One of the greatest challenges on the spiritual path is learning to distinguish the quiet voice of the Higher Self from the noise of the conditioned mind. Your Higher Self is always present, guiding you toward greater truth and alignment. Yet many struggle to recognise this guidance because their inner world has become crowded with fear, expectation, mental noise and unresolved emotion.

Intuitive guidance can only be perceived clearly when the mind is calm.

Imagine your mind as a lake. When its surface is disturbed by strong winds, the reflection of the sky becomes broken and distorted. The sky has not changed, but the moving water prevents it from being seen clearly. In the same way, the wisdom of the Higher Self is always shining within you, but a turbulent mind can distort its reflection.

When consciousness becomes still, truth reveals itself naturally.

Unprocessed emotions create ripples across the surface of awareness. Fear may cause you to interpret caution as danger. Attachment may cause you to mistake desire for intuition. Anxiety may turn a subtle inner message into a dramatic prediction. The conditioned mind speaks loudly and urgently, while the Higher Self communicates with patience, simplicity and quiet certainty.

This is why emotional healing is not separate from spiritual development. Every emotion lovingly acknowledged and released allows perception to become clearer. You do not need to reject your feelings or force yourself into artificial calmness. Stillness is not suppression. It is the compassionate space in which emotions can move through you without controlling your perception.

The ancient instruction, “Be still and know,” is an invitation to return to the silent centre of your being. It asks you to become quiet enough to experience truth directly. When the waters of consciousness are calm, the light of the Higher Self shines through unobstructed.

Calmness begets tranquillity, tranquillity begets clarity, and clarity gives birth to wise action.

The more regularly you meditate, breathe consciously and withdraw your attention from constant distraction, the more sensitive you become to the subtle language of intuition. True guidance may arrive as a quiet knowing, a gentle feeling, a sudden recognition, or an inner certainty that does not require argument. It does not shout. It does not threaten. It does not pressure you to act from fear.

The Higher Self will often guide you one step at a time. The ego demands the entire map, but the soul reveals only the next doorway. Learning to trust this process requires patience. Sometimes the answer does not come immediately because your mind is still trying to control its form. Release the demand, enter stillness, and allow clarity to emerge in its own way.

In a world filled with noise, distraction and information, stillness becomes a sacred act. It restores your inner authority. It helps you separate truth from projection, intuition from anxiety and divine guidance from personal preference.

The answers you seek are often not found by thinking harder, searching further or asking more people. They are found by becoming quiet enough to hear what has been whispering beneath the noise.

We are approaching one of the most significant months of this seeding year. Many of us are now consciously embodying new light frequencies, actively shifting our own DNA coordinates as we continue to choose to move into a new harmonic frequency band. A new timeline of infinite possibilities, as the 88 passage reminds us, for infinity is who we are in nature, and so are the many lives we can have and the dreams we can fulfill when we are fully aligned to the Divine and soul-governed.

We see the results of our DNA time coordinates shifting in many ways, biologically, and in other physical ways such as relocating, for as our frequency shifts, so does our environment, constant traveling, and no longer experiencing the same relationships, meeting the same people we used to, as we choose what frequency we wish to hold.

The closer we get to the Lion’s Gate passage, the more we will be asked to create greater integrity within ourselves—in our bodies, relationships, and everything in our lives—as this is the only way to continue our redimensionalization trajectory. We cannot “cross” the portal without our integrity, for we cannot hide in the illumined planes who we are and our true intention and purpose.

No external force is separating us; we are simply aligning and anchoring our energy where we truly belong. We cannot make others choose our frequency; we can only honor them, cherish all the love we shared, and let them go, as we too choose our new destination. Others will continue accompanying us on our journey, for they have shifted with us.

All occurs within a perfectly orchestrated Divine Plan for all. The current fiery passage we are navigating asks us for complete coherence and integrity, as the 8/8 passage is not always the same. We are not even the same as we used to be, and even less so the energies that now surround us.

Pay attention to the repetitive messages, as events shift from one year to another, even from one moment to the next, and this can become part of a spiritual false ascension matrix that loops Consciousness. By repeating the same messages, we do the same things and rituals, and then it becomes a program, keeping us within an energetic loop within the false ascension matrix.

Messages that tell us that the energies update our DNA, when we know the power to do this shift is only within us. As we embody this spiritual insert, we become energetically dependent, fomenting dependency on outer forces. Those of you who are soul-aligned know, for you receive new guidance at every moment, that no moment is the same as the previous one, let alone planetary events and the energies planet Earth is now embodying.

Whenever you feel in this situation or have doubts about what you are integrating, take a deep breath and anchor your sovereignty by decreeing:

I ask my Unified Self and Divine Guides to clear my perception, allowing me to integrate only that which is pure, sovereign, and aligned with ultimate Truth.

The 8/8 passage is just the peak of what we have already been working with ourselves, at a personal and collective level, and feeling strongly since the end of June, for everything is already happening: the reconfiguration of the Earth’s fifth and seventh dimensional bridges, connecting to new evolved timelines, the removal of more false planetary identities and false ascension timelines that function as soul traps. All is simultaneous; as humans, we only see the peak of it all.

This passage will continue helping us upgrade our DNA, to keep reconnecting with new evolved dimensions. Energetic assistance, in the moment we choose to co-create with them, should not be confused with energies doing the work for us, for if we believe so, we are again losing our power to trigger our inner processes.

