - Your thoughts are out of balance right now, focused too much on the material world. This number sequence asks you to balance your thoughts between heaven and earth. Like the famous "Sermon on the Mount," the angels ask you to focus on spirit and service, and know your material and emotional needs will automatically be met as a result.

777 - The angels applaud you, congratulations, you're on a roll! Keep up the good work and know your wish is coming true. This is an extremely positive sign and means you should also expect more miracles to occur.

888 - A phase of your life is about to end, and this is a sign to give you forewarning to prepare. This number sequence may mean you are winding up an emotional career, or relationship phase. It also means there is light at the end of the tunnel. In addition, it means, "The crops are ripe. Don't wait to pick and enjoy
them." In other words, don't procrastinate making your move or enjoying fruits of your labor.

999 - Completion. This is the end of a big phase in your personal or global life. Also, it is a message to lightworkers involved in Earth healing and means, "Get to work because Mother Earth needs you right now."

000 - A reminder you are one with God, and to feel the presence of your Creator's love within you. Also, it is a sign that a situation has gone full circle.

Marcel Joseph Vogel(1917-1991) was a celebrated research scientist working at IBM Advanced Systems Development for over 27 years. He Dr. Vogel was awarded an honorary doctorate for his numerous scientific innovations, inventions, and brilliant papers based on his study. Marcel Vogel researched luminescence with prolific results, and was highly lauded at IBM. This research eventually led him to publish his celebrated cutting-edge thesis, “Luminescence in Liquids and Solids and Their Practical Application”, in collaboration with Chicago University’s Dr. Peter Pringsheim.

He received over 67 patentsfor his inventions. Among these was the magnetic coating for computer hard disk drive systems still in use. His areas of expertise, besides luminescence, were phosphor technology, magnetics and liquid crystal systems. He also designed the Vogel crystal, which focuses “universal life force” by concentrating it to a higher level. Vogel crystals are cut to the exact angle of 51 degrees 51 minutes and 51 seconds, the exact angle of the Great Pyramid of Giza. The crystal is designed after the geometry of the Tree of Life symbol. Question to Metatron: Can you speak about Vogel Crys­tals, phi cut crystals and the man who invented them, Marcel Vogel?

AA Metatron: Indeed! The inventor of these of course was an astute Crystal Master from the Atla-Ra, the scientist priests of Atlantis. However, he did not truly invent them, rather did he channel the knowledge of same which coex­ists within multidimensionality. In truth, most of that which you consider to be invented is not new technology, rather is it pulled from the future and from the advanced technical knowledge of the past.

Crystal knowledge is essential to the coming age of the Quantum Crystalline Field. Many of you were involved in­tricately in this lost science. It is why so many are now fas­cinated with not only the quartz variety but all aspects of the mineral kingdom. Yet, be aware that the Crystalline Field is equally valid in terms of its relationship to consciousness, to thought, to action and to manifesting creation.

You see, crystalline is not only the highest aspect of the mineral kingdom, but indeed a frequency that the Ascending Earth and Ascending human will move into quite soon.

Now, the Law of One Master, you call Marcel Vogel correctly surmised that the energy signature of quartz was very similar to that of pure water, and that as the human body is over 70 percent water the quartz could be used to charge and influence both.

Crystals cut into sacred Phi angles are capable of many things, most of which are beyond the current understanding of the masses of humankind within polarity consciousness. You see, these crystals exist above the spectrum of your vis­ible light, well into the perceptual divisions of crystalline light within X-ray and ultraviolet. In so doing they exist in the eternal void or Now, beyond time sequence. As such they are time gates and can offer glimpses of realities both in your perceived past and future. As simply as I can explain it, your consciousness within planetary duality and ‘flashing’ con­tinuum sequence is ‘divided’ into linear time and probability parallel areas. The Now moment in the higher ultraviolet field is a crystalline unit which contains Universal Truth. When you are able to access that unit, you achieve the ability to expand that truth and gain the control of your reality. Phi Crystals then are the fabled Philosopher’s Stone that assist your consciousness into the unit of the Crystalline Alchemical Moment of Now.

Alchemy has always made extensive use of analogy, sym­bolism and so forth to relate transformational concepts to esoteric ones. In some epochs and contexts, these metaphysi­cal aspects came to predominate, and the myriad transfor­mational processes were then viewed as symbols of spiritual processes.

In your hermetic view of alchemy, the Philosopher’s Stone represented the tangible crystallization and morph transmuta­tion of a subtle substance into something greater. This then is the sacred metaphor for the inner potential of the spirit and reason to evolve from a lower state of imperfection into a higher state of enlightenment and perfection. Phi Crystals are the tool of the Mer-Ka-Na that takes one to the Alchemy Journey. They are one of the paths of the Philosopher’s Stone, the crystalline journey into coherent energy through Phi.

The ‘Black Hole’ Within Quartz

Now, there are some interesting aspects related to certain crystalline forms that are only beginning to be understood by your scientists. Marcel Vogel correctly theorized that there were ‘missing’ silicon atoms in the quartz molecule (SiO2), in what is now termed the ‘Lattice Defect Theory.’ There are in fact ‘holes’ that occur in the tetrahedronal pyramid of the quartz molecule. The missing component is silicon, and we tell you that space retains an energetic form that is capable of receiving and amplifying human intent. It is a ‘black hole’ of sorts that is a void space capable of receiv­ing human energetic intent! That is why quartz and many other crystalline gems are capable of being ‘programmed’, and Dear ones, this is an important aspect of why these are particularly beneficial to you. Phi Crystals by their sacred geometric construct emit a unique energy, a crystalline light. They change the vibration that affects the able user. They change the frequencies at which humanity’s minds operate. Phi Crystals receive human intent, and indeed intent cre­ates an energy that is synergized and transformed through crystalline light. And that embellished energy is capable of manifestation and reaches the heavens and earth, the inner and outer dimensions, you see?

