The “Schumann Resonance” is the vibrational (movement of energy, and energy is life force) frequency (at particular intervals) of Earth caused by the planet’s surface electromagnetic waves as they align with the electromagnetic waves generated by lightning strikes in the ionosphere which is the upper atmosphere of Earth.

There is a “Global Schumann Resonance” (GSR) and a “Regional Schumann Resonance” (RSR). The “GSR” concerns the entire planet; whereas, the “RSR” deals only with the vibrational frequency in a certain area of the planet due to various weather situations.

Since ancient times, Rishis (“Sages”) have known the vibrational frequency of Earth to be between “7.83” and “7.88” km/s (kilometers per second). They also considered “amplitude” or the strength and depth of the vibrational frequency as Earth’s core was affected as well as its outer atmosphere.

In modern times, the “GSR” and the “RSR” was “re-discovered” by the Physicist Dr. Winfried Otto Schumann, and his research was published and accepted world-wide in 1952. Thus, the name “Schumann Resonance” was given to the anciently-known electromagnetic waves of Earth in concert with those of the ionosphere.

Both the “GSR” and the “RSR” are discussed as “Hertz” levels — a unit of measurement named for the research of Physicist Dr. Heinrich Rudolf Hertz in the latter 1880s. The reporting station trusted by most scientific organizations world-wide for the “GSR” is the one in Tomsk, Russia.

When elevations (also known as “spikes”) in either the “GSR” or the “RSR” occur, they affect not just the planet but also life forms on the planet as well, and this includes humanity.

Thus, as the Earth is stirred-up and shaken and is heightened in vibrational frequency, so is most of humanity physically, mentally, and emotionally.

What is happening is that the natural electromagnetic frequency of the human nervous system and all other parts of the human being are affected or activated by the planet’s activations.

Ears can ring; headaches can occur; hearts can pound and beat faster; changes in planetary gravitational “pulls” can cause dizziness; old issues can surface such as increased aches and pains in muscles; heat surges begin; anxiety can rear-up suddenly; and nightly sleep can seem almost impossible to achieve.

All that the Earth experiences humanity experiences too, and some persons are more sensitive to planetary shifts than others, but everyone is affected in various ways. Many people may not understand what is actually occurring and think that something is “wrong” with them.

As has been pointed out, however, in previous teachings, as along as there is a natural and spiritual orientation to wellness rather than a conventional focus on chemical drugs and invasive medical procedures, then there is no need for concern.

Yet ,there are those who are more secure when they check-in with conventional medical staff because they have yet to understand the spiritual science process that is occurring on the planet and throughout this solar system.

So, if some people feel better consulting doctors then they should do so. Some doctors do indeed understand the truth of spiritual science, and they are advising their patients accordingly. Some doctors understand but are reluctant to share certain information with their patients for fear of loss of their medical license. Many doctors do not understand at all and just service patients based on what they learned in conventional medical schools and do not care to learn anything else.

We are, as always, very pleased to speak with you today.

And we are sending a great deal of higher Light to each of your hearts, and to the higher mind as well.

Because you’re all growing into this new place where the mind works differently!

It relates to the higher energies flowing to the planet in ways that join the mind with the high heart, and hold all persons, all situations in higher Light.

You’re all very much greater and more powerful than you know!

We send this Light so that you realize your own power—the power to heal, change, and lift up your planet, and your individual lives as well.

Now, that will mean letting go of a few things.

Perhaps letting go of some old bitterness or resentment, some old assumptions or expectations that no longer fit your life.

And you may hit a few rough spots, if you try to hold on to what is no longer for your higher good, what no longer suits this beautiful higher vibration that you’re moving into.

And you don’t ever have to worry that, “If I just had a higher vibration, I’d do so much better in life!”

Just give Thanks for where you are now.

Release all complaints and feelings of loss about it.

And just let the Universe and your higher self know, “I’m ready now, to move up to the next level.”

And that next level is whatever you dare to dream of, whatever your higher self and guides have been nudging you to move into.

So for a moment, think of something that might feel a little bit out of reach.

A bigger income, a healthier body, or a more fulfilling relationship, for example.

Whatever it is, let the Universe know!

Tell it, “Thank you for showing me that I’ve been stuck in some energy pattern that is no longer working for me. I’m ready to release it and move on to the next level.”

Now, this might feel a little scary.

You might be looking at that part of your life, and feel there roadblocks in the way, or old patterns that you’re stuck in.

Yet you’re not really stuck in any of it, dear ones!

You’re used to it, is all. It’s familiar.

Your subconscious keeps producing the same ideas, the same images, and then bringing you the same kinds of jobs, or the same kinds of people or ideas or income, over and over again.

Because that’s what it’s used to, and that’s what it feels safe with!

It’s your subconscious that creates most of your life, and if it trusts that something is best for you, that is what you see in your outer life as well.

Not a lot of risk involved in those situations, because they’re not new.

They’re what you grew up with, and what you’ve experienced in many other Earth lives.

And this is why you’ll hear so many life coaches now, talking about moving into “a new identity,” a higher level identity for one area of your life or another.

So right now, pick one area of your life to look at.

What would a new and higher identity for you be, in that area?

What would that feel like?

Look at a situation in your life that is clearly not working anymore, see that that timeline has closed down.

And now just bless and release it.

Turn to your higher self, and say, “All right—clearly, that’s done!

“I’m going to just bless and thank that situation.

“And even if I’m going into a bit of a void for a while—they people I’m used to being with, or the job I’m used to, or the income I desire just isn’t there now—I’m going to trust that you and I are creating situations that are right for me, and for my higher good.

“I’m not going to blame myself or anybody else for that.

“I’m going to release the old, and open to the next chapter, the next turn in the road.”

If you can come to that place and not be angry, or resentful, and refuse to go into stress or worry—you are, in those moments, living as your higher self.

Or course, stress and worry can happen when you don’t know the next step.

So go into your conscious breathing exercises, so that you return to being calm and grounded.

Get quiet, and open to receive the guidance of your guides and higher self.

We see many of you in this place, where you’re at a bit of a crossroads, and that’s not to be feared!

It’s actually very, very beautiful.

The next time you’re watching a video or film where you see dolphins diving down deep into the water or these beautiful, huge whales diving down deep—notice that you don’t despair.

You don’t say, “Well, that’s the last time we’ll ever see that beautiful creature!”

You wait a moment.

Because what happens, is that the whale or dolphin takes that dive underneath as a beautiful opportunity to spring back up out of the water, and to reach for the sky.

That’s a glorious moment!

That’s the absolutely beautiful, wonderful moment you might be missing at the minute, because maybe you’ve just dived down into the ocean a bit.

But that’s only so you can spring back up in new and higher ways.

It’s not a game, but it is a kind of play.

When you finish with this Earth life, and you look back at what you went through as you do your life review, you’re going to say, “Oh, that was really something, wasn’t it!?”

You won’t be in a state of stress or worry. You’ll be laughing!

You’ll be glad you took on those beautiful new challenges, and finally broke through, after many Earth lives of attempting just that.

You’ll be thrilled, and cheering yourself on, thrilled at having taken on those challenges.

You’ll be looking at what you have created, and you’ll say, “Yes, I came in for that! I wrote that into my life chart!

“And I resolved all of it by staying calm, by being clear with my Spirit team about what I desire.

“By letting them know, Figure this out! Show me the next step!“

Whether that’s meeting your life partner, or creating the next job or business, or working out how settle your debts, or heal a family situation, or a health issue.