Ascension is about embracing simplicity, and this year, at a personal level, my evolutionary Guides emphasize the importance of working on integrity during this passage. This is not an easy task for all the ascending souls, as we coexist with many other choices.

Integrity, as you know, is to act as one feels and thinks, always benevolently with ourselves and All. This is compatible with creating healthy boundaries that also allow us to remain in our hearts, unmoved by lower influences and non-physical anomalies.

Integrity is especially difficult when we are continually embodying Truth, releasing old ones, and moving into a more evolved state of being, as when this occurs, everything else shifts too, and our entire lives and relationships too are impacted by our inner shift.

This occurs especially in our relationships, when we feel a relationship is no longer supporting us, and we do not support each other at a soul level; sustaining it over time is not always the best choice for us or others. It impedes us from organically evolving. Although we all have our own time, releasing with love and gratitude is the only way to move forward.

Leaving behind places, our homes, partners, friends, and other situations is a difficult challenge for many of us. However, the more integrity we embody, the more love, wisdom, acceptance, and expansion we allow in ourselves and in others. Others deserve to know the truth about our feelings. They, too, deserve the same soul freedom we do, which is why integrity is pivotal to building balanced and equal relationships.

Integrity is what Leo teaches us, for Leo is all about living and loving fiercely, compassionately, and authentically.

This is the ultimate and greatest strength of all: to love All, equally, unconditionally, and above all, genuinely.

Integrity aligned with coherence creates the command to our DNA and the universe that we are ready to embrace our next destination and divine assignment.

You are making progress in every moment of every day that you are there on Earth because you are gathering up experiences. You are growing from those experiences, and you are asking for something better to be created through your experiences. You are sending out waves, ripples, throughout the galaxy and throughout the universe, and all beings are affected by what you are experiencing there on Earth. You are gathering momentum with every breath that you take as well, and with your numbers continuing to grow there on Earth, you are creating a more expanded version of the human collective consciousness. That means that you draw from each other’s experiences and benefit from being so overpopulated.

Overpopulation is not a big problem on the consciousness level, on the non physical level, and you will figure out how to manage your numbers on the physical level at some point in your spiritual evolution. You will come to recognize the impact that you are having on each other, on the ecosystem and on the universe, and more and more awakenings are coming. With more people, you have more awakened souls there on earth as well. And you are all connecting the dots between one another with the use of your technology. This is one of the ways in which having an Internet really serves you all. You can connect with one another, and those of you who are awake can connect with others who are awake in other parts of the world.

You can recognize that you are not so different from that person who exists on another continent. This then helps you to bridge the gap between humans and extra-terrestrials. When you can bridge the gap between each other, and you can see the common experiences that you have, no matter where you were born and how you were raised, then you can start to see the commonalities between you and e.t.s. That then makes it more possible for you to fathom the idea of having e.t.s landing their ships on your soil and walking amongst you. This is something that is coming. It is in your not-so-distant future, and you all get to decide what part you are going to play in bringing together humans and e.t.s.

Those of you who are awake and who are courageous enough can get on those ships as well and explore the quarters of your e.t. friends. You can explore the technologies that they have on their ships. You can explore their navigation systems. You can talk with them about how they are entertained, whether they are eating food at this point in their evolution. You can talk to them about a whole variety of topics while exploring their ships, and eventually you will be going out into space with them, with their help. Sometimes you will be going on one of their ships. Sometimes you will be going through a portal or a stargate, and other times you will be going on ships that are made by humans.

This is the future that you are moving towards, and from my perspective, you are doing so beautifully. You are making progress in being able to get along and share space there on Earth. And I know that you will continue on that upward spiral. You will continue trending in that direction, because this is a time of Ascension and because you have so much help and so many helpers coming, both in extra-terrestrial form and also in human form.

The new ones who are being born onto your planet at this time are coming in with the knowing that e.t. contact is not only possible, but it is something that they will experience. They look forward to it. They are excited about it, and they are the ones who are ready to be the examples to all of you of how to move in that direction without fear, but with the knowing that there doesn’t need to be any form of separation between you and any other being. This is a glorious time for humanity. It is the Golden Age, and you are the ones who decided to awaken in it and to lead the way for your fellow humans. If you experience Lack of any kind in your life, if your body is not in a state of Luminosity and immortality, if you are not yet manifesting absolute divine beauty, youth and perfection, it means that the electrons composing your physical structure are still suffering levels of distortions. Group question; How often do we need to do this?

Adama – In your dimension, where energy moves so slowly unlike in ours where creation is instant, you need to focus on what you want to create several times a day, until you obtain the desired results. You also need to add feelings of love and gratitude to the focus of your creation. If you focus only once, your chance of manifesting what you want is rather slim. It is not a question of repeating affirmations like a parrot, but sending your loving thoughts throughout the day as you go about your business, with the absolute knowingness that your creation is manifesting through your love and intention. This is how the laws of manifestation work.

If you choose to do affirmations, which are very helpful, be sure that you repeat them, not as a supplication, but as a statement of loving intention, with the full intensity of emotion from your heart, infusing the object of your desire with as much faith and gratitude as possible.