The variations of Phi Crystals are compatible with hu­manity. Some of them are compatible with the Earth, some with the elemental and emotional worlds and others with the celestial realms. Some create frequencies that unlock ancient encodements even as some natural crystals do. Certain Phi’s have past and future sequencing keys that open time and dimensional gates, but these are less understood in the present, and many of these remain unutilized and locked. Now, your gemologists and crystallographers are aware that certain crystalline gems including topaz, tourmaline and especially quartz have a quality called piezoelectricity. This is the quite unique ability within the living crystal to generate electricity under specific polarized conditions.

Crystalline solids have a very regular atomic structure: that is, the local positions of atoms with respect to each other are repeated at the atomic scale. These arrangements of crystal structures serve many purposes and in essence form the life force structure of the Crystal Entity. As with all life there is an auric field and indeed a consciousness within crystals. That of quartz offers many functionalities that make it especially beneficial to mankind, yet in truth all crystalline structures offer myriad benefits.

One of the primary attributes of Quartz Crystals is that these living mineral forms can receive, store, recover and transmit information. Your scientists discovered this two decades ago when they succeeded in putting a three dimen­sional image of the Mona Lisa into a quartz crystal and then retrieved it. Your main stream academics have long recog­nized the ability of crystals to transmit energy waves. Your early radios used crystal transmitters, and crystal or ‘silicon’ technology is the basis of your computers.

Masters, this is the only tip of the iceberg; or should we say the tip of the crystal!

The purpose of using a Phi crystal is to amplify and cohere the thought and energy that you wish to direct. Amplification is more readily understood, but coherence is a somewhat more difficult concept for you in physics or Meta­tronic terms. Question to Metatron: Can you describe and explain the various benefits of Phi Crystals in the Vogel Cuts of 12, 13-20-33, 88, and 144 as well as the ‘Dream Cuts?’

AA Metatron : Indeed. First we will say that the Phi Crystals in the Vogel format are an Atlantean-Arcturian technology that utilizes specific base end angles to activate, vastly refine and greatly amplify the sentient characteristics of the quartz itself.

There are many different kinds of be­nevolent frequencies available with Phi Crystals and of very, very different kinds of vibration, not what you would find in your naturally formed quartz. The Atlanteans and Arcturian Masters developed and understood the vast and complex Phi Technology of Crystals. Indeed, some of the Arcturian-Atlantean construct crystals placed by them in key nodes on the planet were intricately designed to emit Phi frequencies and are awakening now. However, those formed naturally in time in the Earth do not have that same refined vibration, you see?

So it is the Phi, the Golden angles and sacred lines that create the revelation of the pulsing Crystalline energy, acti­vating and merging with the Quantum Crystalline Field to revere that which is holy, to reveal the highest symbol, the highest vibration of those which are the deity energies of crystalline light from the sun and the great central sun. So the element of Golden Phi, then, originally has come from the Sirian sun, and here it has founded itself upon the Earth. And where these omnipotent Phi Arcturian crystals are present, true deep and wise vibrations are found also.

But we note that not all quartz is of such vibration. In­deed some of the Master Atlantean Crystals are, and we have told you previously of these and that they are being awakened now from dormancy.

Natural quartz formations generally do not hold such a high frequency and are neither phi in resonance angles or of gold alloy. Some do but not most. Those crystals of the gold-silicate alloys were originally used in both the crystal skulls and the Master Atlantean crystals that carry the high­est field. Sparse pockets of these in natural form do exist in Brazil, Tibet and Arkansas deep below the surface, but these are very few and have not been truly accessed. The greater quantity & most potent of these are in Arkansas within and below what is termed the Crystal Vortex.

Natural quartz crystals are hexagonal and release a spi­raled phi energy that is emitted most powerfully through the point. Because few naturally formed specimens are perfectly symmetrical, the Arcturian and Atlantean Scientist Priests of the Atla-Ra developed a means of precise cutting of quartz in a double terminated format with equally symmetrical facet­ing to allow the Universal Life Force to be emitted through the crystal. The one you refer to as Marcel Vogel, Khirron, recognized the synergy between crystals and water. The Phis create a synergy that belongs quite nicely to that which blends water and light, the two alchemical elements, you see? The blend of the two – one that both hardens and softens. Now, all PHI Cut (Vogel) crystals have seven common primary properties that occur within them. Natural quartz crystals contain some of these properties, but these are greatly refined and amplified in the Phi cut units. It is not that way, you see. Each is unique through the facet­ing harmonic.

Each opens a unique stance, stances that stack upon one another yet do not merge. Do you understand? Portals are utilized from different perspectives. There are many reali­ties from which to choose, and there are many dimensions to explore. Just because one goes to the energy field of a portal or time gate does not insure that one will frequencially experi­ence either. Is this understood? The light quotient of the seeker must be of a high enough level to allow the merging and to afford the opportunity of such. We will add that all modalities of true Phi Crystals, es­pecially the Dream Phi and Vogel Phi (and there are indeed other cuts that have not emerged), are powerful instruments that operate in higher as well as infrared (below visible) frequencies of light and multidimensionality. AA Metatron: Indeed. Dream Crystals contain an inward concave curving that works with the coherent light to bring greater focus on the ‘inner world’. They are the perfect partner to the standard Phi Vogel.

The base angle of 51.51:51 degrees is the same on both. That which differentiates the ‘Dream Phi,’ to use your nomenclature, is the convex and concave cuts on the body of the Dream model, as well as the ‘charging filter’ on the base tip. The charging filter, often referred to as a flower, is a precise cut used primarily on Dream Phi’s but can equally be used on Vogel Phi’s. It works as a preamplifier.

Now, keep in mind that each crystal fashioned from natu­ral quartz is individually unique. The usage that we offer in both Vogel Phi and Dream Phi are somewhat generalized in primary application. Certain forms of quartz, such as smoky, citrine, amethyst and rutilated quartz will of course have additional properties. In truth, each piece will have additional and specialized aspects. AA Metatron: First of all, Phi-Crystals, gems, minerals and noble metals are in truth quite available to anyone that seeks them, to anyone that would draw them to self with appropriate intent and sufficient light quotient. Phi Crystals, as we have said, are not meant for everyone, rather to those ready to apply the highest purpose in their usage. They are thought amplifiers you see.

