The Mother Guide

“If you go back to the Source, it is there you will discover the “living water” that moves, enlivens, and regenerates the soul, and this life is also who you are – you give life and you receive it. The natural flow, of which you are a part, does that all by itself, untroubled and free. Think of nature on Earth, how life flows continuously. Even when there is death and destruction, either from the forces of nature itself or by the actions of humans, life always begins again and finds a way to flourish.”

THE MOTHER GUIDE

Pamela Kribbe channels Mary

Dear friends, I am Mary. I bring to you an energy of lightness and trust, a luminous energy of playfulness and liveliness. Allow it to be present and drink of it as coming from the Source, because this is the energy that brings you back to your origin, to who you are.

If you go back to the Source, it is there you will discover the “living water” that moves, enlivens, and regenerates the soul, and this life is also who you are – you give life and you receive it. The natural flow, of which you are a part, does that all by itself, untroubled and free. Think of nature on Earth, how life flows continuously. Even when there is death and destruction, either from the forces of nature itself or by the actions of humans, life always begins again and finds a way to flourish.

The urge for life is unstoppable. Do you feel how deep the life force is? It ignores life threatening elements and always finds a way to flower again, to start over. It seems as if the past does not adhere to it. Think of Spring, how the new blossoms appear, the young animals are born; it is as if there was never a history or past that taints or restricts. And now recognize the part in you that is like that — unaffected by doubt; not crippled by pain from the past, but always new and fresh. It throws itself into the unknown and has no concerns.

This is your primal consciousness that is always with you. No matter what you are going through, it remains fresh and new. It observes, it takes in things, it learns through experiences, and it eventually understands the dynamics of life. But whatever it goes through – peaks or valleys – it remains one and the same consciousness.

Recognize that consciousness within you. Take a moment of rest as you let go of all daily business that causes you to think or to worry, and do not let that get in the way. Thinking and emotion keep happening, but you do not need to completely go along with them. There can be a space inside you from which you stay curious and in wonder at what flows through you in the way of thoughts, emotions, and feelings. Sense in your body where you feel the most connected with that quiet, open space: the luminous, primal consciousness within you. In it, all things comes to rest, it is good as it is. Everything else is impermanent and transient, because thoughts, emotions, and feelings pass away. Descend even deeper into that core of yourself that always remains the same, and yet is dynamic and filled with movement and life. Just as does a stream of water, it remains one and the same, and yet it moves – it is on an adventure!

Allow your body to also take pleasure in this Source. Let the energy flow through your body so that all cells are renewed, receiving healing and vitality from the Source. From your head, shoulders, and chest, allow that energy to move down to your belly, hips, thighs, and on to your knees, lower legs, and feet. Imagine that you float effortlessly on this stream. You are propelled, and you allow it to happen; you relax and let the flow lead you. Feel how, when you surrender to this current, it brings healing and confidence to your heart. Let the water carry and comfort you, and take you to a shore where you wash up on a beach where the sand is soft and warmed by the sun.

On this shore, someone is waiting for you. You feel yourself touch land and you step onto the shore, and there is a loving, smiling figure coming toward you – it is a female guide. As she sits down, she seems to be one with nature. She sits there completely at ease while she is waiting for you, and in her presence you feel yourself again becoming a child. You want to run toward her and feel her hand on your shoulder, and so that is what you do.

You both are sitting on the beach near the water and, as you look into her eyes, this female guide says to you: “I am your mother. I am not your earthly mother, but I bring the mother energy that wants to now come to you from the universe so as to encourage you, to bring you healing, and to enfold you with comfort.” And she continues: “I represent that energy for you, so receive it.” See how her eyes are full of compassion and understanding for what you are going through in your life. She deeply understands your emotions, your fears, your resistance. She has no judgment of them, she simply observes and sees inside you. Feel how her eyes roam over your inner life that unfolds for her like a landscape. In the way she looks at you, you feel deeply understood and accepted. It is as if her glance caresses this landscape and sets everything in a gentle light through which it all becomes okay. Everything is good just as it is.

You receive her mother energy and feel how it heals and nurtures you: you are allowed to be a child. This mother sees you as her child; she understands you and accepts you unconditionally. At the same time, this mother also sees something else in you. She sees in you a flower in the bud that will eventually come to full bloom. She sees in you your potential, the acorn, but also the fully grown oak tree. Feel how she sees you and how she invites you through her gaze to become greater, to awaken, to use all your potential.

