Heroes : Gandhi, Archangels, Spirit Guides, The All that I Am, Arcturians, Sirians, etc. **Reinhold Niebuhr "Our virtues and our vices are inextricably joined at the spine." This point that Niebuhr makes essentially reminds us that morality and immorality are not fixed, separate qualities that never meet. Essentially a moral man/woman in an immoral world will face many challenging decisions where there is no clear line in the sand that distinguishes good decision from bad. The notion that right and wrong are black and white does a good job of accentuating the polarity of views, but does nothing to resolve it in practicality.