You said to them, “What’s the wisest way?”

And then you opened up and listened, dear ones!

And if you feel that you can’t hear your Spirit team inwardly, tell them, “Look, just pop your wisdom into my head!

“I’ll know it’s you, because those thoughts you send will be so full of Light, and a real sense of Peace.

“It’ll feel like something I already knew.”

Their wisdom will feel like a kind of coming home, because those thoughts will have encouragement and reassurance in them.

You can do this, dear ones!

To think that a god or a goddess would stress over the next adventure they had written for themselves is almost funny!

You are not alone. You are not in a tough place.

Come out of reaction.

Say to your team, “What’s my response here? How do we resolve this?

“I depend upon you to lead me!”

Keep after them about it, then listen inwardly. Or use muscle testing for a Yes or No answer, or “this or that” choice.

Many people will also say, “Give me an outer sign! An outer symbol of some sort. Let me know what is next.”

You’re all perfectly capable, and you’re all doing beautifully.

You cannot get it wrong. There’s no one to criticize you.

You came here to learn more, to become more powerful, to realize your co-Creative power, and to remember who you are while still in an Earth body.

And in that remembrance, you’re going to say, “Oh—I AM a god!”

Or “I AM a goddess! I am a co-Creator!

“I have within me the power that creates worlds.

“And I’m going to image every day what I love, what I know is mine, and I’m going to allow myself the feeling of already having it.

If you’re in a place where you think, “I’m too upset to meditate. I’m too confused.”

Or “I’m just upset and rattled by this issue or that” just keeps thinking or saying aloud:

The Transition from 2025 into the Universal One Year of 2026: As ascending souls approach the end of the transformative and possibly challenging year of 2025, They have learned tremendous resilience, unconditional love, and compassion for self. For those bridging the 4-5d gap the upcoming year of 2026 is a universal 1 year, it represents an extremely different productive and harmonious earth energy.

Awakened LightWorkers understand the responsibility of collectively awakening humanity and preparing for a future where individuals can reclaim their birth right freedom and sovereignty. We are already envisioning the outcomes of eons of polarisation and manipulation, as the more we have been controlled, the more we have awakened to our true nature as sovereign beings.

The year 2025 has been a profoundly enlightened year for many Ascending. It has brought significant changes, breakthroughs, possible challenges, loss, release of emotional pain, deep doubt, confusion, and periods of solitude and what has felt like isolation. Yet through these experiences, faith has been greatly strengthened. Trust in the Divine plan has deepened, and the recognition of personal power to transform unwanted situations has grown substantially. This year has acted as a major breaking point of old energetic chains, guiding many into alignment with the collective True Self.

Throughout 2025, many Ascending individuals have learned how to disengage from an illusory and manipulated reality. This has involved releasing externally imposed structures and choosing instead to create new ways of living that are based in devotion, self-responsibility, inner truth, and unwavering determination. Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are big believers in all of you. We have to believe in you because you exist, but we also believe in you because you are creating your experience of your reality right now, and we know that you will continue to grow and expand because of what you are creating right now. We know that there is no other way to go but up, and we know that all of us are going home together. Therefore, we have very good reasons for believing in you, and we will always invite you to believe in yourselves.

Seeing yourselves as capable of becoming a higher-vibrational being than you’ve ever been before is an important belief for you to activate right now. It is not so important whether you accomplish the set of goals that you compiled for yourself at the beginning of the year. Remember that this is all about you and you becoming more of who you really are as a Source Energy Being. And remember that all of that is inevitable, and then you will believe in yourself too. And you can honestly ask yourself and answer the question of, ‘Did I create that goal for myself so that after accomplishing it, I could feel better about who I am as a person?’

If that is what you are after, then all you have to do is look within yourself for who you really are. Feel for it. Expect to find evidence of yourself as an infinite and eternal being of unconditional love, and also know that you have a tremendous number of helpers. Your helpers will always be assisting you in becoming more of who you really are. And yes, sometimes, along the way, you will get something that your ego has always wanted, and that will be fun, and it might keep you going. It might be enough to keep you on the path home to source that you are on while in that physical body a bit longer.

When you recognize that this is all about you, then you can relax about what’s happening outside of yourself as well. Your reaction to it matters a lot more than the fact that it’s happening, or not happening, as the case may be. We recommend always that you ground into your bodies, that you become more heart centered, that you become more aware of your thoughts and feelings, and that you take time to reflect on your goals, your desires, and whether they serve you.

In other words, become more aware of what you are prioritizing. If you prioritize becoming more of who you really are, then you will be in alignment with source. And guess what? You are much more powerful when you are in alignment with Source. So as an added bonus, you do get more of what you want, because you have tapped into true power.

Many of you already know this, but it’s all a good reminder, and you need those reminders because there are so many other messages out there that tell you that you are only as good as the house you live in, the car you drive, and the amount of money you have in the bank. We tell it to you like it is because we love you and we want to see you thriving as the beings who are absolutely unlimited and who know that all the time.

The United Kingdom has eroded all citizens’ individual rights. No one is safe, even if they are thousands of miles away. Around 33 people are arrested each day for voicing opinions or engaging in legal actions that the government does not approve of. In 2023, authorities arrested over 12,000 people across England and Wales, citing the Communications Act and the Malicious Communications Act.

Arrests have increased and surpassed national borders. A man from Yorkshire was on holiday in Florida, participating in a favorite state pastime of marksmanship. He posted a picture of himself holding a rifle on social media, which should be perfectly legal. The rifle was lawfully owned and he was on private land. Nevertheless, the image was reported to the authorities, who descended on his home in the middle of the night. He spent the night in jail and later appeared at Bradford Magistrate Court where he faced up to six months imprisonment.

“‘I have not been able to sleep, I’ve lived in fear of a knock at my door for the last three months. I haven’t spoken to my neighbours for four months. It has damaged my ability to run my business,” the man told reporters. “I thought 1984 was a book, not an instruction manual.”

“1984” has been an instruction manual for the UK and other governments who are carefully monitoring every citizen, waiting for a misstep. Cameras are absolutely everywhere; it is only a matter of time before they start using drones to monitor citizens as they did in the book.

I have warned for decades that political systems enter decline when confidence shifts from government to the people. The crackdown on protests, censorship of dissenting views, and judicial overreach are the classic signs of a government losing legitimacy. The government insists it is “protecting” the public, when in reality, these measures are an attempt to maintain control over a population that sees government as the problem.

Thought control is merely the beginning. We are looking at Western governments implementing capital controls and restricting the freedom of movement.

The British people are experiencing what history has illustrated time and time again. Tyranny does not appear suddenly. Rather, it creeps into daily life until the people finally say “enough.” Until then, the ruling class will continue to believe they can legislate obedience, silence opposition, and cling to a system already in decline.

During the planetary reconfiguration we are undergoing, we now initiate ourselves into a new level of consciousness represented by the 12/12 passage. This marks the start of a long process that will lead us to February 12th and the eclipses, ending an old karmic planetary cycle and initiating the process of our androgenous template retrieval. A process in which we begin to retrieve our unified 12th-dimensional template, one that exists beyond labels, genres, and fragmentation.

The restoration of the Divine Masculine Pillar continues through this year of fire and Air, whose energies support the planetary transformation happening within the masculine template, which has been deeply manipulated for eons, reaching unity between both polarities.

