Greetings Beloved Ones,
I Am Kai of the Pyramid Beings speaking to you today through our Emissary of Light, Letitia of Lemuria. These are challenging and very enduring times for you all to be walking in and you are not alone. We Do See You. None of us in the theater around your Sacred Mother Earth, at this time, want any of you to believe you are still walking this path alone. We walk amongst you, we are above and below you.

It is very clear to us how hard it has been to move through all the variations of challenges on the planet and most especially right now. It is understood that many of you are trying so deeply from within to discern the truth of all the negativity that seems so prevalent in your media and other channels these days.

The mainstream media is full of lies, fear and misleading information about the world around you and those that read our messages have learned alternative routes to receive the news, or simply seek to add the light into the world in your own ways and ignore the media altogether.

There truly is no right or wrong to how you seek and process the information you hear and read beloved ones. Those of us in the higher dimensions may give advice, but you must truly align yourself with the parts of the advice that truly sing to your own Sacred Hearts and then simply let the rest of the advice go.

For even in the higher realms, no being always agrees on everything, but to move into the higher realms of light, as you are seeking, one must simply honor others, as well as honoring self. Listen, process and allow your inner self to divine your truth, but do not ever seek to correct another for their own beliefs. Beliefs are formed from experience, past lives, environment, society, family and all the situations that your soul has gone through.

Many are learning that to reach for your higher goals and intentions, you must begin to seek balance and then stand back and ask yourselves why you have a belief. When one feels resistance to a dream, there is always an underlying issue that needs healing. For it is the Belief's that form your feelings and emotions will then empower the outcome of where your energy has its concentration focused upon. But there truly is no wrong in the eyes of spirit, there is only experience to teach one to grow through the dark circumstances, as well as the light.

This is the whole point that I, Kai of the Pyramid Beings, with to give you in my message for all of you today. It is going to be a brief message and I know that many of you find me quite long-winded, at times. But this is a Vital message to your growth in a small package.

Stop looking to others in life for your representation of your value. Stop needing to buy the highest brand name or look to wear, unless it is simply to feel good because it resonates with your mind, body spirit to dress so. There is no wrong in trying to look nice, but the fad thing that prevails in your societies is not the reflection of the Divine Being that is wearing the clothes.

All of you that are reading these words know it isn't the people that you wish to be like, or the clothes or car, but the depth of soul that is going to help you to move through these challenging times. Think of the challenging times not with that vibration though. Think of them as a great test to show yourself that you have chosen to stay true to your own course and be whole. For the wealth of your outside world truly does reflect from within, and this is your Belief.

Many believe that they live in a hard world and that nothing goes right for them. Hence the continued hard circumstances. But what they don't stand back to take in for themselves is that if they became more mindful of their thoughts, words, and actions, such as what food they eat and whom they chose to be with daily, they could begin to see the sabotage of their own limited beliefs.

This is often where I speak of Play being so important in your lives. You have been taught to work, work and be responsible, but in truth, one must play and learn to allow the creative juices to flow naturally again and this allows the vibration of the body to begin to lift and gain control over the thoughts and become mindful again. This is one of the key values to creating, drawing, playing, watching the clouds go by and seeing them as certain shapes and it goes on and on when you allow creation to be let free.

What are your beliefs about your life and circumstances in your here and now? Where are you at financially that you wish to change, not only for yourself but your family and on with that ripple effect around you? Do you nurture your physical body with healthy food, exercise, and spiritual practice but still feel lost at times? You must first validate the Feelings in this life that you have now and the ones you've pushed down and ran from in the past.

The detriment in your societies on your planet is that you have been taught that it is bad to be emotional and that you need to shove aside what Feelings you have. That you need to put on a good front and be tough to be respected. This is not so and you Must Feel to Heal, Beloved Ones! Feelings are an intricate and divine aspect of the perfect beings that you are.

You must process feelings to let go, to forgive, to be filled with the light of love that is the tool to ignite your other great gifts. You must process the Feelings that you have from the cells of your being that may not make sense as they arise in your senses, in this lifetime to you. At times like these, do not discredit or question the visions, emotions, and feelings that arise.

Many times these such feelings are from another life and again from feelings that you had to shove down and push aside to simply survive in that experience, as well. This is how important it is to Feel and process what you go through in this life, because you then can heal your soul's past issues, pain and hardships, as you are given the indications with what arises. You are an Undying, Unlimited Soul. There is no impossible. These feelings can come to you to be healed at any time. Maybe a smell, a parallel circumstance and maybe meeting up with someone you had interactions with before. You will know.

As you learn to validate and work with these things that need to be healed, you will also begin to connect the dots to other visions and delightful timelines you have been in, such as Letitia with Lemuria did and has shared with some of you before.

They are not always bad memories, beloved ones, but in this life, in this timeline and this reality that you chose to be in, now is the time to take care of it to walk into the higher vibrational realms that your hearts long for.

Listen to others tell you their stories, most of the time people simply need to be heard to process their thoughts, feelings, and emotions for this too will open a broader door for your own awakening. There is no separation and it is very important that you remember that One Are All and All Are One. You have all learned to fake it and move on, but this old behavior is much of the reason that you are all having to deal with so much in the here and now, you see.

These are how Beliefs are formed and these are how you go about working to change the beliefs that you need to overcome in order to meet the dreams, goals, and intentions that you desire for yourself and others. Beliefs can change with the focus on healing, validating and working with compassion in your lives. Be there for one another. You are not in this alone, beloved ones.