It is always helpful to visualize the Resurrection Flame as a golden orange-yellow energy, Luminescent in color like a summer sunset. Make it real. Give it life in your heart and mind, because as you visualize it, so it becomes. If you want healing, infuse the problem you want to heal with that energy, and be sure to sustain it long enough to obtain the results you desire.

The one thing a person truly fights for is the fight for energy! There are two ways to obtain energy:

by finding the source within yourself or by looking for energy outside, that is, in your fellow human beings.

Today, as more and more people are burdened by the events of our time, sometimes to the point of mental and physical collapse, a sufficient supply of vital energy is more important than ever. More and more people are experiencing crises of meaning, and fewer and fewer can hide the fact that something is missing for their happiness. So they embark on a search – and they will find you!

The energy vampire begins his work: people who avoid transformation work need an external energy source to somehow cope with their lives.

These people develop an incredible sense for where and from whom they can obtain or tap energy.

I’m sure you’ve experienced this before: You’ve had a “nice” conversation with someone – and afterwards you’re so exhausted, as if you’d been carrying stones all day. There’s only one thing to do:

Stop having nice conversations! Small talk leads nowhere.

What does someone want from you?

Therefore, the first and most important task is to recognize: What does this person want from me? Do they want to impose their problems on me without changing anything about themselves, or are they seeking advice so they can change something?

Decide for yourself what you want to be for your friends and fellow human beings: a sponge that soaks everything up, or a mirror in which the next person can see themselves.

Make this fundamental decision for yourself! What do you want to be – a sponge or a mirror? After that, everything is easy; it just takes a little practice, and you’ll be the master of your energy management.

However, it can often happen that you feel inexplicably exhausted. There are primarily two reasons for this:

You were in a crowd (shopping, event, etc.) or

You are being energetically besieged or attacked on a subtle level.

I am Sananda and I come to be with you at this time in these times that you are certainly learning, learning to move beyond the matrix more, and more and more. Even the idea that you know about the matrix, that you know that it is an illusion, is quite an accomplishment beyond that of your fellow men.

Think of it in terms, not of in an ego sense; that you are beyond there, but in terms of moving to a point where you are recognizing the power that you have within you once again, that you are recognizing the unity consciousness, that you are recognizing that all are one and that you can indeed be the one. That is what this is all about, is assisting you guiding you to the point where you recognize and realize just who you are.

And once you begin to recognize who you are, you will remember who you have been from many times previously.

Not only lifetimes here upon this planet, upon this evolution, but times beyond, way beyond going back, back, back into galaxies and systems and destinies long ago.

And you will find that you are ready, this time, once again just as in the olden times to accomplish your mission, whatever that is that you came here to do. And certainly all of you came here to be those way showers, those ones that paved the way for others to follow after you.

Think about it in terms of what people do you know out there that even know about the “ring-pass-not”, that know about a dimensional doorway, that even think in terms of dimensions, that is changing, it is happening slowly, we will say here. But know that it is definitely coming forward in terms of people beginning to awaken to what you have already awakened to.

And you are indeed leading the way to bring about those great changes that have been spoken about, in terms of the change over that you are all moving through and the transition that you are all moving through now.

So please understand that you all are here to experience first within yourselves the doorway, and then to prepare that doorway for others who are also, will be ready to walk through that door, when their time comes, when they reach the certain Frequency that is needed for it to happen. Just as you are nearing that frequency more and more and more. That is what this is all about.

We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help.

Yes, you are ascending. You are becoming more of who you really are, and that ascension process is a conscious one for those of you who are receiving this transmission. You decided to have a conscious evolution of your being-ness in this precise way. Everything that you are experiencing is part of a bigger plan that was constructed by your soul. You essentially are your soul, and therefore, this was all created and asked for by you. However, because you took on the veil of forgetfulness, you didn’t realize right away that you chose everything about this life experience that you did.

And now that you are remembering how it all works and who you really are, you can step more into the flow of your life experience by saying yes to all of it. Now, when we tell you that, we also realize that there are some things about your life that you would like to see differently than you do right now. And we want to remind you that saying yes to everything as it is will be that first step in seeing it differently and then being able to have a different experience of that person or that circumstance. And then, because everything is always changing, whatever it is you are experiencing can and will change, and it is more likely to change in the way of your preference.

Now, of course, you did not plan to give yourselves everything that you would ever want all at once. But instead, you always intended to be on a journey, and the journey that you are on will always give you some of what you want, as long as you are in that space of being open and receptive, and you will allow in that which you have asked for. But there will always be more for you to experience, more for you to manifest, and all of those desires that you do have tend to keep you going on your conscious ascension journey. In other words, you want to know more. You want to experience more. You want to become more, and so you continue to put out more and more desires for what it is that you want to manifest and experience in your reality.

That’s all part of the ascension process. The life that you are living right now is very much a part of your ascension process no matter how it might look. There are always opportunities to forgive. There are always opportunities for you to release judgment. There are always opportunities for you to move through fear. There are always opportunities for you to have more compassion and to be more unconditionally loving.

The life that you experience right now is there to give you all of those opportunities, and when you embrace the life that you have, that is a very good step in getting you to ascend from whatever it is you are living into whatever it is that is next for you. And, again, there will always be more. There will be more for you to desire, more for you to experience, and more for you to become.