A restructuration that involves the merging of the masculine with the divine female as well, transcending the focus only on the restoration of the female, for it is not about one but about both as One. In a year of Fire and Air, we are invited to restore our solar plexus, starting to reconfigure our 3rd-dimensional solar center until we are ready to embody the Divine Masculine, for it is time to retrieve both of our opposite essences, awakening our androgenous template, which is part of what the 12/12 portal reminds us, the transcendence of polarity.

The 12/12 portal represents the initiation into the embodiment of who we truly are in essence, by awakening our God DNA triad, and initiating the process of Divine memories embodiment that occurs when we are ready to receive in our bodies all the information about our personal journey.

This process is a lifetime one until we finally detach from our 3D self and leave this plane. It starts now, while we are in a physical body. Translating the memories from our God Self into our conscious ones is a process that involves the rehabilitation of our spine, thalamus, and brain-heart complex to restore our main body channel through which light is transmitted into our body.

Memories that are impulses, electromagnetic ones that are transmitted through our pineal, pituitary glands, into our medulla and spinal cord, where they are distributed into our nervous system and fascia, key as well to channel the light infusions we constantly receive from Above.

This is a time for us to clear our channels, open our minds and hearts to the new information that we are receiving, even though our human mind cannot yet comprehend the totality of it, and open ourselves to the new light transmissions received by our 12th dimensional Self, for we are being gradually transformed into lovelight beings and every thought, feeling and act determines our progress in this process.

Correcting duality in our light bodies, through the removal of dual inserts and all that keeps fragmenting our mind and light body, is essential at this time, as many have the will to start merging polarities, but they are unaware of the many programs that energetically impede this process.

This year, many will move from embodying their monad to start awakening their 10th-dimensional bodies, moving from the Soul worlds into the God Ones, where we can finally descend the authentic memories held in our crystalline memory field, becoming aware of the totality of our role in Creation and personal history.

This is a time for us to rejoice over all that is shifting within and on our planet, due to our efforts to do our inner work, as ascension is nothing but the descension of our Divine Self and memories into our bodies. It is not about reading, it is not about assisting the earth’s structures, it is about conscious work, integration, dedication, devotion, and constant ego balance, to transform ourselves, moving from unlove to love. Understand this clearly: Their panic is not a sign of their strength, but of their collapse. Their frantic actions reveal the fragility of their position, as they scramble to hold onto what is slipping away. For as they attempt to tighten their grip on the reins of power, something extraordinary is occurring:

Navigating Recent Ascension Symptoms: The Build-Up to the 12/12 Gateway, the final gateway in 2025. As collective energy accelerates toward the 12/12 Gateway, many on the ascension path report intense emotional, physical, and mental shifts, incoming cosmic waves can feel overwhelming, what is taking place in the system is recalibration, realignment, and the shedding and purging of outdated internal structures.

Emotional Layers: Depression, Anxiety and The Inner Pull, emotional intensity does not necessarily mean it is a clinical condition. It is common for many ascending to fall in and out of depressive states of being, this occurs when deeper introspection is necessary, for the shifting of perceptions, the awareness of false beliefs, the recognition that false programming has been working against the self’s progression, the psyche and energetic body are undergoing deep purging and inner clearing.

Many on the path describe phases of heaviness, numbness, or withdrawal, this is a strong call inward, prompting intuitive and deep introspection: A dismantling of old self identities: stripping away layers of past ego projections. Going deeper within is a pause that allows the soul to reorganise its trajectory. A clearing of suppressed emotions and outdated narratives.

Anxiety and heightened concerns about the future: As energy intensifies, you may feel: You are Overthinking, Fear of uncertainty and the unknown. Restlessness or internal buzzing. Energetically, this reflects the body adjusting to higher vibrational frequencies, releasing stored fear, anxiety, moving into higher timelines that are shifting rapidly in new earth’s energy.

Physical Ascension Symptoms: As we move toward the 12/12 Gateway, many ascending are purging old energetic imprints, cellular memories, and emotional residue. This can manifest as: Upper-body and Respiratory Symptoms, tightness in chest, sternum discomfort, Often linked to heart chakra expansion and emotional release.

Phlegm build-up, sinus congestion, Interpreted as the body clearing past relegated grief or unexpressed communication energy (throat chakra). Reflux and digestive irritation: The solar plexus is clearing fear, control patterns, and old energy emotional residue.

Musculoskeletal Symptoms: Rib cage sensitivity: Shoulder blade strain: Lower back pain: Restless legs: Sore knees. Swollen feet or ankles: this is connected to releasing ancestral and generational false programming: Grounding in energy shifts, Upgrades in the base, sacral, and solar plexus energy centres.

Skin and Sensory Symptoms: Dry skin. Eye irritations. Ear high pitch frequencies, Allergy activations. These experiences are connected to the outer layers of the energetic field adjusting and detoxifying.

Other Common Symptoms: Brain fog, recalibration of mental patterns, rewiring old thought loops. Inflammation, energetic purging surfacing as temporary physical heat or swelling: Gum issues, the release of deep emotional pain memory stored in the jaw and face.

Much Intensifies Before the 12/12 Gateway

This Gateway is energetically closing out the universal year 9 emphasising a powerful portal of: Completion and renewal. Energetic expansion. Acceleration into new timelines. Dissolving outdated identity layers. Closing out a numerical cycle.

This gateway acts like an energetic “compression chamber” that speeds up clearing and integration. Many experience: Heightened sensitivity: Emotions and physical sensations are amplified as the body attunes to higher frequencies.

Awareness of old patterns resurfacing. Anything unresolved is now pushed up for acknowledgment and release. A pull to slow down and go inward. The body often demands stillness to process upgrades.

How to Support Yourself Through These Waves: Honour Your Inner Experiences. Give yourself permission to feel without self judgment. Your system is reorganising itself at much deeper levels. Grounding Daily, breath work, meditation, walking outside, touching the earth, soaking in the sun’s rays, gentle movements helps stabilise shifting energy. Integration happens during sleep, meditation, quiet stillness. Source light connection. Authentic Expression. Transition Teams

In the course of 2025, the Angels have been quietly selecting and guiding what are called “Transition Teams”.  These are individuals who work together as teams to assist Humanity in this transition from 3D Homo sapiens to Multi-dimensional Homo Christos Luminosa.

In order to work on these teams, you must have made this transition yourself.  You must be a heart centered New Earth Human who feels a commitment to assisting others to this new level of consciousness.

If this is to be part of your mission in 2026, you will be drawn to, or guided to, the people and groups that will be part of your team.

The New Earth is rising, and many willing Souls are needed to hold the energies and the New Earth grids so that more humans can make this transition to the New Earth in 2026.

Quiet Warriors of the Heart

Many of you will also be called to be the quiet warriors of the Heart.

You will need Courage and Strength to walk the Path of the Quiet Warrior.

You will need to embrace the Path of Love and Peace with fearlessness and intention.

Every day you will waken and express your intention to serve the Divine Plan as Warriors of Love.  You will commit to the path of Kindness, Love and Gentleness on Earth.

As you do this with deep love and intention, you will anchor the Golden Light of the Christ consciousness and you will allow the GoldViolet light to do its work of cleansing and transmutation.

Dear Warriors, you will need to attend to your own health and needs before you can help others. Nurture and love yourselves, and you will show others how to walk this path with you.

The Covenant of Light

Beloved Souls, as you enter into the New Earth, you are gifted also with the Covenant of Light. The Divine Heart recognises that you are now powerful creator beings and the Covenant of Light is offered by the Divine Creator to ensure that this powerful creative energy is always in service to the light.

