Forget about Sumeria being the cradle of civilization, and forget about the Out of Africa theory - we're talking a whole expansion of the horizons of history when talking about Mu. Lemuria far predates the Anunnaki arrival on Earth, so certainly, the much later Sumeria was never the true "cradle of civilisation." To give timescales, Lemuria was settled by Lyran colonists, who migrated from inner Earth, to become physically present, some 900,000 years ago..
The Anunnaki were a cosmic crime family from Alcyone, in the Plejares (Pleiades.) They came to Earth, around 450.000 years ago and never "created" the human form, as they taught Sumerian scribes and priests, but did engage in genetic modifications...A story that became the book of Genesis, in the bible....
So, as suggested here, Lemuria came first, in terms of outer Earth physical settlements, of human beings, but even before this event, a prior attempt had been made, some 18 million years ago, with Thule/Antarctica, albeit, aetheric forms at that time...