Gems are indeed available to all, and indeed fortify the Aura, balance the chakras and indeed in doing such, can extent life force, life potency and longevity.

However, to draw them to you harmonically, one must recognize first that the Mineral Kingdom is alive and sentient in all its myriad varieties of expression. Within the Mineral Kingdom there is indeed the spark of Divinity, of Divine Consciousness that is quite equally aware in certain aspects, as is human­kind. This is a fact that is as yet unrecognized by most of humanity, yet it is quite true.

It is only the mentality of lack and the non recognition of the crystalline and mineral kingdom as being sentient that keeps anyone from manifesting these. Your societies and cultural systems spend unquestioned amounts of energy or money in the acquisition of what may be termed luxury items and excessive amounts on dress clothing, dwellings and vehicles. Yet they do not recognize that energy exchanged for certain forms of the mineral kingdom offer them great advantages in health, consciousness and manifestation am­plification.

Certain of your civilizations recognized the Mineral King­dom as being sentient, and as a result of that key acknowl­edgement they were able to communicate and interact with the mineral and crystalline beings. Accordingly the Mineral Kingdom offered itself and made itself readily and bountifully available to mankind. And, Dear Ones, we tell you that the sentient Mineral Kingdom responded to their desire, to their acknowledgement, to their call and made itself available to that call, to that seeking. Indeed it is an example of the Law of Attraction.

The same law is valid today, in your present. Even though you do not generally go to the fields and valleys to find your minerals, you are still very capable of sending out the acknowledgment to the mineral kingdom and manifest to attract to you what you need, what you desire to assist you. The mineral itself, the sentience of the mineral once acknowl­edged will indeed make itself available to you. That is quite true, believe it!

The paradox is that if you do not believe it, indeed that is the reality you will manifest. If you do not recognize the mineral kingdom is alive and sentient, then you will not be acknowledging its sentience. And acknowledgement, belief is essential, you see.

Unfortunately, the mass of humanity views gems and precious metals as simply decorative jewelry, vanities and investments. Therefore they are viewed by many as expensive embellishments. Those who are aware of their true nature, purpose and energy benefits then understand that they can and do enhance physical health and that they calibrate and generate higher frequency energy fields that can offer myriad advantages to those that understand them as such.

So as to your question, are gems, metals and crystalline forms necessary. We will answer in this way. Your cars, trains and planes are not truly necessary, you can walk, and if you are an extraordinary Master you can astrally bi locate. But in the interim, the tools you have manifested make trans­port a lot easier.

Some humans on the spiritual path remain limited by their mentality of lack. This is manifested in both a fear of poverty and in the belief that abundance is an aspect and indulgence of materialism. Both are false beliefs that do not serve you. Abundance offers itself and is available to all; the paradox is that you must believe that abundance is not only available but is equally a path of spirit. Once the laws of manifestation arte realized, Masters, you can create and acquire what you desire. Only be sure it serves your greatest good.

So indeed these tools, these living crystalline forms are available to those that are aware. And the truth, whether you accept it or not, is that the crystalline forms are energy generators, frequency portals and resonant shields that offer myriad benefits.

Question to Metatron : Please explain the proper manner of caring for, charging, and programming a Phi Crystal? AA Metatron: The methodology taught by Marcel Vogel is available to all and is the accurate modality. So we will accordingly not delve too deeply into information that is ac­curate and already easily available to you.

We have described in the (above) discourse the requisite belief and importance of recognizing that all crystalline forms have sentient consciousness. Initial synergy and communica­tion with the crystal is achieved primarily through transferal of the frequency of love into the crystalline form and asking for its assistance. This should be done daily with meditation and the use of deep breathing exercises to raise the vibration of the user. When the vibrational frequency of the theta wave is achieved, imbue the crystalline form through visualization. Imagine a beam of love from the heart chakra directly into the crystalline being. When a return flow of ‘love’ is felt, the synergy is achieved.

In many cases there will be an electri­cal (tingling) sensation felt in the arms of the user that flows upward into the heart. The actual sensation may vary with the user. For some it may be simply a sense of knowing.

Once synergy is established, the infinity breath exercise should be employed in meditation whilst holding the crystal in order to establish intent or programming. Once the deep breathing takes one into the theta state, the crystal will signal when the field is appropriate for receival of intent.

At this point the user should lightly stroke the body of the Phi crystal with the fingertips to charge the Phi while sending the intent of the particular usage. Transfer the visualization of what is requested. Whether this is to assist in multidimen­sional awareness, self purification, protection or healing for self and others, the specific intent should be clear and imbued into the Phi.

The process of healing, the extraction of obstacles or dis­ease is done only with the permission of the one receiving the healing. The Phi is then held with the female base in the palm of the primary hand of the user and circulated over the area of focus. For Vogel Phi Crystals, the circulation should be counterclockwise. For Dream Phi’s, clockwise. Visualize and speak the desired result. Continue this process until a clear response is received that the task has achieved maximum en­ergy for the session. To seal the opening upon completion, circulate the opposite direction until the field is closed. Usu­ally three to five circulations will re-seal the field.

The most effective method of cleansing a Phi is through vigorous brief shaking in the hand while visualizing intent of removing unwanted energies and through the use of white sage smudge. Running water can also complete this pro­cess, but care should be taken to insure the temperature of the water is within ten degrees of the ambient temperature of the crystal. Rapid contraction or expansion due to great temperature variation can create inclusion cracking in the quartz structure.

Masters, there are differing sciences, different physics for each dimension, just as there are different approaches and paths of science and physics available to mankind in his current real­ity. Man has omitted the divine from science in his mainstream thinking. Science is indeed a sacred aspect of the whole.

Had the human species gone into certain mental disciplines as thoroughly as it has explored exterior technological ‘laws,’ your knowledge, means and resulting understanding of di­mensional and crystalline reality aspects would be vastly different and far more efficient in scope than it is now. Crystalline knowledge is a key part of the emerging ‘new’ paradigm, although in truth it is an ancient knowledge, forgotten but not new! Now, when mankind decides to devote mainstream study into what is termed the ‘mental’ science of dimensional and crystalline aspects of transport and bi loca­tion, and indeed it is a science with laws that can be learned, practiced and fine tuned, then visitations into parallels and vectors within time and space and inner worlds will become less accidental and occur by design, by plan.