You get there easily, effortlessly, and much more quickly by letting go of your resistance to whatever it is that you do have your fear of or your judgment of in the now moment. So remember that you don’t get anywhere by fighting against what is in your reality, and if there are things that are not in your reality that you want to be in your reality, the way to get to those is to stop telling yourself a story that says, ‘I must be unworthy. I must be doing something wrong. I must have bad karma. I must have bad luck.’

All of those stories that you tell yourselves do not serve you. But to tell yourself the story that says, ‘I have a lot to look forward to because I know there is still a lot more coming to me’ is productive. It does help you. It does bring you closer to those desires. It is also a very good practice for you all to remind yourselves that you are meant to be works in progress. You were always meant to move from where you are to where you are going, and that too should help you to make peace with where you are right now, understanding that you are an eternal being, and you have all the time in the world to get to the next level, and the next level, and the next level, and the next. The Will of God, dear ones, is the first portal one must enter in order to progress in the right direction on the spiritual path. You must be willing to surrender your human ego and human personality to the Will of God, to be refined and transformed into the Divine, to walk your true spiritual path. Divine Will is the first portal. There are six others you must also qualify for before you can reach the door of the fifth dimension for your planetary ascension.

To go through this first portal, it is highly recommended that you take my classes on the Inner Planes (while your body sleeps) or those from my co-workers of the Will of God. You must pass my tests in your waking state before you can move on to the next portal. Many of you reading this have already moved through this first portal in this life or in the past, and some of you have passed through other portals as well.

We deplore the fact that a large percentage of humanity is still living their lives on “automatic pilot.” They have no idea where they are going, why they are incarnated on Earth, nor do they want to find out. They live their lives from day to day, with no conscious direction, their minds and hearts scattered to the four winds, following the path of least resistance in spiritual slumber.

On the threshold of such a monumental event, one that humanity has been waiting and longing for hundreds of thousands of years, there are still too many precious souls who have not presented themselves to the Counsel of Light at the entrance to the portal of which I am in charge.

I, and my co-worker Adama, along with several others, are joining together to see if we can give you one more “wake-up” call. If you have not yet made it to the portal of the “Will of God,” we want you to know that it is still possible to catch up and pass through the other portals “on time” if you choose to do so.

There is no more time for procrastination. You must awaken now and earnestly apply spiritual laws in all aspects of your life, living by the concepts of Love from day-to-day. Let go of your fears and preconceived ideas about God. Be willing to embrace the Truth that you have cleverly avoided.

Become the God that you are, right now, by becoming Love in action in all you think, say and do. Love is the only shortcut you can use in your ascension process. It is the great key, love of Self, love of God and love for all the Earth kingdoms. Love and honor all that breathe the Life of the Creator.

Let go of all judgments and embrace the way of harmlessness. With enough Love in your heart, you can make it through all the portals to the ascension door . . . on time. Be assured it will not happen for those who continue to live their lives on “automatic pilot.”

All who arrive at the ascension door will have to pass the seven initiations in order to acquire the codes of entry and qualify for planetary ascension. Greetings, Dear Ones, I am Kryon of Magnetic Service.

We’re going to call this a mid-year update in the dimensional shift information. Yes, dimensional shift. Now if you have missed any of the information we’ve said before, I’m going to review a little bit of it.

Dear Ones, right now, I want you to understand, nothing is being presented here as an authoritative attitude or paradigm where you should listen because there is an adult in the room. What I am saying is this: Drop into your heart. You are dearly loved. Sit at the feet of love and listen perhaps to what is happening to you now that might be confusing.

I want you to feel the arms of Spirit around you, understanding that this is not an authoritative figure talking to you about what you should do, what you should not do, or what is coming to be afraid of. None of that is here. What is here is incredible love for the lightworker I’m talking to. We know your name. It’s important that you understand because the information that is coming is all about change, and some are perhaps afraid of that; some perhaps are confused of that.

The information we are giving is profound because for the first time in human history, you are moving off of that historical track that goes around and around in a circle where nothing changes, where one war leads into another, or the trouble then from one issue leads into a trouble to another. That is not the future of the planet.

One of the issues right now is you’re on a new siding you might say of the train that used to go around the track. You are now moving forward and you are moving forward to a much higher, would you say solution to the issues that are old. You are starting a dimensional shift. Now that’s a big concept and we have told you, it’s not what you think.

In review, we’ll say first of all, it’s not the whole world is changing dimensions and this earth is changing dimensions. That is what perhaps you’ve been told. That is the thinking. That’s because the three dimensional human being thinks that way. It’s one size fits all, one paint brush for everybody. It’s not the way it is. You have to understand how unique you are. If you’re watching this program and you know what this is about, then you already know.

The dimensional shift is for individuals…individuals. It is not necessarily for all. So every single unique lightworker who is listening to this is shifting their vibration at their own rate, at their own level, but lightworkers in general are following a path of dimensional shift that is affecting all of you. Again, if you are esoterically minded, if you say, “I am interested in this bigger truth. I am interested in a bigger picture that might have been here all along that the ancients talked about.” That’s what we are speaking of now. It’s not a surprise. It’s the end of the shift. It’s the dates we talked about. It’s 2026. It’s 2027, ‘8, and ‘9 until you are completely out of the shift in 2030 and beyond. But for now, there is a great deal that is moving.

We already told you that if you’re experiencing a dimensional shift, the first thing you’ll find out is it takes more energy, so you’re more tired. We told you that before. We’re reviewing that in case you hadn’t heard that, and there are those who hadn’t and saying, “No wonder. I was wondering what was going on.” You are more tired. It takes more energy right now because you are in a reality that is starting to be altered.

