Shri Manek's method: Is to be practiced standing BAREFOOT on BARE EARTH. No wearing shoes, and no standing on concrete, stone or even on grass in a meadow or lawn (The grass absorbs the solar energy). One has to stand either on sand or on gravel/mud/ earth. Bare feet have to be in contact with the bare earth.
Practice this in the open, in the first one hour after sunrise or the last one hour just before sunset. During this time, the sun rays are not too strong, and also the UV radiation etc. is supposed to be lower, so no harm will come to the eyes. Start by simply gazing (or rather, looking) at the sun for 10 seconds only. Do not stare or focus on the sun. Simply just look at it. No stress or strain on the face, facial muscles or eyes. Stand relaxed. No need to maintain an unblinking, unwinking stare. Blink as and when it naturally happens. During the practice, the attitude of "surrender" to the natural divine cosmic sun energy must be there, as also an "auto-suggestion" and implicit belief that this is going to help/heal/nourish you. Increase the time you gaze at the sun by ten seconds each day. In about three months time, you will be doing it for about 15 minutes. At this time, all your mental tensions, problems etc. will go away. This itself is a major thing. If this is your objective, you can stop the practice at this time and go to the "Post sun gazing practice".
If you wish to go ahead, continue for another three months, increasing again by ten seconds each day. When you are six months into the practice, you will be somewhere around 30 minutes. At this time, all your physical ailments will also be gone. If this is your objective, you can stop the practice at this time and go to the "Post sun gazing practice". If you wish to go ahead, continue for another three months, increasing again by ten seconds each day. When you are nine months into the practice, you will be somewhere around 44 minutes. This is the maximum. DO NOT EXCEED 44 minutes. You will find that in this period, your hunger slowly goes down until it finally disappears and you have no need for food any more.
At this time, sungazing has to be stopped and there is no need to continue the practice any more. According to Shri Manek, during the first three months, the pineal gland is getting activated, and the hypothalamus or pathway to the brain from the eye is getting charged. After that period the solar energy starts reaching your brain and charging it. After this period, the solar energy starts getting stored in each and every cell in your body. When all the cells in the body are charged there is no need to do sungazing any more. Only the post-sun-gazing practice needs to be done to recharge the body. Shri Manek says that we need a lot of energy for digestion of food and for our brain/mind, to deal with all the mental problems, depression, negative emotions etc. He says that since the sun gazing has removed all his mental problems, he is calm and cool so no energy is used/lost here. Since he is not eating any more, no energy for digestion is required either. So his energy needs are greatly reduced and he can easily meet them without needing food!
Post Sun Gazing Practice: Simply walk barefoot on bare earth for 45 minutes a day!

Understanding Energy Gateways
What is an energy gateway? It’s a powerful window of time when you can perceive more about yourself and your world.
It’s a time when you can connect more tangibly with spirit and benevolent unseen forces – receiving helpful insights about your life direction.
It’s a time when you have expanded levels of help in moving through your obstacles and in clearing old stuff no longer serving you.
Leading up to one of these energy gateways, it’s common to experience a roller coaster ride, feeling on top of the world some days and other days feeling in despair about your next step.
You also can have headaches and other unexplainable, uncomfortable physical symptoms just before or even on the gateway date.

