  Thanks, that's great friend.....Also, it might be useful to sometimes purchase Dr Berg products, via eBay....If you have an account on eBay, you can search and discover that other (same country) members, who sell, often purchase Berg products, decide not to open/unseal and instead, are happy to sell to eBay buyers, a brand new electrolyte powder, sealed and in excellent condition...Some even send as postage paid....
  I've often purchased Dr Berg electrolyte powder on eBay...And you can select the best price, as well.....Maybe this helps you expedite, obtaining the product...??
  I always prefer the electrolyte with a raspberry & lemon flavour (335g)...;-) Some sell orange flavour, as well..

  This advice on intermittent fasting, applies mainly to those who are new to the process...Unlike Agarther and Justin...who have become pretty aware of the thing and it's purpose, plus benefits...
  
  For anyone who starts off, if you find yourself getting hungry, it's normally an indicator that you're not fully adapted to keto fat burning, but there are ways to ease you into fasting, comfortably and without spiking insulin (the goal,) by allowing fuller satiation, using fats......Remembering that fats are low on the glycemic index....So do not stop the fasting benefits....
  
  Bullet proof coffee is one way....MCT oil, or coconut oil, another....Butter and clotted cream, for example...

  Agarther Z.....Yes you are correct and that was a typo, because the 72 hours will be up at 09.00, tomorrow, which is Wednesday....And I'll start refeeding during that day, not Friday...I plan to eat small keto meals at 09.00, 11.00 and 13.00....In stages...And then resume my usual intermittent fasts and OMAD, at 12.00, on the Thursday...So by Friday, back on that One Meal A Day (OMAD) regime...
  
  Well done for being so observant...;-)
  
  But to recap, for your reference....The "official" 72-day fast commenced on Sunday, at 09.00 and will be concluded on Wednesday, at 09.00....
  
  I will also suggest that because my prolonged fast "officially" started at 09.00 on Sunday and "officially" ends at 09.00, on Wednesday, making 72-hours, prior to the commencement I was already fasting, since my eating window (12.00 till 14.00) closed, on the Saturday....So technically I could suggest that it's a genuine 72+.....;-)
  
  And BTW, currently feeling great, in spite of the official 50-hour marker, reached (at time of writing) ..no hunger pangs..This works well..