7 warning signs Many years ago during a spectacular typhoon, we saw a man sheltering behind the building opposite, preparing to make a dash for safety. As we watched from our window, he opened his umbrella and then stepped out from the building. His umbrella was immediately blown inside out and almost whipped away. He was forced backwards until he ducked back behind the building. The funniest thing is he did this twice more! He finally gave up and went into the rain minus the umbrella.

We laughed then, but when the storms of life hit us, it is no laughing matter. And yet, the lessons are the same – every single time. I have no idea why this gentleman was out in the storm, he definitely must have known about the typhoon.

If we parallel that with our lives – how prepared and alert are we? No crisis happens overnight: it’s a gradual deterioration of conditions that comes to a head suddenly. If we pay attention, we can pick up the signals along the way. If we can see ourselves and others clearly, we can interpret those signals with accuracy and take appropriate, timely action.

Tiredness

When the smallest things get blown out of proportion, there is something bigger under the surface. Sometimes, it is just a passing phase, but sometimes, if we get angry about small issues to divert from the big ones, we must stop and think. For instance, with a chronically bad relationship, it is best to examine what is beneath our irritation and find comprehensive solutions before crisis hits.
Inertia

A little bit like tiredness, but it could manifest in unrelated areas, like when we want to start something we love but can not get traction. Typically it comes from many different places or too many conflicting choices. For example, from being the wearer of too many hats: someone’s parent, someone’s spouse, business owner and being bombarded by information from all these avenues. So rather than tackle or eliminate things one at a time, we give up and do nothing at all: inertia.
Helplessness

When we are giving up our power to someone else, when the controls of our lives are not in our hands: financially, emotionally or physically. Are we constrained in these ways by our situation or by a person? It is crucial that we find the source – sometimes “love” or “helpfulness” are masks for creating situations to someone else’s advantage and our detriment. These things should make us feel nurtured, not helpless – there’s a clue.
Hopelessness

A long while of feeling helpless will lead to a complete lack of hope, a lack of belief in our own power. And putting a brave face on hopelessness is not the solution, it only saps the energy required to build up our spirits and regain our power. It does not have to take a great crisis to find our power. It just takes belief.
Autopilot

When life becomes routine and the routine is an escape hatch from growth, change and living. When we bury our heads in the sand and march forward through the rhythms of the day to avoid thinking about how we don’t like our lives. It is safe, it is unchanging, it is stultifying.
Feeling stuck

A direct result of autopilot: we are stuck by our own reluctance to make changes we know we must. This could range from changing jobs or a relationship, to adjusting our expectations, to all of the above. We could also be stuck because we are passively waiting for someone or something to change and unstick us. Maybe that will happen, but the results may not be to our liking.

These are just seven of the most commonly ignored signs. I would say, when life just seems to not be hitting the spot, when we are discontented – these are the times to start looking into our lives honestly and address the things that are simply not working, the sooner the better. It is time to stop pretending, find the truth and live from genuine joy.

If we bring our entire reality to full consciousness and take positive action, we will never find ourselves with the choice of being stuck behind a building or being drenched in the rain. Hello everybody.

I had a quick contact with my Higher Self, and guides today, which include Sananda and SaLuSa.

First off I am told that the earth instability still persists, as is frequent in times of great turmoil. Human hearts are in doubt, fear and also in “hate” mode. This has of course been orchestrated by the continuous effort by the cabal. Their propaganda machine is a very powerful tool. The power of disinformation and misinformation is going in full swing as we speak. Many are those who have a great lack of grounding, a great lack of love, who find themselves with aching nerves and emotions. Much instability has been created of late. It will take work on a higher level in order to stabilize emotions and bring a better genuine communication between religious factions.

We are invited to bring peace into our lives, and help spread love and compassion towards others. It is pure joy to be able to bath in the Sunshine. The effect of the Sun particle can penetrate deep down into our bodies, right into our souls. Sit still in the sunshine, breath in peace and happiness. Follow the God Sun’s particles travel inside our body, breath them in, feel them nourish you, heal you, nurture your every needs. The Sun radiates pure love and compassion; it is a divine manifestation to bring love and joy into all living beings and creature. Many are insensitive to the Sun’s powers. The particles penetrate through your porous skin, and spiral down through your body, right into Mother Earth. The human bodies, along with all life on Earth allows for this direct process to take place. Focus your energies on your inner life at the moment. There is a vast ocean of life inside of you all, yet to be discovered by many of you. Sense your life force inside of your own body, sense its blockages, its joy and sometimes its pain. There is much expectation, much disappointment also. The reality too often does not match what your imagination expects and what your ego wanted. All these expectations have very little base on the reality, they are based on somebody else’s dreams, expectations, or misunderstandings. Follow your own dreams; don’t try to fulfil somebody else’s dreams or nightmares. Make your own path and follow the tracks you wish to follow. Have the courage of disappointing others’ expectation, have the courage of standing up for your dreams, have the courage to live in a world of inner joy and peace. See the good side in every situation and know that God’s patience can never be too far stretched.

Many of us have long tiring days, some physically exhausting, some too monotonous, too busy, too emotional, while others are feeling as if dead inside in unfulfilling jobs. Take the time to listen to your inner voice, listen to the body’s complaints, and listen to the muscular tensions. Very often, just like children this is all that is required from you: giving these some attention from time to time during your day. Remember that you have a body, that you breathe, that you live, that you are part of this world. Remember that you are one with all that is, with all life on our planet as well as with all life from other planets, from other dimensions. We open to the Source of Creation, the power of the Infinite Oneness and the wisdom of the universe, with the intention to receive any message that is from the highest source of light.

This message is given from the consciousness that is a soul consciousness of the Ascended Masters, through the ascension planes.

There are areas of consciousness now, on the planet, that have evolved into a frequency of Oneness and are actually generating harmonic frequencies into the Earth’s hologram. These source areas are areas where souls of light are called to co-create with the elementals, the cosmic forces and the collective power of their light bodies. They are the first regions that reach a capacity to fully utilize and integrate solar powers and the cosmic frequencies.

