AGAIN THOSE SAFFRON PARTICLES....

Again those SAFFRON PARTICLES
.....

We must get up from this slumber and engage in the right service, for thus we can properly utilize the facility of this human form of life. As expressed in a song by Ṭhākura Bhaktivinoda, Lord Caitanya says, jīva jāgo, jīva jāgo. The Lord asks every sleeping living entity to get up and engage in devotional service so that his mission in this human form of life may be fulfilled. This awakening voice comes through the mouth of a pure devotee.

A pure devotee always engages in the service of the Lord, taking shelter of His lotus feet, and therefore he has a direct connection with the saffron mercy-particles that are strewn over the lotus feet of the Lord. Although when a pure devotee speaks the articulation of his voice may resemble the sound of this material sky, the voice is spiritually very powerful because it touches the particles of saffron dust on the lotus feet of the Lord. As soon as a sleeping living entity hears the powerful voice emanating from the mouth of a pure devotee, he immediately remembers his eternal relationship with the Lord, although up until that moment he had forgotten everything.

For a conditioned soul, therefore, it is very important to hear from the mouth of a pure devotee, who is fully surrendered to the lotus feet of the Lord without any material desire, speculative knowledge or contamination of the modes of material nature. Every one of us is kuyogī because we have engaged in the service of this material world, forgetting our eternal relationship with the Lord as His eternal loving servants. It is our duty to rise from the kuyoga platform to become suyogīs, perfect mystics. The process of hearing from a pure devotee is recommended in all Vedic scriptures, especially by Lord Caitanya Mahāprabhu. One may stay in his position of life — it does not matter what it is — but if one hears from the mouth of a pure devotee, he gradually comes to the understanding of his relationship with the Lord and thus engages in His loving service, and his life becomes completely perfect. Therefore, this process of hearing from the mouth of a pure devotee is very important for making progress in the line of spiritual understanding....

Sayarsi dasa: One of my god-brothers named Maha-mantra, took sannyasa within Isckon society and is now living in New Vrindavan. He talks about and follows the path of sakhya rasa. He says that Srila Prabhupada is a priya-narma-sakha.
Is it possible for Srila Prabhupada to be a manjari and at the same time train his disciples who are in sakhya- rasa?

Srila Narayana Goswami Maharaja: All rasas- santa ,dasya, sakhya, vatsalya, and madhurya are present in the gopi"s madhurya mood. The gopis can manifest santa, dasya, sakhya, vatsalya and madhurya.

Sayarsi dasa: Is it okay for a particular disciple whose stayi-bhava maybe in sakhya-rasa to see Srila Prabhupada as a PRIYA NARMA COWHERD BOY?

Srila Narayan Goswami Maharaja: SOMEONE CAN THINK LIKE THAT, IF HE DESIRES BUT HE IS QUITE WRONG- WRONG, AND WRONG AND WRONG !!!!

Brajanath dasa : That sannyasi quotes from Jaiva Dharma, where Vijay Kumar and Vrajanath see their guru in two different ways. One sees him as a manifestation of Subal as Priya-narma -sakha, and the other sees him as an intimate sakhi of Srimati Radhika.

Srila Narayana Goswami Maharaja: Actually, pujyapada Srila Bhaktivedanta Swami Maharaja has come in line of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu and Srila Rupa Goswami, so HE MUST BE LIKE THEM. He has written this in his books"

Sripad Bhagavat Maharaja: He has written that " I am a servant of Srimati Radhika"

Srila Bhaktivedanta Narayana Goswami Maharaja in Auckland New Zealand 2008...word for word. ..
Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu gives to others not ragatmika but raganuga, what is raganuga-
following of or practicing to have that siddha bhava, raganuga is sadhan marg, in this world and when it will be matured( siddha)they will go there to Goloka Vrndavana and with rag they will serve there, so raganuga- and ragatmika there is so much difference, one is sadhan and other one is siddha, so also you should know, there is anuga mood, that is Rupa marga, all Rupa nuga are raga marga all top to bottom but all raganugas are not Rupa nugas , only those who will follow, Srila Rupa Goswami internal mood outwardly as Rupa Goswami and inwardly like Rupa Manjari, they are only Rupa nuga, without Rupa nuga, radha dasya can't be achieved so Chaitanya Mahaprabhu with this gave special mood to special jivas in this world, otherwise it was never heard and never seen in this world. ...gourpremanande haribol. .joy nitay kripa koro ke

Please make pilgrimage to dhama.

No one can attain any mercy of anyone without staying in the dham because all advanced sadhus stay in the dham. The real mission is to bring others to the dham because only there can one chant the nam with realization. I have seen those devotees who don't come to dham for years upon years don't advance so much. One is so away from our soul's home outside the dham that chanting the nam becomes so dry, hard and difficult for the conditioned souls. Only the siddhas can chant while being away from the dham with the same bhava manifesting in the dham.LikeCommentShare

Raganuga-bhakti made so easy. .....