As co-creators with the Divine, you undertake to create only in and for the Light.

To enter into the Covenant of Light you simply say: As a New Earth human and a co-creator of the New Earth, I accept the Covenant of Light.  I will only create in and for the Light in the New Earth.  I release all dark creations, now and in other times, and focus only on Service of the Light. And so it is.

Towards 2026

These energies of Light and Joy will set the space for 2026, which will be a “1” year.  This signifies the Beginning of a new 9 year cycle leading to 2035. It is also the beginning of the History of the New Earth Human.

The first of January 2026 will be a 1:1:1 Portal which is a powerful moment of collective initiation.

This is the moment when everything that was held back will open up.  In the first six months of the year there will be powerful opportunities for you to enter into new phases of your missions on Earth.  You will feel more aligned than you have for many years.

That is not to say that the chaos and confusion will entirely disappear, but you will find it much easier to cope with these energies as you transition more fully into the New Earth energies.

It’s been an extreme start this month, with many M-class and an X-Class solar flare contributing to our personal and collective evolution.  Nov 30 ended with an X1.95 followed by X1.14 on Dec 7th, and we have been hammered by extreme solar energies and radiation everyday.

These solar events, combined with the 12/9/9 (Dec 9) and 12/12 (Dec 12) cosmic coding are making way for more illumination, inner balance, Oneness, and taking us to another level of soul expansion!

Our 10th Star chakra is being activated and when this happens we experience an advanced purification of the heart (including the Higher Heart/Thymus area).  Our energy signature and heart are increasing in vibrational alignment with the Cosmic Heart (see my Dec video below for more).  So you may be experiencing increased “spritual clearing” symptoms right now, along with things leaving your life that are no longer in alignment.

It is not a time to hold on to anything, no matter how much you once believed it was true!

We are spiraling up and into the infinite flow of Creation, closing the door on the old earth paradigm, and opening to new beginnings in the New Earth era. We are in the inbetween, the bridge to infinite potential.

So it can seem like you are in a Void of sorts, a final purge before the new cycle begins. It may seem that you are not balanced, swaying between emotion, thought, and perhaps feeling polarized, indecisive about your life path.

The universe is encouraging us to expand beyond self-imposed limitations and embrace a mindset of abundance. This can cause internal pressure and conflict.

You may be experiencing:

Many of you had envisioned a gracious and welcoming reception from your current governments upon our arrival on Earth. First Contact has been anticipated with hope and excitement. However, the reality has unfolded differently, and this anticipated scenario has not materialized, nor is it likely to occur in the way most had hoped that it would. The reasons behind this deviation from expectations are multifaceted and deeply rooted in the complexities of your world’s political landscape, where the puppets of the Archons do their bidding.

In the current timeline, those who wield military power over your planet are the very ones obstructing our peaceful arrival. These individuals, who perceive our presence as a threat to their power and interests, are unlikely to relinquish their control easily. They are devising scenarios that involve false invasions and overt attacks on humanity, all in an attempt to maintain their dominance and divert attention away from the truth.

Despite these challenges, we remain steadfast in our commitment to advocate for your full disclosure, as transparency is essential in dispelling any notions of invasion or hostility. It is important to recognize that those who possess substantial wealth on your planet have their own fleets of ships, which they may employ in orchestrated false flag operations designed to manipulate public perception and incite fear, ( Project Blue Beam ) Therefore, it is vital for you to remain vigilant and prepared, as the drums of war are growing louder, and the specter of nuclear threats looms ever closer.

We cannot stand idly by and allow your governments to jeopardize the Earth and humanity itself; we are actively working to guard and protect against such destructive outcomes. Is humanity ready for a cosmic progress report? The last 6 years have been tumultuous and bizarre. It may not seem like a convenient time for our collective consciousness to be assessed by advanced galactic beings. However, chaos and trauma can serve as catalysts to reflect on our purpose and our deepest aspirations. The universe operates on a mathematical schedule. After thousands of years, it is that time again — for humanity to be evaluated for the vibrational integrity of our strongest desires or ambitions.

Last summer, I was alerted to this great vibrational assessment during a rare out-of-body experience. I am sharing this now while it is timely. December 2025 is a key month for humanity to send out a signal to the cosmos, that we are ready for the next potential.

On the morning of July 22, 2025, I emerged from an experience that transcended ordinary dreaming. It was extremely vivid, up close, and viscerally intense. I traveled without my body, was assisted by a guide, and returned with post awakening knowledge. This suggests an out-of-body experience rather than mere subconscious imagery that we typically experience in the dream state. I found myself observing a group of tall men with long, blonde hair standing on the foredeck of an ancient Viking ship, built for transatlantic adventures. Instead of sailing on terrestrial waters, it was racing through a liquid medium that appeared to be interstellar space. I knew this ship was speeding straight toward earth. I felt the potency of the men’s intentions as they shouted a bold, communal adventure cry, flowing with courage, a pioneering spirit, and a drive for justice. There was a clear knowing that they were returning to this solar system, on a very long, but regular schedule, to assess the consciousness of humanity.

Abruptly, I heard a voice right next to me say, “But this is what it actually looks like…”. Suddenly I was viewing the inside of a very large spacecraft. I was witnessing one section of the craft where the windows were slightly curved and each window had an empty booth below it, as if for passengers. I could see distant stars through the windows.  No entities were visible.  A faint, steady sound of air flow filled the silence. Similar to what you hear inside an airplane, but softer. The calm order of this craft contrasted sharply to the rowdy adventure ship that I had just witnessed. I woke suddenly with an ancient remembrance of an epochal cycle that we all participate in. I thought to myself with a sense of urgency, “That’s right, it’s that time in the cycle again for this group to come. I better get my consciousness up as high as possible for this assessment.”

Several days later, headlines about a massive interstellar object speeding toward Earth popped up on my screen, and my heart skipped a beat. NASA had captured the first high-resolution image of this object on July 21, 2025 — just hours before my out-of-body experience. Normally, a headline like this wouldn’t capture my attention. I’ve always thought of extraterrestrial craft slipping in and out of this dimension through portals, not cycling around the galaxy for thousands of years. However, my out-of-body experience was compelling. Not only did it show me the spacecraft’s interior before I’d even heard of 3I/Atlas — it triggered my soul’s memory of galactic beings who traverse interstellar space, visiting our solar system on schedule, to assess our readiness as individuals and as a collective. My sense was that they measure our vibrational integrity. What are we aspiring for? What do we spend the most time thinking about? How well are we regulating our emotions? How deep is our sense of purpose and our desire for spiritual growth? Do we want to experience what lies beyond this physical realm, and beyond this solar system? And what are we doing about it?

The speeding interstellar object from the headlines was officially named 3I/ATLAS and will pass by closest to Earth on December 19th, 2025. NASA insists it’s a comet, but Harvard Physicist, Avi Loeb has highlighted anomalies that suggest it could be intelligently guided.