The Recent Roller Coaster Ride
Your recent roller coaster ride of the past several weeks indeed was even more intense than some cycles you experienced in 2012.
To understand why, remember that there was a massive buildup of energies throughout 2012, leading up to the Solstice of December 21, 2012.
At the end of each up-and-down cycle throughout 2012, you could tap into a higher frequency of energy. Sometimes the feeling was palpable. Other times you simply knew the higher energy was there, and you intentionally tapped into it.
This up-and-down cycle happened numerous times in 2012, and with each energy gateway there was an increasing momentum.
There are many misconceptions about what the 12/21 Solstice date meant for your spiritual progression, and certainly what it meant in tangible everyday practical terms.
Yes, the energies you tapped into and helped co-create leading up to the 12/21 Solstice were a higher frequency than before – and you did have significant spiritual growth opportunities unavailable in earlier cycles.
However, the 12/21 Solstice was not the final moment in your ascension and spiritual progression.
Those things happen in a process over time.
It took you a very long time – including spiritual growth in numerous past lives – to get to the energetic phase of spiritual growth in which you now reside.
Do not underestimate what it took you to achieve this.
Do not discount the windy – and often tricky path – you traveled to get where you are today.
You want to honor yourself – and honor where you have been – to get to this point.
Have gratitude that you have been able to be one of those who could stay on the spiritual path through all of the unknowns, all of the doubts, and all of the rocky terrain.
To do what you have done takes great mastery, great dedication, and great perseverance. It takes great self-love and self-trust, too.
Yours certainly is not a path for lightweights. It takes great courage. It requires that you integrate spirit into your everyday life, and that you learn to live in your heart rather than your ego.
It takes continued inner work and self-reflection, your being willing to address unfinished business of your past. This past includes this life, past lives, and even the DNA-level impact of your ancestral patterns.
Understanding Advanced States on the Path
Ironically, the level of inner work associated with advanced states on the spiritual path is more, not less.
Why?
Only when you arrive at the more advanced levels do you have the spiritual qualities of openness, willingness, and self-love required to investigate the deeper levels of your being.
Only then can you succeed in addressing the most stubborn and most hidden blocks to your enlightenment.
Some people in your circles may be at earlier stages in their spiritual development.
You may have friends who have fallen away. Some people simply don’t know how to communicate with the “new you” that is emerging from your spiritual growth process.
Do not worry about this. Do not try to fix other people’s perception of you, or try to force understanding of things that people are not ready to perceive.
No One is Left Behind
Do not worry about leaving people behind.
No one is truly left behind on the spiritual path – there simply are stages individual to each person.
There is no right or wrong timeline – each person awakens at his or her own pace.
Your role as a divine changemaker is to bravely stand at the forefront of the world’s massive changes.
You, by your very presence and how you live your life, will be a beacon to others on the path.
Some of your friends and loved ones will notice tangible benefits of being around your shining example. Others will benefit indirectly, receiving vital seeds of transformation for future awakening.
Remember the larger picture with this overview of 2012-2015.
Since June 2012, you have been sitting in an unusual planetary cycle that catalyzes revolutionary change, and this cycle continues through March 2015.
It has wide scale implications – for you, for everyone you love, and for all of humanity.
In the end, no one will be untouched by this energy.
What needs to shift will come to light.
You are encoded this life to walk the path as a divine changemaker. In this role, you intuitively know that the revolutions happening now – individual and collective – are necessary to accomplish an authentic transformation.

Remember that you are an integral part of the planet’s transformation. The world’s changes are not just “out there” – they are happening inside of you.
Each time you become more self-actualized and whole, you catalyze a wave of beneficial changes across the world.
Every time you learn to love yourself just a bit more than before – like when you let go of harsh self-criticism or self-doubt – your greater self-love becomes a beacon to those around you. People feel it and benefit from it, even if they can’t tangibly sense it.
Likewise, each time you experience personal healing and become free of limiting DNA-level patterns, you help to heal your family lineage and the world!

.Please read this message with an open heart and as if you were there with us. Aluna: As soon as we walked through the gate, Mother Mary was with us. She was with a group of other holy-looking women that don’t have names, although I’m sure one of them was Magdalene. They are so happy we are here. They can see our hearts. They are sending us love, and they are hugging us. Mother Mary is saying, “I forgive you.” I ask, “Why are you forgiving us — for what? Mother Mary says, “I’m going to forgive you because you can’t forgive yourself for all the things you thought you have done wrong or haven’t done good enough in your life.” And she says that the holy water here is their blessing to us, and she is saying that they forgive us so we can let go of all the things that we felt we hadn’t done right or the people we have hurt or the things we have said or the harms we think we have caused. They want to wash all that away from us. They say these are burdens that we don’t have to carry anymore. (crying in group). Mother Mary and the group of holy women that are with her are saying that our hearts are so full of light so they don’t understand why we dampen down our light with our guilt and our lack of belief in ourselves. But they also understand because they felt those things themselves. They have gone through that in the past, where they have lost and they have failed. They realize now that all those feelings serve no purpose other than to make us fail even further in our lives. So these holy women are bathing us and hugging us and loving us because they see our hearts and our love and our intent to be good people and to make a difference in the world. They want to wash away all the blocks in us that keep us from doing this. They know that we have tried so hard to make a difference, yet we still feel small. We still think we are not as effective in the world as we would like to be. They say that the amazing things that we would like to do are not just crazy dreams. They are reality; otherwise, we wouldn’t be dreaming these things.
(This morning, our group had a private visit at Chalice Well in Glastonbury. Upon arriving at Chalice Well, Aluna took the group to the well head, and we circled around it to see what messages awaited us. As Aluna tuned in, she became very emotional and started crying.)
So with your permission, (those reading this must give permission as well) they are going to clear out all those doubts you have about yourself and all those things you feel bad about yourself. They hope you open your heart even further so you can be the person that you know you are, and that person that you know you are is all those wild crazy dreams you have inside that you never share with anyone because they are so sacred. Uttering them out loud would almost be blasphemous. You know what I am saying? Those secret places inside. These are the ideals these women live. It’s those super-deep, sacred places in our hearts that we never share with anyone because we are afraid they will get tainted and contaminated if we let them out.

