Healing Techniques

Hi all. I have a few healing techniques that I would love to share with you.Healing 1 First, clear your mind. Second, focus on the spot of pain be it soul chacra heart whatever, Third. apply energy to the spot of pain. Fourth, think the word heal after you get an image of the effective area. Fifth, watch it heal and enjoy. 2 First, ask for your guides to assist you. Second, imagine that you are in a pool of life, submerged in energies of healing and creativity. Third, allow the energies to wash over you and heal the effective area. Fourth, when you are done, ask your guide to return you back to yourself. Fifth, enjoy. 3 First, call the name of source and or higher angels to assist you. Second, when they come, ask them to help you. Third, meditation is key, you will need to meditate in order to allow them to do their work on all dimensions. Fourth, awaken to find yourself healed and with lots of energy. Fifth, enjoy. These methods have worked for me, I interchange them a lot but they do work, either or is fine. Just my experience.
