you can do these techniques without having to set a time. thenik of it as sending an email. the recipient may not get it for days or even weeks. think less in terms of instant telepathic gratification and more like inserting (slowly) threads of intention in the Akashic Field.

yes it will seem like it's just imagination sometimes. we ave unfortunately become so "rational" that the "dreaming mind" becomes too doubtful to accept as a truth. Keep practicing, plant a seed of communication with a close friend who doesn't know you are doing these exercises, then wait for the seed to grow in a 3D conversation. Think of the dialogue as similar to what you would normally do in silent prayer communing with dieties, angels, etc. the differance being you do the same thing with someone who you know in the 3D. BE patient and full of joy and you will suceed. :)

Hi Bobby,
I'm finally practicing but sometime ....often ....I don't know if it's my mind, my imagination or if it is real. Who can I understand? And in the 5D comunication is it more feeling sensation of the other or is it possible to talk like in 3D?

Ok, Before next time I need to pratcise. i mind be strong in meditation,,, but i defently don`t have this skill.

I am like drunk guy in the pub at 5pm... I have no idea what i am doing, I don`t interact with others, ond others can`t interact with me. :):)

Oh!!! MY FRIEND JOHN QUILLAN WAS MEDITEING WITH US, He is very strong, and happy. Did anybody felt him:) He was in Cork.
