The same same bogus reasoning is used to blame Russia for food shortages in other countries that are not involved in sanctioning Russia. In a dollar dominated world, it make little sence for Russia to sell its food etc in exchange of dollars! But these other countries donnot have plenty of rubles and Russia's only major need for dollars is to help it import things from U.S. In effect these people simply want Russia to either DONATE things freely or SURRENDER the war!