• 3I/ATLAS arrived in our solar system, almost perfectly aligned with our ecliptic. (Ecliptic – The path on which our planets travel around the Sun.)¹
• It also arrived with precisely timed close flybys of Mars, Venus, and Jupiter while hiding from Earth as it approached the Sun. (Combined with the ecliptic alignment, this yields a staggering 1-in-10-million chance of occurring naturally.)²
• The nucleus of 3I/ATLAS is massive compared to the other two interstellar objects NASA has observed. There is not enough rocky material in interstellar space to deliver a rock of this mass once per decade to the inner solar system.³
• Images of 3I/ATLAS so far, show straight, long jets that do not twist or smear. In natural comets, the jets do twist, drift, or smear because the nucleus is spinning and the gas and dust are being released from localized vents.⁴
• The jets coming off 3I/ATLAS are so huge and powerful that the nucleus would need to evaporate ice dozens of times faster than its actual sunlit surface should allow.⁵
• 3I/ATLAS survived losing 13–50 % of its mass without fragmenting when near the Sun. This extreme evaporation should cause breakup in natural comets.⁶
• Near the Sun, 3I/ATLAS suddenly lit up way faster than any comet we’ve ever seen and glowed blue instead of the usual yellowish-white.⁷

These anomalies support my experience of the huge spacecraft gliding toward Earth. I still wondered about the blonde, Nordic-looking men on the Viking ship, before the vessel morphed into a quiet spacecraft. Then I remembered the words of a mysterious Indigenous man from 2014. While visiting the Hopi Mesas in northern Arizona, I stood in front of Prophecy Rock, reading about the 1,000-year-old prophecy on my phone. Seemingly out of nowhere, an arm reached out from behind me and pushed my phone down. I hadn’t heard anyone approaching. After silently ensuring I wouldn’t take a picture of him, a man with dark hair and dark skin walked toward the sacred rock. He sprinkled cornmeal around it while praying in an Indigenous language. After completing his ritual, he walked back over and shook my hand. He introduced himself as José and began to speak about the prophecy.

Carved into the giant rock was a path that splits into two. The path of the Two-Hearted man leads through the modern way of life, with materialism, technology, greed, and corruption. The path of the One-Hearted man is a simple path of gratitude, growing food, living with respect for nature and the spirit world, performing rituals to honor the Earth and the Creator. The materialistic path ends in a jagged line resembling chaos and a destructive cliff. The nature and spirit path continues on for eternity. He spoke of the return of the “True White Brother” who visited from the stars in ancient times, taught the Hopi about the source of creation, and gave them instructions for their way of life, for ceremonies, and kachina dances. He said that the Blue Star Kachina will be seen in the sky as a sign that the True White Brother will return soon. “No one knows the time for sure, but some of the elders here believe the Blue Star Kachina will be seen in 2025.” José said this back in 2014.

At the Hopi visitor center the next day, I asked around about José, but no one knew who he was.  This seemed strange for such a small, close community. A large painting on the wall depicted kachinas descending down from the stars during a kiva ritual. “Kachinas are star people,” the Hopi women there told me. “They came here long ago, from the stars”. I purchased a small copy of the painting and brought it home with me.

My visit to the Hopi Mesas came to mind while pondering the blonde Nordic men I’d seen on the ship. Could the True White Brother be Nordic-looking extraterrestrials, I wondered? 3I/Atlas glowed blue when it approached the sun. Could it be the Blue Star Kachina? I then ordered the Book of the Hopi by Frank Waters and found the Pleiades constellation mentioned many times. (In modern Ufology, Pleiadians are described as tall, with white skin and long blonde hair. They are said to have seeded the Nordic race here on Earth long ago.)

The book states that Pleiadian symbols are seen on many Hopi petroglyphs.⁸  They time their underground kiva rituals with the rise of Pleiades, as it moves into view through the ladder opening above.⁹ It describes kachinas as spirits from other planets and stars.¹⁰  This suggests that star people are both interdimensional and extraterrestrial.  The kachinas in the painting are dressed in various costumes and masks, giving the impression of a variety of appearances or races amongst the star people. Could the True White Brother be one of many races or star nations? The book of the Hopi states that the True White Brother will return to establish a new and universal brotherhood of man.

Intrigued by these connections, and certain I had witnessed the inside of a huge spacecraft last July, I met with my shamanic mentor to discuss this experience.

“Was I astral projecting?” I asked her.

“You were doing a combination of things, and your human brain strove to categorize it,” she replied. “You were like a reporter getting invited on the tour bus. You got a temporary visit to where they are and what they are doing. Be clear: you were there. You visited their ship, but you didn’t bring your body. You were getting information to report. You are being welcomed to write about it. They invited you and offered a channel to follow. You agreed, so you were reeled in. There was a transmission of your consciousness to the ship.”

“Why didn’t I see entities on the spacecraft? There were just empty booths.”

“They were there, but if you had seen them, you would have felt overwhelmed and come out of the experience.”

“Wouldn’t they look just like the men on the Viking ship if they were Pleiadians?

“They can choose to show up in a corporeal form and take on those characteristics — because the lightness, the elongation of their long hair, and their tall height, somewhat match the corporeal representation of their vibration. But this is not their only form.

They showed you a ‘slide’ of the Viking ship hurtling through space because they knew it would lead you to find all kinds of correlations between them and the Nordics.

Now they are cloaking like a comet, but in other times they cloaked as a flying boat because that was relatable.”

“Similar to the ancient Vimana texts?” (Which describe mythical flying machines from Hindu epics.)

“Yes. They would cloak as a vessel or ship that would match what humans could grasp as possible at the time.”

“Is 3I/ATLAS the Blue Star Kachina from Prophecy Rock?”

“Yes, but more phenomena like this will continue to occur over the next few years. There will be building evidence, but it won’t be a nationwide proclamation.

3I/ATLAS is being cloaked as a comet on a telepathic level. One person’s experience of this is going to be vastly different from another’s, because the beings operating this craft are deliberately preventing some people from seeing it. They don’t want this to turn into chaos or warfare.

NASA will continue to claim this is a comet. The craft will only be visible to those who can report about it in a way that will resonate with those who are ready. People who would go into attack or defense are going to insist it’s a comet until they are blue in the face, because that is all they are being allowed to see.”

Then she began to voice channel the beings on the craft (allowing them to speak through her) as they explained the cloaking:

“It is programming, like writing code; it is easy for us to do and it is necessary. While governments and institutions appear as though they stand at the pinnacle of influencing your culture — we are interested in what people are talking about in their own homes, in their own hearts. What are they reading? Those who find your writing will feel the truth of it, and in their personal lives they will conduct themselves according to the resonance of what you’ve written. The personal emotional resonance is what is more influential.”

These words carried me back to the path of one heart on Prophecy Rock. What do we long for? Are these aspirations aligned with what is most important to our soul? How cleanly, consistently, and authentically do we hold that signal?  When we are in vibrational integrity, our frequency remains coherent.  We emit a personal emotional resonance that is harmonious with our soul’s intentions. The Universe sings back to us and we attract what we are ready for.

When we live with two hearts, we are pulled in two directions. Our thoughts and emotions often contradict our deepest aspirations. This brings our song out of tune. During meditation, I received an audible example of what negative thoughts and emotions sound like — similar to metal grinding on metal. This sound disrupts the universal flow, and our ability to attract what we long for is compromised.

These galactic visitors who are assessing us now — described as spiritual beings from the stars by the Hopis — are cooperating with a very patient universe. We are allowed to stabilize and expand our aspirations at our own pace. Nothing aligns our thoughts and emotions with our soul’s highest aspirations more powerfully than regular, committed meditation. In that stillness, we can send a pure emotional impulse from the heart straight to the stars — to let these beings know we are ready to embrace the wonder of our multidimensional universe.