You then see a bridge appear over the ocean inlet near where you are sitting, and the mother guide invites you to go with her over the bridge. She tells you that there is a new country for you to explore with all kinds of possibilities, and situations that might often challenge you, but which also hold promise within them. You look at her and you feel a desire to go with her, yet there are still things in you that make you hesitant and make you waver. You feel unsure of yourself because it is good here with her; you feel safe and can finally relax.

Somewhat determined she says, “Come, we are going!” And you feel that this is what needs to happen, there is nothing else you can do and her hand on her shoulder feels warm and safe. You now decide to simply trust her, because this is a power from the universe that will help you, so you take her hand and together you go on to the bridge. As you ascend the bridge, you feel resistance grow in you, a fear of what is new, but you also feel her hand and her emanation, and so you go on.

When you descend from the bridge, and you are at the threshold of the new country, you realize why you have felt fear and resistance. You feel that now is the time for you to go forward alone. She looks very deeply into your eyes and tells you: “I will remain with you; my energy is a part of you.” And she says: “I am not your mother, you are your own mother. I am a representative of your own mother energy.”

See if you can receive this message – and take the time to fully take it in. At first, you may feel let down, maybe somewhat cheated. But also feel the force that is in you and her confidence that you have the strength to do it yourself. Know that her love for you remains within you – always. Then embrace her very warmly, and feel how she is not someone outside you, but that you merge in the embrace so that she comes to live within you, in your heart and your belly. Take on this loving mother energy.

With this story, I want you to understand something. One of the hallmarks of a divine being is that it is its own source of creation. To live from your own deepest core is your mission, your destiny; to truly believe in yourself and to know that you are supported in that by positive forces in the universe. You are never alone, you are always surrounded by powers, guides, loving energies, but you are still doing it yourself. It is your mission to be yourself, to be your own gauge or standard, and to not measure yourself by another, or by the outside world, but to walk your own path.

A mother, in the true sense of the word, is someone who loves you for who you are, but who, at the same time, also takes you to a “new country” so you can reveal even more of yourself by further developing into who you truly are. Be such a mother for yourself, be attentive and still, and look at what is going on in your life with the eye of a mother

Fathom the depth of the emotions you experience, but do not judge them. Understand your emotions from within yourself and allow a gentle light to shine upon them, which makes them much less chaotic and turbulent. Through the encouragement and the solace that comes from doing that, you come into harmony with yourself. There is then a peace and harmony in your heart that makes it possible to see your next step, to see where the road leads.

A mother accepts you and sometimes gives you a helping hand. Call on her when you need that help. You can see her as a figure outside yourself, but also realize that she lives within you, that this strength is your own strength, and that you are, and will become, a healing mother, not only for yourself, but also for the life around you. I said, you are a giver of life and a recipient of life, so own that knowledge. Know who you are: a god in the making.

Thank you for your attention.

Your Animal Nature

Pamela Kribbe channels Earth

“Feel how I, Mother Earth, welcome you. You are my child. I live inside you and you are borne by me. Your body is made of earthly elements and energies. You are not just a child of your parents and of society, you are also a child of me. And in so far as you are a child of me, you are similar to all the natural creatures on Earth. You are like the animals, the plants, the mountains. A part of you is one with nature, and this part is very pure and very natural. “

YOUR ANIMAL NATURE

Pamela Kribbe channels Earth

Dear friends,

English with Chinese translation

I am the voice of Mother Earth. I am present here, both outside and inside you. Take a moment to become aware of where you are. Feel the energy in this room and then allow your awareness to travel outdoors to where the mountains are, and the sky and the lake. Feel the energy of this place on Earth. Nature is strongly present here, and it wants to welcome you. It sees you and feels you, so now imagine that your feet are connected to the Earth. Allow the energy of this place, this piece of Mother Nature, to enter into your feet.

You are here to relax and to open up to yourself. You all are searching for ways to ease your pain, to become whole again, and you cannot achieve that aim with your mind. You can think a lot about the questions of life, and about the questions of your life, but thinking and analyzing will not give you any lasting solutions. And this is because your essence, your soul, does not communicate with you through the mind. Your soul, your essence, speaks to you through your feelings, and unfortunately, most people in today’s world no longer know how to feel. Since so much of your education is aimed at training your mind, you start to identify with your mind. And then you start to feel lost and confused, because your mind cannot give you true guidance about your life’s path.