Opening a Star Portal to the New World Essence ~ The Praying Hands of Mary, Scottish Highlands
For the highly anticipated the Star of David - Merkaba - Grand Sextile Star Portal on July 29th, we traveled up into the Scottish highlands. We hiked up to the Praying Hands of Mary (a.k.a. Dear Family of Peace,
It is from the deepest place in my heart that I share this message, one that
I feel is important to our service role as we assist in the greatest
potential outcome of the Syria situation and all that is entangled around
it.
First, we must know that our work, not only from this Foundation but in
combination with all of the influential networks and groups around the world
who have been involved in peace transmissions, has made such beneficial and
positive impact.
This is in reference to the very first transmission that we did for Syria
and Egypt mid August. It was at this point that far fewer people were
watching and many world governments were seemingly looking the other way.
Then came a very powerfully direct transmission from tens of thousands of
people, first for Syria and then for Egypt.
What immediately followed was a chemical warfare attack on innocent people
in Syria which now has erupted into full scale worldwide attention. The
Foundation recently referred to this as a resultant "healing crisis", a
catalyzing precursor to the potential of healing of an entire era of
destructive conflict. We can perceive this chemical situation as divine
orchestration for this is seemingly what it has taken to quickly magnetize
attention from all of the world governments and into the most severe, most
conflicted and most separated issues and areas on our planet. We bow in
profound gratitude to the millions of refugees and souls who have given
their lives to assist the world in this way.
Not only this, but all that is happening on a macro level is being reflected
in our own daily lives. Every issue, from conflicting relationships to
manipulation, control, fear, domination, attaching belief systems, etc..
Even from the most subtlest levels, the swinging pendulum of "the duality of
conflict" is being reflected to all of us if we look closely and pay
attention to the messages. It's a gigantic holographic outplay.
Through our recent and very strong unified group invocation for Divine
Intervention, the light has responded in a big, big way. Together and from
Unity Consciousness, we have quickly manifested, what feels like, a major
turning point for the entire human race!
What we are dealing with are the extremes of polarity which are highly
concentrated in the Middle East, and affecting every soul on Earth at some
level. And now, we have a situation that has the entire world watching. From
governments and military factions to peacekeeping groups and common people
from every level and walk of life, this is affecting us all one way or
another. People everywhere are deciding what side they are taking.
It is extremely critical that we, as the planetary light servers of the

Summer is almost over and it is back to school time. I just love the fall
season with the warm days and the cool nights, and the beautiful colorful
trees. It is a sight to behold. Even though the energy is very intense, if