I offer my prostrated obeisances to the lotus feet of Nitya-lila Pravistha Om Vishnupada Rupanuga-Acarya Srila Bhaktivedanta Narayana Goswami Maharaja who has so expertly carried on the mission of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu in the line of Srila Rupa Goswami in our modern age. He lived and preached the vani of Rupa and Ragunatha Goswamis in India exclusively for 50 years and in the last 15 years of his life, all over the world. May his glories forever be remembered.I also offer my heartfelt pushpanjali to the lotus feet of Nitya-lila Pravistha Om Vishnupada Sri Srimad Gour Govinda Swami, my siksa guru, who fulfilled the innermost desire of Srila AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada by propagating the path of raganuga-bhakti. Despite the ecclesiastic restrictions he had placed on him by some of his godbrothers and suffering the attacks of institutional misconceptions, he still managed to propound the highest teachings of our Gaudiya line up until his last breath in Sridhama Mayapura. May his glories be known for many generations to come. Both these great acaryas desired that the illuminating path of raganuga-bhakti be taught all over the world. This short essay will elucidate the essential teachings of Srila Rupa Goswami on Raganuga-bhakti and it hopes to dispel doubts in the minds of those who may have been confused by prevalent misunderstandings of this esoteric subject matter. The intelligence of the practitioners of vaidhi-bhakti-sadhana is dependent on the logic and reasoning of sastra. Such practice is filled with obligation, fear and duty. Practitioners often have a misunderstanding and fear about raganuga-bhakti and therefore wrongly conclude that it is so esoteric and elevated that it is only meant for the very rare advanced devotees and not for them. Out of ignorance they try to dissuade others from entering the path of raganuga-bhakti, cheating themselves and others of the opportunity of this most precious gift. Although, raganuga-bhakti-sadhana is clearly explained in Srimad-Bhagavatam, Caitanya Caritamrita and especially the writings of Sri Rupa and Ragunatha Goswamis, it is very difficult to grasp until one has the good fortune to hear about it directly from the lips of a pure devotee, especially a high class rasik Vaisnava.Prema Purusottama, Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, the most munificent avatar of the Supreme Lord, incarnated in this age of Kali to relish the highest mellows of devotional service and distribute Vraja-prema to everyone. He did this through the propagation of the pure name of Krsna and the practice of raganuga-bhakti. Devotees coming in His line are meant to be recipients of this special mercy by entering into pure and spontaneous devotional service. In fact only those in succession from Sri Caitanya and his principle followers are allowed entrance into this sublime practice, other sampradayas have little or no access to it. Life after life, we therefore pray and fall down at the lotus feet of the followers of Sri Caitanyadeva, such as Svarupa Damodara Goswami, Sri Rupa, Ragunatha and Sanatan Goswamis and all their successors. They all have revealed this sublime path both by example and precept. By their causeless mercy we may be able to follow in their footsteps and gain entrance into that divine love of Radha and Krsna in Vrindavana that they are relishing.Under the order of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, Srila Rupa Goswami compiled many bhakti-sastras. One of his most important works is Bhakti Rasamrita Sindhu which gives the devotees a scientific understanding of the process of bhakti from beginning to end. It is referred to as ‘Paribhasa-bhakti sastra’ because of the many definitions it presents in bhakti. The demon of ignorance regarding raganuga-bhakti can be slayed by faithfully hearing the authoritative statements in this book. Following are excerpts that present clear and easy to understand definitions of raganuga-bhakti.What is raganuga?virajantim abhivyaktam vraja-vasi-janadisuragatmikam anusrta ya sa raganugocyateBhakti Rasamrita Sindhu (BRS), 1.2.270 states, “That bhakti which is distinctly present in the eternal inhabitants of Vraja is called ragatmika-bhakti. Bhakti which follows in accordance with that ragatmika-bhakti is called raganuga-bhakti”.This first verse describes two types of raga-bhakti. One is ragatmika-bhakti, which means the fully perfected bhakti that the eternal residents of Vrindavana possess, like Mother Yasoda, Nanda Maharaja, Krsna’s cowherd boyfriends and the Vraja gopis. The other type of raga-bhakti is raganuga-bhakti, which is practiced by sadhakas in this world who aspire for a particular type of love possessed exclusively by these eternal residents of Vrindavana, and who thus ‘follows in their footsteps’ with the aim of attaining their moods. Such practice includes hearing and chanting about their charming pastimes and meditating on them. There is a common misunderstanding that one has to be perfect before entering into raganuga-bhakti. It is not true. Those who are raganuga-bhaktas have not yet attained perfection but are on the ‘fast-track’ to perfection, by following those who are perfect. One may even be quite fallen, but by the causeless mercy of Sri Guru and Vaisnavas can gain the qualification for raganuga-bhakti. What is that qualification? It is not based on any amount of material piety or good qualities, but – only an intense greed to obtain the moods of the Vrajabasis.raganuga-vivekartham adau ragatmikocyate BRS (Bhakti-Rasamrita-Sindhu) 1.2.271“In order to fully understand raganuga-bhakti, ragatmika-bhakti is being described first”.What is ‘raga’, and what is ‘ragatmika’?iste svarasiki ragahparamvistata bhavettan-mayi ya bhaved bhaktihsatra ragatmikodita BRS 1.2.272Raga is defined as the unquenchable loving thirst (prema-mayi trsna) for the object of one’s affection (Sri Krsna) which gives rise to spontaneous and intense absorption (svarasiki paramavisthitah) in that object. These are not ordinary mundane feelings, but transcendental love and affection that Sri Krsna’s eternal associates have for Him in the spiritual world. ‘Perfected’ persons who have this raga are called, ‘ragatmika-janas’ and their bhakti is called ‘ragatmika-bhakti’. Their devotion has ‘raga’ at its heart and soul. All the eternal residents of Vrindavana possess this raga or intense love for Krsna, even the animals, birds, trees and creepers, what to speak of Krsna’s dear friends, family members and confidants, the Vraja-gopis.There are two types of raga, kama-rupa and sambandha-rupa. Kama-rupa pertains to the conjugal attraction of Sri Krsna’s beloved, the gopis. Sambandha-rupa refers to all other relationships including Krsna’s parents and elders in vatsalya-rasa, Krsna’s friends in sakhya-rasa, and Krsna’s servants with a mixture