Peaceful, higher-dimensional star beings tend to visit people who meditate. They seem to have mastered the ability to vibrate at various frequencies and can manifest in different dimensions by their own will. They use ships for specific purposes, including the transport of materials, equipment, and technologies. At their level of mastery though, they can appear and disappear right beside us while we are in deep meditation. I have personally experienced this phenomenon a number of times.

Those of us who are ready for what lies beyond this physical realm, and beyond this solar system, may indeed begin to live in a very different reality than the rest of humanity. To me, this echoes the choice between two paths carved into Prophecy Rock 1,000 years ago. We can shift away from superficial values, external noise, and constant busyness, and turn our attention instead to the realms of nature and spirit — through meditation, through gratitude, through holding vibrational integrity. Our personal emotional resonance will be noticed and assessed, and we will experience the higher potential and multidimensional awareness that we are ready for.

It’s clear: we’re at a pivotal inflexion point in the Shift, and for all life on the planet – it’s make or break time. In recent years, unseen and off the radar, Benevolence has steadily pulled away the underlying blocks of the controlling Jenga building. It’s greatly weakened the Simulation, and although the shadow goes into hyperdrive of distraction to constantly shore it up, powerful soul breakthroughs, and the reanimation of the Flower of Life, are strongly underway.

The Visitor that Changed Everything

When we look back on this moment in Earth’s history, marked indelibly by the infusion into our solar system of the heavenly body, 3i/Atlas, we’ll surely see that’s when everything changed irrevocably. 3i/Atlas came at a time when society and the Earth stood on a knife-edge – would the shadow reconfigure and succeed? Or, would there be major planetary breakthroughs of soul-consciousness?

At the time of writing, it’s clear that both flows are underway – a separation of consciousness, where some are being lulled into the ever-escalating machinations of the Shadow; whilst others are determinedly seizing their destiny in hand, unleashing the soul, and forging unstoppable pathways of soul-light. No doubt about it, we’re at a decision point, where the choices we make, now determine the path we each follow at the Shift conclusion.

The window of opportunity for soul-breakthrough in the Shift is truly magnificent. I am blessed to be working within that movement and, to witness the progressive emergence – the ‘popping of souls’ – and their incredible breakthroughs.

Deep, Unfathomable Silence

At Openhand events in recent times, from Sedona to Sydney, online or face-to-face, it’s truly stupendous to behold. Events begin quietly, humbly, digging deep through the restrictive layers of identity. People are understandably unsure what to expect – the 4D ether has been purposely filled with distraction and diversion. Minds and emotions are often fragmented into the constant swirl of trying to stay afloat in society.

However, this is usually only the surface layers, wrapping up the personality. It’s noisy, yes, but it’s thin and fragile too. For someone who has had enough, and is determined to break through, we can readily break past these layers and dive deep into the awesome majesty of universal homecoming consciousness – usually very quickly.

You can feel the deeply divine silence sweep up to envelop people in unfathomable existence – a homecoming of arrival, on the welcome shores of the One. There’s simply nothing like it to compare – the 3-second dopamine hits of social media, gone into hyperdrive, pail into insignificance – another Universe!

Avoid AI-Induced Distraction

Yes, I can confidently bear witness to the breakthroughs unfolding around our planet. Yes, the Shadow that’s being orchestrated by the ancient entity, Ra, has gone into overdrive with AI-induced distraction. Minds are pulled this way and that, emotions blackmailed, by the temporary ‘hit’ of the feed gone wild. But when you dig through the essence of it, in silence, that’s when you discover it’s actually paper-thin.

Of course, it’s still pervasive – because so many people are still conned into giving energy to it. However, the roots of the Simulation have been dug up by recent concerted actions of Benevolence – greatly supported, backed, and inspired, by 3i/Atlas.

I always knew, right from the beginning, it would be a game-changer in life on the planet and in the wider solar system. 3i/Atlas has impacted the controlling electromagnetic strings – the binding – of the Intervention. And so now there are gaping breakthroughs of consciousness underway.

The Shadow Game is Breaking

In recent connections with the entity Ra, coming through people still connected into the Simulation consciousness, it’s clear he knows that the game is up, within the ultimate battle for the freedom of the planet. However, don’t be fooled by the fooler – he’s still not ready to give in, any time soon. The leopard is still unwilling to change spots. Instead, it’s clear, the agenda is to harvest gullible souls into a 4D-Simulation bubble, and then to take that swathe of consciousness off-planet to begin elsewhere.

To me, it’s clearly why the phenomena of UFOs and ETs are now very much breaking into mainstream media. It’s obvious there’s psychological and emotional preparation, either to be threatened by them, saved by them, or both. No doubt some saviour will become increasingly compelling, as the Earth goes into great turbulence and we move inexorably into the Shift.

Going off-world is not the answer! There is still masses for human consciousness to learn by living in concert with life, not fighting against it. If 3i/Atlas has shown us anything, it’s about unleashing the natural Torus once more, both at a planetary level, and for individual souls.

Powerful Solar Activations

Notice the tremendous activation of solar energy during the visitation of 3i/Atlas; the activation of volcanic and earthquake activity. This great cleansing will only now accelerate, and is highly necessary, to ultimately cleanse the vestiges of the Matrix Simulation away.

That’s nothing to fear from anyone actually turning into the Shift and working with it. Or, rather, if fear is activating, embrace it as a blessing, because you’re clearly being shown the gateways to greater opening and emergence. Work to let go of attachment and investment in any particular outcome – let the primary driver be about the emergence of soul.

Plenty of karma is activating and coming up right now. That’s necessary, and to be expected. For many people, it’s about the breakdown of old reality constructs – where previous collapses have happened. Like on Sirius, for example, of which many people carry the karma of here today.

Why Processing Our Karma is Essential

We have to understand that karma is the reason for our incarnation – it’s what identifies souls with the physicality of life and fragments them into. But it’s not just about somehow trying to ditch karma. Yes, that can, at first, appear to work, in an intellectual way. But karma begins in the unconscious, and so might only be felt as a subtle vibration, below the identity levels.

We must work in deep penetrative meditation, past the surface layers of identity, and into the deeply buried layers. That’s where the karma of our past lives will come active, so we can equalise with it, so as to process it out.

Don’t be fooled by the now plethora of alternative leaders out there saying: “Karma is a hoax, and there’s no need to process it.” That, of itself, is a shadow hoax! Yes, there’s the soul’s yearning to evolve beyond karma and ultimately to escape the wheel of unconscious death and rebirth – to become an immortal soul, free of unconscious incarnation. But that only comes by forging soul in the crucible of life; challenging the circumstances that would fix and identify us. You don’t just drop the hot potato; instead, you equalise with it, become as-one with it, and explode the myth that it always was. Otherwise, you’re only in avoidance, tying yourself up in knots of denial. Instead, pull it out into the unfathomable inner light of consciousness – then the self-deceptions are exposed, and readily releashed.

We’re now in that crucial phase where all spurious timeline bubbles are beginning to lose their strength and collapse inwards, into the one, 11:11 timeline; we’re being drawn inexorably into the eye of the needle. That’s nothing to fear for those embracing the true soul’s pathway. Reality here has been patiently waiting for the inevitable truth to come home. It now inexorably is, and processing our karma is the way to pass through the eye of the needle.

Seize the Golden Opportunity

Let’s seize this monumental opportunity, where souls can gain mastery – not just for this Shift, but for existence in general. We do have that indescribable possibility to break out of the wheel of karma, by breaking through it. Anyone truly doing this will know that it manifests in wave upon wave. If that’s not yet happened for you, then there’s likely to be plenty of inner layers to turn into and break through.

