You should try doing one yourself...
All you need is a black biro and some felt tip pens, or, I like to use gel p-ens because they come in metallic and glitter colours too. You simply swirly whirl your black biro over your paper and then fill in the swirly whirlies with your colours adding patterns where you want to. Very theraputic! =)
