“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We can understand why many of you would be giving in to fear and doubt at this time.

We know that it hasn’t been easy for you in this lifetime, and we know that part of the reason why it has not been easy is because you are awake.

It is because you are doing the work bit-by-bit that it seems like such an arduous journey for all of you. But believe us when we say that the way you are going about your ascension is the easier way.

It is also the more satisfying way.

If you did not know what was going on at this time, then what would you do when your ascension symptoms flared up?

And if you did not understand the power and the value of feeling your emotions, perhaps you would be getting a prescription from a well-meaning psychiatrist.

And you certainly wouldn’t understand your dreams and bleedthroughs that are telling you about past lives you are here to integrate at this time.

You have gone beyond where most of the human population is right now, and you have done so in large part because you want to be of service to them.

But there is always a benefit to the individual who is being of service as well, and in this case, the benefit is that you can enjoy this journey.

You can enjoy it more because you know what is going on behind the scenes, and you know what is going on underneath the surface of your own bodies.

Ignorance is not bliss, but you do have the option of being impatient and calling the unawakened by various derogatory terms.

You can blame others for the fact that you are not ascending yet, but keep in mind that this is how you created it.

This is the path and the journey that you decided upon.

So even though it looks like the rest of humanity is slowing down the process, it was all your idea.

And from our perspective it was and still is a very good idea, because how else are you going to know yourselves as Source Energy in physical bodies?

If you jump right to the fifth dimension, you miss out on all of the movement and the feeling of growth and expansion.

You will do this again and again.

You will continue to descend and ascend because there is nothing else to do.

So at times you need to let go of your attachment to the big picture here and look for something that’s right in front of you that you can enjoy, that can give you a feeling of satisfaction, and that can keep you on the straight and narrow path that you are most certainly on if you are receiving this transmission.