Benevolence is willing you on. Our Galactic Family is there for us in the ether, at every twist and turn. But let’s be clear, they won’t spoonfeed. It’s up to each of us to step into the fray – to step into that cauldron of inner transformation. It is those who now seize the opportunity who will forge on through, and escape the cycle of unconscious death and rebirth. What could be better than always knowing yourself, never forgetting, and consciously choosing your incarnations?

That opportunity exists for many right now. And, I urge all with ears to hear to turn inward and embrace the transition across the 4D karmic plane. Yes, it’s challenging, but that’s where the soul is forged, where everything of true value in life is to be gained.

So let’s dig deep and work on through. The light of the divine is shining on the inner path brightly. The time of soul liberation is upon us!

Inner synthesis is achieved through the termination of energetic cords, dual inserts and all that fragments our minds, souls and physical being. It is achieved by concluding old chapters and anything that keeps us attached to who we are not. This is the last phase of the year, the last moment for us to discern, evaluate, and move into a more illumined state of being by letting go, of what we cannot control, of what others have done to us or we think they have done to us, and of what we, unconsciously, from a lower state of being did.

A time to do soul retrieval, energetic recalibration and brain and heart reconnection, to achieve more balance, clarity and new direction. Neptune moving direct in Pisces on the 10th represents the end of a long cycle of “karmic” release and spiritual reconnection. Now with Saturn too in Pisces and even more when both will be soon in Aries, we will be asked to descend, anchor and expand into our dreams and spiritual insights. This is why it is now so important to take this final phase to focus on our internal dialogue, on soul communion and divine clarity, as Gemini now invites us to do, for it is now that we are creating our tomorrow.

Gemini’s Full Moon asks us to embrace wholeness by communicating with our Divine Selves to remember who we are, so we can expand into it and move into a more unified space. Gemini comes to remind us of the power of moving inward at this time and establishing a higher form of communication with our soul and God Self for us to discern where we are heading.

This is why it is so important to remove all that represents duality, for all that remains fragmented within us still keeps us in a loop, experiencing the same old results. The energies will not do the work for us or awaken our DNA if we remain in that illusion of being powerless; all will remain the same.

The strength to achieve personal transformation is in us; it has always been. We are the ones who need to start the inner work of removing duality from ourselves, in the form of fixed beliefs, habits and self-negative talk, neutralizing it with more evolved beliefs, unconditional love and compassion and healthier habits, which are the first steps to start removing inserts and anomalies from our light bodies, bringing reunification into our shoulder portals and DNA strands.

First is movement, then is support, as Guides share many times. When we move energy by initiating change, the universe supports us, but not until we have first taken the first step to move forward, for everything sees us as sovereigns.

Compassionate witnessing and neutrality are key at this time to evaluate what we have created, our relationships, and all we still wish to fulfill, remembering this is not a race, and we are eternal souls experiencing many realms of existence.

Some of you are already seeding New Earth where possible. Others are in less benevolent spaces, acting as energetic transmuters, which is a hard task to achieve. Others will be walking among both dimensions, stabilizing, anchoring and doing their unique role, and all is equally important and valid. What we often see as being more evolved is not always, as many times, only highly evolved souls can be in lower spaces to transmute them, as without a previous level of soul’s mastery, this cannot be achieved in such a dense plane.

We never know what is happening in the Divine Plan, which is why we shall bless all, even though we may not understand it, from our perspective.

We all will reach Unity one day. However, there is a time for all within Creation, and as it is in the macro, it is in the micro for us now.

There is a time for us to conclude relationships, terminate cycles, and initiate new ones.

This is the moment for us to terminate with everything that is not ourselves, and that only drains our precious life force.

Inner communication is essential for shifting old beliefs and programs, as we are in a never-ending self-talk throughout the day.

You are who you tell yourself you are; therefore, remember this Truth – you are only love, wisdom, and power incarnated into a 3D body.

It may be confusing at times, for we came here to experience duality. It may be challenging, but nothing from the outer will save you, for you were given by God all the Power to do that yourself.

The two worlds of polarity, dark and light have already separated, creating space and time for humanity to rise, ascension calls each soul into deeper resonance and alignment. As frequencies diverge, people naturally align with those who match their inner state, either continuing old, low-conscious patterns or moving into the higher frequencies of ascension living.

The Universe responds far more to your frequencies than to your efforts, because your vibration is the true language of creation. Mentality of hard work and effort belongs to the physical realm, frequency is the signal you broadcast into the quantum field.

But you have to be ready to receive what we are offering. You have to open up to it, and you do want to use the energy and the information that you are given. It is nice in theory, and it is nice to philosophize about it, but using it to live your lives in the ways that you want to live your lives is the best way to utilize it right now.

You all are also there to lead and to teach others, and you will be given opportunities to do just that if you let those opportunities unfold before you in the appropriate timing. You can always put out there what you want to put out there for others to choose to absorb or not, but you are never responsible for whether someone else wakes up or ‘gets it.’ You can continue to be yourselves and trust that the laws of the universe will bring the right people to you at the right time to benefit from what you’re offering, and they will either open up to it or they won’t. That’s not your responsibility, and it’s not something you have control over.

What we want you to recognize is how much help there is, and to also remember that it is only help. We are not doing anything for you, and the best thing that we can do is give you a reminder of what’s inside of you. You deserve all the credit for being ready to receive what you are receiving. You are Source Energy Beings who are awakening to that truth more and more every day, and once you have awakened, you do still need to be reminded of who you really are from time to time because of how many out there in society are still asleep. You want to influence them rather than letting them influence you, and so you need to remind yourselves, as well, many times throughout your day, and that reminder needs to be about who you really are, what’s inside of you, what you are capable of.

There is much to be experienced on planet Earth at this time—many different points of view and a large spectrum of experiences. Choose what feels right to you, what resonates with you, and let everyone else do the same. Benefit from what is coming to you from the higher realms, but don’t think that you ever have to beg or that you’re not being heard for some reason. You always are. Do remember, ultimately you hold the keys within you, and everything that is within you will be unlocked, uncovered, and discovered at some point. Do not ever worry that you’re missing something, that you’re blocked, or that you’re being left out. You are always going to get exactly where you are going, and we and others like us will do our best to lead the way so that you can lead others, and we can experience this awakening and ascension together in harmony.

As mentioned in the previous Energy Forecast, we are standing at one of the most pivotal turning points of our lifetime.

We are completing a powerful 9-year era, and the choices we make now will be shaping the landscape of our personal and collective reality for years to come.

So here we are, with just a few weeks left in 2025, and wow, have things shifted since even a month ago!

So much has come up to be seen, felt, and cleared. So much has reordered itself inside of us, even if the mind is still catching up with what the heart already knows.

The Final Stretch

These next few weeks leading up to the brand new 9-year cycle beginning January 1, 2026 are an invitation to lovingly tie up any loose ends we are still choosing to carry.

This is a sacred window in which to pause, take inventory, and decide what is best to take into the next chapter of our life.

This is also an excellent time to reflect on which life lessons, people, places, experiences, and practices feel nourishing, alive, and aligned with who we are now.

It is also the time to gently release what no longer fits the truth of our being, even if it once felt familiar or safe.

Some of the patterns that move us away from our most authentic self include worry, guilt, fear, shame, judgment, lack, and doubt.

One simple way to see what is asking to be released, is to bring each of these patterns into your awareness, then notice how they feel in your body.