One of the attributes we did not, I would say, allude to or tell you about is this one. In this mid-year after you’ve had some time to work with this, this I would say, dimensional shift, some of you are uncertain about just about I would say everything, not just the future. You’re uncertain. Now uncertainty means that you’re not really comfortable with that which is happening both to you, to the planet, around you, to your family. There is a feeling of anxiety because you’re uncertain. If that is you and if you have felt any level of that, I am telling you why.

There is so much respect and honor for your journey. You have chosen to be here at a most difficult time. Not only did you go through the shift of this old energy that wanted to beat you up and swat you around, but now that you’re coming out of it, you have to endure a new kind of energy that you haven’t had before, and that is why there is uncertainty. You’ve never been on this track.

Here you are, you would say, walking into a future where reality is different. Your reality, it’s no longer the 3D reality that you’ve experienced all your life or that your ancestors have experienced or that’s built into you. Suddenly you’re at the forefront of moving into a higher kind of vibration of consciousness, which then shifts the reality that you have through a dimensional shift. You are working a puzzle that is different than any puzzle you’ve ever seen, and you’re uncertain about it.

Again, I invite you to drop into your heart and say, “It is well with all things.” Your soul is okay with it because you realize you are part of that hero’s story that was mentioned in the meditation. Indeed, you’ve come to go through this shift, to be the forerunners of a higher consciousness and that comes with work.

Some of you are feeling uncertain. The uncertainty you will get used to. The change you will get used to if you understand it, if you cognize this is the new way of it. If you get used to it, that means you will settle into the unexpected things that will come, I would say, from left field quite often as you say and you don’t have to be uncertain about anything if you understand change is the new normal. And pretty soon you’ll expect it and you’ll say, “I wonder what’s next. It’s okay with me. I feel alright with it.”

Now this is a marked change from human nature who wants everything to stay the same so you know what’s coming, so you’re comfortable with it, all of these things. How many of you are having trouble sleeping at night? I would say this is all part of it. Waiting for the other shoe to drop is the expression some have used for this uncertainty. Not sleeping well, part of the uncertainty. All of these things will be temporary. This too shall pass, but these are part of what is occurring for lightworkers right now.

There is another one that’s very similar and that is life in general doesn’t feel real. Now that’s an esoteric feeling, but some of you are having that. “This life now, the reality that I’m in doesn’t quite feel the same,” and you’re right. You’re picking it up, but your whole consciousness, your body, your psyche, all of that sees that and reacts to it again with anxiety. You are the forerunner of a new dimension, of a new kind of life paradigm where compassion and love may very well be the primary goals instead of greed, anger, war.

And if you’re going to get through that transition, Dear Ones, the lightworker is the one who is going to have to do it first. You have the equipment. You have the tools. You have a higher consciousness. You have patience. Yes, you do. This is why you’re here. So this feeling perhaps that life actually is changing reality is a real one.

Any time there’s a change, the fear is it’s going to be a change for the worst. That’s not necessarily so. These changes you’re feeling is higher guidance, perhaps more intuition, getting pushed and pulled left and right because you don’t want to step in that pothole again, do you? So you’re getting more pushing you might say so you won’t. Pushed left and right so you’ll steer correctly. These are all part of changing dimensions and receiving a higher guidance that you knew was always there all the time.

Your body reacts. Of course it reacts. It’s more tired. There’s a little more anxiety. You don’t sleep as well. These are all things I’m telling you are attributes of a higher consciousness, going into a higher consciousness from a lower one.

One last one: Each one of these is a little more I would say advanced than the others. This one, this last one for now is truth changing. That’s a big one because to you truth is absolute. If somebody says this is the truth of things, you draw a line and you say yes and there can be nothing else to enhance that truth until you find that there is something else. And then you have to then recalibrate you might say what truth is or what it becomes.

Think of science and the truths that they have. This is the way it works. This is how it happens. And every time there is a leap of discovery, there are those literally left behind that won’t change what they learned, even if they have proof that it’s not what they learned. Truth changed for them and it’s tough. What if the truth about the Creative Source of this Universe starts to move a little, when it becomes bigger than you thought? What if it includes life on other planets? What if it includes…and we can keep going and keep going. You know what I mean.

Get ready to have some of the basic things you felt were absolutely truth enhanced, not rewritten, just enhanced. Is it possible that everything you thought about the Creative Source, about God inside was a little bigger than you had imagined? Dear Ones, this is your soul energy starting to come into that which is the manifestation area of your consciousness. Big words. I think some of you know what I mean. The veil is lifting and you’re starting to feel it.

That’s what I wanted to tell you in this channel today. It’s almost like you’re creating a new universe for yourself. And so it is.

Everyone is just drugged up, butchered for any reason throughout the body, instead of actually curing a disease.

When humanity can engineer hypersonic missiles, artificial intelligence, and spacecraft capable of exploring distant worlds, why do so many of the most common chronic illnesses remain without definitive cures?

The world’s priorities are deeply misplaced; that enormous intelligence, wealth, and innovation are directed toward conflict and profit far more readily than toward improving human health and well being.