We are now here together in order to heal ourselves, so the first step toward doing that is to completely relax and to connect with your body; to release the energy that is too much in your head and to let it flow downward to your feet – and please do this with me. Imagine that your attention is like a delicate feather as you gently travel down through your body. Start with your throat and touch your throat with this feather – become aware of your throat. Then travel farther down into the area of your chest, your heart. Just be there and feel how you need to relax and let go of thinking; to let the wisdom of your body direct you. Feel its direction and trust in that wisdom, the wisdom of the Earth. Then travel farther down into your abdomen and become aware of your breath. And every time you breathe out, release some tension. Then, with the feather of your attention, travel down into your hips and legs, and down into your feet.

Feel how I, Mother Earth, welcome you.

I want you to now connect to this part of yourself. And I am going to ask you to picture an animal which is with you and which wants to help you connect with your natural part. Animals are by nature innocent and spontaneous creatures. Of course, they can be aggresive and they can kill to survive, but still they are innocent – animals do not have a social mask. So I am now asking you to invite an animal into your energy field, and you can see what animal spontaneously comes to you. Allow it to come closer to you; feel its energy. It wants to show you something, to tell you something important.

Imagine, now, that you let the energy of this animal merge with you, and see how that affects you. In society, you are taught to behave in certain ways. There are all kinds of rules that you learn as a young child, and often the most spontaneous part of you, which has very strong emotions and desires, becomes repressed. You start to feel that this is a bad part of you. And often, when a part of yourself becomes repressed, it indeed becomes darker, because there is frustration added to it.

You all are people who are drawn to spirituality, but there are old traditional notions of spirituality that tell you to suppress your emotions or to go beyond them. Well, I am telling you that true spirituality, the spirituality of the new era, is about embracing your natural emotional self. That is why I ask you to invite in an animal as your guide. And now ask this animal: “What emotion inside me needs to have more expression, more attention? Which emotion am I suppressing the most in myself?” Maybe it is anger, or maybe it is your sensitivity that you are not allowed to show. Maybe you are by nature very joyful, but you think you have to restrict yourself. The animal which is now with you has no judgement about this particular emotion and it helps you to express it.

Finally, imagine a situation in your everyday life that you find very difficult. Imagine that you now face that situation with the animal close beside you. What would happen? You can use this animal, the energy of this animal, in your everyday life to make changes.

My message today is that your natural part, your “unacceptable” part, may be your most original and youthful part. You may think that anger or sadness are not beautiful emotions, but they store a lot of your original nature which has become repressed. So even if you do not like your emotions, even if you detest them, please know that they are your most valuable guides. You need to listen to them, just as you do when listen to this message.

You need to give yourself space, to let these emotions be and to express them. And if you doubt yourself, look at the face of the animal with you. It is innocent, a part of nature, just as are you. Please now feel the embrace of nature. And when you walk around this area in the next couple of days, sense how nature accepts you without judgement. And then accept yourself without judgement.

Thank you for being here and sharing your energy with me.

Being Grounded

Article by Gerrit Gielen

Many people who live in this day and age are what is being called “badly grounded.” That means we are not fully present in our bodies: we are somewhere else with part of our minds, with our thoughts. Sometimes this happens consciously and we then realize that part of our mind is always elsewhere. Sometimes, however, it is unconscious: we do not realize that we are much more than the earthly personality with which we identify. We are part of “society”, but have lost contact with our soul, our core.

In this article I describe how you can ground yourself by connecting your soul with this world.

Warm regards,

Pamela & Gerrit

BEING GROUNDED

Many people who live in this day and age are what is being called “badly grounded.” That means we are not fully present in our bodies: we are somewhere else with part of our minds, with our thoughts. Sometimes this happens consciously and we then realize that part of our mind is always elsewhere. Sometimes, however, it is unconscious: we do not realize that we are much more than the earthly personality with which we identify. We are part of “society”, but have lost contact with our soul, our core.

When I look at myself, I see this separation started early: part of my mind was absent. When I was in school, I did not hate it exactly, but I did not really feel at home there either. I did take the lessons, got satisfactory grades, even though the subject matter did not really have my attention. My inner world was far from Earth. I read a lot. I was also interested in painting, and when I looked at beautiful landscapes, such as van Ruisdael’s, I was caught up in a world of dreams.

Because my father had mental health problems, we almost never went away. Beautiful nature, inspiring landscapes, the sea – none of that was there in my youth. Although the Netherlands has a lot of coastline, I only saw the sea for the first time when I was 18. I preferred to dwell in my inner world rather than in the grey streets of Tilburg. The result was poor grounding as an adult: not being present with heart and soul in my body. To others, I often came across as closed off and absent. The fault did not lie entirely with me, because I often also felt that I could not be myself with other people. When you can not be yourself, you hide.