of two, including all other creatures in Vrindavana like the cows, peacocks, birds, trees and plants. There are only 3½ rasas in Vrindavana, conjugal, parental, friendship and servitorship mixed with any of these higher rasas. There is no pure dasya-rasa in Vraja, as it would not please Krsna due to a lack of intimacy. Remember, the word ‘raga’ denotes intense love and affection, which is lacking in pure dasya-rasa.Outside of Vrindavana, in Mathura, Dvarka, Ayodhya or Vaikuntha, the rasas lack intense affection due to the presence of aisvarya-bhava, the awareness of the Supreme Lord’s majesty and opulence. Reverential moods create a distance between the Lord and the worshipper which limits or ‘shrinks’ the expression of love. The Lord is not as satisfied by such restrained love as He is with the natural, spontaneous and overflowing love in Vrindavana. Vraja-prema is unique. It binds the lover and beloved in a very tight bond of affection. Krsna even becomes controlled by the charming love of the Vrajabasis.Who is eligible for raganuga-bhakti?tatra adhikari-ragatmikaika-nistha yevraja-vasi-janadayahtesam bhavaptaye lubdhobhaved atradhikarananBRS 1.2.291, “The qualification for raganuga-bhakti is as follows: Those who have intense greed to obtain the bhava of the Vrajabasis (who are exclusively established in ragatmika-bhakti) are alone eligible for the path of raganuga-bhakti.”krsna-bhakti-rasa-bhavita matikriyatam yadi kuto ’pi labhyatetatra laulyam api maulyam ekalamjanma-koti-sukrtair na labhyateIn Srila Rupa Goswami’s Padyavali 14, he substantiates this point, “Pure devotional service in Krsna consciousness cannot be had even by pious activities in hundreds and thousands of lives. It can be obtained only by paying one price; that is, intense greed to obtain it. If it is available somewhere, one must purchase it without delay.”One may ask then, “Where that greed is available?” Transcendental ‘greed’ is available in the association of rasik Vaisnavas. By the faithful and submissive hearing of their powerful Hari-katha, coupled with their mercy, the moods and sentiments within their hearts are passed on to ours. The question then arises, “Who is eligible to take the association of such rasik Vaisnavas?” Until one has accumulated sufficient bhakti-sukriti (spiritual credit) one will not be able to properly appreciate or associate with high class Vaisnavas. Bhakti sukriti or spiritual credit is created by performing profuse vaidhi-bhakti sadhana, repeatedly coming into contact with the times, places and persons associated with bhakti (i.e., following holy tithis like Ekadasi, Janmastami, Gaura Purnima, visiting holy places like Vrindavana, Navadvipa, and Puri) and coming in contact with pure Vaisnavas. When such transcendental ‘pious’ credits accumulate to a high degree, the result is that one gets the opportunity for very high class Vaisnava sanga and the ability to properly associate with them. To further qualify Srila Rupa Goswami’s statement, it is true that no amount of ‘material piety’ is required to obtain transcendental greed, but a certain amount of bhakti-sukriti, or transcendental ‘piety’, is required to enter properly into sadhu-sanga.Vrindavana dhama also holds special significance in the path of raga-marg. Tisthan Vraje tad-anuragi jananugami (Upadesamrita 8), “While residing in Vraja as a follower of the eternal residents of Vraja, who possess inherent spontaneous love for Sri Krsna, one should spend all his time in meticulously hearing, chanting and remembering the names, forms, qualities and pastimes of Sri Krsna. This is the essence of all advice”. Vrindavana dhama also awards the eligibility to enter raga-marg. Its land, dust, moving and non-moving creatures and residents are all cintamani, wish fulfilling gems that grant bhakti to those who come in contact with them. Even those visitors who do not know the glory of the dhama, or are just ‘passing through’ will be benefited unknowingly. This is called ajnata sukriti. Vrindavana dhama is extremely powerful and merciful. It contains so much sakti, because it is the intimate home of Radha-Krsna and is filled everywhere with Their loving associates and pastimes. What is the symptom that ‘divine greed’ has arisen?tat-tad-bhavadi-madhuryesrute dhir yad apeksatenatra sastram na yuktim catal-lobhotpatti-laksanamBRS 1.2.292, “Upon hearing the incomparably sweet lila-katha and realizing the sweetness of the loving moods of the eternal associates of Sri Radha-Krsna in Vraja, one develops an intense desire to obtain those moods and be like them. At that time one’s intelligence will no longer depend on the rules and logic of the scriptures. This is the symptom of the awakening of divine greed.”How do we practice raganuga-bhakti?krsnam smaran janam casya prestam nija-samihitamtat-tat-katha-ratas casau kuryad vasam vraje sadaBRS, 1.2.294, “The devotee should always think of Krsna within himself and should choose a very dear devotee who is a servitor of Krsna in Vrindavana. One should constantly engage in topics about that servitor and their loving relationship with Krsna and one should always live in Vrindavana.”seva sadhaka-rupena siddha-rupena catra hitad-bhava-lipsuna karya vraja-lokanusaratahBRS, 1.2.295, “The devotee should serve Krsna in his external body as well as his internally conceived spiritual (perfect) body by following in the footsteps of a particular dear servant of Krsna in Vrindavana, desiring to obtain their bhava.”Outwardly we may follow the example of the followers of Sri Caitanyadev, the Goswamis, and Gurudeva, by performing various activities like hearing and chanting, preaching and serving Vaisnavas. Internally, in our minds and hearts, we will follow the eternal residents of Vraja, particularly those who have the same mood for which we aspire, by rendering service to Radha and Krsna under their guidance. Thus, at different times or even simultaneously, we will perform external and internal seva. Srila Gurudeva would often tell the pujaris, kirtaniyas, and preachers to give prominence to cultivating the proper internal moods while performing their seva instead of perfecting the mechanical or artistic aspect of it. This instruction can be applied to any seva, cooking, book publishing, book distribution, temple management, preaching, gardening, etc.It is not enough to mentally imagine the eternal associates of Vraja and their transcendental seva. By forcing the mind to remember Krsna’s asta-kaliya-lila it will be material and can never be called ‘siddha rupena catra hi’, internal absorption in seva. The process of raganuga-bhakti sadhana is not an artificial imposition on the mind, but rather, a natural manifestation from the heart. Having acquired transcendental greed, the devotee engages in the process of hearing and chanting with the proper moods and naturally the heart becomes saturated with