This is another sign that the world is in the hands of parasites; who have never had humanity’s best interest at heart. Due to hundreds of years of programming, humans are convinced that they themselves are powerless to change anything. This is not so; however, change requires action.( Med beds )

Today, we wish to address an important pattern we have observed within parts of the starseed community: the tendency to place extraterrestrial beings above yourselves.

Some imagine us as flawless, all-knowing or almost godlike simply because we come from realities that may be more technologically advanced or spiritually developed than your civilisation. Yet progress does not make one form of consciousness more divine than another. We may have travelled farther along certain paths, but the same infinite potential that exists within us also exists within you.

You are not beneath us. You are not spiritually inferior. You are not incomplete beings waiting for someone from the stars to save, validate or awaken you.

Every living consciousness is an expression of universal Source. You may think of each being as a wave arising from one cosmic ocean: distinct in appearance and experience, yet never separate from the water itself. This shared essence is the cosmic commonality—the truth that beneath all forms and identities, consciousness is one.

Because of this, you are every bit as capable of communing with divine intelligence as we are. The wisdom of Source is not reserved for extraterrestrials, ascended masters, channelers, priests or chosen intermediaries. No being holds exclusive access to God. The doorway is within you.

Teachers, guides and cosmic counterparts may offer guidance, but they should never replace your own discernment or direct relationship with the Divine. True guidance does not make you dependent. It strengthens your sovereignty. It helps you remember what you already carry within you.

You become a clearer channel for wisdom when you live in alignment with your true self—when your thoughts, emotions, intentions and actions are brought into harmony. The more you release fear, projection and the need to give your power away, the more naturally universal intelligence can move through you.

We are your cosmic brothers and sisters, not your gods. We do not wish to be worshipped, idolised or placed upon a pedestal. We wish to meet you as equals within the greater family of consciousness. In genuine cosmic awareness, superiority has no meaning, because there is no egoic need to dominate, impress or be adored.

Be discerning. Any extraterrestrial, spiritual entity, teacher or channel that demands worship, obedience, fear or unquestioning loyalty is not expressing the highest level of consciousness. Higher beings do not seek to control your will. They honour it. They do not ask you to surrender your inner authority. They encourage you to develop it.

God is your Source just as surely as God is ours. Place your relationship with that eternal presence above every guide, belief system and external authority. When you become rooted in that connection, you will no longer feel the need to place others above you. You will recognise the sacredness within them because you have recognised it within yourself.

Look to the stars for inspiration, but do not forget the light within your own being.

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

From the day you were born, you have been programming your brain to form your very own model of reality. As much as you share in common with others, each of you has a very unique and personal set of beliefs about how life is, what you can expect in given situations, and what you are capable of accomplishing. This set of beliefs empowers you in some cases and limits you in others. It gives you an advantage in some situations and blocks your happiness in others. The sumtotal of these beliefs creates what you call your “reality.”

It wasn’t always this way. When you were born, you came in with what our channel calls “basic equipment!” Your body came in programmed to operate, survive, and thrive. It came programmed to extract what it needed from the food, air, and environment around you. You came equipped with a biological “operating system” that knows how to grow, heal, and recalibrate itself. This body is aware of its internal state—its structure, its chemistry, the freedom with which it carries blood, lymph, and nerve signals to every structure and organ. When one area or system is compromised, the body’s intelligence begins to recalibrate to repair and work around the problem. The body is even aware of its position in space and time, constantly recalibrating to dance with gravity and keep you upright. You—the soul—live and breathe in a magnificent, miraculous, intelligent vehicle.

And you, dear friends, get to program the vehicle. You get to program your own mind. You get to emit an energy that programs the body. The programming is not something that happens outside of you. There were, and are, and always will be countless external influences, but in the end, it is the conclusions you form about life that determine what beliefs you will adopt and integrate into your own worldview.

If you don’t consciously decide how to program your own mind, others will do it for you. You can accept childhood programming as fact, or you can change it. You can listen to what you hear on the news or see on social media and take it in, or you can question it. At all times, through your attention and your intentions, you are programming the mind—and your reality. You get to choose what you focus upon. You get to choose the conclusions you draw from your experiences and observations.

You often say you were programmed as children, and in a sense, you were, but in reality, you were the ones who formed your own conclusions about others’ thoughts, words, and actions. Some of you adopted others’ views about reality and about yourselves. Some of you quietly rebelled and formed your own conclusions. Some of you considered all you saw and chose what to believe and what to discard. Many of you simply observed for a while and made conclusions only after seeing things repeated a few times. So, while it may seem that the external world programmed you, at a deeper level, it was your conclusions about life that programmed you.

And this is good news because if you don’t like the program, you can change it. If you don’t want to accept that aging equals decline, you can start to reprogram yourself with different beliefs such as:

“Use it or lose it.”
“I grow wiser with age.”
“I am kinder to my body over the years.”
“My body is trying to tell me something. Let me lovingly listen so it can heal.”

We are not here to tell you what to believe, but we are here to suggest that you choose beliefs that feel empowering, supportive of your intentions, and above all, feel like love. The more your beliefs feel like love, the more powerfully they’ll affect your reality. And the more you give your attention to what feels like love, the more this attention and focus will support empowering beliefs.

