Hello Bashar, I am troubled by the changes to come. I have been thinking about my fears and concerns and I have become so tired that I don't even know how to prepare.

Bashar:

The changes to come are much like the earthquake your daughter experienced in Turkey. Note that buildings fell all around her, but not her building. Note that people are choosing to stay or go, but had already pre-decided before the start of this life time.

Note that nothing is an accident, and nothing need be feared.

It is true that you are rehashing your past in order to come to terms with the past and set it free. It is the end of a cycle. However, also note that this is a lightening up and will be followed by newness and higher ascension.

Prepare in whatever way you would most honor your daily rituals. Honor your beingness and humanity, and pray, for prayer brings positive energy to the world and it is much needed. Also, focus your thoughts on us for we are always there with you in spirit and we are here to support your efforts. You are not as alone as you think you are.

This is preparedness.
