What i do some times when i go to sleep is fill my whole body with energy Mahatma energy...I call on the ascended Masters and ask them to help me on my livepath.
But in reality we all are one...so we ARE the ascended masters;)
It's al about consciesness you are your own master!
We all have all the information we need in our energy field that surrounding us, we just have to remember it.
Just be in your hart and meditate a lot, you have to get the mind still and listen to your higher self.