I also felt it was not possible to be present on Earth with my mind. I thought that you had to adapt and that doing that was my only option. This is my story; and many people have similar stories.

The cause of poor grounding is always that you, as a child, somehow feel as if you can not be yourself, that you are not welcome as you are. Children always have an unconscious memory of the beauty, playfulness, creativity, and cheerfulness of the spiritual world, a place where there is no pressure, no coercion.

The moment a growing child discovers that it is different from others, part of its consciousness retreats – humans lose themselves. He or she will then participate in the machine called modern society and become part of it: we call that growing up. Or he remains aware of his dream world, retreats into himself because he feels as if there is no place in this world for him.

In the first instance, he sees himself as grounded, but he is not. He thinks he is because he is part of a system. However, the system as a whole is not at all grounded. He is simply no longer aware of the part in himself that does not fit in.

Many modern office buildings and factories, even entire cities, are not grounded as entities. However, its residents do not realize that; they have begun to find this to be normal and do not feel that there is something wrong. They have lost contact with their spiritual self and with the inner child, who is the primary expression of this part of the self.

A few years ago, I walked the streets of an asian mega city. There was hardly any greenery, only immense crowds, raging traffic, one towering apartment building after another. I noticed that the energy of the city stood entirely on its own. There, the natural peace and harmony that give a healthy connection to the Earth was completely lacking. People who function within such a city become part of the city’s energy and find the lack of grounding normal; they see it as the makings of a modern society.

With regard to grounding, you can therefore classify people into three groups:

1. People who are badly grounded, but do not know it; they accept their limitations as a given and are totally unaware of their inner greatness. They have completely identified themselves with the label that society has put upon them: adult, hardworking man or housewife, for example.

2. People who are badly grounded and know it. These are often people who do not feel at home here, who think they are not really welcome in this world. They see the social reality around them and feel there is no place for them here. They are aware of the part of themselves that is not present on Earth and think, “This world does not fit with who I am.”

3. People who are (more or less) well grounded. Despite all the problems and opposition, they still know how to find a way to express their inner world. They show the world something of their true self.

This article is intended to help people transition from group two to group three. I want to do that based somewhat on my own experience. Personally, I have always been very aware of my inner world, but simply believed that there was no place for my actual self on Earth. So, in a way, I lived a double life. Nevertheless, I began to take important steps toward the Earth.

Step 1 – Create time for yourself to find out who you are

Seen from outside, the first step for me was a paradoxical one. I decided not to build a career and to work as little as possible. In the early 1980s, I worked only part-time for three days a week, a time when it was still very unusual for a man to do so. I had four whole days a week to myself. I said goodbye to a possible social career.

I remember walking to the library for the first time during a weekday and simply sitting down to read. I loved that. Time for myself to be busy with things I found really interesting. Time to just walk a little during the week whenever I felt like it.

If you want to become better grounded, this is the first step you need to take. Give yourself time. It does not matter what you do with that time, as long as you feel as if that time is all yours. Every moment that is not our own, we are not really on Earth. In order to be able to say “yes” to life on Earth, and to be able to be fully present here, we must feel that there is time for us.

This is a huge step. There is a enormous pressure on us from society to keep busy, to do something. We are expected to build a career, make money, be a useful member of society, take care of others, etc. All those things make demands on us. If we are not doing something, if we take time for ourselves, we feel guilty. When we are just sitting there doing nothing, that is considered bad.

There is another reason why time for ourselves is so important: we can’t be grounded until we know who we are. During the time of growing up, you will be told by the outside world who you are. You get a name from your parents; you are a boy or a girl. A particular behavior is expected of you in accordance with your gender. You internalize those ideas about yourself. Only if you create time and space for yourself can you let go of those inner messages. As a man, it was important to me to let go of all kinds of ideas about being a man. Creating space for the female in me, space for the child in me – space for the angel in me.

Time for yourself always means that, sooner or later, you become aware of what is going on inside yourself, who you really are in your core – your unique you. This will make you feel different, make you feel who you really are.

Real grounding begins by creating time for discovering the part within yourself that is not grounded. If you do not, and you go along completely with the energy of society, then you reject that part and you are forced into group I.

