    well, as far as i got it works on the high level of personal soul development, and the 13th somehow unites the other 12... it is the WAY OUT OF ZODIAC. could this be? i was seeking for info in the web, theres nothing more...

  this is true that it has cropped up from time to time, however the message that this is the true zodiac is somewhat exaggerated,

  the truthe of it is it is simply a DIFFERENT zodiac, we cannot follow the western astrologies understandings of attributes of signs to a system that doesnt have the same breakdown.  what needs to come out which i havent seen any mention of yet is how this Ophiuchus system labels the attributes of each sign.

  the reason a cancer in this system doesnt match a cancer in traditional system is because they are not the same system, until we have the information of how this system breaks down the attributes of each sign we are left with half a system

  example lets say one system divides people into black and white, and another into blakc white red and yellow, how could you possibly fit into the white if you are actually red or yellow, does this make sense to anyone else but me?

  and even in typical western astrology we have sun signosis, where people read only their sun sign and think hmm thats not really like me so its not true, yet they do not understand that your astrological profile is made up of what sign each planet including sun and moon were in when you were born

  why are two viroges different, because ones moon sign is cancer and the others moon sign is sagittarius, so they will experince the influence of the moon in different ways, making those two virgoes dissimilar, also in western astrology each sun sign is divided into trimesters each with thier own distinct strengths and weaknesses of that sun sign.

  astrology is interesting and often correct, yet it is not what defines you, your actions and reactions deifine who you are, not where the sun was when you were born

  this is just a thing, dont let it distract you from your path

    i think you 're mostly right, still as for me - i have some questions to this modern Zodiac. may be.... and may be not - but - if smth still wrong with it, & this info - about the borders - is the small step to reveal truth, because actually it could be not all the truth what we now see.

  Ya know....this hits home cause I was born Jan 19 and I NEVER connected with ANY Capricorn info. So when I found out about this many months back I looked up Sagittarius and it has always been right on point. I think this is the way it should have always been...at least since I was born....lol

  Every few years we hear the same old news from critics of astrology, mostly astronomers and physicists who know nothing about astrology.

  They argue that the signs of the zodiac used by astrologers do not correspond to the actual constellations of stars on the sky. They say that the real star constellations have been shifting relative to the astrological signs by nearly one month in the course of the last 2000 years. They explain this with the so-called precession of the equinoxes.

  In addition, they claim that astrologers suppress a 13th constellation, the Serpent Bearer (Ophiuchus), despite the fact that the Sun passes each year through this constellation.

  These statements are true in a certain sense. But they are based on naïve and incorrect assumptions about the essence and history of astrology, and therefore they miss the target. Those who argue against astrology that way may well understand a bit about astronomy. But they are incompetent regarding astrology and have not done their homework. They speak in the media about something they have never studied.

  Modern astrology has remained true to this old tradition. It does not consider constellations of the fixed stars, but divides the zodiac in correspondence to the cardinal points of the seasons. The actual star constellations in the sky are astrologically irrelevant. One must never equate Sun signs (signs of the zodiac) with fixed star constellations. Fixed star constellations are configurations of stars visible in the sky, sun signs however cannot be seen in the sky. They are mathematical divisions of the annual path of the Sun in the sky, of precisely 30° size for each of the 12 parts.

  If astronomers claim that astrology cannot be true because it does not use the actual star constellations, they claim this in the mistaken belief that astrologers have forgotten where the fixed star constellations are. In fact, every astrologer knows they are different from the astrological zodiac signs. The historical truth few are concerned with lies in the fact that the fixed star constellations received their names from the seasons and from the annual rhythm of the Sun's movement, not the other way around. Where the constellations are found nowadays in the sky is simply irrelevant. The astrologer is only interested in the sun signs, based on the seasons.

  Now what about Ophiuchus, the Serpent Bearer? Because this is also – only – a fixed star constellation, it has no astrological relevance. The Sun passes through it nowadays between 29 november and 17 december, which falls into the astrological sign of Sagittarius.

    I see. am not a professional, but i used to know an outstanding professional, astrologist, very respected here, he was taught according to ancient iranian knowledge; an old man, he usually said about 13 signs & about the importance of that one, the 13th.

  And this new horoscope is all messed up, look at it. We have Capricorn being from January 20th to February 16th....we have Aquarius being from February 16 to March 11th...Leo being from August 20th to September 10th...and only one sign at all, begins or ends on a solstice or equinox lol This is all messed up. The days are uneven, and the signs don't even correspond to the stars anymore.