The energy of the first two weeks of September has a very strong negative

is Vladimir Putin. This meeting will be a good time for the world leaders to
express what they think about the United States possibly attacking Syria.
Remember Syria is backed by Russia, China, and Iran.
This event is not only about Syria, it is a confrontation between the United
States and Russia. I heard that Russia has suggested that a group of Russian
leaders are willing to come to the United States and talk with our congress
to discuss this event. This is an interesting turn of events although I
don't know when, or if, this might happen.
The planet Mars will be opposing Pluto, by declination, until the middle of
September. In fact, it will be exact on September 13-14 when the moon will
trigger that energy. We have been walking between two worlds for a long time
and we have definitely reached the end, and the new beginning. Will the new
world separate from the old world, and is it time to start living totally on
the new Earth?
We have reached a turning point. It is time for change. We have been playing
out the Moses drama since October 6, 1973 when Egypt attacked Israel and the
headlines of the Seattle Times said "The war of judgment has started." This
is because it started on the Jewish holiday of Yom Kippur. This holiday will
occur on September 14th this year, and will complete the 40 years we have
spent in the wilderness. Symbolic of course as are most Bible prophecies.
Remember the story of Moses where the people cried out to the Pharaoh to let
them go. What have the people of Egypt been doing for the past two plus
years? Isn't it time for freedom? Wouldn't you like to live on a planet of
peace and happiness? Isn't that our right after all the trauma we have gone
through in the ascension process? Haven't we earned the right to be free?
Many people are still afraid of living on a totally controlled planet. That
is not my reality and the planets do not in any way predict that we will
live under total control. Haven't we been under control since the event of
9-11? Didn't that change our world to a very dark one? Isn't it time to be
out of that energy? It will be 12 years on September 11, 2013 since the
event of 9-11 happened. This is the end of a 12 year cycle ruled by
Jupiter.
Jupiter was over Washington, D.C. when 9-11 happened, and now we find
Jupiter back over Washington, D.C. on 13 degrees Cancer. This is the degree
of the star Sirius, which is one of our central suns. Does the fact that
Sirius is exactly lined up with Washington D.C., along with Jupiter, mean
that we have some powerful Beings looking after us right now and may
intervene in some way if we try to blow ourselves up.
Sirius was considered a very important star to the Egyptians. They always
looked for the rising of Sirius around July 26 and this was considered their
new year as demonstrated by the Dreamspell calendar. It's my understanding
that Beings from Sirius are very scientific and intellectual. Sirius is
connected with the six pointed Star of David and we just experienced two in
our heavens, one on July 29 and the other on August 25th.
It's my understanding that the Beings from the Pleiadian Star System are
very loving and creative and manifest the energy of the mother. Venus is
connected with the Pleiadian system and is considered the Goddess of love.
Did you know that Venus is the only planet in our solar system that rotates
backwards because it is a magnetic planet? Magnetic energy is female and
electrical energy is male. I was talking to a friend the other night and we
were talking about Venus. She said that if Venus is a magnetic planet then
it is the same energy as love and this is the energy that holds our solar
system together. What an interesting insight.
The secret societies have always honored the planet Venus. The orbit of
Venus produces a five pointed star every eight years. We all know the Druids
acknowledged that planet as something special and the five pointed star is
their symbol. The city of Washington, D.C. was created to honor that planet
and the sign of Virgo, which in astrology is known as the Goddess.
The North Node will conjunct Saturn on September 13-14, the day of Yom
Kippur. To me this means it is the end of a major cycle concerning Atlantis
because the conjunction is on the degree of Atlantis. It is my understanding
that we have been playing out the drama of Atlantis for a long time and
releasing our part in the destruction of that civilization. Mid-September is
the end of this cycle. How will it turn out? Will we again destroy part of
our planet or will we decide peace is the way to go?
If we decide peace is the way to go we may be pushed totally into the new
energy. If so, we will have a lot to celebrate during the Harvest Festival
which starts on September 19, 2013. The full moon is also that day at 4:13
AM PDT. Venus will be conjunct Saturn at that time. Does this conjunction
mean our karma is over? Only time will tell.
The sun is now in the sign of Virgo. I am a Virgo and September 13th is my
birthday. I will meditate on that day and send lots of love to the world. I
also would like to wish Happy Birthday to anyone else who was born in the