The energy systems in these areas have developed crystalline geometric structure through which there is an amplification of conscious intention and collective focus on the principles of universal law, through communion with the water elements and the dynamics of the Earth’s elemental systems. This means that the energy generated from the collective field of the souls, the ascension beings that are of the 131313, their collective frequency, Bringers of the Dawn, has actually developed the capacity to harmonize with the emerging hologram of the 5th-dimensional Earth.

These are areas which may not be defined purely by what you would think of as spiritual centers. It certainly includes the spiritual centers. But they are areas where humanity is gravitating towards the higher principles of community and co-creative energy. These are areas, through the sacred geometry principles of light, that have been awakened and utilized with the soul groups that are using the sacred geometries of light and actually putting them to work, actually working with the geometric formulas.

These formulas have become the formulas for peaceful co-creation, and have formed lenses in these regions where there is sufficient collective energy to feed the light into the new hologram, to receive the cosmic frequencies and the DNA from Creation Source, the new DNA codes, organizing into light structures through sacred geometry principles. This creates the holographic lens for the 5th-dimensional Earth.

These areas are well developed energy centers and, of course, involve the individuals who have focused on spiritual centers, honoring the principles of One and unity through diversity, sovereignty. Those particular energy centers are amplifying the energies generated by the living blueprint of the 5th-dimensional Earth.

As the old paradigm hologram plays itself out, those centers, which are centers of higher amplification of cosmic frequencies, radiate energy into the collective. This creates, through the principles of quantum harmonic resonance, geodesic crystalline energy forms that are truly the seeds of light for the New Holographic Earth.

In the area where the Earth is still restricted in the quality and vibration of the energy, there are certain souls of light which may or may not define themselves as spiritual beings but live by spiritual principles. Those souls of light, their DNA is calibrated to psychically connect to these geodesic seeds, which gives space for the expansion of the sacred light geometry principles.

The souls of light on the planet that are the beings who have agreed to cooperate with the ascension principles of Creation for the Earth have matured through the test of their faith. Through their practice of light principles, they have matured.

As you approach alignments, such as the fall Equinox of 2012, when the cosmos, itself, bursts forth with energy that are powerful frequencies of Creation, and the sun generates the solar principles of Solar Genesis, these systems are prepared, because you will gather individually with your collective conscious groups in the non-physical reality, and collectively in groups, such as ceremonies that are coming in these next days. Those quantum energetics accelerate the propensity of velocity of the quality of light on the planet.

All of this is organized in crystalline structures through the harmonics of sound and light frequencies, through the whales and the dolphins. As they came in the beginning, the cetaceans carry the language of light for the manifestation of the manna, the manifestation of the power of Creation, and the Creation languages, that manifests the New Earth Principles, manifests the Creation Principles of the emerging Earth in the birthing through the birthing waters, through the womb of the Great Mother Principle.

This means that all that is born of light these days is directly channeled through the Great Mother Principle, and that the whales and the dolphins will be sending intelligent communications, whale songs, dolphin codes, to all conscious beings. These intelligent communications give instructions on a super-conscious level for the New Human to develop the skills of co-creation with the Universal Oneness.

This power enhances the capacity for balance, harmonic relationship and the creative principles of the highest aspect of human consciousness.

The purpose of this message is to acknowledge this phenomenon and to offer the opportunity for the ascension workers on the planet to consciously engage with this system.

Those of you, who have developed communication skills with the whales and the dolphins, now is the time for you to open your psyche to the supreme intelligent frequencies that the whales and the dolphins will be sending to humanity through you, as transmitters of light.

Certainly, you have developed the ability to work through the water element of the planet because it is through your communion with water that all Creation is enhanced. Because Gaia is a water planet and Creation first emerged from the water principle, and now that very water principle is the core energetics, the core energetics, for the birthing of this new light which opens now in these days of light and begins its process of quantum acceleration.

Waves, waves of such intelligent energies, such as you have never experienced before, will be transmitted through your field. It is important to hydrate yourself. It is important to connect to water sources during these days of light. Think of the way that water receives the sparkling energy of the sun. How beautiful it is when you see the ocean or the lake turn golden with the light of the sun. That is the holographic mirror and the principle that allows you a space of visualization for the receptivity that is opening now, with these Creation energies.

Prepare for a new emergence. But also prepare that there will be a new demand on your energy body, requiring each individual to be sensitive to the power that is moving through your physical body. Be sensitive to your body’s needs at this time.

There is an accumulative solar principle through the solstice gates on the planet. Please do not rush through this sentence. It is an important sentence.

Throughout the Ages, the centers where the ancients arranged Equinox and Solstice alignment calendars, those are the essential points on the planet because there is accumulative solar principle. For example, Stonehenge, built as a great cosmic generator, has accumulated fractals of solar frequencies, every Equinox and Solstice, every one, from the moment of inception.

This Fall Equinox reaches a Melchizedek Principle. Don’t just think of Stonehenge. Think of Chaco Canyon. Think of Malta. Think of Giza. Think of every single stone circle where the solar calendars were set, every temple in any country, South Africa, Mexico, Peru. It’s not necessary to list all these places, but now imagine that that is an enormous calibrated device that has an accumulative solar factor that will reach now, in this Fall Equinox, a Melchizedek Principle. That means that each of these solar codes form fractals of light, that are living geometries.

An accumulative factor has to reach a quantum energy at some point. And everything in the universe is primed for this opportunity for the capacity of light to be accelerated on the planet. Part 2 - The Function of Time Allow us to take you through the function of time on the third, fourth and fifth dimensions. First off, we remind you that the dimensions of one, two, three and four are within the paradigm of TIME and individual, separate consciousness in separate forms.

On the other hand, the dimensions of five, six, and seven are within the paradigm of the NOW and Individuated, Unity Consciousness in mutable forms. On the dimensions beyond the seventh, all consciousness exists as ONE within the infinite NOW. No form is necessary and is only worn while traveling in the lower dimensional worlds.