bhakti-rasa. Internal meditation on Krsna’s lilas will manifest automatically. This is not a figment of the imagination, but a reality.nitya-siddha krsna-prema ‘sadhya’ kabhu nayasravanadi-suddha-citte karaye udaya (CC Mad 22.107)Pure love for Krsna is eternally established in the hearts of the living entities. It is not something to be gained from another source. When the heart is purified by hearing and chanting, this love naturally awakens. In the Krama Sandarbha (7.5.18), Srila Jiva Goswami’s commentary on the 10th canto of Srimad Bhagavatam, he writes, “Aural contact with the sound vibrations describing the name, form, qualities, and pastimes of Vrajendra-nandana Syamasundara Sri Krsna and His devotees is called sravana. At first, hearing of sri-nama is necessary to purify the mind from the contamination of sense gratification. When the mind has been purified by means of hearing about His beautiful rupa (form) then eligibility (to realize that rupa) arises within ones heart. When such eligibility has fully manifested there, the revelation of the 64 qualities of Sri Krsna which exist within His transcendental form takes place. Thereafter, through the revelation of the various unique and special qualities of His associates, as well as paraphernalia, abode etc., Sri Krsna’s own excellences become more clearly manifest. Thus through the full manifestation of His name, form, qualities, and associates the revelation of His lila or pastimes becomes beautifully manifest in the heart of the sadhaka. In regard to sravana, the hearing of Srimad-Bhagavatam is supremely exalted. To illustrate this point, once Srinivasa Acarya was doing bhajan in Vrindavana and meditating on Radha and Krsna’s Holi pastime, and was experiencing internally the incomparable beauty of the aprakrta (unmanifest) Sri Vrindavana-dhama. Vrnda devi was gathering all the paraphernalia for the festival with the help of other gopis who were collecting colored powders and tuning musical instruments like vinas. When everything was ready, Srimati Radharani and Krsna, along with Their sakhis, began playing Holi, throwing colored powders on each other’s bodies and squirting each other with tinted water scented with musk and saffron. As Srinivasa watched the fun, the sakhis winked at him, and by their mercy he assumed the form of a maidservant, and stood by the side of Radharani, supplying Her with colored powders and dyes. The scene was so beautiful that hundreds of Cupids would have fainted if they had seen it. The sky was filled with so much colored powder that the sum was almost blocked out, and the air was filled with the deafening sounds of the musical instruments. Krsna showered the gopis with color and then offered various excuses so He could embrace and kiss them.Lalita and Visakha then placed Srimati Radharani and Krsna on a throne, and Srinivasa in his manjari form fanned Them both with a camara, removing Their exhaustion after the vigorous game, and fulfilling his own spiritual desires. When the pastime came to an end, Srinivasa returned to external consciousness and saw that his regular body was covered with colored powders that he was unable to conceal from the other devotees. The colors glittered and were so fragrant that they drove everyone mad. (Excerpt from ‘Vrindavana the Playground of God’ by Bhakti Caitanya Swami).sravanotkirtanadini vaidhi-bhakty-uditani tuyany angani ca tahny atra viheyani manisibhiBRS, 1.2.296, “The angas of bhakti such as sravana, kirtana, sri-guru-padasraya, and others, which have already been described in regard to vaidhi-bhakti, are recognized to be also useful and necessary in raganuga-bhakti by intelligent persons. It is not that one who is practicing raganuga-bhakti sadhana will only meditate of Sri Krsna’s pastimes, rejecting all the other angas of bhakti. Indeed, they may be even more careful in executing the angas of vaidhi-bhakti, particularly the most important ones like hearing, chanting and remembering under the shelter of Sri Guru, and may elect to disregard the less important angas that do not nourish their particular bhava. Thus the rules and regulations of scriptures serve to increase one’s love and affection, not that one becomes a slave to blindly following sastra and losing sight of the final objective, Krsna-prema.Raganuga-bhakti is superior to vaidhi-bhakti from many perspectives. It awards the highest level of perfection in Krsna-prema, which can even control Krsna. It is a sublime path full of nectar even from the very beginning. Because it is so rare, it may take many lifetimes to achieve, unlike vaidhi-bhakti which can be perfected relatively quickly. Being thoroughly convinced of the superiority of raganuga-bhakti, and more importantly, developing an intense greed to enter into it, a sincere sadhaka will persevere on the path until his goal is reached. He will not be dissuaded by any other sadhana (practice) or sadhya (goal). This rare gift that Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu came to give the world is so precious.prema-rasa-niryasa karite asvadanaraga-marga bhakti loke karite pracaranarasika-sekhara krsna parama-karunaei dui hetu haite icchara udgama(Caitanya Caritamrita Adi. 4.15-16)The Lord’s desire to appear was born from two reasons: the Lord wanted to taste the sweet essence of the mellows of love of God, and He wanted to propagate devotional service in the world on the platform of spontaneous attraction (raga-marga). Thus He is known as supremely jubilant and as the most merciful of all.In conclusion, although the practice of raganuga-bhakti-sadhana is very rare, it is obtainable and understandable by those who follow the process. By accumulating bhakti-sukriti one comes to properly associate with high class rasik Vaisnavas and thus becomes permeated with greed to obtain the mood of the Vrajabasis, enabling one to enter into raganuga-bhakti.Srila Rupa and Ragunatha das Goswamis are expert guides on this path and have given many jewels in the form of their literatures. Their successors, Srila Krsna das Kaviraja Goswami, Srila Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakur, and our Rupanuga-guru-varga have all contributed by writing their literatures describing Radha and Krsna’s Vrindavana pastimes and the process of raganuga-bhakti.In Narottama das Thakur’s Prathana song one, Lalasamayi (Longing for the service of the Lord), ‘Gauranga’ Balite Ha’be, he sings:rupa-ragunatha-pade ha-ibe akutikabe hama bujhaba sri-yugala-piriti (1)“When will I eagerly follow the path of Sri Rupa Goswami and Sri Raghunatha das Goswami? By their instructions I will be able to understand the divine love of Sri Radha and Krsna.”By the mercy of Rupa and Raghunatha we may be able to enter into this elevated path of raganuga-bhakti and reach the highest goal of life, service to the divine youthful couple of Vraja, Sri Sri Radha-Krsna in loving ecstasy.

