my bf and i have a 13 yr gap, but it doesnt feel like much; we prety much like the same food; and music i know his era too, lol
yes its a lovely life ova here, my bf is lovely and i love the country!!

Hi! again, I had just finished a message to you when something happened on the laptop and I lost the lot.
I just wanted to say thank you for the video, I thought it really sweet ... played it twice just so that I did not miss anything.
Sorry you are a bit out of sorts at the moment. I am terrible when I do not get enough sleep, it really is important. Do you meditate at all? That can help. Not that I am an expert or anything, I do believe it to be very beneficial. I like Eckert Tolle and he is big on stilling the mind - not that it is such an easy thing to do. I do know a really busy mind and sleep do not go together. A naturapath told me that Vitamin E is really good for the nerves.