How to Include Others

Your intent to join is the connection. You could be in your car or on a

It is ok to sleep during the session. It's helpful to not bathe right after

continue to work in your body several days or more after the session and

There is no set time for the unscheduled adjustments before the main session
on SEPT. 7 and you can receive this energy at any time. The unscheduled
adjustments before the session can be a very powerful time. You may notice
many things before, during and after the session. Some people may feel
peaceful, energized, centered, balanced and sleep better. Others may be
more emotional, restless and lethargic as they detoxify, which is very good.
There can be a lot of purification happening on many levels during this
time, emotional, mental and physical.
Before and during the session people can feel different energy sensations
working in their body. Some of these feelings can be tingling, electrical,
vibrating, heat, coolness, cold, pressure, lightness and other things. If
you feel very cold then this is a sign that old negative energy is leaving
your system. Try to stay warm if you feel very cold.
It is ok if you have to be active during the session. Many people have to
work or take care of their families during this time. It can still be very
beneficial if you aren't able to be quiet. It reduces the effects some but
it can still be very effective. You can also sleep during the session.
Sleeping is good way to receive the energy because you are very relaxed.
Try not to work on anything during the session, just be receptive and let
the energy do its work. The energy knows where to work where it is most
needed in your system. Thousands of people have done this and I get many
reports from surprised people when the energy often finds their blockages
even though they haven't told me their symptoms.
Usually a great majority of people have very positive results. Some people
are more sensitive and can feel a lot of energy moving in their body. Others
may not feel the energy but will notice good effects. After the sessions
people can feel calm, centered, energized and balanced. They can also feel
their pain greatly reduced or eliminated. Like any modality this won't work
for everyone but most people see significant results.
Don't worry if you feel odd pains come and go leading up to the main
session. This is good. As the energy clears the blockage in an area it can
result in temporary pain. Also people can feel extra emotional during this
time, which is also very good.
From a Qigong and Traditional Chinese Medical perspective much dis-ease is
caused by emotional repression. The energy from these repressed emotions
get stored in the organs and tissues of the body. The energy from the
sessions can help to release these stored emotions. When we release
repressed emotions then we can bring about deep healing. It takes a lot of
energy to hold down the emotions and when they are released we can have much
more energy available to us.
Sometimes people can have very beautiful and peaceful dreams during the
sessions. Others can have some strange dreams. This is also beneficial. The
sessions can help people to release old negative energy. The energy works
like a virus detection program on a computer and can neutralize negative
energy patterns, beliefs and programming.
Some people will notice some of their old negative ways of thinking will
simply be gone and sometimes addictions fall away. Don't worry if you have
scary dreams during the sessions. As one releases old repressed fear out of
their energy field then the mind can give it a symbol. The symbols and fear
are coming from your own mind. The energy work isn't causing anything, only
helping to release old energy and emotions.
The energy helps to purify, cleanse and detoxify the body and mind. As the
energy works through the energy blockages it can cause toxins to be released
that are stored in the area. Some people may feel achy or tired at times
leading up to the session. This is good and very, very helpful in the
healing process. Feeling unusually tired is a sign that the body is using a
lot of energy for healing.
Many modalities recognize the positive effects from detoxification. You may
also find that you have to go to the bathroom more as you release toxins.
During the purification process your organs of elimination will be
energetically supported to help them release the toxins. I have done this
process with thousands of people and the energy always works for people's
highest good. If you don't feel good some of the time, try and hold the
thought that you are healing.
The time leading up to and a little while after the main energy session can
be a little bit like a roller coaster ride. You can feel very energized one
day and then tired the next day as you release more toxins. Just realize
that every time you don't feel good that it is a powerful time for healing
and that you are raising the vibration of your energy system. It is good to
stay hydrated and drink extra water (warm not cold) during this time.

We are excited to begin to share the messages we received during our Avalon 2013 pilgrimage. We are at the beginning of a very new and large cycle of time where we are relearning to live in a world that, at its core, is manifesting in mysterious new and unexpected ways. Our work leading up to 2012 is done. It was a magical time that cannot be repeated. We are now in a new era. We hope they impact you in a positive and productive way. Today we are in a new age, frequency, dimension, bandwidth, reality and perspective. What was . . . is gone, and there is no going back. For most of the conscious community, the universe has hit the pause button, and we are in an odd place of suspended animation. We have gone back to the womb. This is a safe place for us while the Earth recalibrates to the new frequencies. We are in the incubation phase of a new cycle. We are dreaming a new world while maintaining a body in the physical world. It is an oddly fascinating place to witness. It is like living and dreaming all at the same time. Have you noticed people acting more strangely this month, perhaps saying or doing things out of character? Perhaps you feel you’ve had your own unusual moments, too, wondering how you could have said or done what you did.
It’s helpful in one of these challenging cycles to step back and get the bigger picture. To be sure, for example, there are things you would normally be sensitive about and perhaps annoyed by as you interact with other people.
Riding the Wave in August
This month of August, however, we’ve had extremely challenging planetary aspects that could trigger explosive reactions in even the most serene of people. One of them occurred last week around the time of the full moon – a harsh square between Uranus and Jupiter, one of several to occur between now and April 2014.
When these challenging energies are present, sudden explosive reactions can be catalyzed within relationships. This includes people you are close to, neighbors, and even strangers.
Because of the suddenness of these energies, too, you may be caught by surprise. If you don’t remain connected to your heart when these things happen – reacting rather than first checking in with your inner wisdom – you could set in motion a negative chain of events for repair later.
Good News
The good news is that in these situations, even with a breakdown, you could have a breakthrough by getting into your heart and seeking your inner wisdom. As you get into your heart, you could find your compassion for self and others increasing by leaps and bounds. Your spiritual growth, therefore, benefits, as do your next interactions with everyone you meet – including people recently triggering discord within you.
You can take a deep breath today, the recent energies catalyzing challenging communications easing. In fact, with a rare planetary aspect involving Venus and Mars, you could find yourself feeling closer to others today. Yes, there’s a much lighter, friendlier energy in the air – helping you to see yourself and others in a gentler, more loving way.
Use today’s energies to boost your own level of joy and to reconnect with self and others from your heart. Remember that your heart is the key to having harmony with others. Relationship Repairs