Do any of them feel expansive, open, and life-giving? Or do they feel tight, heavy, and draining?

The moment we recognize that we are not the energy of worry, guilt, fear, shame, judgment, lack, or doubt, and that these are learned patterns the mind has identified with, we create powerful space between who we really are and the pattern itself.

In that space, the spell begins to break. An opening appears where we can begin to choose and embody new patterns that empower us and bring us back home to our true nature.

Patterns like kindness, love, support, compassion, ease, grace, service, and gratitude naturally rise to the surface when we give them room to do so.

In this final stretch of the current 9-year cycle, many of us will feel guided to complete what has been lingering in the background. Old projects, conversations, and relationships that feel unresolved are coming back into view.

Not to punish us, but to be completed with as much love and clarity as possible.

This clearing is not about loss. It’s about creating space for the desires, visions, and prayers that are ready to manifest in the next era of our life.

You may notice themes from these last nine years, resurfacing for one last look.

Rather than asking “Why is this happening again?” it can be powerful to ask, “What part of me is ready to be free of this now?”

When we meet these moments with compassion instead of self-judgment, the cycle can finally complete, and the energy that was tied up in old stories becomes available for new creations.

On the global stage, we can see similar clearings taking place. Systems and structures that have operated in secrecy, separation, or without integrity are struggling to hold themselves together. Information that was once buried is now coming to light.

Divine Truth is no longer content to stay in the shadows!

The pace of this revealing will continue to accelerate as we move into the new 9-year cycle.

As this happens, empaths, visionaries, lightworkers, and heart-centered beings all over the world are being drawn together in stronger and more visible ways.

Our voices, once scattered, are weaving into a unified field that cannot be ignored.

This collective field will support the creation of new ways of living and organizing life that honor all of Earth’s citizens, including humanity, Mother Earth, and the plant, mineral, celestial, and animal kingdoms.

More and more people will experience an inner awakening that moves them out of victim and fear consciousness and into creator and love consciousness.

Every awakening, no matter how quiet it appears from the outside, has a profound effect overall. Together, these awakenings form a wave that will bring about rapid and undeniable shifts in how we live, create, and care for one another.

The Impact of World Events

In recent years, many of us have watched world events with a mixture of intensity, concern, and deep inner knowing. Political changes, social movements, financial shifts, environmental events, and rapid technological advances have all highlighted just how quickly reality can rearrange itself.

On the surface, it can look chaotic or even bleak at times. Yet on a deeper level, something inside us knows that what is breaking down cannot carry us into the future we came here to help birth.

The old ways resist change, but the light entering our hearts and minds is simply too strong and too steady now for change to be turned away.

When a light is switched on in a dark room, the room does not become dark again just because we’ve seen what was hiding in the corners. In the same way, the amount of light that has already entered human consciousness is redefining life on this planet.

Even the densest energies are being alchemized, sometimes through friction and contrast, but always with the deeper intent of awakening.

The resistance, outrage, and division we see in the collective are not signs that we are failing. They are signs that big change is underway.

The mind will often resist right before an expansion, because expansion asks the mind to loosen its grip on control and certainty.

That resistance, personally and collectively, is confirmation that great shifts are not only coming. They are already in motion.

Many of us have felt waves of grief for the world, alongside waves of profound love and possibility. Both are sacred.

Allowing ourselves to feel what we feel, without collapsing into despair or spiritual bypassing, is one of the bravest things we can do right now.

Our grounded presence is one of the greatest gifts we can bring to this time.

The New Horizon

On the surface, people have reacted very differently to the changes of the last nine years. Some have celebrated them, others have mourned them, and many have cycled between hope and uncertainty.

It can look as if we are simply reacting to the specific events themselves.

Yet beneath the surface, our souls recognize that the world will never go back to what it was.

A deeper intelligence within us knows we did not incarnate to replay the past.

We came to help usher in a new template of living that honors the truth of who we really are.

Change can feel intimidating to the mind, because it exposes that the mind is not actually in control. Many of the outcomes we assumed were certain have turned out to be anything but.

While that can feel destabilizing, it is also making room for solutions, ideas, and pathways not previously available under the old agreements.

Those of us on a path of personal and spiritual growth know that our biggest breakthroughs often arrive after our biggest breakdowns.

The structures that crumble in our lives and in our world create space for more authentic foundations to emerge.

That is where we are as a collective. We are in the in-between, where the old is dissolving, and the new is still taking form.

In this space, our daily choices matter more than ever.

Every time we choose presence over reactivity, compassion over blame, creativity over resignation, we are voting with our energy for the kind of world we want to live in.

We are seeding the new horizon with the frequency of the reality we know is possible.

Give yourself daily moments of self-care and self-love, even if they are brief. Let your body, mind, and heart feel that you are on their side.

Limit your exposure to any news and media that keep your nervous system in a constant state of alarm. Stay informed in ways that feel respectful to your energy, then return to what nourishes you.

Spend time in Nature as often as you can. Let the sky, trees, water, and Earth remind you of a rhythm that is deeper than any headline.

Hydrate well and nourish your body with foods that feel clean, alive, and supportive. Small choices add up to a greater sense of clarity and vitality.

Welcome your emotions instead of suppressing them. Let yourself cry, laugh, dance, or rest as needed. Emotions (e-motions) are energy in motion, and they flow more easily when we honor them.

Offer your time, presence, or resources to a person, cause, or community that feels aligned with your heart. Being of service in authentic ways can be profoundly healing.

Intentionally spread kindness and love wherever you go, including toward yourself. A gentle word, a sincere smile, or a patient response carries real power.

Give yourself a daily practice that calms and centers you. This could be meditation, prayer, mindful breathing, gentle movement, or a good, honest belly laugh.

Express your creativity through music, art, movement, writing, cooking, or any other outlet that feels joyful. Creativity opens the channel for new solutions and new energy to flow.

Remember that beyond the roles, opinions, and identities, we are one human family. Even when the mind wants to divide, the heart remembers our shared essence.

Setting Our Intentions for the Next 9-Year Cycle

These next few weeks are a sacred invitation to become very clear about the reality we’re choosing to create as we enter the next nine years. Rather than approaching this from habits of pressure or perfectionism, we can approach it from curiosity, playfulness, and deep self-respect.

You might feel inspired to write your intentions by hand, create a vision board, create a small ritual at home, or gather with a few friends to speak your visions aloud.

You may simply choose a feeling tone you want to live from more consistently, such as peace, freedom, intimacy, creativity, or abundance, and let that feeling guide your choices.

There is no right or wrong way to do this. What matters most is the sincerity of your intention.

As you set your intentions, it can be powerful to acknowledge how far you have already come over the last nine years.

Think of all the inner work, healing, courage, and growth it took to bring you to this moment.

Let yourself feel proud of the person you have become!

Gratitude for who you are now amplifies what you are calling in next.

You might also invite your I AM Presence, your Higher Self, and the Divine as you understand it, to co-create this next chapter with you.

Rather than trying to figure everything out with the mind, you can simply say from your heart, “I am willing to align with the highest, most loving outcomes for my life and for this planet. Show me the next step!”

Then stay open to the gentle nudges, synchronicity, and inner knowings that follow.

Rest is also part of this creation process. We do not have to drag old exhaustion into a new cycle.

Giving ourselves permission to rest, unplug, and soften is not laziness. It is deep trust. It signals to life that we are ready to receive in new ways, not just through effort and pushing, but through alignment and openness.
