But the night training you refer to which 1HappyKelly receives is specific to her role as a Sirian starseed in my clan, the Atars...and there are not many Atars incarnated here, on Earth...so my finding this lovely lady, is like finding a rare ming vase in one's attic.....priceless...
As for your training, that must be mediated upon and will be unique to your lifeplan....so call your guides for guidance on this topic...