Co-creation is the key here. Remember that you and others co-create situations together. There are no victims and there is no one to blame. Remember the love.

Only If You Believe It
MYTRE SPEAKS:
It appears we may not be leaving for Earth any time soon. Yet, isn’t time extinct in a fifth dimensional reality?
“Only if you can BELIEVE it?” responded the ever-present voice of my higher expression, the Arcturian.
I had finally come to terms with the fact that I actually do deserve my higher expression to be the Arcturian who has been my guide from the beginning of the journey. Why had I resisted that fact that I was the Arcturian? What, no answer from the Arcturian voice? I guess my humanoid needs to take some credit too.
“We agree,” spoke the Arcturian.
Ah, the inner voice returns to confirm that I have figured it out for myself.
“The voice never leaves. How can I leave if I am you? Are you thinking third dimensionally again?” teased the Arcturian
Yes, of course. My higher expression can never leave. In fact now that we are fifth dimensional, leaving does not mean, “gone” instead, leaving means that some person, place or thing is moving away from our dominant state of consciousness. Whenever we wish to return to that experience of reality, all we need do is to simply focus our attention and intention on the light codes and matrix patterns of that reality.
In fact, creating our matrix for the Temple and our community are the manner in which our friends, the chosen Divine Complement couple from the future timeline of Pleiades are assisting us. When they are united into one, androgynous being they are called Shinarius, with Shinara being the female and Shinar being the male.
Shinarius has reminded me that the light codes represent our thoughts, whereas the matrix patterns are the feelings/emotions of that experience. The light codes and matrix patterns represent the coordinates for each experience we have ever “saved” to our multidimensional memory. Unlike our third dimensional memory where traumatic events come forward when we least expected it, multidimensional memory is free of all polarities. In fact, I will now quote what Mytria and I have been learning form Shinarius.
“Your multidimensional thinking and memory is accessed via your inner multidimensional biological computer, known as your mind. Just as old-fashioned computers had a virus protector, your multidimensional mind constantly sweeps through your thoughts and emotions for any fear-based thinking or emotions.
“On the other hand, where your third/fourth dimensional biological computer, known as your brain, was programed to archive fear-based emotions so that you would not become overwhelmed from all the fear around you. Thus, if ever you could move beyond your fear for survival, often known as depression and/or anxiety, you could pull up these files and erase them.
“Unfortunately, files at that frequency became very corrupted and they could not be fully released until they were re-coded. Thus, often it was better to leave many fear-based files deeply archived rather than to pull them up through the system where they may taint other files with the infectious element of fear.
“On the other hand, the multidimensional brain computer instantly reveals every trace of fear into your dominant state of consciousness so that you can instantly bask it with unconditional love and release it from your consciousness. This does not mean that a fifth dimensional being never has challenges. If you were to safely stay in your fifth dimensional home world, there would not be fear.
“However, most of us, such as ourselves from our advanced Pleiadian timeline, have volunteered to assist in lower frequency timelines who are ready to ascend into a higher frequency of their multidimensional spectrum. Also, many of us volunteer to assist with the stabilization of a threshold fifth-dimensional reality, such as your situation. Hence the Elohim Alycone, as well as the Arcturian, and our SELF are assisting you until your community becomes stabilized.”
“Yes,” I replied, “I remember when I first transmuted into a fifth dimensional form on the ship. I still had a lot to learn, but fortunately, I had the Arcturian to assist me. Little did I know that the Arcturian was a higher expression of my Multidimensional SELF? No wonder the Arcturian seemed to show up wherever and whenever I needed some guidance.
“I will need to find a way to send that message into the consciousness of the newly ascended ones in our community. Already, there are hints of fear and descent. If we do not quell them then the frequency of our reality will drop out of the fifth dimension.”
“Yes,” replied the androgynous being Shinarius. “In fact, the purpose of ascension onto a threshold fifth-dimensional version of reality is to fully integrate the multidimensional biological computer into the light network of the lightbody.
“Unfortunately, many of the members of a newly ascended community may not be aware that they are actually living on the threshold of the fifth dimension. This lack of awareness is true for about three fourths of the members of your community. If we do not change that percentage to 51% soon, your community will begin to sink back into the third/fourth dimension and into the hands the invading Draconians.”
