  Personally and for genetic reasons I do not suffer problems absorbing vitamin D, as some do. Also I'm light skinned, so can absorb viamin D from the sun easily..as most nordic types can....Moreover I'm not obese, so again that helps the absorbtion of vitmin D...
  
  In the winter Months, with less sun to glean this hormone/vitamin, it is necessaryto obtain it from food.....Fish and cod liver oil is absolutely essential, from which to obtain enough vitamin D......
  
  Any policy by the EU that bans vitamin D, is absolute proof that they seek to destroy the population...They want to cause illness and death in Europeans, while replacing them with foreigners from the rest of the world...Albeit, in turn such imported populations will also suffer a lack of ability to absorb vitamin D in northern climates...So essentially, the EU seeks to reduce all populations of the human race...

  Many of the commercials I see on YouTube are about the vegan diet, extra vitamin D and how to combat diabetes symptoms with BIG pharma.
  
  And when I’m lucky they tell me to buy Nutella cookies.
  
  There’s an agenda, folks 😇
  
  But of course, commercials are to be skipped.

  The COVID scam is the first scam going mainstream. I expect that Fauci is the first one getting arrested and evil doctors from other countries will follow.
  
  What is next? Election fraud in the USA or Ukraine? I think Ukraine, because the US, EU and NATO can’t keep up.

  As I stated on the 22nd, here on this thread, time to nullify Trudeau's Premiership.....Like Ardern, there are some very angry people out there, who resent Trudeau.....Especially over covid lockdowns, green policies, inflation, vaxx and mask mandates and similar areas of villainy, that only dictators normally navigate through....

  The debate about vegan vs meat is often obscured by fake news....One example from the artificial meat food producers, being that "cricket flour has 3X protein of steak," WHICH IS A TOTAL LIE......
  
  You really have to learn to avoid propaganda from corporates, governments and international bodies such as WHO....They are lying to you about so much....And you need knowledge to challenge them....
  
  THINK......If cricket flour was more nutritious than steak, it would not have to be pushed on us....Ancient people would be using it here in the occident.....It would be well-known, yet is not......They have to propagandise the benefits.....Of course, they lie and fool many.....
  
  Of course, true vegans would and should, avoid cricket flour, as insects are still animals.....I wonder if they even realise that cricket flour has such a minimal protein, with allergic effects, that it can never be healthy...So many of these people are simply following a trend, engineered by the WEF......They follow fashions.......Very unwise, if you want to survive...
  
  Taste should not be the only factor in food choices....Nutrition and health should be paramount...So when junk food producers crow about the flavour of their products, they are appealing to weak minded people, who view food as a tasty comfort, rather than as a necessary nutrient for bodily health...These grazing, snack eating people, are particularly vulnerable to propaganda and their health is under threat, accordingly....
