  I'm interested in giving the meet up in a higher realm. I'm going to need some guidance on how to access it since it'll be a first for me. I guess I was overthinking how meditation actually works.
  
  When channeling, how do you distinguish things from your own thoughts? Or does it physically feel like you're in another world when doing it?

  DemonOrca98 : what sorts of things do you enjoy doing ? Being out in nature is a good place to start as a form of meditation ... do you enjoy reading or listening to music? These are only a few of the things that exemplify meditation ... and the best part of this is that you don’t even know it ! In my book these are the best forms of meditation ... what about being with friends and family ? Being in their presence could be another form of meditation ... in my case I possess a library of books, cds , rocks , gems and minerals that I work with ( another form of meditation ) ... my musical tastes go from classical styles such as Gregorian chants to jazz , rock n roll , medieval , renaissance , and music of the Baroque era ... as for Dvds , I’ve collected subjects dealing archaeology, philosophy , metaphysics , healing , history ,
  numismatics ( coin collecting ) ... just to name a few ... I have a small collection of ancient artifacts consisting of coins , bronze arrowheads , terra-cotta pottery , a Roman era sword ( 100 bc - 100 ad ) ... all of these things are a part and parcel of meditation ( at least for me ) ... what I think I’m trying to get across is that you really don’t have to possess formal training in meditation necessarily ... when you live life to the fullest , you are in state of daily meditation ... however , if interested , we could meet up in higher realm where we can go about meditational practices if you like ... I only hope that I haven’t overwhelmed you with my ramblings ... it should be noted that I have lived sixty eight years of life hence my largesse of experience ... I am 68 years old and have amassed a good deal of ancient and modern coinage as I’ve been collecting for 64 years out of my 68 years of life ... I will begin with the disclaimer that the smarter I get THE DUMBER I GET ... knowledge is not fixed and is subject to change and modification ... blessings on you my young friend ... Skyhawk

  That's the issue though, I don't know how to do it. A prayer is simple enough, but I've never dabbled into or learned how to channel. Unfortunately, no one has taught me the basics of it. Regrettably, spiritual ascension is something I know little about.
