  Thank you. It's still early and it's hard because my husband is a meat eater but I have made many changes in my recipes and even for him I include many more vegetables and home-made vegetable soups that meat is not really missed. I hope to come up with many more.

  Yes, you are right. I practice often breathing in the prana energy--the golden particles of Love from the Creator, especially when I am doing a healing. One day this will sustain us all. Many changes are coming for us and for Mother Earth.
  
  I often go for walks in the woods and thank the plants and especially the trees for their service and their beauty. They know how to ingest light. We have much to learn from them.
  
  Did you know that there is only one atom difference between Human hemoglobin and chlorophyll? Interesting, yes?

  All non-evolutionary animals(cows, pigs, chickens) will be leaving the planet after The Great Shift, so meat-eaters will have a tough time learning to adjust. It will be easier on you to change eating habits now. It is a personal choice now, but soon it will be the ONLY way to live.Lighter, less dense vegetation will also help you raise your vibration as well, and make it easier to access your Higher Self and your guidance. Everything we eat is made from light, but plants are closer to the source of the Sun. Animals that eat plants are much more dense, and animals that eat other animals are the densest. Consuming dense,low-vibrating foods(especially things that are not even natural, like artificial sweeteners and preservatives) make it very hard for the body to turn this back into light, or energy.
  
  When Master Guide Kirael explained this 4 years ago, I decided to take the vegetarian plunge. I was skeptical since I had suffered from low blood sugar issues all my life and was a big fan of a juicy steak and lobster. I was very pleasantly surprised that my energy level and my moods have evened out to a better balance that I have ever experienced before! This helped me flow right through perimenopause with only one hot flash and none of the typical mood swings.
  
  On the spiritual side, I was much better able to access my guidance when I did Signature Cell Healing, which is a Lemurian hands-on modality.
  
  It was only recently that I viewed videos on youtube of how animals are brutally slaughtered, and I was so appalled. I am SOOOO very glad I am vegetarian for that reason as well. Besides the cruelty that is dealt to these helpless animals, I now see why their flesh is imprinted with the energy of this trauma. It is a personal choice now, but soon it will be the ONLY way to live.