Third Dimensional Time The primary function of time in the third dimensions is to create the illusion of separation. If it takes a long time for you to travel to visit a person, then you are separate from that person. You know that you and that person are separate because something “else” that is not you is in between you and this other person.

You walk, drive, ride a bike or take a bus to get to that other person. The more time it takes to get to that person, the further away they appear to be. For example, if it takes an hour on a plane to get to this person, they are not too far away, and you hold less different perceptions while you travel, such as the airport, the inside of the plane and the sky.

On the other hand, if you drive to that person, it may take 6 or 7 hours, and you will have many different perceptions on the way to meeting that person. Therefore, that person appears to be much farther away if you drive than if you fly. But they are both the same distance. The only difference is the time it takes to travel that distance.

Another option is to phone this person or even see them on Skype. Then they are not far away at all. They are right there with you on your computer. This other person could be in another time zone or on the other side of the planet. Yet, you can experience an instant sense of unity with that person because it does not take “time” to travel across “space” to interact with each other.

Your Internet, which was designed by your Galactic Family, is primarily responsible for your increasing Unity Consciousness because you can experience unity without taking time to get together. Therefore, unity with all life is becoming more imaginable for your consciousness.

In fact, your Consciousness has expanded enough to embrace not just your Personal Consciousness, but your National Consciousness, your Planetary Consciousness and even your Galactic Consciousness. When your consciousness expands, time becomes less important in your life, as you are experiencing interactions with Beings outside of your 3D concept of time or space.

Fourth Dimensional Time Your most common means of experiencing the fourth dimension is through your dreams or meditations. As you are all aware, forth dimensional time is much different than third dimensional time. For example, you could have a long dream in which a certain song was playing on your 3D radio throughout the entire dream.

Then, you wake up to find the song only half over. The song was only 3 minutes long, whereas your dream may have encompassed many years of experiences. Furthermore, in the fourth dimension it does not take “time” to travel from one place to another. You may find yourself in one place, than instantly switch to another place. Also, you can change your shape within a fourth dimensional dream or vision. You could be a person, then instantly shift into a wolf, then back into a human.

Therefore, the function of time in the fourth dimension is to confuse your third dimensional thinking enough for you to begin to release your attachment to time. Your dream and meditation life also allows you to release your attachment to your current third dimensional form. In your fourth dimensional realities you can change forms many times throughout one dream and/or meditation.

Furthermore your consciousness is very different in the fourth dimension than it is in the third dimension. In the physical world your consciousness is something that keeps you awake to the physical world. Conversely, in your dreams and meditations your consciousness is the component of yourself that can travel free of all physical limitation.

Also, your state of consciousness greatly influences how you perceive the passage of time. For example, when you are engaged in a creative venture and/or doing something that you love, there is little sense of the passage of time. What may seem like 15 minutes could be 2 hours when you look up at a clock.

On the other hand, you have all noticed how the clock ticks VERY slowly when you are doing something that you perceive as boring, difficult or “work”. On the other hand, someone who enjoys that activity may perceive the passage of time to be only minutes to your hours.

When you are engaged in an activity that you love or that is a creative expression of your true SELF, time seems to stop - that is until you see a clock. However, do you want to believe the physical counting machine or your SELF? Do you see how time is not real? Time is created to organize your thinking to match the matrix of third dimensional Earth. Once you shift your thinking into a fourth dimensional matrix, your sensation of time is greatly altered. Then, when you experience the fifth dimension you are able to move beyond time completely and experience the NOW.

Fifth Dimensional Time The only time in the fifth dimension is the NOW. Time is NOT the NOW, as the NOW is NOT a frozen moment of time. The Now of the fifth dimension is that which creates time by reminding you that you can align your higher dimensional thought with a third or fourth dimensional matrix if you wish to experience time.

The NOW can, also, be used to align your consciousness with higher frequencies of reality by focusing your full intention and attention onto higher frequencies of reality. In other words, the NOW is the medium for your Energy Field (your thoughts, feelings, actions and behaviors) to choose ANY state of consciousness and ANY dimension you wish to experience.

However, if you are involved in the fifth dimensional NOW, but your focus falls into time by thinking about something that you need to do tomorrow - or you forgot to do yesterday, your consciousness will fall out of the experience of NOW. Once you fall out of the experience of NOW, your consciousness goes back into the time-bound realities of the lower worlds. Therefore, the final function of time is to remind yourself that you can transcend time by aligning your Energy Field with the NOW.

Aligning with the NOW If you can remember that time tells you that you are in the lower worlds, you can use the experience of counting time to determine your current state of consciousness. It may seem that defining your state of consciousness is an easy task. But what if you are trapped in a “boring” project that you “dislike,” but you NEED to do it in order to feed your family.

What will you do? You will put on the happy face and “act as if” it is enjoyable. However, if you take the “time” to check in with your SELF, you will NOT be able to lie to yourself any longer. That means you will have to change. And what will you change? You will change your mind!

You will determine NOT to lie to yourself any longer and note that if something takes a “really long time,” you probably do NOT like doing it. Once you realize your Truth, close your eyes and use your imaginative consciousness to take you on an inner journey into doing and being what you LOVE.

Remember, when you are doing something you love, time ends. Therefore, you may only gaze off into space for a few minutes, but it can feel like a lifetime. In fact, it just may be an entire lifetime in a world beyond time. Before you leave this place, memory, vision, state of consciousness align your Energy Field with the NOW of that experience.

Continue this exercise again and again. Once your Energy Field is permanently aligned with the NOW, you will have completed your cycle of incarnation into the lower worlds. Then you will live within your fifth dimensional time-less reality and only interface with the lower dimensions to help and heal members of those worlds.

Breaking the Habit of Time We hear you asking how you can align your Energy Field with the ONE. Your Energy Field is created by the thoughts that you allow to rest in your mind and the emotions that fill your body. If your thoughts and emotions are bound by the duties, limitations and fatigue from the illusion of time, you will remain primarily aligned with the third and fourth dimensions.

On the other hand, if you can use your thoughts to focus your attention on the NOW, and use your emotions to perceive your reality via imagistic, sensate pictures, you will gradually free your Energy Field from the limitations of time. Then, once you are free of time, you are in the NOW, and the NOW is in the ONE.

