I have been on a long personal spiritual journey for many, many years and it seems like for the past few I have been in somewhat of a spiritual doldrum. Even though I had tried meditation before a few times in my life, I wasn't sure why or what I…Continue

Hi Everyone,

Why am I here? Cause I have been sooo lazy putting time aside for me, quiet time and now, wanting to get motivated back into it.

Cheers

Binaural Beats theta or alpha, lay back, breathe deeply feeling the stomach rise not the chest. and slowly releasing. Attempting to clea rthe mind of excess thought and try to lower it to an occassional.

OMG! Yay! I finally have some company around here (besides the crickets) :-0

Thank you for telling us about this Sahaja Yoga Meditation, I looked it up and it sounds very exciting! I am going to read more about it today. Gailene,  I would like to share my (limited) experiences with meditation but I think it might be appropriate to start some some threads (discussions) to keep the topics organized.

I so glad you are starting this and you dropped by because I've been looking for friends to share ideas and experiences with as well.
