Strange light being hovering in the sky before disappearing in a split second over Victoria, Australia

The following footage was taken from a cleared plantation by Chris K. whilst on their daily evening walk in Lal Lal, Central Victoria, Australia on June 5, 2017.

Chris said that they had gone out on their walk when suddenly a strange bright light appeared in the sky which seems controlled, then the sphere jumped all over the place before it disappeared in a split second.

Despite a part of the recording is a bit shaky, the sphere is clearly visible until it suddenly disappears.