By thinking and speaking via images, your consciousness can travel in circular patterns that weave in and out into interacting patterns. Hence, remember to loosen your mind from the strict habit of sequential thought and reactions to your outside world. In fact, view reality not from your body, but from within your Core. Your Core is at ONE with Gaia’s Core and serves as your personal portal into the fifth dimension and beyond.

When you view reality through your Core, you are free of external illusion as your primary perceptions will come via the emotions and interactive consciousness with your higher expressions of SELF. Your higher expressions of SELF are components of your Multidimensional SELF who has copied and pasted their/your Essence into your current earth vessel. Speaking and thinking in an imagistic manner that is free of time markers such as distance, limitations, separation, gender and polarities will greatly assist you to break the habit of time.

Also, if you fully partake in every moment of your Present and release all thoughts of the illusions of the past and future, you will slowly calibrate your thought patterns to the fifth dimension. In the fifth dimension and beyond, patterns of thought and emotions travel in circles of multidimensional light and unconditional love. There are NO separate lines with myriad intersections. There are only flowing energy fields which travel in progressively creative fractal patterns.

Prepare for the Equinox Energy Gateway

A Council of 12 Message from Selacia

Preparing for an energy gateway like the September Equinox is less about doing and more about being still. For the most benefit, find a quiet place without distractions, stilling your mind long enough to hear your inner voice about this juncture. Connect with your heart, emptying your mind of thoughts and simply breathe.

When you are still long enough, letting go of agendas and concerns, the voice of your inner wisdom can get your attention. The quieter you allow yourself to become, the more you can hear.

There is a place deep within your being that remembers why you came to Earth and why these moments in time are so precious and vital to the progression of your soul. You want to access this wisdom now, as you prepare for the new energy threshold of Equinox.

Invite your inner wisdom to come into your conscious awareness, intersecting with your present energy and your intentions for the next phase. Ask for a multidimensional perspective.

This larger picture from spirit will help you to adjust your thinking, balance your emotions, and update your view of yourself. Chances are, you are not dreaming big enough and you discount your progress to date. Having a distorted view of your own progress can go hand in hand with doubting that the world is becoming a more loving place. While this is normal thinking for so many people today, you must not settle for normal.

This Equinox is one of three key energy gateways on the horizon in 2012. The other two gateways include the 11/11 doorway and the 12/21 Solstice. All three offer you and humanity opportunities to ascend into a higher spiritual state. At each gateway, too, you have the potential of greater self-understanding - discovering more about your true path and connecting with energies and people who are a natural part of your destiny.

Three Questions to Ask Now

Here are three questions to ask now as you prepare for the Equinox energy gateway. It is recommended that you ask them in an open-ended way, without agenda and without expecting a specific type of response. The answers may come as you are asking the questions, as you sit in silence, during your dream state, or days later. The most important thing is to ask the questions, letting spirit reveal what you need to know. Listen for the first responses you receive.

What is the one area of my life that needs more balance now?
What can I do or avoid doing to raise my energetic frequency?
What is the one thing that needs to be released before I can move forward?

This simple questioning process sets in motion energetic support from spirit and helps prepare you to benefit fully from the Equinox energy gateway.

"My Fellow Citizens of Planet Earth, I thank you so much for being here in this togetherness. For those of you who have not heard the story, I shall confirm once more. I live in my body. I have been welcomed upon the ships. I have attended many, many, meetings all these years that have gone by in the time of Plant Earth, and I can assure you, never has the Flame of Love, the Flame of Freedom been so bright, and so powerful as it is now.

"Now those of you in service as humanity members, members of humanity, may be thinking, or feeling, that it's just the opposite. But I can promise you, the groundwork I laid during my short time as the leader of this great country of the United States of America, and indeed as a representative of Freedom to the entire World - that groundwork lives! It never died. It was hidden over.

"There were those who saw me as the greatest impediment upon the Planet to their plans, to their ambitions. You know who some of them are. There was an unelected president named George Bush, Sr. He was the head of what you call the C.I.A. in Texas. He helped - his people were liaisons with certain of the, what you call, the mafia families. They supplied the shooters, and there was more than one. Lee Harvey Oswald was in a way, well he was mind-controlled, and he was the one that was blamed.

"And when he was shot in the jail it was so that he could not have his mind unraveled, and come forth with some Truth that would have been quite damaging to those who had planned all of this. Suffice it to say that the president who succeeded me, Lynden Johnson, profited quite handsomely from the opening of the drug trade in Southeast Asia.

"I saw it coming, and I had made plans to withdraw our troops, and to work through the United Nations, and other peaceful organizations, through a consortium of, shall we say, trustworthy bankers, and others, so that we would not have had this bloody war that was so clearly for profit - the profit of the few at the expense of the many. And this is the first time that the viewing audience of the World had an opportunity to see the war, to actually have it come into their living rooms, whenever they chose to turn on the news.

"Those you call the illuminati were extremely proud. You see, the seeming success of my assassination, and the escalation of that war, gave them to feel so powerful that they felt they were invincible, that no one could get in their way, but what they did not have, because it is impossible for them to have with their particular make-up, and indoctrinations, was Compassion, the high Love of Compassion.

"Human lives were no more valuable to them than the life of the tiniest ant, or mosquito - I honor them all, as do all of the Workers of the Light. These ones even would go so far as to sacrifice, not only children that they captured from various places, and women, and men, but sometimes even their own children, as a token of their loyalty.

"Now there is a lot coming out about the very church with which I was affiliated. Here is something you may not know. I was made aware, I did not participate, nor did my brothers, or sisters, or my Mother, or even my Father, who was powerful enough to escape participation, because he gave money.

"But the church with which I was affiliated is coming into the Light. These doings are coming into the Light now, and as difficult as it is to look upon them, because we are all the children of Mother/Father God - and it is the little ones, so precious, whose innocence was taken away from them in a most cruel manner, because these ones knew no better. Yes, they knew what they were doing, but they had been taught to do this. It had been literally indoctrinated into them, and because they lacked Compassion, how could they honor, or respect any life, whether it's the life of a young child, or an ant. This is all coming to Light. I had plans to create openings, revelations. I worked in particular with those of my heritage, the Irish. The Irish are calling, showing the World, calling upon the church to come clean, or leave Ireland! This is one of the things that I was able to accomplish, or shall we say, pave the way for. YES! I knew!

