hey look i'm an un-kown poet, allot of people say they love my poetry but not many really take the time to appreciate it all in full!
i know this isn't really spiritual but i have seemed to be able to reach out to quiet a few people here and find some
Something is always trying
to crush the spark in my eyes,
trying to wear me down slowly
until it disappears forever.
Trying to wear me down
with routines,
with values,
worries,
traditions,
with cold expectations
that pretend they are loving,
until there's nothi
This will be my last poetry post for some time. The main reason for this is that one of my original intents by posting was to promote my books, and that has been spectacularly unsuccessful. In addition, when we post to many sites, we are potentially
It seems foolish,
but it also seems true:
How can I ask
my sisters
and my brothers
to grow
if I am stagnant?
How can I expect
respect and love
from any part of the universe
if I do not show that
to my own self?
How can I expect clean air
and clean water
if I soil
God bless you
because you're for real.
God bless you
because you shine your light
even when it's dim,
because you can laugh
even when you don't feel
much like laughing.
God bless you
because you have suffered,
because you have strayed,
because you persevered
and
Feeling you is like coming home,
such a familiar touch.
The smell of your hair
and your breath on my cheek,
the sound of your whispers
in my once shattered ears.
The warmth of your heart
as it beats next to mine,
green glowing and growing,
creating a temporar
When it's dark
and I have no eyes
I can see you dancing.
When ears can no longer encompass
the spectrum in which you speak
then I can hear you singing.
When I touch you
in the darkest night
and my body turns into nothing
then I feel you truly.

You killed me,
I just layed there
and let you do it.
You killed me,
I invited it
even though I was well warned.
You killed me,
you took my life away,
you ate my essence
and all I could do
was cry quietly.
You killed me
because I allowed it,
but I never will again
Wherever it wanted our love to die
let it stop in its tracks,
like it did.
Wherever we allowed our love
to wither,
let it bloom forever.
Wherever there was ever
any place of love or bliss,
let that place expand
to become all
of every kiss.
If you blame me
for feeling pain
I won't be there to hold you
when you cry in darkness.
If you blame me
for feeling angry
I won't stand with you
when you rage alone.
If you call me a rebel
for feeling resistance
I won't rescue you
when they come to take you aw
Unbearable divine,
the shine of your eyes,
so gorgeously other,
glimmering starlight
from forevers ago.
I always loved
what you always were,
what you will become,
the glory you reflect
right now and here.
I always wanted
to touch what you are,
to feel your embra
I always thought that I had lost you
but I can feel you holding me,
now,
always,
forever.
If I had only looked
just slightly around the edges,
maybe then I would have seen
your perfect eyes adoring me.
Maybe I would finally have felt
your perfect lips brush ov
The Dream
is dreaming
that it is you,
that it is the dreamer.
There is nothing
else
to say.
That is reality
in its simplest form.
