Everywhere we look the word Love is being used.
What is it?
Helping each other in need? Touching in a loving way? Being tolerant to all behaviours? Protecting our own?
There is many different loves that I would call human behaviour, programmed to protect and nourish.
Then there is mating love, love between friends, e.t.c
I find it hard to write Love and Light - or even feel it - for real - how do you love everything and everyone?

Some will try to make it seem as you only have two options. Love or hate, Light or Dark. You don't need to play their game, it really is your choice.
We can't feel love if we don't feel love. And we can't love if we don't feel love, of course. So if one doesn't feel love in a particular moment, then one doesn't love, by the very definition of course. Perhaps we have love in a particular moment, but so little that we don't really recognize it and so we still care for people. But it might also be distorted by different internal elements so that we get attached to people for example, starting to craving things.
Anyway, I think love is very lacking in the world, compared to what there is potential for. I also think that many people try to love by thinking "loving thoughts" but that's not really love I'd say. Just some kind of "faked" thing, and not the real deal. Not the love FELT in the chest. The only way I have been able to feel love in a "strong" way is to practice awareness (truly being in the moment) and eliminating certain internal elements such as anger, greed, worrites, etc., all those automatic feelings and thoughts which come in and tries to "drag us along".
i feel love when I get love from other people - when the Love is Low - I get down.
I don't know if the energy that is love could somehow "contain" other people around them, that might be very possible, don't know.
The love I'm talking about is not really depending on external circumstances though, however it might help to feel it possibly. But many feelings such as excitement appears when we think about something in particular or some physical circumstances are being present. Love however, comes naturally when we are free from certain psychological elements in the moment. It comes with awareness and peace, because those are qualities of consciousness. The "psychological elements" that I referred to decrease awareness (consciousness) and therefor also peace and love. So Love is really just depending on what one is doing internally, not what other people do to you. It is one thing to like that people love you, and perhaps makes it easier for you to feel love because there are not much of the "psychological elements" being present. But Love in itself is unconditional. If it's there, you just love people, not for their traits, but you just love them no matter what. Some people say that they feel this love, more or less, all the time. I don't. I need to get free from these "psychological elements" which causes a decrease in Love, peace and consciousness first. At least to feel Love in a clear way. It is said that when decreasing the inferior psychological elements, consciousness and all its qualities increase. So then it is said that Love, at some point, becomes permanent within you, even though you feel other negativity. However the strength might of course vary, perhaps.
Funky--that is the trial of pure love.
To love in the face of negativity is transcending....
Your job is to give love when there is no love ..
then it creates a marvelous new meaning..
You are the love of the world..
how can we all be connected when all we do is hurt each other?
My body is made of separate cells, yet it does not mean they are not connected. The separate cells can hurt each other, and even I as the main consciousness of this body can do detrimental things to it.