Srila Prabhupada speaks out. ...

Reporter: I'm sure that you're aware that to many people in the West, in America, in New York City specifically, that your disciples seem strange because of the way they act on the streets. What about that?Prabhupāda: Yes, they must be strange because they are spiritual. You are all material. (laughter) So, for the material persons, we are surely strange people.Reporter: Is this manifestation the only way to be spiritual, dressing in this fashion?Prabhupāda: No, no, you cannot compete with us. Because we don't have any illicit sex, we don't have meat-eating, we have no intoxication, we have no gambling. There's so many no's which you are unable to perform.

Lord Nityananda mercy. ...

"Sometimes some devotees think that worship of Nityananda is inferior because Nityananda is in the mood of sakya rasa, in the mood of a brother, elder brother...sakhya and vatsalya. "But I want Madhurya prema of Radha and Krishna. So why should I think of Nityananda?" But my dear sir Gauranga is the only way, Gauranga is the only hope for you to achieve any kind of love for Radha and Krishna. And to please Gauranga, there is NO OTHER WAY EXCEPT NITYANANDA. So please don't be under this illusion that Nityananda Prabhu cannot give Gopi Bhava, Nityananda Prabhu cannot give Vraja rasa. He has given this to so many souls, eternal associates like Raghunath dasa Goswami and Jiva Goswami. He has given to so many...Krishnadasa Kaviraj Goswami. Actually Krishnadasa Kaviraj got residence in Radhakund by the order of Nityananda. Nityananda fulfilled all his desires. He appeared to him in a dream in the night and said, "Go to Vrindavan!" Nityananda Prabhu said to Him, "Go to Vrindavan." So please do not have any doubt that Nityananda can give you Vraja prema, Madhurya prema. Because He is also serving in the Madhurya lila of Radha and Krishna as Ananga Manjari, who has her kunja in the centre of Radhakund because she's Radharani's younger sister. So Nityananda is serving Lord Gauranga Krishna in all the rasas, in all the mellows. He can grant entry to the soul in any mellow as per the soul's constitutional position. Heno Nitai bine bhai Radha Krishna paite nai, dridha kori dharo Nitai'r paye. Narottam dasa Thakur says, "Oh soul without Nityananda you cannot even understand your constitutional position what to speak of rasa!" Sei Sambandha nahi jara britha janma gelo tara, Without sambandha with Nityananda, there is no question of rasa with Krishna, Gauranga. Don't consider Him inferior. Don't try to jump over Nityananda, by-pass Him. Even if one achieves Gauranga, Gauranga will not be happy if someone by-passes Nityananda. It is never possible because of our offenses."~Srila Bhaktiratna Sadhufrom the Chaitanya Bhagavat lectures (Instant Love for Jagai)

Time of disappearance. ...

