  I know. I have done my share of ranting and raving. But I have come to notice that you don't learn to make and follow a budget when you have plenty of money. Likewise, compassion seems to be one of those things that come only one way. And it pisses me off. But I am enjoying the compassion skill. It's kind of like I'm going to cry all the way to the bank. But then when I leave the bank, I have a big smile on my face. Isn't it nice to be able to forget things?

  My 2 cents - We make deals to come here to this Spiritual University we call Earth, for Spiritual growth and experience.  Some days I find myself asking "What the HELL was I thinking????".  But other days (most days) I'm Grateful for the experience.  But I gotta say, I'm sick and tired of the abuse of this planet, the animals and the humans on it.  It seems like such an uphill battle, at times.  Some days I feel like leaving this planet, but I Love this planet, Dearly!  I'm just tired of the constant struggle.  I'm doing my best to remain optimistic, but there are days where I am totally frustrated and lose hope.  It's a roller coaster.  Hang in there, ttam!  I hope you find the answers you are searching for... and that goes for all of us!

  Naa pre-destination is an illusion. Think about a tree.  Everytime you make a decision this tree branches out into the options you did take and could've taken. Its all very complex it would take a very long time to determine someones path exactly.  We all have things to learn and I guess love is the most important of all. But there is no greater love than giving your life for a friend so why are there so many people sitting around doing nothing but meditating and minding their own business.  If Jesus had done this he would have got nothing accomplished. "Faith without works is dead". Use what God gave you for the good of others. Its tough when obstacles get in the way but even the most accomplished have this issue. I get days where I wonder if i'm just doomed to fail or to make up the numbers but I guess this spurs me on to want to be somebody and be remembered. The only way to be remembered is to make an impact on many lives.

  you cannot heal anybody, they heal themselves. you may help them heal but if they don't practice it themselves with what you teach them it will lead right back to the start. fix and love yourself before doing so for others. I'd start there.

  Change your thoughts, change your reality.  Look at each situation as to why it is "hurting" you so much.  I am easily angered too and often finding myself running around in a rampage as if everybody is out to hunt my energy.  True or not, I race around trying to get out of view and ahead of everybody and this gets me no where..

  I remind myself of this every time I dip in and lower my vibrations..

  "Every emotion or feeling can only exist because you have a definition or a belief that exists first that you believe to be true."

  So in these situations ask yourself the question:

  "What would I have to believe is true about myself in relation to this situation in order to feel this way."

  for once you've identified the belief pattern that is acting upon you in the situation, you can identify that it is against your true beliefs and not of your own, where you can therefor dismiss it as somebody else's belief pattern and move forward.

  There are no accidents in this thing called "life"

  They SAY that you chose bad things to happen to you like bad parents, bad upbringing, etc.  I don't know if this is true through.  They say that you need this for a learning experience.