"After all where did the real me go when the clone was substituted for me? I was taken up onto a ship. You call it the New Jerusalem, and it was a grand homecoming, I can tell you, and I had a ringside seat, so to speak for the pomp and circumstance which was necessary to give to the people, so that they could share in the ceremonies of saying farewell to me. And I want to tell you how much Love I feel, even now, when I look back upon that, because I can see it from where I am.

"And I want to tell you how grateful I am to have this opportunity to be in such closeness with so many of my Starseed Brothers and Sisters, and to share in the planning for the Homecoming for all of you!!! This is a grand and glorious opportunity, and I have traveled many places on many ships since then, and I have availed myself of some technologies that you will be receiving for your own use. Think about it, those of you who were of my generation, or younger, the young ones, the 'flower children.' You have reached an age where you will be so joyful to receive all of these wondrous gifts, the technologies!!!

"I also knew, not only about the healing technologies, but about the healings for all of Planet Earth, such as the end of the fossil fuels, because I knew they were not necessary. I had opportunities, and have had opportunities since, to connect with various members of Mother Gaia's Kingdoms - representatives you call them, the Divas, the Spirits. And I know how the Ashtar Command, and the other ships attached, or traveling with the command now - I should say hovering above Planet Earth - I know how effective they can be, and how quickly they can partner with you to clean up the entire Planet, to get rid of all of the toxic footprints that the corporations have put in place. I see it as done!

"And of course on the political and financial scenes I had NESARA ideas, or inspirations, before NESARA was ever written! I knew that the I.R.S. was simply the modern day equivalent of king's tax collectors, collecting for, again, the illuminati. I knew that the Federal Reserve Bank was, or shall we say, those in charge of the Federal Reserve System, were conspiring even then.

"I signed Executive Orders dealing with cleaning up the financial control - clearing it up, ending it - so that not only Americans, but the entire World could truly live the great American dream, instead of being caught in the illusions, the propaganda, the actual programming to 'Sleep, enjoy baseball and apple pie, while we take away everything you've got' - above all else what I and America, and other countries of the so-called 'free world' prized. Remember, there was what you call the 'cold war' going on, again instituted and publicized by those who wanted to control everything. They were running both sides, just as they had World War II, World War I, and so on, and so on. And so I had plans that, by restoring the economy that was on its way into a downward spiral, by restoring integrity, and honor into the political system, by, shall we say, discerning those a mong the military who were honestly wanting to serve the people - instead of the opposite.

"By diminishing the empowerment - oh yes, let's not forget the F.B.I. We must not leave them out of the general picture as far as the assassination was concerned, and the future ones, because you see, they were emboldened by mine. I had plans to, what you might call, clip their wings. I had plans to appoint people who would take the agencies, and divest them of the ones who had come into them in what has been called, was called 'operation paper clip,' wherein the Nazis, not just the scientists, but the Gestapo, and other branches - of high up, the leaders of those branches were brought into the United States of America to head up, organize, and infiltrate all of the alphabet agencies that you can think of. I knew all of this.

"What I did publicly was but the tip of the iceberg, so to speak, or the top of the pyramid if you want to think of it in that way. And I had so many plans for this wonderful country and for the World, for all the people of the World. I considered myself not only a citizen of Berlin, but a citizen of the World.

"But this is a Planet of free will as you know, and there were ones who were afraid of what I would do - I and my brothers, and others, the ones you call the White Knights. There were White Knights even back then, and there were journalists who had not been so intimidated that they would tell the Truth, even though some of them were gotten to later.

"And then there was this whole nuclear power thing that was so dangerous, and that needed to be stopped before it really got off the ground. And there were so many things, but in looking at the World - the free will of all - everyone on the Planet was honored, and that included the illuminati. And so it was deemed that the World wasn't quite ready for all that I wanted to do, and so you know the rest of the story, as they say. But I've never left you. My Heart has always been with you, and everyone - every sentient being on Planet Earth!!!

"I have watched you birth your babies. I have watched you bury those who have left their bodies, and I tell you my Beloved Fellow Citizens, never have you shone brighter, never has there been such Light upon the Planet!!! That Flame that burns still upon the site, where my clone was buried, still burns. It is eternal as are all of us. We shall on this occasion of our togetherness, we shall amplify that Flame even more, and we shall give it to the World as a sign that this great Love is more powerful than it has been since the beginnings on Planet Earth! And it shall be a sign that many will welcome into their own Hearts. And so it is that we shall heal that which you call the hurts of the past!!!

"And most particularly it is so appropriate that we gather together for this mission on this day of 9-11, because it's time for all of the hurt, all of the pain, and certainly all of the lies that you have been told, to be transmuted by this Flame of Love into Truth and Freedom for all, from all of those who have wrought such pain and destruction upon the Planet. And even as we do this it is for us to forgive, and hold them in honor. That is the Gratitude for showing us where we no longer are to be, because Love is prevailing at long last, and never shall its Flame be extinguished, forevermore on Planet Earth!!!

"My Fellow Citizens of the world, I thank you for your presence, and for the Love that we share. You are so beautiful, and I see you upon your Golden Paths, and I tell you that I, too, shall be where you come to welcome you, to welcome you Home. Wonderful, wonderful Workers of the Light, we shall call you the Freedom Corps, whose greatest gift to the World, is Love - Unconditional, Compassionate, and Forgiving Love!!!

"Join with me, and with Beloved Sekhmet as we extend this Love to all. And on this day of 9-11 remember that one event led to another, led to another, led to another, and many of the same families and organizations, who participated in my assassination are the very same ones who did 9-11, and the events after. And so they've been at it for a long time, and it is time indeed for us to invite them to join with us, if they wish, and if not, to say farewell to them. Let them go to another place, because Planet Earth is declaring its Independence with Love and Joy and Blessings for all! I thank you, and I salute you. And I say to you, Namaste!"