“Speaking of Draconians,” I said, “Franquoix has created quite a stir in our camp. I fully understand that we cannot hide in this fifth dimensional world. We must address the issues from which we have been running and learn to love everyone unconditionally. The release of all fear is the purpose of a threshold fifth dimensional world such as ours, as well the New Earth we will also be assisting.
“I understand now why Mytria and I had to consciously participate in the ascension of our Pleiadian community before we could completely assist Gaia. Now Mytria and I are both aware that our mission here is to stabilize the threshold reality by assisting the members of this community to clear all experiences and memories of fear. This experience has taught us that it is one thing to ascend to the fifth dimension, but another thing altogether to stay there!
“Mytria and I are very grateful to have your assistance in stabilizing the fifth dimensional consciousness of the group. Already, the consciousness of some of our group is dropping and they are becoming disoriented and confused. Because their consciousness is lowered they are becoming out-of-phase with this threshold fifth dimensional world.”
Shinarius returned to two beings of light, as Shinar said, “Shinara will quietly move through your Violet Temple and assist there, while I will blend with your community and give assistance to those who need and can accept it. We have the ability to present ourselves to each person in a manner that they will instantly trust us. Then we can silently align them with their personal fifth dimensional matrix while we also answer their questions.”
At this point Shinara went to the Temple and Shinar began to intermingle with those in the temple grounds. Our entire community was here now to give comfort to each other and to create the necessary octave of unity consciousness so that we could maintain our fifth dimensional resonance. I could see that Shinar went first to the very people that I had seen were having the most difficulty to give them personal assistance. I knew that Shinara was doing the same inside of the Temple.
The members of our community who are having the most difficulty holding their fifth dimensional resonance are taken to the Violet Temple. There Elohim Alycone and Shinara are teaching Mytria and Alycia how to use the Violet Fire to transmute all third/fourth dimensional hidden fears into fifth dimensional unconditional love.
In the same manner, the Arcturian and Shinar are assisting Almon and I to guide those staying on the temple grounds. Since Almon’s death and rebirth during the raising of the Temple he has become a new person. He no longer feels as though he is my dark-side because he has discovered and is using his own inner light.
Just as Alycia will take over Mytria’s position as the Keeper of the Violet Flame, Almon will take over my position of leadership of the community. Once that shift is completed, Mytria and I will return to the distant future to assist ascending Earth.
I was thinking that I would visit Franquoix as soon as the sun rose when I felt him standing behind me.
“Did you want to talk with me?” he asked.
I turned and invited him to sit or stand beside me.
“I will sit,” he replied.
“I am glad you telepathically determined that I wanted to talk with you. Have you always been this telepathic or is this a new skill since your ascension?” I asked.
“I have long communicated in this manner, and I do not understand what you mean by ascension.”
“By ascension I simply mean that you, too, have expanded your consciousness into the frequency in which you can experience this frequency of reality.”
“Yes, that is what I suspected,” was his only response.
I decided to jump into the core of the issue, since he likely already knew what I wanted to say, “As you are obviously aware, some of the members of our camp are having difficulty in releasing concepts of separation into friend vs. enemy.”
“I, too, am having that problem. However, you are different.”
“Yes, I come from a future in which Draconian and Pleiadian are united in what we call the Galactic Federation. In fact, I have served with and developed deep friendships with many Draconians. Therefore, I have no fear, and hence, no anger towards you.”
“I feel that,” replied Franquoix. “When I feel their fear towards me it makes me angry, but I am trying to resist that old response. I was unfamiliar with the title of ascension, but the concept has been long studied by our people. However, only those who have chosen to learn the ancient texts are aware of it in my modern world.”
“There are no mistakes or accidents in a fifth dimensional reality,” I said. “Therefore, your breaking through the dome at the exact instant of our ascension was for a higher purpose. I was hoping that you and I could discover together what that purpose may be.”
“I am willing to join you in that endeavor,” Franquoix replied.
I put out my hand to shake in agreement, and this time he took it.

