We are most joyous to connect with you here, today, and we send you our utmost Love from the heart of Telos.

As you are going through these momentous times, we want you to know that you are carried on the wings of Angels, by the Ascended Masters, your Telosian families and friends, as well as your Galactic families of Light.

These are exciting times to behold, Dear Ones. 

You are realizing more and more, just how much you are truly creating your own reality. 

At this time, you are fine tuning your emotional state and how you are responding to your experiences.

 You have powerfully stepped into this co-creative process and you are now more aware of your emotional state, as this is affecting everything. 

How is your emotional state on a moment to moment basis?

Are you establishing your emotional and vibrational setpoint every day?

Things are accelerating exponentially now, and the more things speed up, the more you'll need to refine your emotional state, which affects your vibrational frequencies and with that, your reality.

Most importantly, begin to seek joy and love in every moment.

As you are in this intent of looking for and finding joy, ease and love, you are maintaining your emotional state. 

When things come along that through you off balance: ask yourself  "What would the solution feel like?"

You see, humanity is graduating to the next level of Ascension Mastery and this is what an Ascended Master does:

Holding the vision of the wanted reality - no matter what happens around him/her.

When the continent of Lemuria sank and we found refuge beneath sacred Mt. Shasta, we held the vision of our Golden City of Light, called Telos.

We joined our hearts and we sang the sacred songs of Lemuria.

The sound frequencies of our voices reverberated within the crystal caverns of the mountain and thusly created the required critical mass in the creator forces for this process.

In a matter of moments, we had entered the higher dimensions, to experience our intended creation of our live in Telos.



So, how can you create critical mass for your intended creation?

1. Begin to feel, what it would be like to already experience your desired reality.

2. Do what feels joyful, loving and what feels like wellbeing.

3. Continue to hold the vision for your new life.