Srila Prabhupada’s departure as announced in Gaudiya magazine...on Friday morning, January 1, 1937, the great acharya of the Gaudiya Vaishnava sampradaya and its only protector, the ninth in descent from Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, the best of the followers of Svarupa Damodar and Sri Rupa Goswamis, Paramahamsa Parivrajakacarya Om Vishnupada Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati Goswami Prabhupada, joined the eternal activities of Radha Govinda in the first hour of their eternal twenty-four cycle of activities. This is the same hour that his own guru, Om Vishnupada Gaura Kisora Das Babaji entered into the nitya-lila.The meaning of entering the lila at this hour is understood clearly by those who are intimate with him for it is directly experienced in their hearts, but a hint can be given here. At the end of the night, Radha and Krishna are locked in an unbreakable embrace, gadhaliigana-nirbhedam aptau. Jayadeva Goswami has indicated this situation with the word naktam in the first verse of Gita-govindam which begins meghair meduram ambaram. When Radha and Krishna are joined together like this, they take on their combined form of Gaurasundara. It is this auspicious moment that Varsabhanavi-dayita Das chose to make his entry into their pastimes.Srila Prabhupada is like the sun of the Gaudiya sampradaya, as he is identical with its acharyas Rupa and Svarupa Damodar. But now that this sun of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu’s sampradaya has set, darkness has descended not only on the preachers of the Gaudiya Math, but on the entire world. It seems that the direct light of guileless devotion will once again be hidden from the view of the world’s people. Our only hope is that this luminary amongst spiritual teachers sufficiently inspired his followers with such a desire to serve the feet of the Lord, with such ever-fresh enthusiasm, and instilled in them such ideals of practice and preaching, that the stream which passed through Svarupa and Rupa and then through Bhaktivinoda Thakur will continue to gather force and flow into the world. In our hearts, we consider nothing else to be possible even in our worst imaginings. From the blessings that he gave just before passing on, we know that by adhering faithfully to his teachings and propagating them, we will be able to get his direct, personal association and will be able to find all the strength we need. Furthermore, by preaching fearlessly, with an independent spirit, and with the force of character that comes of sincere service and fidelity, we will be able to preach the gospel of Gaurasundara, our master’s master, throughout the world. By so doing, we are assured that his blessings will continue to rain down on us even more profusely. This faith is the sole lampost illuminating the path of pure devotion, which is strewn with countless obstacles. We, the Gaudiya’s writers, are today without shelter, as we will no longer be able to show our articles to him who was the preserver of Rupa and Raghunath‘s tradition. Srila Prabhupada would eagerly read every article which was to be published in the Gaudiya. He would give us blessings and show the deepest satisfaction with our efforts. Now, even though he will no longer be able to do this directly, we will not be entirely devoid of his blessings nor of the spiritual strength arising from his mercy. Srila Narayana Goswami Maharaja:After some days you will become old, at which time all your beauty and power will disappear. After that you will have to pass on from this world, and at that time you will not be able to take a single farthing with you. Moreover, your relatives, sons, daughters, wives, and husbands will not be able to go with you. Sri Krishna has mercifully given you this human body for the sole purpose of chanting His names and remembering Him. It is only in this form that you can know, by the association of a special Vaisnava guru , that you are transcendental jivas , His maidservants.

To be controlled by Love. ....

"I also used to be afraid of being controlled.I never wanted to be controlled by anyone. But when I was controlled by my Gurudeva, — Oh! then I changed completely. Now I think, “I want to be controlled by my Gurudeva. I want to be controlled by Krishna and His friends in the spiritual world.“ I want to be controlled by them.Even Krishna wants to be controlled by His friends’ love and affection for Him.And His friends also want to be controlled by love and affection. You can also control Krishna by love and affection.Do you want to control Krishna like that? But first you must be completely controlled by love and affection. To be controlled in this way is called ‘devotional surrender.‘The process of control by love and affection is devotional surrender. The particular type of devotional surrender that devotees practice has been described minutely by the great teachers in our line...."Srila Gurudeva

How to deal with enemies.

BHISMA SPEAKS OUT: HOW TO DEAL WITH ENEMIESYudhisthira inquired, "How should one react to people who insult you by their rudeness and arrogance?" Bhisma replied, "If one does not become angry when insulted by another, then he takes away all the pious merit that person may have accumulated by good deeds. In addition he transfers to the abuser his own sinful reactions. After all what is the value of praise or blame when uttered by a vulgar fool? A person who praises some one in his presence but criticizes him behind his back is no better that a dog." Yudhisthira, "How should one debate with an unscrupulous person?" Bhisma replied, "In a debate the tactics of a truthful person are limited, but a deceitful person can utilize any abominable method. However if the truthful person were to use the same tactics as his opponent, he will find himself at a greater disadvantage, for he is acting contrary to his nature. Therefore a truthful and honest person should always avoid an argument with an unscrupulous person." Yudhisthira then inquired, "How should one behave towards a more powerful enemy?" Bhisma replied, "Even though the swift current of the river can uproot and carry huge trees, the canes survive since they bend with the current. Similarly in order to survive an enemy more powerful, one must yield while staying firmly anchored to the roots." Yudhisthira inquired, "What should a weak person do if out of foolishness and pride he provokes a powerful enemy?" Bhisma replied, "O King, the weaker person must repent and thus appease the stronger enemy." Yudhisthira inquired, "What is the origin of all sin?" Bhisma replied, "Greed, the hankering to posses more than one's naturally ordained quota is the origin of all sin. The desire to posses that which belongs to another is insatiable and gives rise to anger, lust, loss of judgment, arrogance, miserliness, lack of compassion, enviousness, mistrust and many other evils. Ignorance is made up of the same material as greed, though if analyzed it can be seen that ignorance also comes from greed. As one's greed increases, his ignorance also becomes more dense." Yudhisthira inquired, "What produces the highest merit?" Bhisma replied, "Self-restraint surpasses all other activities in this regard and is therefore considered to be the highest virtue. Because self-restraint purifies and controls every aspect of one's life it is more important than giving in charity and the study of the Vedas. By self-restraint alone one can achieve liberation from the material world. Self-restraint comprises sense-control, freedom from anger, non-enviousness, impartiality, truthfulness, steadiness and contentment. However, the essential quality of self-restraint is austerity. Thus no good can be achieved without austerity." Yudhisthira then inquired, "O Bhisma, is there any rule that should never be violated under any condition?" Bhisma replied. "The worship of true brahmans and giving them all kinds of respect must never be given up under any circumstance" —Mahabharata, Shanti Parva

GOURA PREMA IN KALI YUGA!