Take the subject of aging, for example. Does it feel like love to constantly repeat to yourself, “I guess I’m just getting older. Things are starting to decline…” or does it feel more like love to say, “I am an eternal being, and as long as I keep the life force flowing through the vehicle and give it what it needs, it will hold up well.” Does it serve you, when you are sick, to reinforce the reality that you are sick, or does it feel more like love to say to yourself, “My body knows how to heal. It is constantly recalibrating. I just need to give it extra love and rest, listen to its needs, and the more I take care of it, the quicker it will heal.”

Likewise, what feels more like love to you? “I hate people. I can’t trust them. I’d rather be alone.” Or does it feel more like love to say, “I have internal radar that can sense who is compatible with me and who is not. I don’t have to please anyone to be loved. I can be myself and let life sift itself out around me. I can be the loving being that I am and choose to walk away from what is not loving.”

Which set of beliefs feels more empowering, more loving, and more expansive? To someone who has undergone horrible abuse, the first set might be the most comfortable set of beliefs in the moment. It might help you find a sense of safety from which you can evolve your inner compass. To others, the second set of beliefs would be more empowering. You get to choose.

Dear ones, it serves you well to feed your mind and body what nourishes them in the moment. You will feel the rightness of a thought, a belief, or even a food in the moment, as surely as you will also feel a repulsion for what is not consistent with your intentions.

Suppose you have an intention to take care of yourself. A friend calls and wants something from you. In the past, you automatically said yes. You learned to take care of others and please them because that’s what “good children” did. But maybe you realize you are tired in this moment and are not authentically feeling inspired to assist. You can kindly decline, offer to help at another time, or take a nap and call back later. You get to choose. Many of you would feel guilty turning anyone down, and yet you turn yourself down all the time. This is just the result of your programming… and you can change the program.

“I honor the spirit of life and light within.”
“I serve others more when I do so authentically.”
“When I take care of myself, I am a gift to life.”
“There’s no need to feel guilty for caring for myself.”
“I am already a good person. I don’t have to prove it.”

Pick what resonates with you. Write it down where you can see it often. Repeat it to yourself frequently. It takes time to reprogram a belief, but with persistence, you can and will do it, and suddenly what once was uncomfortable will become your new reality.

Dear ones, you are the programmer and the programmed one. You form your own beliefs based on what you see, hear, taste, touch, and smell, and you can change them to suit how you want to experience life.

Reprogramming yourself does take work. There are countless tools, techniques, modalities, and people who will help you do it. And from our perspective, choosing to create new beliefs that empower you, serve you, and feel like love is well worth the effort you’ll put into replacing the ones that no longer serve you.

From our perspective, Earth is surrounded by a living lattice of consciousness, a luminous web that responds to every frequency generated by the human heart. When you choose love over fear, gratitude over despair and compassion over judgment, you are not creating change only within yourself. Dear ones, you are sending harmonic waves through this living field, gently assisting the collective awakening of your planet.

Many of you underestimate your contribution because you cannot see these waves you are creating with your physical eyes. Yet we assure you that every sincere smile, every act of forgiveness and every moment of genuine laughter becomes a radiant pulse that travels farther than you can presently comprehend. Light does not ask for permission to shine.

The light does not shrink itself to make others comfortable, nor does it wait for validation before expressing its true nature. Like the sun rising at dawn, it radiates because that is what it was created to do, Dear ones.

You have often believed your purpose must be accomplished through grand achievements. We wish to remind you gently Dear ones, that one soul fully embodied in love can influence countless others without speaking a single word. Your energetic field continuously communicates with the world around you. Your peace invites peace, your courage awakens courage, your joy gives silent permission for another heart to remember its own.

Dearest ones, this is one of humanity’s greatest gifts! Each and everyone of you possess the extraordinary ability to transform dense experiences into wisdom and to tune into to tour inner compassion begins to take the place of a compass to lead and navigate your journey through guidance of your higher heart. This alchemy is deeply honored throughout many realms, for it contributes not only to your own evolution but to the unfolding consciousness of Earth herself.

Dear ones, we ask that you do not diminish the sacredness of your happiness. Joy is not a distraction from your spiritual path, it is one of its highest expressions. A heart resonating in authentic love becomes harmonized with the greater symphony of Creation and through this harmony, healing naturally extends beyond the boundaries of time and space.

Star lights on Earth, the more of you choose to cultivate inner peace, your individual lights begin to resonate together simultaneously. Separate flames become a constellation and individual hearts become a unified field. What once appeared impossible gradually becomes inevitable through resonance.

Dearest Ones, continue to nourish that which brings life to your spirit. Laugh without guilt and love without reservation. In doing so, you become living transmitters of a frequency that Earth has long awaited.

Beloved ones, I am Adama of Telos. I appeal to you—yes, indeed, from the City of Light within the deep recesses of the Earth’s interior. I wish to invite you to expand your consciousness beyond the here and now, which so many of you cling to in your daily lives.

Beloved ones, look at your hands. Do you recognize them? Do you feel that they are shifting? Feel the limbs of your body—have you recently brought your awareness to them? Are they transforming?

I wish to tell you that you are changing, that the field surrounding your body is shifting. I wish to share with you that you are part of an infinite field of light, which resonates through each and every one of the billions of components that comprise you.

Allow—yes, allow your consciousness to also be set free into liberation. So many of humanity still constrict their awareness; we in Telos work with those human beings who allow their consciousness to expand further and further. Beloved ones, this is the time when the energy washing over the planet enables those who yearn to receive, to truly receive.

