Yes, it's deliberate of course, to increase the divide, which strengthens polarity rather than unity consciousness.
I note New Zealand has changed its laws recently to ensure multinationals pay taxes...actually, their current Prime Minister came in on that platform. Australia has yet to follow suit, the govt here is still allowing tax loopholes/the use of shell companies/tax havens etc, although this issue is much higher in public awareness than it used to be (when it was covert), which is the first step before positive change to bring 'unity consciousness' into corporate taxation.