How HELP From SPIRIT WORKS - Blog Post
On a beautiful sunny morning recently I'd paused to stare out to the ocean on my morning walk when my spirit tutors began to talk to me about the word ‘HELP’…
They spoke of how that tiny insignificant word meant nearly EVERYTHING to a human - in crisis.
They reminded me that in virtually every religion or spiritual practice, teachings refer to the spirit world. Especially when a human needs – help.
RELIGIONS ALL KNOW THAT SPIRIT EXISTS
And this was particularly poignant for them: that the spirit world is ACKNOWLEDGED in humanity’s religions – that it is acknowledged and understood to be SIGNIFICANT in most spiritual environments.
The Catholics pray to their martyrs and saints, the Hindu’s pray to their gods and goddesses, the Animistic religions of the world make daily offerings to nature spirits and pantheons of gods. Even the Buddhists work to clear dark spirits and harness the spirit worlds for divination.
Most indigenous cultures work intimately with the spirit worlds of their ancestors and nature kingdoms.
THE DIVINE GAME OF 'HELP'
And with that in mind, it is this small all-potent word ‘help’ that my Spirit Tutors wanted to explain here in this blog post.
According to my Spirit Tutors: In that key moment, when a human NEEDS help, the fact that a person ASKS for it - is highly significant.
For us in Western cultures the relationship between humans and the worlds of spirit can be a vexing one – because most people (in the West) have never contemplated actively connecting with a specific being in the worlds of spirit.
Many people in our modern culture live their lives oblivious that a real spirit world actually exists. And if the idea is entertained even for a moment, it is just too frightening and overwhelmingly too unknown and big a topic to focus on!
So that key moment of contemplation, of wondering about the Spirit World, is usually quickly moved to one side – and life once more takes full focus.
WHEN YOUR APPLE CART IS UPSET
Yet those moments when we truly ARE out of our depth, or when a loved one passes, when our financial situation seems untenable, when our life circumstances are genuinely out of control – it is in these moments that humans seem to naturally, instinctively call – to the spirit worlds for help.
To ‘God’ for help. To ‘Allah’ for help. To Great Spirit for help. To Jaweh for help. To Krishna for help. To St Anthony!
To whomever you feel is ‘the’ one that answers your ‘prayers’.
And, as an experienced spirit communicator, let me assure you, the Spirit World tells me that this moment of ‘receiving’ a call… of FEELING a call from a human is NEVER taken lightly.
Whomever you FEEL is ‘the one’ for you, is genuinely LISTENING. And when I use that word, I actually mean ‘feeling’ your emotional TRANSMISSION directed at them.
ALL FEELINGS are energetic light waves that can be seen on an EEG monitor. Your Spirit Helper / God is a real being with sensibilities, knowing, consciousness and real love.
You BOTH are beings of energetic light. And these force fields think and feel – and transmit light waves between you.
Now, what that means in terms of quantum physics, is that ANY thought you have, and ANY feeling you have, is transmissible between you. Transmission.
So your ‘thought’ of ‘help’ is felt and understood - immediately.
And – what is interesting, (I’m being asked to write this) is that whichever ‘Being’ you direct your ‘help’ to – gets it. Receives it.
Feels it. Understands it. And – begins to respond.
FEELING YOUR CORE NEED
Immediately your feeling/thought is transmitted outwards from you, (particularly when it is an urgent call from your deep heart), your Spirit Being begins to LEAN towards you.
In layman’s terms, that being starts focusing on your HEART’S plea.
Your Spirit Being begins to search for your LONGING FOR SUPPORT for your DEEPEST SOUL SELF.
You can imagine that moment! The Spirit Being leans towards you – scanning your entire being for your DEPTH OF LONGING!
And if there was a technique or mechanism on ‘how’ this entire moment works – this is it!
It is literally THIS MOMENT of them SEARCHING your heart – for your deepest longing from your Soul – that ACTIVATES changes to your energy emanations from YOUR energy system – onto and into YOUR LIFE.
All spirit beings work with electro-magnetic waves of light. That is their plasticine. That is their consciousness fabric – and yours.
