CROSSING OUR LEG A BIG NO NO

When we on mission for ascension the biggest no no is crossing our leg when sitting on the chair because our chakra closed when we cross our legs. (especially for women its really a big problem) so don't cross your leg if you want to ascend and/or open up your chakras.picked up from dr.joshua's book beyond ascension.

    In a development class once - the teacher was asked about open/closed chakras.
    Her reply was that your chakras are always open... if they werent you'd be dead.

    Hmmmmm interesting.

    NOT SPREAD YOUR LEGS MY DEAR, SIT IN LOTUS POSITION WHEN MEDITATE OR WHEN SITTING ON CHAIR LET YOUR LEGS BE STRAIGHT OR JUST TOUCHING NOT CROSSING( WHEN SITTING ON THE CHAIR). AND YOU MUST MEDITATE TO OPEN YOUR CHAKRAS AND FOR ASCENSION LOTS OF PRACTICES TO BE DONE.
    KEEPING YOUR LEGS UNCROSSED WILL ALLOW ENERGY TO FLOW THROUGH YOUR FOOT CHAKRAS.
    IT APPLIES TO THE ARMS AS WELL.
