  I too notice the energies of others......A way I like to send unwanted energies on their way is to recite a phrase I picked up in a book about ascension, "This <fear, anger, jealousy, etc> is not me or mine, I release it back to the universe", I then imagine the universe dispelling the energies from my fields/aura. I take a deep breath, and say "Thank You".   Constantly finding reasons to smile, no matter how silly it may be, keeps one in a positive mindset, and lower energies have a hard time affecting you.  Love and Light brothers and sisters!

   I read all your posts and I'm like you as well in the fact that crowds get to me and even stuff like news on the radio or t.v....Or watching youtube clips and gathering info then watchin governments truely acting in the darkside.Knowing.KNOWING, whom they represent and it's not the people's best intrest's.Which of course comes with a little bit of anger.Just a bit and it hurts.

   They said I may be polar thing too, I'm not.Just aware.

   

    Can someone post how we can properly sheild ourselves from negative energies, maybe start a discussion.This would be a weakness of mine and would like to rectify,Thank you and peace to everyone.

  I just have some "feelings' about this empathic stuff.  It drives me batty sometimes when someone walks by who is very upset or just plain angry, and the energy rubs off.  I know I need to put up pa shield, but sometimes, I'm so busy that I forget to do such a thing.  Anyone have any suggestions?

  if you get to feel your heart chhakra open it means you are in a state of unconditional love and that is your shield against negative energy forms effecting you :)

  i use to think i was bi-polar an saw a psychologist, it was a discussion with my brother that i discovered it might just be everyone in my house's emotions.i had no reason to feel all these emotions at once for no reason..i feel when something is wrong,when someone else is off,or mad or sad.thts the part thts hard someone hurt an ur body tingles an u feel there pain an even may cry because its so strong..i need to do more protected of my field and cut the cords.so they dont stick with me,when there not of my own emotion

  I've always had issues with taking in energies and emotions from other people, but I haven't learned how to process it so all that stuff just sits there inside me. It's something I need to work on and learn how to process this stuff out of my system. I have trouble going into crowds, public place, where I just feel overwhelmed with outside emotions and feelings. I feel irritable, exhausted, my energy just completely deflates....One thing I remind myself is to put myself in the white light first, for protection. lol, I call it a "spiritual condom" haha, but seriously, it helps me. and saging too, smudging is a big help and clears out all the negative energies within. so glad I came across this group, on my way looking for another category!