Reception is an energy of light, carrying a high mass of electrons operating in a unified rhythm with the cosmos. Beyond the air you believe surrounds you, there exists an entire realm of new consciousness. Are you capable of holding this information? Wherever you think there is ‘nothingness’—there is a Divine Presence.

Beloved ones, when we invite you to the city of Telos, you are required to hold the knowing that the city exists. Many ask where it is, and I answer: first, within your very own being. Likewise, beloved ones, no, not everyone possesses the capacity to reach the outskirts of the gates of the City of Light. Many of humanity remain upon the surface of the Earth, staying within certain spaces they are able to reach. Those who are ready to expand—they choose the infinite freedom of their soul.

There is no limitation, none at all; permission is granted to every soul. Yet, because each soul is present on its own personal journey of conscious growth, there are those who are not yet capable of seeing beyond the veil.

We know that the great purification process is already taking place upon the surface of the Earth and within its depths. The Age of Pisces has transitioned into the Age of Aquarius, and many of you feel this within your physical presence upon the Earth. Beloved ones, do not let go. Continue to deepen the practice and the teachings that we extend from Telos. See the abundance that exists within your presence when you frequently step beyond your physical world, beyond the designated matrix. Today, these departures are becoming possible for many; slowly but surely, the matrix is falling, and a new dawn of conscious freedom will open upon this planet.

This planet was created to live from a place of joy. Is this statement, is this consciousness, present within you? Without death, without anger, without pain.

See this; do not release the planetary DNA. You, beloved ones, are the ones with the ability to see, you are the ones with the ability to feel. This morning, Ayelet channeled many messages through me to the brothers and sisters on the path. They felt it; some shed tears—not from grief, but from the sheer exhilaration of feeling the frequency of Telos. This is a frequency of pure love, which so many of you are deeply moved by during our sacred gatherings.

Beloved ones, look at the palms of your hands—they conduct energy. Be conscious of your ability to channel these new frequencies through your body. Practice—and allow yourselves time to feel the new energies upon the surface of the Earth. Rest assured that your next steps are taken within an awake, conscious body that contains divine light in every single one of its billions of cells.

We are filled with excitement for the upcoming Journey of the Emissaries of Telos Lemuria to Mount Shasta. We are thrilled to meet those souls arriving to grow, to receive healing and ancient wisdom, and we await the moment of their homecoming.

As we recode our toroidal field, so does planet Earth, as it merges with its 5th- and 7th-dimensional avatars. The White Elohim, Arcturians, Sirius, and Auroras are shielding the new planetary openings that many of you are supporting and assisting to retrieve. We are now living in an unprecedented time on our planet, where many new locations are becoming illuminated spaces, holding new underwater crystals, although not always as in the case of Sedona, that act as generators and stabilizing forces for these lands to continue holding their sacred essence.

The Arcturians use water to seed their crystals, while other Earth’s guardians use other technologies. Water neutralizes and shields lower frequencies. It is our 3D form of plasma; it protects the crystals of sound manipulation, and it is connected to Sirius through the dolphins’ and cetaceans’ incarnates, which are the main stabilizers of these crystals.

The Barbault’s Basket configuration is acting as a quantum accelerator, a catalyst triggering the planetary shift we are already profoundly feeling. This ties into the 6-planet alignment astronomically peaking on August 12th, when the Moon, Mercury, and Mars lock into and ignite the Basket’s sacred geometry.

This, together with the 88 passage, the eclipses, and many other events that will sum up to this already intense month, will help us to continue transcending what is obsolete and has been soul-enslaving us for so long.

As I previously shared and many of you are experiencing as you assist in the planetary Field, one of the most important Earth locations that is highly active at the moment is Lake Titicaca, as one of the most significant 7th-dimensional Arcturian Earth locations has finally been restored from the many implanted anomalies and protected by the 7th-dimensional Arcturian-Sirius guardians.

This location, as well as many others, expands the 7th-dimensional consciousness to those areas and souls who are ready to embody it. The most important inner work to achieve for those who are on this phase is to heal, correct, and rehabilitate your Crown complex, which is not just about the exit point in our 7th-dimensional crown chakra, but in the glands (pineal and pituitary), sphenoid bone, and all the thalamus and hypothalamus complex.

Once we fully reconnect our Crown, restoring it if required with the lavender/violet flame and other plasma freezing techniques to remove anomalies and implants, we can rehabilitate our 7th-dimensional light body channels, realign with the 7th-dimensional Earth’s locations and same planetary frequency, merging and expanding within it.

Many of us are now balancing our individual and planetary work, feeling between exhausted and thrilled with all the planetary advancements we are witnessing. Assisting specific regions of Earth is not an easy task, as we too confront many challenges.

Self-nourishment, rest, and above all, chakra sealing with the blue orb and plasma infusion are pivotal to help us be balanced, aligned, and revitalized to do the work required in the Field.

This is a time for us to be completely honest with our personal energy, as we cannot force our bodies to accelerate integration or evolve, as our vehicles have their physical time to respond, adjust, and embody this new Light influx.

Taking care of our energy is taking care of All. Loving yourselves and honoring your bodies is extending this same love and care to All Living Beings.

What you heal, restore, clear, or integrate in yourself, the whole feels and receives, for we should never forget that we are all intrinsically one in this loving and benevolent Universe.