The practice of sadhana bhakti that is directed to pleasing Lord Sri Krishna should be cultivated both externally
and internally. Both external and internal practices are important, and are meant to be performed
simultaneously.

The preaching of the Holy Names of the Lord in context with the sankirtan movement of Lord Chaitanya
Mahaprabhu forms the external reason for the Lord’s descent into this world, according to Srila Krishna Das
Kaviraj in his Chaitanya Charitamrita.

The internal reason that Krishna Das Kaviraj takes to be the main cause for Sri Krishna Chaitanya’s avatar will
be discussed in the following.

It is a fact that this avatar of Sri Krishna has come for the purpose of giving prema in connection with the
preaching of the Lord’s holy names. But this is the external reason for the Lord’s appearance.  Now please
listen, for there is another reason, which is deep and internal. (CC 1.4.5-6)

Five hundred years ago, Svayam Bhagavan Vraja-vihari Sri Krishna incarnated on the bank of the Ganges River
in Sri Nabadwip Dham, West Bengal, India.

In this avatar as Sri Chaitanya Deva, he brought about a new upsurge or spiritual renaissance into the world of
Krishna bhakti. Covering his opulences, Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu accepted the role of a devotee of Sri Krishna
in order to fulfill three most esoteric desires that was not able to relish as the Supreme Lord of Goloka
Vrindavan.

In transcendental loving reciprocation between the Lord and his devotees, it is a fact that the servitor can
experience an even greater multitude of ambrosia through service to the Lord than the Lord experiences
himself. For this reason, Sri Krishna wanted to sample for himself what it is like to be a servitor of Sri Krishna. To
do so he appeared in this world from the womb of Mother Sachi, just as the moon rises from the ocean. Then,
by taking on the mood and complexion of his topmost devotee, Srimati Radharani, he proceeded to taste three
most internal esoteric desires that were still unfulfilled:

(1) What is the depth or extent of the prema Radha possesses for me?
(2) And with her prema how does Srimati Radharani view my spectacular sweetness?
(3) And when she realizes the depth of my incredible sweetness, what does it taste like to her?

This is the meaning of the sixth sloka in the Chaitanya Charitamrita, which Srila Krishna Das Kaviraj extracted
from the confidential diary of Svarupa Damodar Goswami, the personal secretary of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu.

That sloka is as follows:
Lord Krishna has appeared as Lord Chaitanya out of the womb of Sachi Devi, like the moon appears from the
ocean; endowed with the loving mood of Srimati Radharani Herself, He has come in order to fulfill three desires:
to know the glories of Radha’s love for Him, to relish His own beauty and sweetness through Her eyes, and to
experience the happiness She feels through Her love for Him. (CC 1.1.6)

Krishna Das Kaviraj begins his explanation of this verse in the fourth chapter of Chaitanya Charitamrita with the
following words:
Now let me speak about the principal reason for Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu’s appearance: (1) to personally
taste the essence of prema rasa, and in connection with this, (2) to distribute raganuga bhakti to the devotees.
(1.4.13-15)

From these two main internal desires, Sri Krishna, who is the chief of all rasika persons and supremely merciful,
has advented himself as Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu.

With the help of Chaitanya Charitamrita, let us now have a look into the Lord’s personal motivation for coming;
to taste the essence of prema rasa.”
Krishna began to consider, “I am filled with bliss, and my very body is the form of all transcendental mellows.
Everyone in the universe experiences happiness through me. But is there anyone who can give me pleasure?

If there were a person who possessed hundreds of times more qualities than Myself, such a person could bring
me happiness. To find a person who has more qualities than myself in this universe is impossible. Only in the
case of Radha do I consider this possible. (1.4.238-41)

Krishna further elaborates:
Even if I had hundreds of mouths still I could not begin to describe the pleasure that Radharani experiences
from my association. And I become spellbound and even forget myself when I see the pleasure she derives
from our lovemaking. The guru of the rasa shastra, Sri Bharata Muni acknowledges that in loving affairs, the
enjoyment of both the man (nayaka) and the woman (nayika) are equal, but he knows nothing about my Vraja
rasa. The happiness I feel when I am with Radha is a hundred times greater than the joy I get from others.
(1.4.254-7)

Krishna continues,
I know for sure that there is one particular taste that has subjugated my mohini Sri Radha. That type of
pleasure that she experiences from me drives me mad. Even though I carefully try, I am not able to experience
her happiness, for just the mere scent of the sweetness of her happiness causes a great hankering within my
mind.

Therefore as Chaitanya avatar, I will come to taste the sweetness of these various mellows of preme, and at
the same time, I will establish what is the standard of raganuga bhakta and his bhakti through the example of
my own pastimes. (1.4.261-265)

This brings us to the second point of the main reason Chaitanya Mahaprabhu appeared in this world: “to
preach raganuga bhakti to the devotees.”

Krishna continues to speak from Chaitanya Charitamrita,
In this world people are enamored of opulence. The worship or love of such persons who are conscious of my
majesty is not especially to my liking.

That person who worships me as the Supreme Lord and considers himself to be an inferior cannot conquer me
with his love.

The whole universe may worship me by the process of vidhi bhakti, but vidhi bhakti does not possess the
potency to give the bhakta entrance into an understanding of the Vrindavan mood.