Step 2 –Express yourself

Another important step was that I made the decision to make my inner life visible to others. I decided to show my “differentness”, my true colors, to the world. In my case, I did this by creating a website and posting all kinds of texts: “Life and Consciousness“. Over the years, I had developed many ideas about what life was like. By creating a website, I showed something in me that I had always held back from the world – I touched the world.

What happens if you do this?

The old society is not grounded and not balanced. We do not live in symbiosis with the Earth; there is no harmony. Our economy is based upon plundering the Earth. We are rapidly extracting enormous resources from the Earth which are needed to keep a questionable mass production running, and by doing that we are destroying the environment. It is clear that we cannot keep going forever in this unbalanced way of life. It is a way of life that is the result of not being grounded as a human society as a whole. Many people who live now think they are well grounded, but they are not. People get that false sense of grounding because they connect strongly with a large energetic system that is in itself not grounded. This causes them not to take the Earth into account. Exploitation and destruction of the Earth are the result.

The moment you let something flow from the depths of yourself to the Earth, you create an energetic cycle. You give something to the Earth and then there is a stream coming back. This is a natural cycle that is very different from the predatory mechanism of modern, post-industrial society. By creating such a cycle with the Earth, you will automatically begin to feel part of the Earth and take responsibility for the Earth.

As more people create such a cycle, it generates a greater and better balance between giving and receiving, between the Earth and humanity.

In the new era, there will be an earthed humanity. But that can only be achieved if individuals make the decision to manifest, on Earth, their most beautiful and deepest parts.

Step 3 – Say “yes” to the incoming flow

For this cycle to come into being completely, and to be activated fully, it is important to say “yes” to the incoming current. This may seem simple, but it is not. In our lives, there are all kinds of old fears and beliefs that block this from happening. We have also often created a reality that complicates this on the basis of these old fears and beliefs which surround us.

Fear makes us stick to that which feels safe, the familiar – the old. The job, the relationship, the circle of friends, the family, the life environment – it can be all things that we are not really happy with, but they do give us a sense of security. This prevents the new, which the Earth wants to give us, to really come our way. Fear causes us to remain connected to old energetic systems that are not grounded and fear make us cling to a false sense of grounding and security.

Saying “yes” to the new means we have to let go of the old. This is a step of trust, and because our human world is fear-based, this is not an easy step to take.

Imagine the following. You have a child of adolescent age. One day, he or she comes to you and says,” I don’t want to go to school any more, I feel unhappy there and I don’t learn anything.”

Imagine how you would feel about that. Panic, perhaps: the idea that everything will now go all wrong for that child. A life of doing nothing, staying home, such a child goes completely amiss – nothing good can come from that. We all want the child to get his diplomas and get a well-paid job. We can not really believe that the road to a life of happiness for that child lies in something completely different.

In such a situation, feel the pressure you put on the child, the message you give the child: “If you don’t go along with the system, everything will go wrong.” And so the child deeply questions what might be his or her way to fulfillment and happiness.

This stance, this belief in the system, is actually our own “sacred” faith that as soon as you step out of the system, ignore its demands, things will go badly.

We are that child; we feel our inner purpose: a path to happiness. However, there is also a very powerful authoritarian voice in us that says that this cannot be done; that it is naïve and immature to believe in that. That engaging with our inner voice, with our deepest desires, is actually escapism.

We grew up with the idea that our society’s energetic system provides certainty: banks are reliable, our pensions are certain, a permanent job offers security. When we are sick, the doctor makes us better, our education offers the guarantee for a good job, etc. etc. In this day and age, however, we are discovering that these things are not so certain after all. The reason is that our society as a whole lacks a good grounding.

The good news is that we can change this, and that a lot of people are doing it already. More than ever, today’s motto is: “improve the world, start with yourself.”

First create a good grounding for yourself and a healthy energetic cycle in which you express yourself in the world, and open up to what the world wants to give you.

Open up – how do we do that? As soon as we start to give voice to what is within us to the world, new things begin to come our way. It is very important to trust that, to have faith in that, and say “yes” to it deeply from our heart.

Finally: Accept unconditional love

In the end, grounding is a very simple thing: accept mother Earth’s love for you personally.  Renounce the idea that Earth is a dead, lifeless thing, and inwardly tune in to its consciousness – and then feel the love for you personally. Feel that the Earth wants to help you, always supports you on your path.

The miracle of life on Earth is that the more you show up and are yourself, the more you will feel loved by the Earth. Hear the call of the Earth. Hear how she calls your soul, your true self.  Say “yes” to yourself, and say “yes” to the love of the Earth that is there for you. That is grounding.
