  If the shots had been taken in lunar orbit, they would have been on a par with some of the earth orbit satellite shots you describe, josephandchristine, in which they actually can read a newspaper from space...But only from orbit....not from another planet....as with the shots posted here by me...

  Yet even so, it is proof that such earth missions as Apollo really did go to the moon....Though, much was kept from the public, about the reasons.....

  ...they used to brag how their satelites/telescopes/etc. could zoom in and read the print on a newspaper from space,  yet looking back we get nothing but these distant surface shots, often just out of focus and from quite a distance from the surface, seems to be a common theme, no matter the telescopic range of the device, we get only these low quality shots, look at that blow-up of that inset, horrible, it's easy to see why people are demanding more proof from known liars...

  The moon landings were a political stunt, yet they did actually happen and one only has to observe the evidence left behind, which is STILL STANDING THERE, on the lunar surface of various sites.....A powerful telescope can reveal many traces, such as lunar module legs, rovers, tracks in the moon dust, etc...Actually the footprints and tracts are still there, even those made in 1969.....

  Simple really....No need for heated debates, when the proof is so available...It happened...Yup...!!