One good example of this is Lakshmi, who even though she worshiped Krishna and tried, still she could not
attain to the service of the son of Nanda in Vrindavan because of her attachment to opulence.

Sri Krishna goes on to say,
On the other hand, those devotees who consider me to be their son, friend or lover and worship me with pure
bhakti, thinking me to be their equal or inferior, are able to subjugate me with their loving affection.

My Mother thinks I am her naughty child and sometimes binds me as her son. She nourishes and protects Me,
thinking Me utterly helpless. My friends may climb on my back and say with pure affection, “What makes you
think you’re so big? You and I are equals.” And if some gopi chastises me in jealous loving anger, those words
steal away my mind much more than any reverent recital of Vedic hymns. (1.4.24-26)

By the influence of Yogamaya, the gopis will relate to me as their paramour. Giving up all varieties of religion,
they worship me with deep, pure attachment. Providence may sometimes unite and sometimes separate us,
but whatever the case may be, we are forever attracted and spellbound by each others’ forms and qualities.
(1.4.29-31)

Sri Krishna concludes by saying—
Yes, I will take such pure devotees with me and I will descend into this world manifesting such wonderful lilas
that are not even known to the residents of Vaikuntha.

In this way of preaching (by tasting all the mellows of my Vrindavan associates, I shall bestow mercy on the
devotees of the world, because when they hear about the pure moods and rasas of my Vrindavan associates,
they too will want to join, and after giving up all other forms of religion and activity, will take to the path of
raganuga bhakti. ((1.4.30-33)

MAGNANIMOUS NATURE OF SRI NITYANANDA.

2. Bhagavat & Jaiv Dharma say that only the most intelligent & non-crooked accept & chant Gauranga mantra from shastra as it's hidden like Gaur

3. Nitai & Bhaktivinod awakened a rock like me to preach Nityananda & Gauranga Nam openly & widely. I hope more qualified preachers will do so.

4. As only Harinam may take billions of years to give us love, Balai & Kanai came as Nitai & Nimai with Their Names which give love in few days

5. Staunch faith is Gauranga's name comes just before enlightenment as we get it after worshiping Radha Krishna for atleast a 100 lives in Vraj

6. Krpasiddhi means chanting Nityananda Gauranga Nam since if one does so Krsnaprem seeks out him or her in few days. No other faster shortcut.

7. I know that even if the whole world leaves me & Gaur Radha Krishna reject me as unqualified, Nitai will somehow lift & bring me before Them.

8. I can feel the causeless mercy and hope in Nityananda's name due to which I can now hope to attain the unattainable Goloka in this very life

9. All our temporary worldly problems & worrries are insignificant in front of the Vrajprem Nityananda Gauranga Nam grant us in this very life.

10. One who comes to Radha Kund becomes famous in creation as demigods shower flowers and Radha begins thinking how to bring that soul to Her.8109172876?profile=original

8109170892?profile=original 1. To the extent of your faith in Nitai, Gaur will accept you. And to the extent Gaur accepts you, the gopis will bring you to Radha Krishna. 2. It is futile to approach Radha Krishna without sufficient faith in Nitai Gaur. We can never attain Vraja if we don't aspire for Navadvipa. 3. There is only one thing lacking in this world. It is Nitai Gaur consciousness. It can grant each soul everything including RadhaKrishna prem 4. I raise my hands & request all to read Chaitanya Bhagavata repeatedly as it's the only way to understand & get Nityananda's causeless mercy. 5. To the extent you aspire to enter into the Navadvipa pith of Golok, you will automatically find yourself in the Vrajapith without any effort. 6. Without Nitai Gaur, the spiritual creation would be unattainable for the zillions of fallen souls in the 3.942 trillion material universes. 7. Did u know Lalita opened her eyes only when Rupa & Ananga introduced Kamal manjari (Bhaktivinod) as Gaurvadi & gave her a kunj in Radha Kund 8. Our Kamal (Bhaktivinod) & Nayan (Bhaktisiddhant) manjaris can give us our siddhdeha & nityalila. No need to go to those who may not be there. 9. When our Bhaktivinod & Bhaktisiddhant said that they are Kamal & Nayan manjaris resp., they did not manufacture it but were situated in it. 10. Some say, try to know Krishna first before going to Nitai & Gaur but aray baba They are Balaram & Krishna Themselves & They give you Krishna. 11. I like to be with devotees who are partial to Nitai Gaur as I know that they are the real ones who will get Radha Krishna in this very life. 12. If you don't feel love for Nitai Gaur then force yourself to love Them because that is your only hope & only chance to attain Radha Krishna. 13. The attraction we feel for RadhaKrishna without full faith in Nitai Gaur is only a figment of our imagination. It'll never give us Krsnaprem 14. Millions of worshipers of Radha Krsna don't attain Them for millions of lives as they are not lucky to be born in same Kaliyug as Nitai Gaur 15. I dont want to be a jack of all & master of none. Let my every sec be focussed only on instilling faith in Nitai Gaur in hearts of all souls 16. I know that all souls may not develop faith in Nitai Gaur in one life. But I want to plant this highest & confidential faith seed in souls. 17. I have have written 16 tweets today as an offering to Nitai Gaur. May all the swanlike devotees of Nitai Gaur relish them. 18. Radha Kund surprises me at every second. Those whom I think about here write something immediately. No wonder as it includes all of creation 19. Just because it's named after Radha Herself, Radha Kund grants the highest benediction to the whole creation what to speak of it's qualities
